i shall begin our recap with a request as i am planning to rework my tagging system for the horse emotions and i need your help to think of good ones here are the tags i have so far

NEW! styling - for all the well dressed horses

hello friends i do not and never will accept ai generated images for this account i do my best to give every image i find a decent sized gander in an attempt to prevent ai images from being posted this account is dedicated to enjoying the true and real nature of horses and i feel that appreciation does not extend to fake horses that are an amalgamation of pictures of real life horses it feels unnatural and wrong to me to post fake horses

i quite like draft breeds i think they are beautiful and i love horses with thicker builds however i truly believe all horses are majestic and impressive creatures deserving of love and i do enjoy all of them

i would watch it i love horse media its so funny i myself think often of writing an adult animated television show about horses

i search pretty much everywhere you could think of and i type nonsensical phrases with horses in them until something of value is revealed to me it is a valiant hunt

im afraid i have never read any of his work do you recommend it

I sat unbalanced on a horse one time and she kept drifting to one side. The issue wasn't resolved until I was sitting properly.

If you don't sit properly you don't have proper control, and you can cause issues for the horse. If you don't sit properly, and the horse bucks on you, you can end up falling off. If you don't sit properly, the horse may not follow the directions you think you're giving it.

Heck, if you "just sit there," that horse may realize that it's in control and do whatever the heck it wants. And you might think that's a chill and cool thing, but you might quickly realize that it was a bad idea when it does something that isn't just grazing. If you "just sit there" that horse may very well dump you and leave you.

I've had a horse run herself into a bush the moment things got haywire for the group (it was a trailride for a horse camp) and started chowing down. I've fallen off a horse that zigged and I didn't- all because she spooked.

There's a reason there are horse riding lessons, and it's not because it's a scam that horse people are trying to pull on nonhorse people.

And this is basic level stuff. We're not even talking on the level of being race jockeys, dressage riders, show jumpers, or even barrel racers. This is basic level stuff. If you were on a horse and all you got was "just sitting there," you were probably in a controlled environment where someone just let you ride, not thinking that you would need any lessons because it's a one off kind of thing. Or the horse was just that chill.

I always thought it was like an exaggeration when horse people would talk about how silly it was for anyone to think that riding a horse does not require any particular level of skill or balance or anything, or even that they "drive themselves" (???) but just the tags on the reblogs of that "can you ride a bike and/or horse" post from me alone are demonstrating how overconfident some people are in their (often entirely theoretical!) ability to stay on an alive and moving animal with a will of its own.

I actually headcanon the real reason there’s 2 separate designs for Flim and Flam in Equestria Girls is because ONE set of the twins is actually from the pony world and they just… cross over from a personal portal when they’re in hot water in one universe.

Which probably would explain why the brothers mannerisms are so… nonhorse like when compared to other ponies in the show…

And now, the real question here is; which set are horses in disguise? I guess I’ll just leave that up to interruption <3

possible alternative to the gnostic view on light that i usually see the light aspect being attributed to? similar basic idea maybe but different conception, not sure how far this could go yet. makes the most sense for rose considering her class but idk. irl i've been trying to piece together more of a connection between plato's Goodness and the Dao (in the context of the daodejing & confucianism both; also maybe the white horse dialogue but good lord i don't think i really understand that one well enough to really relate it to anything else properly) but i wonder if that kind of metaphysics can be applied to the homestuck aspects too. i vaguely (?) remember seeing a video on that a long ass time ago but i don't remember who it was by, maybe i should find that again and see if i understand it better??

kind of endeared by the fact that rose's first messages to dave directly accuse him of being gay (333), that's one plotline that actually lasts from beginning to end. also a lot his really iconic rants are super early in the comic, which ig makes sense (e.g. planet fucking jupiter, oliver twist, minivan, etc).

if anyone else actually reads these, the sartre no exit/alpha kids crossover is formally a wip now. really hoping i can commit to that long enough to finish it, it's been fun so far cause i think i've gotten jake's voice figured out decently well, though i definitely need to review jane a bit more in canon to make sure i'm not accidentally turning her into a second jake. probably still going to take a while regardless, i've got Shit to Do this weekend. if you can figure out which kids stand in for which characters in the original i love you btw

do you accept donkey/mule/zebra/any equine images??? or just domestic horses and mustangs?

depends if its cool enough i am a horse imagebarn after all so i dont want to trick my audience into viewing another beast i did not promise them as that may send them into shock however if a donkey or zebra or other equine of some sort happens to tickle my fancy any specific day i may take that moral risk even though it may lead me down a dark path of further breaking my ideals in other non horse parts of my life such as crimes and villainy so if you submit me any nonhorse equines just be wary okay
