Choromatsu and Osomatsu are so cool in this set, they always upgrade with the Mafia Noir sets so much and the colors here are nice

Yknow, I often say “I’ve played a LOT of racing games these past few years!” but never actually bothered to check the numbers. I do literally have a list of (nearly) all games I’ve played since 2021 so let’s check that out!

Matías se alarmou quando escutou a voz da mulher soar rouca, também a forma como fez as perguntas simples. E teve o pressentimento propriamente dito. Sabe Deus, Mat só... soube que havia algo errado. "I am, yeah, I'm home. What's going on, Ellie? You don't sound right. Você já saiu da festa?" Não, não parecia. Havia som de pessoas e música. Matty se inclinou para frente e apoiou os cotovelos nos joelhos, enterrando os dedos nos fios de cabelo acima da testa.

Alright, what’s with them making Choromatsu’s designs unnecessarily cool in hesowars? Well, same kinda goes for all of them, but the range of emotion I felt seeing Jeweller Choro was crazy. Also the Matsu Noir set is very note worthy.

Ohhh I don't have the pictures on me but easily my favorites would be:

...My order has changed many times over the years and depends a little on which Choros I have made into full-fledged personal AUs at this point, but jeweler is my all-time favorite now.

it's rude of me to request arcs but i'm having to blast through the superhero-related events at speed and tragically can also not read them beyond a few guesses at context… :P

it’s not rude to ask, it’s good to know what stories ppl are interested in! there’s so many out there to translate and i’m so slow~~

there’s actually already a translation of the original 2017 hero story here. it has some mistakes (e.g. Choro’s hero name is actually “The Law”) but they translated all the descriptions too so you can get a pretty good handle on the basic story/characters from it. The episode sprites that they’re releasing right now show scenes from this original event story. 

Then there’s a 2018 event and a 2019 event. i can do a basic summary:

The 2018 story takes place after the end of the first story - where the matsus all fought each other over a set of four imagawayaki (stuffed pancakes) and blew up the entire city. picking up after, it turns out their parents somehow rescued everyone living in the city just in time, but then their parents disappeared. so now the matsus are all working odd jobs to support themselves, and to hide their true identity as superheroes. it’s pretty cute. The old city (Arkhatsuka) is now a big crater, and the Matsus and everyone live in Neo Arkhatsuka. but spooky alien monsters start showing up around the ruined crater.

I’m p sure Arkhatsuka is implied to be an American city...it shows up in a lot of hskr wars stories (and the name is a parody of Arkham from Batman, which itself took its name from a Lovecraftian town, so they weave together a bunch of superhero and Cthulhu-y stuff in Arkhatsuka, in these stories.)

Anyway the monsters that show up here originally showed up in the Magical Girl event! (which i should translate too.) They’re these black tentacle monsters called Hijiriens. Basically, after the Magical Girl Matsus fought them on their alien homeworld, Hijiriland, they’ve been showing up on Earth in other Hesokuri Wars events. (in fact they even showed up in the most recent ghost event.) Anyway, the matsus start to team up with all the villains (Totoko, Dekapan, etc) to fight the monsters. they have a big showdown in the baseball stadium, and their parents show back up, turns out they were just on vacation in Hawaii...

Ichimatsu is working as a manga artist in this event, and he writes a magical girl manga based on his superhero brothers that gets really popular/adapted into an anime. (in the 2nd matsu Noir story Osomatsu sings the theme song to it at karaoke. there’s lots of fun internal references like that in hskr wars.) Also Jyushi works at the zoo, and Ichi comes by to do do practice sketching of the animals there... (it’s the same zoo mentioned in the first story) There’s some cute scenes of Totty working at a preschool with kids... and his brothers showing up to help out when they get attacked by the monsters.

The 2019 story gets even more complicated and interconnected with the other Hesokuri wars stories. but it also seems kind of fun??? It’s been on my list to translate. Basically it’s a parody of “Glass” where the hero matsus are now being kept in an asylum, and their psychiatrist is Hijirisawa Shonosuke (who, spoilers, is a Hijirien) and he tries to brainwash them all into forgetting their true identities. It’s dark, they keep Osomatsu on a ton of drugs so he’s constantly spaced out....i love it personally lol 

anyway i hope that was interesting or slightly helpful. id like to translate the hero and magical girl events...i feel kind of distracted from translation lately tho thanks to the new season! :P but maybe
