This is something my bestie found in the nocturnals game and that's diego might have coloboma?? its probably a glitch and I'm aware that diego is based on max's bf and im not sure if he has the condition.. idk if im looking too much into it but it's a cool thought!! (EDIT:: sooo I found out that the creator confirmed on discord he did it on purpose so time to draw him with it >:3)
