Rewatching Agents of Shield "Who You Really Are" Because I hadn't seen it in so long and there was a lot I forgot.
The basic plot is Lady Sif is on earth looking for someone, but she also has amnesia and doesn't remember who she is or what she was looking for just the work Kavas
First off, hey remember when Asgardians were super strong?
Sif doesn't remember anything except for "Only basic lessons a child would learn."
This is interesting because it shows a lot about Sif. She is very excited about the idea of being a warrior. Also, Thor's name instantly makes her smile, which is adorable. Loki fans may have a harsh opinion of Sif, but I think this episode shows that she has many inherent noble aspects. She is respectful and thankful to the SHIELD agents, and she trusts and credits them for their bravery.
So few things about this first of remember, in this scene, Odin is actually Loki in disguise. At the very least, Loki was being pragmatic and watching out for Earth. He could have easily said that The Avengers or Thor could take care of it themselves, but he took the initiative to ensure that Asgard fulfilled its duty as protectors
Second, I really did forget so much about this episode. They know about the Kree, their reputation, and their history. So, there is no reason they shouldn't know about Thanos. Loki has a reason to want to stay away, but what's the reason for Odin's inaction? He's not a secret.
Even If the Asgardians are more Aliens than Gods in the MCU it's so disappointing to see how they are so lessened over time. They were super advanced; they knew how the technology worked. They saw the universe in a different way.
I wish the Thor lore could have built more on what AOS set up.
#Lady Sif#agents of s.h.i.e.l.d.#phil coulson#melinda may#loki series criticism#thor#agents of shield#sif#it's so funny how may put together Sif's feeling for Thor when you know Thor hasn't been able figured it out for centuries#gifs#women of marvel#loki#loki series negativity

Besides its ecological relevance, the disappearance of the Paraná pine (Araucaria angustifolia), a tree that is native to Brazil, also threatens the survival of an entire people: the Kaingáng, the third-largest Indigenous population in Brazil, with a contingent of 45,000 people.
The Paraná pine forest, also called mixed ombrophilous forest, is one of the most devastated ecosystems in Brazil. In the past, it covered 40% of the territory of Paraná state, 30% of Santa Catarina and 25% of Rio Grande do Sul. Today it has been reduced to 3% of its original extent [...].
“The Kaingáng [people] need to exist not only as people, but also as a culture produced in this environment of the araucária tree, of the forest, of the environment, and this is a cultural retake, of resilience,” says historian Bruno Ferreira, a member of the Kaingáng people who holds a PhD in education.
The Paraná pine occupies a noble space in Kaingáng culture. It is used for food, in formal education, as raw material for the production of handicrafts and as a resource for maintaining spirituality.
The seed harvested from this tree, the pine nut, for example, is consumed in various ways: roasted, cooked or pounded in a mortar and pestle and made into a flour called pisé.
But also, the plant species that grow under the tree serve as important nutritional sources, such as the nettle (pyrfér in the Kaingáng language), the fern (grỹ), the sinjir, a kind of vine, and the ka nĩgrẽg mushroom, taken from the trunk of the tree.
The resting and meals usually take place under the Paraná pine, moments when the teachings that promote the maintenance of the Kaingáng culture are orally transmitted. The Paraná pine also makes up Kaingáng myths [...].
“[The Paraná pine] brings teachings to the families, to the Indigenous population, and to the spiritual knowledge of the kujá [spiritual leaders of the Kaingáng people], which were passed down by our ancestors,” says kujá Pedro Garcia, who was honored by the government of Rio Grande do Sul with a Cultural Trajectories Award in 2021.
The problem is that most of the Indigenous lands where the Kaingáng live no longer have Paraná pines. “When distributing araucária seedlings, a chief sought help and told us that the communities had no more pine trees and could not cut them down for the annual Kaingáng rite,” says Flávio Zanette, a researcher at the Federal University of Paraná and an expert in the study of the species in the country for almost 40 years. The ritual to which Zanette refers is the Kiki Koj, a ceremony in honor of the dead in which the trunk of the pine tree is a fundamental element.
Besides the cultural and religious character, the Paraná pine and the Kaingáng people also share a history of land degradation, with the Indigenous people being expelled from their traditional lands over decades [...].
“In the late 1970s and early 1980s, the pine trees were cut down because the idea was that where there was a pine forest, other plants could be produced. And the space gave way to monoculture production,” Ferreira points out. Entire areas in Rio Grande do Sul have been named fág kava, “thin pine” in the Kaingáng language — an indication of the damage caused to the Paraná pine forest in the region over the last centuries. [...]
Even in a difficult scenario, the nobility of the cultural aspects and values of the Kaingáng people still persist in the figure of the Paraná pine. One of the places where this is visible is in the Mato Castelhano/Fág Tỹ Ka Indigenous land, in northern Rio Grande do Sul, where a community of about 300 people live in an area of 3,500 hectares (8,649 acres). The population of Fág Tỹ Ka is different from other Kaingáng communities, in that people have access to the pine trees through the National Forest of Passo Fundo, which overlaps with the Indigenous territory — the result of a negotiation that took almost a decade to come about. “Our ancestors passed through here, my grandparents lived here and there were many araucárias. Our access was difficult, there was a lot of resistance [...], but today we harvest the vine, the taquara and the pine nut,” says the chief of Fág Tỹ Ka, Jonatan Pỹn Sá [...].
The reaffirmation of the ancestral use of the land by the Kaingáng people from the Paraná pine may signal an intensification of responsible decision-making in order to avoid the loss of the tree in the coming years, as Ferreira says. “The Kaingáng culture needs the pine tree. It is our main plant, and its disappearance brings serious consequences because there is a destruction of the cultural source, food and resilience of the Kaingáng people,” says the historian. “Efforts to revitalize Kaingáng culture must be aligned with the resurgence of araucária planting in the territories of the Kaingáng people.”

A rare day of sunshine overhead. The wind spilled between the trees like a bold stream of water, carving the face of a newborn river into the earth. The leaves shuffled in a grand applause, though not to shroud, but to frame the chorus of whistles and excited cheers erupting from this grand arena. Kava’s Eye, it was called and at its center, the familiar and unfettered beauty of The Heartlands, encased by a wild of a different sort—a level ring. A rare thing! And all around it, scatters of folk, noble, common, and all variations in between eagerly awaiting the spectacle their brethren across the pupil of this ocular stage had just witnessed.
Among the excited rabble at the finish line, station six of twelve, was Quye’ck. Beside him what some might consider the image of his future self, his Pa. He squeezed his small hands into fists and bobbed on pensive feet, casting glances behind him, then back at the track, and then behind him again. Ever determined to miss neither the race nor the promised arrival of his most dear friend.

43 Has your character ever had a dependent figure who was not related to them?
Evgeny hasn't really had a child stand-in, no! While he'd been positioned as our warlock Tib's bodyguard by their shared god, he took a little more of a relaxed approach because Tib is a beautiful and highly capable goblin and he'd go gray all over again chasing her around.
The closest we've gotten is the baby cleric we adopted and have on our pirate crew, because she's got the same "my noble family got screwed by political shenanigans" trauma and healing abilities, but there he's functioned more as a sweet big brother than a dad.
Kava, on the other hand, probably has a small army of baby warforged back in her home city that call her a cool auntie because she's cool about repairs and parts and very exacting in her work.
#replies#thank you for the ask aaa <3#sarenraegalpaladin#evgeny MAY become a father someday though wink wink wink wink#oc: evgeny#oc: kavarath

Hello darlings, I'm dr/Kava Gygazzylyshrift, refer to me using she/they and I am an award-winning fully licensed therapist of the west of mana. A while back I've met this fine noble and he pointed me towards a few individuals who apparently desperately need my help. So by the obligation of the honor and coin he paid me I will now make this my endeavor.
However my current residency is in Allport and not wherever they are so this application will have to make do.

For continuity purposes this character exists off screen.
Hi, Nav here again and listen. It just sounded funny this therapist was paid off to try and help these pirates, emphasis on try.
Little note, how she was 'pointed' was via wanted posters and general world news, thanks icopod.

In a recent development, Tether’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Paolo Ardoino has clarified the recent transaction that occurred in Tether’s treasury. 1 Billion USDT Authorized Not Issued In a tweet shared on his X (formerly Twitter) platform, Ardoino explained that the 1 Billion USDT which Whale Alert had referenced in a tweet as “minted” was authorized but not issued (not in public hands yet). 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵 1,000,000,000 #USDT (1,000,719,999 USD) minted at Tether Treasury — Whale Alert (@whale_alert) September 19, 2023 According to him, these tokens were used to restock the issuer’s treasury wallets on the Tron Network. Ardoino further explained that the 1 billion USDT will be used as “inventory for next period issuance requests and chain swaps.” Tron continues to account for most of the USDT in circulation as there are currently more than $43 billion in USDT authorized on the blockchain (although $947 million of these tokens haven’t been issued yet). Transactions like the one under consideration usually occur when a customer requests to perform a cross-chain swap for an amount that exceeds the one in Tether’s treasury wallets on the destination blockchain. For accountability purposes, the USDT issuer has to balance its reserves on that particular blockchain. After the new tokens are minted on the destination blockchain, Tether either burns the same amount of tokens on the initial blockchain (in order to balance its circulating supply and its dollar reserves) or retains these tokens and uses them for future chain swaps. Tether's stablecoin at $83 billion market cap | Source: Market Cap USDT on Tradingview.com Tether’s Dominance The world’s largest stablecoin by market cap is currently available on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Algorand, Avalanche, EOS, Polkadot, Polygon, Solana, TRON, Tezoz, and Kava. Meanwhile, its closest rival, USDC, currently supports 14 blockchains, namely Algorand, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum, Flow, Hedera, NEAR, Noble, OP Mainnet, Polkadot, Solana, Stellar, and TRON. Despite this, Tether and its USDT stablecoin have dominated on all fronts and in all metrics that matter. The stablecoin currently boasts a circulating supply of over 83 billion USDT in comparison to USDC’s 26 billion. For one, the circulating supply is proof that many in the crypto community seem to have a preference for USDT over other stablecoins, including USDC. As USDT and USDC continue to battle it out for most of the stablecoin market share, other stablecoin issuers and their stablecoin are experiencing difficulties in the market. For example, a recent report showed that PayPal’s PYUSD stablecoin has seen less than favorable adoption rates since it was launched on August 7. Meanwhile, Paxos, the issuer of the PYUSD stablecoin, also took another hit as Binance recently began the process to axe the BUSD stablecoin (which Paxos also issues) from its exchange. Source

Happy WBW, Nopal! If I were a tourist in the Holtep Empire, what would the recommended experience be? (I'm interested in what their home and culture is like--you could walk me through an imaginary tourism day or just talk about sites to see, food to eat, etc).
Happy (late) WBW, Moshke!
Get ready because this is going to be long haha. Lizardfolk are very schedule driven so they'd take you around their daily life with a few special visits since you are their guest!
Lizardfolk are early to rise. This is because they need to take the sun to regulate their body temps! Taking the morning sun is a group activity, so you'd be expected to rise with them and sunbathe for about an hour or so either in their courtyard or on the roof of their house. During this time, they'll usually do some kind of stretching and easy movement (think yoga or tai chi), talk, read, and have a light snack to break their fast. This snack varies, but it's usually some kind of protein and will probably be raw since that is what they can most easily digest.
Once that's done, they'll get dressed, and if you were staying with nobles, then they'd host you for a proper breakfast in their home else, they'd take you out to eat. Whether you're eating in or out, you'd likely have more protein, a mix of cooked and raw (something like beef tartare and quick-seared pork are a popular combo unless you're by the sea, then you'll likely have things like caviar and sashimi!) and a helping of fermented sticky rice. It's one of the few carbs they can easily stomach! They usually have some kind of warm tea with their meal to stay energized for the rest of their day!
After that, they'd take you on a rickshaw tour of the town, likely starting with the many shrines to Kava, Goddess of Lizardfolk. They'd explain her rising to heaven and probably talk your ear off about how great she is haha. If you're in the capital city of X'chifostla you'd be taken on a tour of the Courtyard of Emperors and be told of all the great emperors in the Empire's history, including the first Emperor, Galan (more on him here!) If you're not in the capital city then you'd be taken on a tour of the surrounding deserts to see the exquisite vineyards of native desert plants which they cultivate to produce special wines, ointments, and poultices! They're quite proud of them!
You'll have lunch after that, which is typically light then, depending on the House that is hosting you, you'll participate in their chosen activity of leisure. For War, it's sparring or having discourse over fighting and battle strategy. For Law, debates on ethics or doing some reading and subsequent group discussion. For Dreams, you'd likely meditate with them or read star charts (not like horoscopes, as in making sense of the Realm of Dreams). If you manage to slip away from that and hang out with the kiddos, then you'd likely play the equivalent of polo but not on horseback, you'd be on the back of a misindah, a large horselike insect. Just be careful because they do bite! Or you might be invited to play with their pets (jaguars and other big cats) be careful with them too!
You'll have high tea after that if you're with nobles if you're not, then you'll probably go to an inn or tavern to pass the time. If you're at a tavern, you'll have to eat bugs, dead and alive. They serve them by the bowl-full! Also, Lizardfolk can get kind of competitive, so you'd probably be asked to join in a game of osjta, or darts but with a twist! The darts themselves are loaded with poison, and the loser of the game has to lick the end of it. It won't kill you, but your stomach won't be pleased with you 😅
After that, you'll have dinner, the heaviest meal of the day! It contains the most protein (enter Holtepian Claypot lamb!), including insects, and you will be expected to eat it ALL. There will be more fermented rice and chopped dates as an accompaniment. To end the meal, you'll have boiling hot tea and some kind of sugary treat, like lokum or syrupy berries! A nightcap of some kind of hard liquor is required (even for the kids lol), and then it's off to bed!

Raigho:
-Title: The Vestige
-Alliance: Aldmeri Dominion
-Class: Dragonknight
-Age: 29
-Height: 6’4
Personality:
Nonchalant, level-headed, cocky, and somewhat cynical, Raigho is a very goal oriented individual who is very well aware of the skills he possesses and how to use them most efficiently. He frequently finds himself doing whatever it takes to achieve victory, through noble actions or not.
In addition to his typical demeanor, Raigho does possess a slightly flirtatious side. However, he often finds himself burdened with heavy fears of abandonment.
Backstory:
Raigho was born as the result of an affair between his father, a wealthy exporter in the moon sugar agricultural industry in Elsweyr and his mother an extremely mysterious yet ruthless individual. He lived the early part of his life with his mother, never meeting his father who was aware of his birth but had no contact with him. The circumstances in which he was initially raised were less than ideal as his mother, Kava, never wanted children and often distanced herself to the point of neglect from her son.
This continued until Kava seemingly had enough and brought Raigho to his father in Reaper’s March. While the young Raigho was initially eager and nervous to meet his father the moment quickly soured as his mother simply wanted to discard him on his other parent. When Raigho’s parents saw each other again for the first time in years, his mother was straight to the point and told his father she had no interest in this child and he could either look after him from now own or abandon him as well. She really didn’t care. Raigho’s father was unwilling to simply abandon his child so he agreed to look after him. As Kava walked away Raigho ran to her looking up at her with tears in his eyes and when she looked down all he saw was an expression of distain and without saying a word Raigho’s mother walked away.
In addition to meeting his father for the first time Raigho was also introduced to his step-mother and half-brother, and after that day his new life began and unfortunately it wasn’t a drastic improvement. Raigho’s father was incredibly wealthy and truthfully Raigho had everything he needed provided for him but was ultimately emotionally neglected. Raigho’s father was a business man who lived a rather hedonistic life and did not focus too heavily on his duties as a father. Raigho’s step mother was a rather miserable woman trapped in a loveless marriage with an unfaithful husband and often tried to escape he troubles through excessive drinking. While she was aware of her husbands adultery, the arrival of a child resulting from on of his affairs was a particularly bitter note and she often treated Raigho with contempt.
Despite being the same age and growing up alongside each other Raigho and his half-brother, Qa’ara, were never particularly close not only stemming from their stark contrast in personality but also from that fact that Qa’ara was aware of the disaster his family was and viewed Raigho as a walking symbol of their father’s infidelity and in some ways blamed him for the dysfunction of his family.
Raigho was essentially left to do what ever he wanted as a child and teenager and became a bit of a problem child especially in his teenage years. He often found himself in trouble and even occasionally being brought home by the guards. Fortunately for him his father’s wealth often allowed him to escape any lasting punishment. However his luck didn’t last forever did last forever. Once night Raigho found himself in over his head running from the guards in a situation he knew he couldn’t get out of. While trying to escape he suddenly found himself pulled into an alley way and face to face with Speaker Terenus. Terenus informed him that the dark brotherhood had been watching him for some time and knew that he held remarkable potential and that Raigho had a choice he could choose to come with Terenus and escape a life that brought him no satisfaction and learn what he was truly capable of or he could leave this alley, face the guards chasing him, and hope for the best.
Ultimately, Raigho chose to follow Terenus, leaving what family he had without so much as a goodbye. Raigho and Terenus left Reaper’s March and traveled for several days until they reached the Gold Coast and it was there Raigho became an initiate of the Dark Brotherhood at the age of 16. Raigho’s first night in the sanctuary was something he’d never forget as he lay awake unable to sleep and crushed by a fear of the life and future he had just set for himself. Curiously, he did not think of the friends and family he had left behind in Reaper’s March, all he could think of was his mother.
Raigho’s training began immediately the following morning and the process was harsh. He often found himself training alone under the watch of some other assassin as he was the only initiate in the sanctuary until after several months another initiate arrived. A young Khajiit girl, named Mavari. The two were now expected to train alongside one another, but Mavari was rather timid at first and had difficulty adapting to the training, something Raigho noticed. In an effort to reach out to his new comrade he offered to show her how to hold her sword and from that moment on, the two became close friends.
Raigho and Mavari remained in the dark brotherhood for the next ten years and becoming two of the organizations most proficient assassins. However, despite Raigho’s skill as an assassin he came to find himself doubting his convictions and often felt a strong sense of guilt as he fulfilled his contracts. This feeling was often repressed but his doubts of the organization he served continued.
However, this service was not meant to last as was directed towards a mysterious hooded figure who prepositioned him with a contract. Unexpectedly, Raigho found himself ambushed and incapacitated by several worm cult operatives. Moving in and out of consciousness, Raigho found himself in being dragged along in chains before laying on an altar looking up at a high elf necormancer, Mannimarco. Before he could fully process what was happening Raigho felt the pain of a knife stabbed into his heart and suddenly woke up under an ominous blue sky, Coldharbour.
Raigho was well trained but no amount of training can prepare someone for the horrors that await mortals in Coldharbour. Raigho was skilled enough to occasionally escape whatever facilities held him but he often found himself in shackles or on a tortures rack yet again. Over the course of the next three years, Raigho suffered a seemingly endless amount of torment and each time he suffered yet another mortal wound he prayed for the release of aetherius but found himself revived in Coldharbour.
During the course of his three years in Coldharbour, Raigho met several other damned souls and made several allies but overtime many of them either succumbed to the horrors of oblivion or found themselves transforming into feral soul shriven. However, out of all the temporary allies he made in Oblivion the most notable was none other than Lyris Titanborn, who would eventually helped lead him to his freedom. During the eventual prison break Raigho found himself jumping into a dark anchor mooring and being transported to the coast of Kenarthi’s Roost. Laying down on the sand and letting the waves wash over him, all Raigho could do was look up at the calm blue sky and a warm sun and laugh.

Unfuck your life, a retrospective
Chapter One: Un-f Your Head
A special kind of person has special kind of problems. My flavor that had to be dealt with was narcissism. I would start drinking and then talk for hours, just to hear the sound of own voice. People would listen because I was a gifted orator, not because the words connected to provide any substance.
Hopefully after reading the intro and doing some reflecting you’ve come to find yourself ready to begin the hard work towards making your life better, but before we get started, you have to make one promise that you’ll carry through the entirety of this book -
If your doctor says to do something that is contrary to any of my recommendations, you listen to your doctor instead of me.
I am not a doctor by any stretch of the imagination, and as you'll see later on, I have also had to reach out to medical professionals when the nature of my problem went outside the realm of what I could attain myself. You promise you’ll go to them when things get really tough, right? Right? Okay cool, lets begin.
First things first. You’re going to need to spend some time with yourself, thinking, exploring, crying, etc. Some of it you’ll do by yourself, some of it you’ll do with dear friends or spouses, and some of it will come off a drunken 2 day weekend bender and you’re so sorry for it please god stay friends with me. Trust me, I’ve been to all of these places. The purpose of all of this is to take some time, get a feel for who you are, what you like, don’t like, your good, bad and otherwise. Grab something you can take notes on, and start here. Write down 5 things you like about yourself. It can be as simple as “I’m great about remembering to lay down the toilet seat” or as complex as “My confidence going into the Calc 3 final.” The reason we’re going with the good first is that you need to CONSTANTLY remind yourself of the things that you like about yourself. Can’t think of anything? Ask a friend. Don’t have any friends? Ask your mom or dad. Don’t have any parents? Jesus, I’m sorry, tweet me and I’ll help you with this part.
Once you have those down, put them somewhere you’ll see them every day. I used to have mine as my cell phone background. I used to also be studying for a computer certification, and every time I’d score over a 70%, I’d write on the piece of paper, “Good job Joe!” in a cool color, and it was forever in my study journal, so that every time I’d review, I’d remember how good I was at this stuff.
The reason behind all of this is that with how deep we’re going to go into making positive change, you need to have the foundation of confidence knowing that we’re working with a good person, not a shit person who is hopeless. If you are reading this right now, you are not a shit person, because you are at least trying.
The next thing we’re going to do is write out 3 things you don’t like about yourself. Now, when you get into this, make sure you’re writing something down that you have a measure of control over. If you were born with a birth defect, or have a mental illness, don’t write down the symptoms of those things as the focus of your change. These need to be more along the lines of, “I wish I was more outgoing”, or “I wish I didn’t talk badly about people behind their backs.” or even, “I wish I was better at coding/reading/being empathetic.”
Full disclosure, when I went through weekly therapy after my divorce, there were so many problems that we had to unpack and dig through that tackling only 3 problems seemed like a waste of time, but what I’ve found out is that depending on where you are emotionally in this process, 3 might be all you can handle. If you wanna do more, and address more, then by all means, go for it.
Every week, remind yourself of the things you want to change, remind yourself of the things that you like about yourself, and then finally write down how you can correlate the things you like about yourself with the things you want to change. For example, I’m really good at being able to gather lots of information, and one of the things I’m working on is trying to stick to a budget, so I’ve been trying to gather as much financial information about myself as possible to better understand when I spend, why I spend, and try different ways of budgeting so that I’m not overextending myself. This part is going to take some time, and I recommend only attempting one per week at first until you get the hang of it.
Now, because it’s the elephant in the room, we’re going to go ahead and jump into the subject of drugs, what I would be a healthy guideline to follow regarding their use (as long as your doctor gives the okay), and I’ll provide what I use/don’t use, so hopefully you’ll be more informed than just your 1hr DARE class you attended 10 years ago. I wish that people had been real with me about drugs. We’re going to be roping alcohol in with drugs, because saying drugs and alcohol is like saying fruit and watermelon. It’s all drugs, with varying pros, cons and usages.
The drugs I’ve used/tried are as follows:
Adderall (I have a prescription for it, I’ll go into that later.)
Very low dose antidepressant (Prescription too. Haven’t noticed any mood changes with it, but my doctor recommended it for sleep, and it seems to be working. Gives me dry mouth.
Weed. Didn’t start smoking until I was 26, only smoked when I was really stressed out, had a period of a month where I was a daily smoker, now I try and stay away from it. It’s illegal where I’m from, so it’s best to stay away from things that could get me in trouble with the law.
Alcohol. Used to use it for stress release, now I only have a beer every once in a while, or an expensive tequila. Don’t like the way it makes me feel after more than 2 or 3 drinks. Brings out the worst in everyone, I’ve found.
Kratom. Only used in very small doses. Dried me out, but I did notice a very relaxing effect, and improved sexual performance on certain strains. The DEA is trying to make it illegal, so be careful with this one.
Kava. Root based tea that chilled me out. I highly recommend. Tastes like dirt. Get the powder, take your time making it, don’t mess with the concentrates or anything other than Noble powder.
We’ll touch on these again in the next chapter, but for now here’s what I want you to get real about.
Does my usage of drugs push me closer towards the things I like about myself, or towards the things I don’t like about myself? It’ll take some time to answer that, and it’ll take even longer to kick the habits and/or addictions associated if you decide the answer to be no.
In my case, I always knew I had issues with focus, we made jokes about it, I laughed along, but I always felt like a failure who was letting everyone around me down because I couldn’t finish anything I started. After getting into another serious relationship after my divorce I decided that the stakes were much higher this time around, and I wanted my promises to be not only remembered, but kept and followed through with. At this point I decided it was time to talk to my doctor, who then referred me to a psychiatrist who recommended I try a low dose of adderall. For me, it was a game changer. The problem with acquiring anything illegally is yes, you can go to jail, be fined, etc, but more importantly, you’re not doing something that can be monitored. Part of your doctors job is and should be supplying you with objectivity. Yes, yes, big pharma and “The Man” have gotten to your doctor and are causing him/her to prescribe things that fuck with your brain. If you’ll take off your tin-foil hat for a second, and finish your blunt, I’m going to level with you. Weed can make you paranoid, and if you’re smoking a lot, stop for a week, re-read this chapter and then reach out to me if you still wanna argue about the pros and cons of having a good, open, honest dialogue with your healthcare provider.
All of the drugs I’ve tried produced a result in my self-talk that made me decide, was this thing I’m putting in my body worth it? For some, no, for others, sometimes, and for yet still others, absolutely yes.
Except for heroin. Not even once.
The last thing I want to leave you with in this chapter is a plan for how to handle when you fall off the bandwagon, or miss the mark on your goals. Remember this from the intro?
The most important part of the process is accepting that you can change, you want to change, and you make the daily steps to change.
I know it wasn’t that long ago that you read it, but it’s worth repeating. I remember when I first began to tackle my relationship with alcohol, it was absolutely the hardest thing I’d ever done. I spent more time off the wagon than I spent going anywhere. Countless nights where, “oh I’ve had a rough day, I’ll just have one drink” turned into “ah so this is what the bottom of a bottle of Jose Quervo looks like. I’d forgotten for a moment.”. Shit happens, but you’re tougher than the shit you’re going through. We’re going to focus on a 5-10% change in your life every month. Absolutely keep reading, but remember, the 5-10% changes are going to be the easiest to make, with the longest lasting impact. Now get to it!

Taylor Swift THEORY: album/songname
I love her music but I wasn’t really up to date about most of the information common to the fandom, like I didn’t know the name of the snake was Karyn which was interesting I will explain later.
I heard her on the radio and I got intrigued about the easter eggs, you know I asked myself “how hard can it be” big mistake!
Please excuse my grammar I haven’t really prof read this post, I have been in a roller coaster of connections in this past couple of days. Harhar!
I believe these are the hints that she gave:
Scrabble = she plays scrabble which is a word game, basically she likes to play word games.

French = the clue is hidden in the language (young), the question I had is it just french or did she use multiple languages to hide clues?

Multi-tiered eggs = self explanatory :) she also likes symbols particularly explained in this interview.

So, I think the album title or next song name is SCION.
Because from the derived meaning taken from merriam webster, SCION is a detached living portion of a plant such as a BUD or shoot joined to a stock in grafting and usually supplying solely AERIAL parts to a graft.
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/scion
This is my theory about the title being SCION:
BUD = Young = neophyte which means newly planted. Neophyte came from the word cadmere meaning red earth.
*Red her album? She has a lot of red roses or pinkish in color. Close enough hehe.
AERIAL = Sky – because there are lots of sky showing in the promo of TS7

In this picture you can see she has a red rose and a lot of the merch has a rose symbol. A rose is a vine normally grafted hence the word SCION.

This is how my theory connects to ME!
Firstly in the promo picture it has ROSE.
Second, the word ‘ME’. The word ‘ME’ is the modern hebrew word that translate to = from or out of
So…
Red Rose + ME = from red or out of red

Then… going onto the snake KARYN.
KARYN in arabic means a companion. Then in the western tradition it means guardian or guardian angel.
I forgot to bookmark the link, but one person from a rep tour show that got to meet her backstage said that all of the snakes have names that start with a K...
https://images.app.goo.gl/u14oHZeC6d1mKt9S8
So I think the name of these two would be KYRA and KATYBY:

and this one would be KAVA:
https://images.app.goo.gl/zyPk29wPFpi5LR7c6
How did you come up with these names? you might ask because it sounds crazy.
Well in arabic tradition there are two companions called the noble recorders, (Kyra and Katyby) which is positioned in the left and right of a person. Similar to her two snakes, they are positioned in the left and right of the stage.
KAVA = companion, emisary (messenger) or angel.
...maybe that is why he looks like Karyn?
So how can you connect this to TS7?
I think it can be connected with the word messenger.
KAVA = MESSENGER = ANGELOS (messenger or angel) = ANGUIS (serpent)
The way I see it, she still is the fierce serpent from reputation. The only difference now she is wrapped in cotton candy, hence the pink colorful snake in the beginning of the ME! Video.
