D.M.I.T. Vs BRAINOGRAPHY
Owing to the above fact, different D.M.I.T. software variants and reports are flooding the market and every company is trying to prove that their product is superior to the rest. The software developing companies whom themselves know nothing aboutDermatoglyphics and its in-depth parameters have started duplicating and redesigning the cheap versions with multiple brand options. As a result, a lot of innocent and incompetent people are persuaded and lured into buying this D.M.I.T. software who are generating reports for clients without captivating the depth and intensity of the ‘Science of Dermatoglyphics.’
Teenagers, Housewives, or people having hardly or no work experience, are made to understand and convinced that they can easily be business owners by just buying the software. For all these reasons the industry is suffering and losing its credibility. Indian Psychiatric Society released its stand condemning DMIT and advised Parents to refrain from such tests. Also, customers in the retail segment are confused as there is no standardized product or standardized pricing in the industry. Due to such practices, D.M.I.T at certain locations is seen as a pseudoscience or fraud.
CURRENT CHALLENGES OF THE D.M.I.T. INDUSTRY
1)Software companies sell franchisee models without providing basic training. The in-depth parameters involved in doing the accurate analysis are unknown to the system brand owners. Hence, they end up being self-report generators who believe that they are Counselors. The so-called Counselors are not even able to reply to basic queries put across by their clients.
2) Clients and end-users fall prey to smart “Reference tactics,” where the Reference agents’ are paid handsome commissions to fool people into buying cheap products which are outdated and based on just 9 to 18 types of fingerprints. Companies that heavily invest in providing safety and security to the customer data and spend a bomb into R&D to provide the highest accuracy reports are unable to match the MRP of the cheap versions.
3) Most of the reports declare themselves as ‘DMIT’ (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) and provide results as “Multiple Intelligences”- A theory coined by Dr. Howard Gardner in his famous book ‘The Frames of Mind.’ When confronted on the subject, Dr. Howard Gardner completely rejected linking his MI theory to DMIT! (His rejection letter is available in the public domain)
4) Most DMIT report generators do not possess sophisticated security tools to safeguard the biometrics they collect from their clients. The personal information and data of clients become vulnerable to being either shared or hacked. The privacy of clients is also often compromised without their consent and used as a marketing tactic to lure other customers.
WHY 10 LOBES BRAINOGRAPHY?
1)Indigenously developed, inspired by the make-in-India concept, the ’10 LOBES BRAINOGRAPHY’program isthe most advanced software where fingerprints are analyzed with the highest accuracy by trained technicians. To date, BRAINOGRAPHY is the only company in the world to provide 16 health symptoms derived from fingerprint analysis. Also, they have invented their signature ‘Inner personality Meter’ with detailed characteristics of the client’s inner personality.
2)Although AOB- (Academy of Brainography) sells the reports to dealers, distributors, and Institutions, they do not trade in software that generates the reports. So, the report generation is centralized for the clients pan India which help to maintain the uniformity and accuracy of the report.
3)10 LOBES BRAINOGRAPHY reports are self-explanatory, presented in simple Questions & Answers format along with images, making it very simple for clients to get the crux of the subject. Also, they provide a 30-minute Audio-Video presentation that explains in detail how to analyze the report.
4)AOB ensures full safety and security of the clients’ biometrics and data right from capturing until the generation of the report with instant encryptions on capture and auto-deletion from their system after the job is done. Further, they give written assurance that the data collected will not be shared or misused by Brainography.
BRAINOGRAPHY IS NOT AGAINST D.M.I.T.
The fact is, BRAINOGRAPHY is born from D.M.I.T. Today AOB- Academy of Brainography runs a free training program to share the true knowledge of the science of Dermatoglyphics so that DMIT’ens upgrade themselves for the betterment of themselves and their clients.
“Persons of high self-esteem are not driven to make themselves superior to others; they do not seek to prove their value by measuring themselves against a comparative standard. Their joy is being who they are, not in being better than someone else.” –Nathaniel Branden
The goal of AOB is to enrich people’s lives through scientific evaluation of their strengths and limitations. 10 LOBES BRAINOGRAPHY program is aimed at enlightening people towards recognizing their thought patterns and the social evils caused by ‘Depression’, ‘Stress’, and ‘Anxiety’ through the study of their fingerprints, providing effective remedial measures to eradicate them.

9 types intelligence- a breakthrough in finding person’s aptitude
For several decades , psychologists, educationists, Career Counsellor in Pune were trying to find a model way to probe into a person’s mind – to find his/her aptitude.
In 1983 a major breakthrough arrived, by the discovery of Multiple Intelligence The theory was first put forth by Professor Howard Gardner in his principalistic book , Frames of mind. For his work on broadening our understanding of human intelligence Gardner received one of the prestigious MacArthur Fellowship Awards. While his original theory included descriptions of 7 intelligences, in the mid-1990s he began to propose that there was an eighth kind of smarts — naturalistic intelligence. Later the Ninth Intelligence was added– Existential or Cosmic Smarts
Gardner’s career has had many facets. He was the Hobbs Professor of Cognition and Education at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, By combining his areas of interest and expertise, one of the great strengths of Gardner’s work is that he accurately pinpointed parts of the brain as these correlated to each of his described intelligences.
Over the past 40+ years Gardner’s MI theory has become popular with both teachers and parents and career counsellors as a tool for explaining and differentiating the talents and gifts of children. The spread of this important theory reached all over the globe.
This information has helped many teachers and parents better understand how to use children’s strengths to improve or heighten cognition and learning.
While initially Professor Gardner described seven aspects of human intelligence as being verbal/linguistic; mathematical/logical; spatial; musical; kinesthetic; interpersonal; and intrapersonal, in 1994 he added eighth intelligence, “naturalistic intelligence”(or “nature smarts”). Naturalistic intelligence was then more fully described and officially added to his original array of seven intelligences in 1999 in his book Intelligence Reframed.
All of us in school have been told that we are intelligent in some aspects/subjects and not in some. If you are not good at math or language, you might still be gifted at other things but it was not called “intelligence”- before the above theory was accepted.
In 1983 an American developmental psychologist Howard Gardener described 9 types of intelligence [1]:
· Naturalist (nature smart)
· Musical (sound smart)
· Logical-mathematical (number/reasoning smart)
· Existential (life smart)
· Interpersonal (people smart)
· Bodily-kinesthetic (body smart)
· Linguistic (word smart)
· Intra-personal (self smart)
· Spatial (picture smart)
What other scientists thought were just soft-skills, such as interpersonal skills, Gardener realized were types of intelligence. It makes sense. Just as being a math whiz gives you the ability to understand the world, so does being “people smart” give you the same ability, just from a different perspective. Not knowing math you may not calculate the rate at which the universe is expanding, but you are likely to have the skills to find the right person who will.
For something to qualify as an intelligence, it has to satisfy Howard Gardner’s eight “signs” of intelligence. After extensive research, Gardner identified nine, distinct intelligences.
Spatial
The ability to conceptualize and manipulate large-scale spatial arrays (e.g. airplane pilot, sailor), or more local forms of space (e.g. architect, chess player).
Bodily-kinesthetic
The ability to use one’s whole body, or parts of the body (like the hands or the mouth), to solve problems or create products (e.g. dancer).
Musical
Sensitivity to rhythm, pitch, meter, tone, melody and timbre. May entail the ability to sing, play musical instruments, and/or compose music (e.g. musical conductor).
Linguistic
Sensitivity to the meaning of words, the order among words, and the sound, rhythms, inflections, and meter of words (e.g. poet). (Sometimes called language intelligence.)
Logical-mathematical
The capacity to conceptualize the logical relations among actions or symbols (e.g. mathematicians, scientists). Famed psychologist Jean Piaget believed he was studying the range of intelligences, but he was actually studying logical-mathematical intelligence.
Interpersonal
The ability to interact effectively with others. Sensitivity to others’ moods, feelings, temperaments and motivations (e.g. negotiator). (Sometimes called social intelligence.)
Naturalistic
The ability to make consequential distinctions in the world of nature as, for example, between one plant and another, or one cloud formation and another (e.g. taxonomist). (Sometimes called nature intelligence.)
Existential
Sensitivity and capacity to tackle deep questions about human existence, such as the meaning of life, why we die, and how did we get here. The Ninth Intelligence – Existential or Cosmic Smarts
DMIT- Dermatogyphic multiple intelligence test is used by career counsellors, career advisors in Pune for children, adults and even for people working in Corporate world, IT companies and so on.
The well acclaimed center in Pune- the dmit counselling center- is a subject expert in this model of counselling. The result is it has mapped the career path of hundreds of students.
The test not only clarifies students but also the parents after they discover the aptitude, IQ Test results and DMIT results.

5 Psychological Hacks to make you a better business conversationalist
Adam Radly Bob Bates have managed many companies/people. This is an interesting article:
5 Psychological Hacks to Make You a Better Business Conversationalist
https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/322854
Image credit: Klaus Vedfelt | Getty Images Relationships are the lifeblood of business. You know this as well as I do -- without building relationships with people, you're not going to do well in business. Building that capability takes time, though. It's not easy and it doesn't come naturally for everyone. I've had to work at it, and so do you -- it's a lifelong process. Related: 13 Habits of Exceptionally Likable People Becoming a better business conversationalist means approaching your conversations like a master craftsman, constantly figuring out a better way to do things or a better way to relate to the people you come in contact with. It takes effort. It takes consistency. And it takes a willingness to learn from your mistakes. There are shortcuts you can take, though. Psychology has opened up the human mind to us, and business leaders have found ways to be better at conversation by applying some of those insights to their networking and business meetings. I've had success with these tips, and you can, too:
1. Keep notes when you meet people.
This sounds simple, and maybe not very psychologically motivated, but there's a reason for it. One of the keys that's brought up over and over again in conversation help articles is asking follow-up questions. When you're in a conversation, keep an eye out for things you can ask follow-up questions about. Find things that seem like they're important to that person. For example, if you're in someone's office and it's decorated with sports memorabilia from her alma mater, you know she's deeply loyal to that sports team. Ask questions about it. Or maybe you're in conversation and the person mentions taking his child to soccer practice. You know he has kids -- ask about his family! Show an interest, and make it genuine. Related: How to Network, for Those Who Hate to Network Then after the conversation, jot down a couple of notes somewhere on what that person likes, what he or she is into at the moment, and any ongoing projects that were mentioned. We like to be appreciated, and we like to be listened to. Jotting down those notes will help cement some things in your mind that will show that person when you next meet them that you were actually listening, not just nodding your head and playing along. Even just the act of taking the notes will help you remember the information. If you have a chance to look at it before meeting with that person next, so much the better. But, you're already better off.
2. Openly admit when you don't know something.
This tip should be used in moderation -- sometimes I've had to hold my tongue until I could dig into something a bit more -- but this is a key to getting someone to open up. We love to talk about ourselves. If you find something that's obviously an interest for the person you're talking to and you don't know much about it, don't be afraid to say, "I've never heard of that. What is it? How does it work?" You can often learn more about the way someone thinks by asking them a question and letting them educate you than you can in a back-and-forth conversation. Related: 16 Tips for Becoming a Master Networker
3. Use the power of personal favors to your advantage.
Doing something for other people or having them do something for you is a powerful tool, and one that can charge up your business in ways you might never have expected. Asking for favors and offering favors to people in conversation makes your relationship stronger. For example, asking someone to do something small (like hold your jacket for a second) while you're working on a deal can actually make them better-disposed toward you, in an example of what's called the Ben Franklin effect. People who have done you a favor already, even a small one, tend to like you a little better and be more likely to accommodate you in the future.
4. Be genuine -- always.
Everybody knows the "used car salesman" type. You can probably think of someone who fits that description -- I can for sure. That oily, pushy, overly friendly sort of person who tries to get close to you, but always seems like he's in it for himself. Famed entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk notes that there's a dark side of sales that's easy to give in to: "It's the temptation to do whatever it takes to make the sale even though it might not be good for the customer. It's the side that doesn't care about repeat sales, and only goes for short-term conversion ... I honestly believe that a great salesperson is the pinnacle of human behavior." Good salespeople are not like that. Vaynerchuk's idea of a salesperson is someone who's about doing what's best for the customer -- and ideally it's a win-win. If people want to walk away, he'll let them. There's no point in trying to convert someone who has real reasons not to want what you're offering. When it comes to business conversation, you can never make it about yourself. Everything you say and do has to be motivated by "how can I help this person," or "how can I get to know them better," or "how do I fill their needs." There may be ways that they can help you, too -- but it has to be in the context of you helping them as well. People can detect if you're only in it for yourself, or if you're being fake. Be genuine.
5. Recognize that you can't please everybody.
The 80/20 rule is a famed business axiom: 20 percent of your customers will provide 80 percent of your sales. I have a variant on that: 20 percent of your customers will also provide 80 percent of your headaches. And it's usually not the same 20 percent. There are some people you'll deal with who will always want more. You'll get a sense for this pretty quick. Maybe they're the uber-pushy type that always request more because they're looking for "marks" to take advantage of. Maybe they're going through a rough patch in their personal lives and are taking it out on their business partners. Whatever it is, don't let yourself get sucked in. If you're dealing with someone who's really getting your goat, take a step back and evaluate. Set some boundaries, and make sure you don't focus on "this person is so difficult -- why do I have to deal with them?" Be solution-minded. Do what you can for them, but make sure you don't get sucked into negativity. That will help you focus on improving your other interactions with people and not getting so stressed that you can't handle it. Business conversations can be hard, but these five psychological hacks will help you make the most of every situation you find yourself in. Make sure you follow these and you'll find that you're a smarter, more capable, more effective business communicator. You can often learn more about the way someone thinks by asking them a question and letting them educate you than you can in a back-and-forth conversation.
What is it? How does it work?"
