If we lived in a society where "mother" was a job title instead of a deific justification of womb-bearing existence, I think society as a whole would be much more chill
#mine#jo is talking#i am very inebriated#and thinking about cycles of violence and the victim/perpetrator duality of white Christian women#like genuinely there is nothing and no one in the world that i am more afraid of than white women who feel morally superior#but also theyre fucking bad at being mothers#they act like it's such a sacrifice and make sure that all their kids know that they cost her dreams and wishes#i just#the most painful kinds of violence that can be committed against women can only be inflicted by other women#no one gatekeeps or condemns the performance of femininity more than white women#no one narrows the definition of what should count as a woman more#its horrific and traumatizing and makes me very glad im trans
