Have you seen Goldenbolts videos on Sonic? They are so informative and very well made!

He cited all of his sources and I learned a lot about the history of Sonic that I didn't know before.

The name sounds familiar.

...I think I might be confusing him with someone else with the word "golden" in their handle, because I vaguely remember watching a video on Heroes' development and dipping out halfway through because the YTer complained that the game doesn't explain each team's difficulty setting to you… when Omochao explains it if you highlight the team on the selection screen and press Y. Honestly, I don't watch Sonic YT these days because much of it is a crapshoot. It's very rare to find videos that are both well-researched and resist the urge to take potshots in the vein of "Sonic has always been inconsistent" or complaints about "Sega mandates." That being said, I'm a little torn. On the one hand, as a self-described "not much of a Sonic guy," he might have a more objective view of things… …but on the other, as an SA2 fan, I'm not terribly inclined to want to watch a video where someone "tries" but fails to love SA2. I'll love it enough for the both of us lol.
