i'll talk about this once and for all since yall are so keen on forcing people to hate on the song (talking about anons). The song is objectively good well made from the instruments the orchestra sound jimins voice and him once again getting the job done the way it should be and getting the exact right feeling of the song across with his voice and making it dynamic (a capacity not many have). I'd be dumb if my judment of this song is not done based on its context which is my problem with the way many of yall are perceiving it. Context and timing is important to me personally when it comes to the way i feel about the releases of an artist i stan, its also why to me i never made a whole fuss over bts 3eng songs because in the bts context i felt like it was needed to get something light like that and they have already proved so much as artists through the years so going down a route with a song about love something updeat and just happy same way it was with ptd just fit in that specific context to me. In jimins case this song, is in the big picture of things is A BSIDE part of his album that i personally for sure will not be skipping when listening to the whole album and that goes to show how from a subjective perspective as well i like the song for what it is and how it was marketed. Maybe its not the best choice promo wise and thats discussable but tbh idc about that at all. I personally dont think that ppl are supposed to like different jimin songs all the same way and to the same extent like that wouldnt make sense and thats the point also of making an album with different sounds and having bsides... Anyway Jimin gave himself the space through what he showed in face for his solo career and even before that, to experiment like this and i love that for him. Now once again no one is forcing yall to be obsessed with the song but some of you are doing way too much, that yall dont do over many songs out there with much more simple lyrics and sound in english or korean..but its also because yall just cant be normal about the way you react to things

I loved your Luke fic and it made me think, sometimes more than a father figure, i think of Simeon of a big brother to Luke, and because of that i think that his father figure its Barbatos, and i have this thought, before the fall imagine Barbatos being low key protective of Luke when Michael visits, like, he its profesional, acompany Diavolo when they are talking, smile in his face but after lisenting the brothers how Michael is with angels he does not lets Michael be too much with Luke, he likes that Luke its happy but when he hears some judmental/manipulative bullshit (man has a radar for that shit, no matter how "well intentionate" the coment was, he doest not let it pass) from Michael's mouth he very discretely removes Luke from the situation, things like "oh, luch time, allow me gentleman to bring some drinks and snaks, Luke, would you help me pleas?" so now Luke its with him in the kitchen making food, he also tries to counteract with encourgament, like "you are making wonderfull progress with the recepies Luke" "Excellent cake Luke, im sure they will like it" And after Luke fall he practically adopts him, the brothers are his brothers now, but Barbatos it's now his almost legal father so if another celestial realm visit took place and Michael said something that make Luke sad or look at him with judge, Barbs its not taking it, still profesional, but his eyes to Michael say "Don't talk to my son ever again" much better if Dia gets what's going on and support Barbatos in this, he can't be very open do to diplomatics but i think he would be the type to said in a cherry tone but eyes that command respect "I would like to remind you that will you are a celestial visitor and highest rank angel, this is my realm, i don't take kindly the disrespect towards my people" (i'm loving Barbatos being a father to Luke but also, how about uncle! Diavolo? He it's happy to make Luke laugh, I have the headcanon that because of his role as a future king he did not have much time as a child to be a kid and have fun, so watching Luke relax and be happy brings joy to his heart.)
