Priyanka Gandhi Joins Wrestlers Protest, Asks Cops To Show FIR Copy

The Delhi Police, which functions under Amit Shah's Home Ministry, filed the two first information reports (FIRs) hours after the Supreme Court ordered them to do so.

New Delhi: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra met protesting wrestlers at Delhi's Jantar Mantar today to express solidarity with their demand for action against the alleged sexual harassment of women athletes by superiors. The wrestlers have been on a sit-in at Jantar Mantar demanding the arrest of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on complaints of sexual harassment.

At the protest venue, the Congress general secretary hit out at the Delhi Police for not providing a copy of the First Information Report, or FIR, filed against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

"I don't have any expectations from the PM (Narendra Modi), because if he is worried about these wrestlers, then why has he not talked to them or met them yet. Why the govt is trying to save him (Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh," she said.

The Delhi Police on Friday filed two cases against the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief after the Supreme Court ordered them to do so. One of the FIRs is over a complaint of sexual harassment by a minor, filed under the stringent Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, which gives no scope for bail.

The Delhi Police will pursue the case actively, sources said.

But despite the assurance of police action, the wrestlers said they will continue their sit-in protest demanding the "immediate arrest" of the WFI chief.

"We respect Supreme Court's order, but we don't have faith in Delhi Police. This fight is not for an FIR. This fight is to punish people like him. He needs to be in jail and stripped of his portfolios," the wrestlers said.

Earlier this week, Priyanka Gandhi had slammed the government, saying that the pleas of the sportspersons, who enhance the country's honour, were being ignored. She had asserted that "when the arrogance of a party and its leaders" is sky high, then such voices are crushed.

Congress leaders such as Bhupinder Hooda, Deepender Hooda and Udit Raj had also joined the protesting wrestlers at Jantar Mantar earlier this week to express solidarity with them.

Mr Singh, who is also a BJP MP, welcomed the Supreme Court's order to file the police case into allegations of sexual harassment against him.

Mr Singh told reporters the wrestlers should have waited for the report of a committee that was tasked to look into the matter before they decided to sit on a protest in Delhi's Jantar Mantar.

"I am happy with the judiciary's decision. The Delhi Police will investigate the allegations and I am ready to cooperate with them in every possible way. No one is bigger than the judiciary in this country. The order has come to file an FIR (first information report). The government had also said it had no objection to filing an FIR. I am not larger than the Supreme Court. I welcome the order," Mr Singh told reporters.

I'm a Brit and watching from the sidelines in horror at the US prospect of picking between two genocide maintainers, anti migration, racist, rich men both with a past of violence to women (structurally and interpersonally) who operationally both function to maintain and expand American imperial interests.

Then I look at my own country and we have two parties. One- creates poverty from neoliberal and right economic policies. They massage a wealth divide. They notoriously glass cliff woman and racial minority politicians, supports genocide and actively wishes to continue falsifying its imperial legacy and shirks their geopolitical role in creating immigration issues and pursuing inflammatory rhetoric that centralises hegemonic interests.

My other choice is another party who is saying this is all bad, let's get the tories out! Then use fluffy language to try to differentiate the way they aim to maintain the structures and factors that allow for all the strife we face but with no critical analysis of how we ended up in the situation. They want the same socioeconomic systems, want to also kick you in the face but with a softer boot.

I also have to play tactical voting so I'd vote green party as they align most to my economic and environmental interests and best choice for refugees, but on social issues like gender, royals, military they're still not far enough left. But England's crappy overton window this is a minority position. If I was still in my uni consistency I'd be voting green (interesting how they call it when students are home 🙃) but last election was a shit show minority seat and we've had a wanker tory MP who I badly want to vote out. This guy is bottom of the barrel, his alternate labour candidate is very much hearts and minds liberal wash but he is the only other opponent who can unseat him.

the UK does operate similarly in the sense that the two parties that are typically in power are either labour or tories. but honestly i don’t think it’s AS bad in the sense that at least tories & labour do have some visible differences. meanwhile the differences between democrats & republicans at this point seem to mainly be how they present themselves, bc in practice they’re pretty much aligned on most fronts.

EXCLUSIVE from a #NordStreamSabotage whistleblower: I am writing to you as a concerned citizen of the world, wishing for a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine. My identity is not of importance. What matters is the sharing of my story so that the world can understand the truth about the Nord Stream Sabotage, thereby moving forward without lies or inaccuracies. As many of you may know, a series of clandestine bombings and subsequent underwater gas leaks occurred on the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipelines on September 26, 2022. While there has been much speculation about the nature of this sabotage, I aim to provide additional details and facts that will give a clearer picture. Before the attacks on September 11, 2001, I started working with contractors at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab in Maryland. We were working on the Advanced Seal Delivery System (ASDS), a covert mini-submarine designed for the Navy Seals to carry out stealthy clandestine missions. This submarine is transported on the back of nuclear submarines and detaches to execute its missions. I was chosen to work on this project, and my role was to assist in the programming of the full-sized, temperature-controlled simulator for the submarine on which the Navy Seals would train. The simulator featured screens that displayed a 3D simulation of the ASDS undocking from a nuclear submarine, executing its mission, and then returning to dock. I spent countless hours in the simulator, ensuring everything functioned as specified. I piloted the simulator on simulated missions, just like the Navy Seal pilots would before their actual missions. Even in 2001, we had the ability to program a variety of scenarios, including the sabotaging of pipelines. Although I did not pilot a simulated mission specifically for the Nord Stream pipelines, I did simulate scenarios of covertly sabotaging pipelines. I can confirm that the United States has had this capability for decades, and the ASDS is in the US inventory, fully capable of executing the Nord Stream Sabotage. Publicly available radar evidence from http://flightradar24.com helps shine light on how the Nordstream sabotage was conducted. As exposed by Seymour Hersh, the explosives were planted during the Baltops 22 maritime exercises. Although speculation remains as to the exact method of explosives placement, I believe that the modern Advanced Seal Delivery System (ASDS) was utilized with Navy divers. This mirrors the way I would have conducted the mission in the simulator.

Once the explosives were planted, they would be triggered by sonobuoy. On September 25, at roughly 10:52 pm UTC, a US Navy Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk appeared on radar in the Baltic Sea, east of Bornholm Island. Radar data indicates that this state-of-the-art helicopter, equipped with sonobuoy, had been hovering for an indeterminate length of time. Within clear range of the explosion, the US Navy Sikorsky is seen on radar loitering before, during, and after the explosion, until approximately 1:43 am UTC when it goes off radar in the Baltic, having hovered for over three hours in darkness. This helicopter was present at the scene of the explosion before, during, and after the event, equipped with sonobuoy capable of triggering the explosion. 

Meanwhile, on September 25, at roughly 11:28 pm UTC, a US Navy Boeing P-8A Poseidon equipped with sonobuoy and with NO CALLSIGN appeared on radar east of the Faroe Islands. This Boeing P-8A Poseidon headed directly to the site of the first Nord Stream explosion near Bornholm Island, reaching an observational point at 1:08 am UTC on September 26, just over one hour after the first explosion at 12:03 am UTC. Important: The P-8A Poseidon took off >BEFORE< the first explosion and was heading to the coordinates were the explosion would occur. 

At this juncture, the Poseidon had completed the first part of its mission, confirming the detonation of the explosives. It then flew over land near Miastko and rendezvoused with a US Air Force Boeing KC-135R Stratotanker for in-air refueling at 1:20 am UTC on September 26. The Poseidon circled with the Stratotanker until 2:28 am UTC, after which it was ready to complete the second part of its mission. It returned to the first explosion site for observation at 2:42 am UTC. It then made a tight loop at a low altitude, around 24,000 ft, directly above the explosion site for optimal observation. Afterward, it descended to a very low altitude of 7,275 ft in tight loops until it disappeared from radar at roughly 3:05 am UTC. At this point, the Poseidon likely dropped a sonobuoy to initiate the countdown for the second wave of explosions, which would occur approximately 14 hours later. 

The same US Navy Boeing P-8A Poseidon with no callsign reappeared on radar at 6:22 am UTC on September 26, east of Bornholm Island. It flew to the site of the first explosion for a second look at 7:00 am UTC, then flew back and disappeared from radar at roughly 9:04 am UTC east of the Faroe Islands. 

After the second wave of explosions at 5:03 pm UTC on September 26, the original US Navy Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk reappeared on radar in the Baltic at roughly 6:42 pm UTC. It then hovered for over two hours until approximately 8:50 pm UTC, at which point it went off radar. During this time, it had an observational view of the aftermath of the second wave of explosions.

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PM-GKAY) is a plan as a component of Atmanirbhar Bharat to supply free food grains to travellers and poor.

The new government in Moldova led by Dorin Recean on Thursday received a vote of confidence in parliament, winning the support of 62 out of 101 deputies.

MPs from the ruling pro-European Action and Solidarity Party, PAS, voted for the new cabinet, while the pro-Russian opposition, made up of Socialist and Communist parties and the Ilan Shor Party voted against.

Recean was due on Thursday evening to take the ceremonial oath of office in front of President Maia Sandu.

The program of the new pro-European government foresees three major priorities related to the economy, security and the proper functioning of state institutions.

“We must increase the influx of foreign investments and relaunch the information sector. We will facilitate digitisation in all areas,” Recean told parliament.

He also said that Moldova must strengthen its security sector. “We see the multiplication of security risks to Moldova … We have experienced a wave of hybrid threats. A wave of even greater intensity will follow. Therefore, we will strengthen institutions to cope,” he stated.

The new Prime Minister also spoke about the continued fight against significant corruption and the acceleration of the cleaning-up of justice, and about the peaceful resolution of the frozen conflict with the breakaway Transnistria region.

Most former ministers in former PM Natalia Gavrilița’s government remain in office. There will be only four new ministers in Recean’s team. The cabinet will have 15 portfolios.

The most significant changes are in the Justice Ministry, Finance Ministry and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development. A separate Energy Ministry was also created.

The Socialist Party, led de facto by former president Igor Dodon, organised a protest in front of the parliament on Thursday, demanding early elections and the departure of the pro-European party in charge.

The Socialist vice-president of parliament, Vlad Batrancea, qualified the new government as a “cosmetic change” that would not bring anything new.

During Recean’s hearings in parliament, Marina Tauber, a deputy for the Ilan Sor Party of the fugitive pro-Russian oligarch Ilan Shor, tried to interrupt the session.

Recean was designated as the new Prime Minister by President Sandu after Gavrilita resigned on February 10, buffeted by overlapping crises and the effects of the war in nearby Ukraine.

So yesterday the 400 bed care centre at RakabGanj Gurudwara, in Delhi was inaugurated and the relief it shall be able to provide in the hour of need shall be difficult to enumerate. My contribution in that making , gives a sense of a deed that needed to be done, and soon it shall function under the care and guidance of a team of selected medical infrastructure, to bring relief to the extraneous conditions that we are struggling with ..

Also I am happy to state that the 20 ventilators that I had ordered from overseas have started to arrive. The first lot of 10 has landed in Mumbai and are at Customs awaiting clearance. The procurer Agency will deliver them by Wednesday and at least 4 Municipal Hospitals that I had earmarked and the BrihanMumbai Municipal Committee the BMC, shall be given at least 4 of the 6 they desired .. the balance 10 are arriving by the 25th and they too shall be distributed to the other Hospital locations and care centres that I have identified .

The Oxygen Concentrators, another dire need, has also been put on a very fast track through suppliers from the overseas company’s , who have graciously under great pressure of depleting stocks managed to keep some for me .. 

50 of them shall be airlifted on the 15th for Delhi, and are coming from a recognised Company in Poland, and another 150 from different manufacturing agents shall be coming in by the 23rd .. I hope that at least those locations where I have been able to construct care centres shall be able to utilise them ..

The care centre in Juhu that I am contributing to work on, is almost ready and shall be in a position by the 12th to provide medical care for about 50 beds  - requirements such as Oxygen, Doctors and nurses are all in place .. 

meanwhile the food for the poor has ben initiated and 1000 packets of dry food shall be going out to the poor ..

The orphanage that is going to look after the 2 children that I have commissioned to be taken care of is on. The local Govt., has a formal procedure for the adoption process and they have identified the 2 children who have lost their parents to the virus. They will be giving us the names by tomorrow for the Hyderabad orphanage and shall be given free education from the 1st to the 10th class, along with free boarding and lodging. If either of them turn out to excel they shall be considered for higher studies under the same conditions .

I am also very pleased that the Diagnostic Centre that  contributed in the making of the Hospital Care Centre at Bangla Sahib Gurudwara in Delhi is operational and works at the very minimum costs and for some , free. The MRI machine along with other ancillary machines are all set which help in the diagnosis of patients suffering ; particularly to detect the virus in the lungs .. 

Also 3 other detection machine - sonography and on - have been donated by me to the Nanavati Hospital and they are a boon in these times ..

Of course the PPE units and other protective gears are also being supplied to the front line workers to the extent of whatever is within my means .. and if I am able to muster more earnings I shall certainly aim to give more ..

the collective might of coming together for this great cause where I participated and contributed to BREATHE , the title of the event was I am told by the organisers, seen by almost 400 million .. and at the end of the day within hours a sum of almost 25 crore rupees was collected for the cause ..  

the strength and standing of ONE individual can shake mountains .. when we all collect together in this humble platform of our Blog we become a movement that I am so proud of ..

In this battle against this virus , many have contributed and continue to be resolved in more .. the mention in the information circles resounds with the 2 cr that I donated for the care Centre in Delhi for the moment .. but as days go by the figure of my personal contribution and donation shall be about 15 crore rupees .. 

Of course such figures are beyond my means , but I work and labour and resolve to dig into my earnings for those that need it most and with the kindness of the Almighty have been able to give this amount .. 

.. in time , if I am able to harness some more of my personal funds I shall not hesitate to contribute more ..

... AND there are those colleagues and friends that have run into difficult times financially .. they too have been given funds to tide over some of the trouble they find themselves in ..

Bringing Nawaz Sharif back to test govt

ISLAMABAD/LAHORE: The government and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) have become active to bring former prime minister and PML-N Rahber Muhammad Nawaz Sharif back from the UK after his increasing contacts and consultations with the opposition parties.

Nawaz Sharif’s politicking has thrown a serious challenge to the government and official proceedings to bring him back will be initiated next week.

It has been learnt that the National Accountability Bureau will approach an accountability court to declare Nawaz a proclaimed offender in the Toshakhana case.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday, August 20 disposed of a petition filed by Nawaz against declaring him absconder in the Toshakhana case.

A division bench – comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Aamer Farooq – took up the petition.

The court dismissed the petition seeking withdrawal of non-bailable arrest warrant for Nawaz in the case when his counsel Barrister Jahangir Khan Jadoon sought permission to withdraw it.

An accountability court on Tuesday, August 18 passed orders for seizure of vehicles of former president Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif in Toshakhana case.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had requested the court to seize the vehicles of PPP co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and PML-N Rahber Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

The court froze Zardari’s ownership of three vehicles, including two BMWs and one Lexus car. The ownership of one Mercedes owned by Nawaz Sharif was also seized.

The NABhas also decided to inform the IHC that Nawaz was an absconder. The bureau will file an appeal with the court for implementation of Nawaz Sharif’s sentence in Al Azizia reference.

Meantime, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s appeal against his sentence in Al-Azizia Steel Mills reference on September 1.

A divisional bench – comprising Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani – will hear the appeal.

The court has also fixed for hearing the NAB’s appeals against extension in Nawaz Sharif‘s sentence and acquittal in the flagship reference.

It merits a mention here that the Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Arshad Malik had given verdicts in Al-Azizia Steel Mills and Flagship References. Arshad Malik was sacked following a video scandal.

Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Saturday, Prime Minister’s Advisor on Accountability and Interior Barrister Shahzad Akbar said the government was determined to bring Nawaz back as a convicted criminal very soon, along with his children and former finance minister Ishaq Dar.

“The government has decided to make fresh contacts with the UK government to extradite the convicted criminal who had been allowed a limited 8-week conditional bail only for medical treatment. But the criminal has never fulfilled any condition and has been roaming freely on London streets defying the law and judiciary,” he said.

Shahzad dispelled the impression that the PTI government was politically victimizing the PML-N chief and stressed that it was not a vendetta, but the government wanted to uphold the writ of law.

He reiterated that PM Imran Khan would never give “NRO or even its N” to the opposition leaders. He said the PTI government would write letters to the British government and Interpol for the extradition of Sharif family members. He told a questioner that the judiciary and the Punjab government had rejected the extension requests in Nawaz Sharif’s conditional bail and thus his status was now a convicted absconder.

He said Nawaz Sharif was permitted the bail only to get medical treatment from abroad, on conditions to return to the country within the stipulated time. Secondly, he was bound to submit his periodical medical reports and updates to the court as well as the Punjab government. But Nawaz never submitted any report, to either the court or the Punjab government, he added.

Shahzad explained that Nawaz was granted conditional bail by the Islamabad High Court on October 29, 2019 for eight weeks for medical treatment in the Al-Azizia case. The Punjab government was to proceed the case under Code of Criminal Procedure and conduct a proper hearing after his return. Later, Shahbaz Sharif filed an undertaking in the Lahore High Court on November 16, assuring that Nawaz would return after the required medical procedures. But after the eight-week bail had expired on December 23, Nawaz appealed to the Punjab government for an extension in his bail, he said.

Shahzad said since the bail was granted on medical grounds, the Punjab government constituted another medical board, which demanded fresh reports of Nawaz’s treatment in London. But the board was not satisfied with the reports as Nawaz had not been given even a single injection over there, he said, adding that the medical board had thus recommended against extending Nawaz’s bail. Later, three hearings took place this year on February 19, 20, and 21, where Nawaz’s lawyer, doctor, and party members submitted documents describing Nawaz's health problems. The Punjab Home Department rejected extension in his bail on February 27, and demanded that Nawaz should return to Pakistan immediately and surrender before authorities.

Later, Nawaz’s lawyer filed an application in the Islamabad High Court, claiming that he had not received the government’s decision, which the PML-N had actually received, claimed Shahzad and added that he had brought this order to satisfy media and if someone could send it to Nawaz. He said the order has also been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the direction to send it to the British government. Shahzad said recently, on August 18, the IHC declared Nawaz an “absconder" as his bail has expired. The federal government wants to proceed in the case with the help of the NAB. He lamented that this dual standard of accountability could not be continued in Pakistan as common people hardly get any relief or parole, but people like Nawaz Sharif who has been disqualified for life by the Supreme Court and found guilty in two cases, is enjoying his life in London.

Shahzad said Nawaz Sharif was convicted for seven years in the Al-Azizia Steel Mills case, and would not be able to enter practical politics for the next seven centuries. Nawaz was disqualified for life, said Shahzad. He told a questioner that Pakistan has an agreement with Britain for the "exchange of criminals and the law is applicable to all criminals.

To another query, he said, Nawaz's political activism is confined to the Oxford Street, while his daughter Maryam's politics is restricted to Twitter. About Ishaq Dar, he said he has also been declared an absconder by an accountability court in 2017 and the government would not allow him to stay further in London, and bring him back along with Nawaz's children.

About Shahbaz Sharif, Shahzad said the PML-N president "is free nowadays and should appear before the NAB". He added that the relevant institutions have stepped up efforts to prosecute Jahangir Tareen and Suleman Shahbaz. "If these people resist against being a part of the probe, we will issue red warrants against them,” he added.

Talking about “NRO plus”, a reference to the opposition’s proposed amendments to the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO-1999), he said Imran Khan won't even give the "N" of "NRO plus" to the opposition. He said Pakistan is in danger of moving from the Financial Action Task Force's "grey list" to "black list", and added that if it happened, “we would become like Iraq and Iran, and wouldn't even be able to import medicines”. He said after receiving a list of recommendations from the FATF, a civil servant has been appointed as director-general FATF. In charge institutions such as Counterterrorism Department, State Bank, Federal Investigation Agency, National Accountability Bureau, ministries, and provincial governments are also involved to address the FATF issue.

He said: "All watchdogs are made non-functional and an institutional capture took place that was noted by the international forum.” He said the PTI views money-laundering as a serious offence while the opposition did not consider this crime "serious". He said: "The biggest bottleneck is money-laundering as the opposition is asking us to not bring the crime under serious offences.”

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leaders Saturday warned the government against using the NAB as a political weapon against the opposition parties.

Addressing separate news conferences in the federal and provincial capitals, PML-N Secretary Information Marriyum Aurangzeb and central leader Ahsan Iqbal said Nawaz Sharif had gone abroad after fulfilling all the legal requirements and he would come back when doctors would declare him fully fit.

Marriyum said the PTI government was desperately trying to shift focus away from their deplorable two-year performance. She said the government had launched a new onslaught against the PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif because Imran Khan's political existence had no roots and he could not survive without using Nawaz Sharif's name.

She said the selected prime minister could not even lay a brick as the development work while Nawaz Sharif completed various projects worth billions of rupees.

Slamming the statements regarding making those responsible for sending Nawaz abroad an example, she said the government should start the process by arresting, investigating and prosecuting Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid, board of government doctors and the Punjab government, who had clearly stated that Nawaz's treatment was not possible in Pakistan and he had to be moved abroad to save his life. Nawaz went abroad through legal processes, she said adding that Imran should set an example by bringing back the money-launderers and public sugar money looters, who he conveniently helped flee the country on a chartered plane. She demanded arrest of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and Jahangir Tareen, who were responsible for flour and sugar crisis in the country.

The former information minister said the new wave of hoopla against Nawaz was because the Imran-led mafia government knew it had destroyed every sector in the country from its economy, industry, to businesses, and jeopardised national defence and security.

She said Imran's corruption and corrupt decisions had plummeted national growth from 5.8 to minus 0.4, sugar price has reached Rs110/kg from Rs52, flour from Rs32 to Rs78, medicines have become unaffordable because of PTI's 500 per cent price-hike, petrol had hit the roof with unprecedented price-hike and inflation had skyrocketed from 3 to 13 per cent.

Marriyum said Imran inaugurated Nawaz Sharif's initiated projects and then alleged corruption in the same projects. “Why hasn't he shut down any of these projects if they were marred by corruption,” she questioned.

She said the NAB-Niazi alliance was not just called out and criticised by the opposition but the Supreme Court of Pakistan too. She said the international rights bodies slammed it as an instrument of political engineering and persecution of opposition. She stressed that the PML-N would stand strong against any law that hampered the national growth and progress. She said those who embezzled Rs13,000 billion in loans, Rs120 billion in Peshawar BRT, trillions in sugar, wheat, flour and petrol corruption, were now busy laundering that money.

Marriyum pointed out that it was the joint opposition that included the money laundering clause in the FATF related legislation. She told the government mouthpieces like Shahzad Akbar to read the letter written by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi lauding and appreciating the opposition's role in FATF related legislation before doing a presser filled with lies.

The PML-N secretary information warned the PTI government against politicising matters related to national security such as FATF, as it would have devastating long-term consequences. Stop telling PML-N what it should do regarding the FATF legislation because it had more knowledge and experience of such matters than the PTI, she said.

She once again challenged Imran to file a case in the court and name those who demand an NRO. She lambasted that the selected PM had neither the power nor the mandate to give anyone any NRO other than his mafia friends who loot the country.

"Imran Khan has intentionally taken every action to destroy every sector and institutions of the country with a well-planned agenda motivated by the money of those 23 illegal and undeclared accounts for which he refused to answer," she said.

Answering a question regarding the all parties conference (APC), she said the Rahber Committee is busy formulating the agenda of the conference because the upcoming sitting would not end with just a declaration but start a movement to send the government packing.

Separately, PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal said Prime Minister Imran Khan and his advisors should resign if they think they were deceived on the issue of Nawaz Sharif’s health.

Addressing a press conference at 180-H Model Town Lahore on Saturday, he said Nawaz Sharif was sent abroad after complete examination by senior doctors including Chief Executive of Shaukat Khanum Hospital Dr Faisal. Why he was made health advisor if he had deceived prime minister, he asked. Dr Faisal had said the condition of Nawaz Sharif was not good and he should be sent abroad for treatment. Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid had also confirmed that the condition of Nawaz Sharif was critical.

He said Nawaz Sharif would come back when doctors would give him certificate of good health.

Ahsan Iqbal said actually Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has been doing politics on Nawaz Sharif health issue, like it did on the health of the late Mrs Kulsoom Nawaz.

He said actually the government had failed to fulfil the promises they had made with people. They had actually wasted 200 pages by publishing a performance report.

He said why the circular debt had increased despite increasing the rates of electricity and gas. He said after two years, the economic situation had deteriorated from bad to worse.

He claimed that the PTI Members of National Assembly (MNAs) had started saying that their government had broken all records of corruption. Jahangir Tareen was sent abroad in the darkness of night. Who made money by increasing fuel prices, he questioned.

Meanwhile, addressing a news conference at the Railways Headquarters, Lahore, Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that the case of PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz was very serious and they were in troubled waters.

To another question, Sh Rashid said former finance minister Ishaq Dar and Suleman Shahbaz could not be brought back. However, he added, Nawaz Sharif should come back and face cases against him in the courts. The railway minister said the PM was regretting why Nawaz was allowed to go abroad.

The fight continues and the blessings from all, for the deliverance continues .. in words and deeds and in the ability to GIVE .. to give the suffering .. to give in the spirit of providing the elements of medical help and assistance in the locations where most desired ..

The Care Center at Delhi Rakabganj Gurudwara of the 400 bedder has begun its functioning for the first 300 beds and then in time to the 400 .. this facility is giving succour free of cost - bed care food medicine and medical care all .. 

I have to, in deepest gratitude thank profusely the Govt., of Poland, the Mayor of the City of Wroclaw, the Ambassador of India at Warsaw and the LOT Polish Airlines for their very gracious gesture towards me.

The general call from the places that were in need of help had been for the urgent need of Oxygen Concentrators. These are and were difficult to procure and when I was not getting any immediate source to acquire them  my friend and the Indian Consul in Wroclaw stepped forward. He at first realising the situation that we were facing was sending a portable O2 concentrator for my personal emergency use, but I dissuaded him. When he insisted I said if you do send it to me I shall donate it to any institute that was in immediate need. During this discourse he came to know of my work in the procurement of Concentrators and came out with the name and details of a Polish Company that was making them and that were being exported to various parts of the World, and whether this could be one of the sources for my need. I immediately placed an order for 50 Oxygen Concentrators, which were blocked for me by him, since the equipment was in short supply and was being manufactured and sold out rather rapidly.

So I have bought 50 concentrators and they shall be shipped out on the 15th of May. My gratitude that I have mentioned above is to all , in getting LOT Polish Airlines , that is delivering the equipment, to waive the freight charges as a gesture of helping us in our hour of need. This is most humbling and filled with the true spirit of coming together and demonstrating by extending a helping hand for humanity and for those that suffer.

Oxygen Concentrators are a complex operational exercise in its use and they must be handled with professional medical advise and care - preferably by Doctors in a Hospital. They come in two different quantities - the 5 litre and the 10 litre . A monitored mix of the two capacities and the medical condition of the patient needs to be studied before administering it. If any of you are in possession of it, please DO NOT attempt to use it randomly. Do take proper medical advice. An improper balance of the mix of the 5l and the 10l can actually become harmful, if done incorrectly.

So the ones I have ordered are the 5 litre ones and in a few days I shall be buying another 50 hopefully of the 10 litre ones and donate them to a Hospital with proper medical care.

Then the need for Ventilators has been equally acute. The BMC the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation when I said I wished to donate something for the cause, told me to not give money,  but to get them Ventilators. This has been an arduous task as well, but luckily another Agency has stepped forward and is helping me with my order. I had ordered 20 ventilators, 10 of which have arrived to day and I am happy that I was able to deliver them to the BMC and a few Municipal Hospitals in Mumbai today. The economically rich fellows can influence the police, lawyers and judges with money and suppress the small flat owners. The justice may be denied and delayed for their whole life period. Now if we see the number of apartments in cities like chennai and others in India it is exceeding more than lakhs in numbers. The lakhs of apartments are running with domination of big flat owners and there is no proper rule to solve the issues of small flat owners in the country due to the corruption in government department. The rules are also made for the favor of big flat owners and rich person in the apartment. No government department will care about the livelihood of these small flat owner in the country. The apartmental act and society act were not covering the issues for the middle class and poor owners having flats in the apartment. The issues and activities of big flat owners are 1. No registration of their association under society and apartment act under indian rule of law for more than 2 years. They are collecting more than Rs 12,000 pm for maintenance of apartment.2.
