Besides Murder Drones, what are some of your favorite shows, and why?

Its difficult to come up with things off the top of my head tbh hm. i only have so much attention span to spare for any shows i watch XD especially since usually i never finish a show all the way through- its hard to keep me interested- cuz most shows end up getting cancelled anyway T-T but lets see-

for example- i really liked rottmnt and monkie kid- for story and also they have the same animation crew i think- but i wasnt able to get through all eps. and yet the characters and animation are very dear to me.

i liked atla [not korra, sorry] because of the complex story and characters.

Tmnt 2003 is very very dear to my heart- one of the first cartoons i grew up with- even tho if i probably rewatch it, it might be a bit nonsensical XD but on a world building and story telling standpoint i still prefer it over any other of the tmnt variations- even if people say the more further seasons were cringe lmao- i still loved it.

Mlp:fim's story telling was oddly touching and i was obsessed with it for a long time- esp just for the sake of character designs and shipping alone lmao- [just the "friendship is magic" gen tho...]

also i was dragged into being a jjba fan 😔 i cant really uhh... say anything on why i like it XD i just do lmaooo-

Glitch Techs was also an obsession- i loved the trope and colors and character designs and everything <3 oh also Inside Job! loved the story and characters and how they solved different issues [🖕 you netflix for both these shows]

oh and one of my current obsessions is Scissor Seven <3 story, characters, world building, simple artstyle- aaaa

and these are still only a few i can think of on the spot and not counting movies or games. but again not all of the mentioned shows here have i seen through til the very end either. so yeah...

i just kinda gotta be asked if i am or am not familliar with a certain show XD

Sugar bee believe me I’d watch every show and play every game I got recommended here bc I trust yalls judgement and I know the content is good but I have the attention span the size of a peanut and can only sit so long through an episode 😔 as of now the only thing I’ve been able to sit through is a SpongeBob episode and those things are 10 min each😔

I've been told that I'm pretty aloof and stoic at first glance, and I don't talk much unless I really need to, and when I do talk to people my voice is nearly non-existent, but it doesn't take much for me to warm up to someone, and when I do I become really talkative. Especially with my close friends, whenever there's uncomfortable silence I just spout out whatever nonsense I think of first to start a conversation. Otherwise people say I'm a selfless and kind person, and I have to admit that I'm a people pleaser

With my friends I'm sort of like their mother figure, being called 'mom' by a couple of them. But I can be childish and immature depending on the situation and who I'm with (I tend to change how I act with different people) I'm kinda touch-starved honestly, but I'd rather other people initiate it since I'm afraid some people are uncomfortable with others touching them but when I do know they're comfortable with it they best be prepared 😈😈

I'm also pretty stubborn? Though depending on the topic, my opinion follows whatever others believe. Also a procrastinator, perfectionist, kind of a crybaby (?) if someone were to insult me in my face I'd most likely laugh it off or keep silent but after that I'd definitely cry about it so yeah I'm sensitive as well. I have no problem standing up for people but I have difficulty standing up for myself, especially if I don't think it's worth my time and energy. And my mbti is INFJ :D

When interacting with people I get really worried that they may be annoyed with me or the things I say, so whenever somebody goes completely quiet when I'm talking or their expression shows annoyance I tend to just trail off and in the end shut up. My friends have described me as someone who's pretty naive and oblivious, but I think I just blatantly ignore certain things about people so I can believe that they're genuinely good people especially if they're someone I'm close to

I really like writing, but sometimes I'd rather dwell on concepts and world building and end up forgetting everything I've thought about and have to start over from scratch. And I like drawing! But motivation has left me completely I'm afraid

As for my lifestyle, I spend a lot of my time learning or just slacking off. I'm a big academic achiever though I have a really short attention span so you could imagine my issues with studying stuff I'm not interested in. My favorite subjects have to be English and math, while my least favorites are easily history and biology. I'm kind of a clean freak but at the same time I'm really lazy, my current bookshelf is so messy it disgusted one of my friends 😔

Okie dokie, so here's a little cheat sheet plus explanations for the quiz I made yesterday! Feel free to take it if you haven't done so yet and you're so inclined, and then come back to this post after.

Question 1: Who is the shortest of the Combaticons? Answer: Vortex

I know that people tend to imagine Swindle as the shortest because he was in G1. But he's actually the second tallest of the team (or third if you count Bruticus)! Blast Off and Vortex are clearly the shortest of the team, as we can see in the scenes showing them all next to each other.

And I decided to make Vortex the shortest by just a couple inches because it amused me lol

Question 2: How many times have the Combaticons been wanted for treason? Answer: 3 times

1: Going AWOL after becoming a combiner/"stealing" Bruticus from the Senate 2: Attempting to assassinate Megatron 3: Disobeying Starscream in Fall of Cybertron

Should Megatron find out about them defecting from the Decepticons, he will likely deem that treason as well. But since he's unaware of their status, they aren't currently wanted, so it's only been 3 times.

Question 3: Who did Onslaught almost fake date? Answer: Jazz

Alright, so years and years ago there was a community event, a multiverse masquerade/party type thing. I ended up doing a thread set there using Onslaught with a Jazz blog I was friends with. Ons was getting looks from people, since he was wearing his Con badge still and also fully armored. Jazz made a remark about the attention he was drawing, Ons said he found it ridiculous people were surprised at his appearance since Unicron was supposed to be there somewhere too.

Jazz eventually agreed it was ridiculous, and then basically went "Hey, we should give them something to talk about and pretend we're together." And Onslaught was considering it. He said something like "It wouldn't be the worst rumor about me."

Sadly, the thread did not go any further than that 😭 I think it would've been fun. Maybe another opportunity will pop up in the future.

Question 4: How does the mun usually list out the names of the Combaticons? Answer: Onslaught, Brawl, Blast Off, Vortex, Swindle

Question 5: Is there any meaning to the order the mun writes out the Combaticons's names in? Answer: Order of joining the team

Putting these two together. Uh, not much to say that isn't said by the answers themselves. Don't know when I started doing this, but I've always wondered if people noticed me listing out their names in a particular order or not. So now you know!

Question 6: Approximately how long were the Combaticons in the Decepticon Detention Center? Answer: About 1/2 of the war

Another self-explanatory answer. It just felt like a good amount of time. Around the halfway mark they started to realize that things had taken a turn for the worse, and Megatron was going down a path they were unwilling to follow. So, an assassination attempt was made, it failed, and then they were locked away. They were only let out a decade or so before the events of the games. This is a timespan I've recently changed; I used to say they'd been out of the Detention Center for a thousand or so years before the games, but I've shortened it considerably.

I'm not a fan of the huuuge time spans that Transformers is fond of using. But that's a rant for another day.

Question 7: Have any of the Combaticons killed a human either accidentally or on purpose? Answer: No

LITERALLY EVERYONE ANSWERED "YES" TO THIS!!!! How dare you all........ smh 😔

Question 8: Which Combaticon is prone to singing when overcharged/drunk? Answer: Blast Off

This is a dumb headcanon I made in the early days of the blog and it stuck lol

Not much else to it, I just find it funny

Question 9: Which Autobot does Bruticus HATE? Answer: Silverbolt

I want to preface this by saying that the mun for Silverbolt ASKED for someone to beat him up... and I just happened to be happy to oblige.

It turned into a whole Thing™, but the Combaticons realized that Bruticus has a burning hatred for Silverbolt because the Aerialbot was one of the bots that shot Bruticus off of the Ark at the end of Fall of Cybertron. This caused Bruticus to drift back to Cybertron, and eventually crash back planetside, leaving him severely injured in the aftermath.

That was the closest to death Bruticus has come. He doesn't know how to process that sort of trauma, and thus channeled it into rage towards the perpetrators. Unfortunately for Silverbolt, he was the first bot from that encounter that the Combaticons came across, so Bruticus has locked onto him in a bad way.

Question 10: Are the Combaticons objectively the best combiner team? Answer: Obviously!

I don't believe this one requires any explanation, it's just simply a fact!

volume 2 babeyyy!!!!! i’ve decided to move this to every other monday so it gives me more time to actually do things (if you haven’t picked up on it, i have the attention span of a dead gnat and don’t often have the desire to do anything except pace around my living room and daydream 😭) the last 2 weeks have been pretty busy for me so unfortunately this one’s gonna be real short.

nothing interesting in the anime category this time 😔 my sister and i decided on a system where we put everything we wanna watch on a playlist and watch 2 episodes of one, watch 2 of the next show on the playlist, so on and so forth and just repeat the process til with finish the playlist (which is a whole 4 days long 💀). my peanut brain can’t focus on the same thing for too long so it worked out pretty well for us,,, until our dad decided to haul my sister all the way across the country on a 3 week camping trip. she won’t be back til the 11th so i gotta wait til she gets home to pick things back up 🥲

aside from that i have not watched anything else cuz i don’t have the patience!!!!

I read the first 3 volumes and what the hell 😭 it’s pretty good so far but holy shit it is WILD. The plot itself is weird as hell ngl, but it’s otherwise pretty enjoyable. Don’t really care for the romance aspect, but I love how insane the yokai designs are and sheer amount of crustacean themed creatures. I’ll def read more since Nessie was just coming in where i left off. Will also def watch the anime cuz i wanna see what they do with the crazy ass fight scenes between the aliens and yokai.

I went to the bookstore the other day and got new physical books :3 one of them was Dorohedoro, which i’ve been wanted to read for a long while now so i think i will read this soon

Writer’s Spotlight - Mhunter10

Be honest, y’all thought I had abandoned this series, didn’t you? But I hadn’t! In fact, this interview was done a long time ago, but posting was delayed for several reasons. It’s finally here though, and I’m very excited for you to read this one, because the writer we’re spotlighting today is a fandom veteran and one of our most prolific writers. Enter: Malenah, aka @mhunter10​!

GT: Ok, first of all, I've got to say, I'm so happy you agreed to talk to me! I missed you! How have you been?

M: Been up and down and dealing with some stuff, but I think I'm okay. I definitely miss writing.

GT: And we miss your writing. Is that why you stopped for a while, life just got in the way?

M: Yes, but also the fandom and show wasn't fun anymore. Tumblr policies got annoying and people weren't finding my stuff....people actively stealing my work and reposting without asking.

GT: Oh, that sucks. 😔 When did you join the fandom? And what made you want to? What was it about Shameless (or Gallavich) that captivated you?

M: Oof maybe 2013ish? 2015ish? Whenever Shameless first season was on. I actually didn't even have Showtime, I would literally sit on Tumblr and wait for someone to recap the episode or link a bootleg clip. I've always been into good queer stories as a queer, and Cam and Noel's dynamic was interesting and the sort of cute that makes you squeal like a little girl. 

GT: They've always had a lot of chemistry. Did you start writing fics right away? What made you want to start?

M: I was actually writing for another fandom/couple for a while way before Shameless. For Gallavich I was mainly just making headcanons that sometimes turned into drabbles. Eventually I wrote longer fics and started posting to AO3. I'd respond to someone else's headcanon or idea with a short fic.

GT: A lot of people still do that nowadays. That was one of my favorite things about your fics, actually, the fact that most of them were short and I could get my quick Gallavich fix without compromising my lack of a long attention span. 😅

M: Haha I was the queen of the drabble.

GT: What fandom were you writing for before, if you don't mind me asking? Was it the first you wrote fics for?

M: A soap opera called As the World Turns😅. I was writing fic when it was still airing new episodes in the middle of the day on CBS. I wrote for Luke and Noah and the fics are archived somewhere on the internet forever.

GT: Was it also the first fandom you read fics for?

M: I think so? Lol that sounds right. I also wrote some fics for Eyewitness, the US version.

GT: Let me backtrack, because we went straight into your experience with fandom, but I want to also know a bit about you. Please tell us a bit about yourself. 

M: Oh Haha well I'm 30. Black, bi, live in Maryland. Have a bachelor's and currently getting my master's. Write, paint, sculpt, collect, read, work… mostly work. Work work work. Fall is my favorite season. Libra. Currently have 8 tattoos. Live with my partner, 3 years together. Umm...I've got arthritis and hip dysplasia so lol....anyone wanting to murder me now has everything they need to know and opportunity.

GT: Hahahaha That was very in-depth, indeed! What's your masters about?

M: Organizational Sciences.

GT: I don't know what that is, but it feels like something I should study. 😅 What is it? And do you already work in that field or are branching out?

M: It's akin to industrial psychology...basically, how workplaces work and how to improve the work environment. Definitely has a lot of intangible skills everyone should have an understanding of if you work. It's very meta sometimes lol. Leadership, communications, change management, negotiation, etc.

GT: Oh, that's interesting! You mention you also paint and sculpt? Talk about a well-rounded artist! What got you into those?

M: I've just always been artsy fartsy crafty.....schmafty. Fun fact: walked out of my pottery class first day cuz the professor rubbed me the wrong way....took ballet instead. I'm mostly a painter but I have a lot of little things I've made out of clay just for fun.

GT: Like what? 

M: Mostly small food 😆. I paint whatever. I was an instructor for about 2 years.

GT: If you feel comfortable, could you maybe share a pic or two?

GT: They're all beautiful, but the one with the blue-haired woman is GORGEOUS! 😍

GT: Let's talk about Shameless. Do you have a favorite season and/or episode? 

M: Yikes, I honestly don't remember much but definitely before the whole show went off the rails. I think 1-4 are standouts, maybe 5 or 6. I only really stayed for Gallavich. 

GT: I feel you, I actually stopped watching after S5.

M: Trevor was the worst.

GT: Why do you say that?

M: Not the actor ,obviously, but the whole storyline was not done right at all, imo. The whole jesus stuff was stupid. Frank continuing to live was stupid. All the stupid and inconsistent decisions compounded into me not giving a shit anymore.

GT: Did you actually watch all the seasons? Because I myself skipped S6 to S9. What did you think of the ending?

M: The ending I saw was the wedding stuff, but I haven't watched anything after.

GT: Do you intend to or will you just consider the wedding the end and that's it? Either way, what did you think of the wedding? Or the fact that there was one. The early-seasons fan in me was in shock it even happened. Once Mickey came back for 9x06, I figured that was as good as it was going to ever get.

M: I knew they would do it. They baited us, kept us on the hook and reeled us back in with the Gallavich crap. I thought the wedding was fine, didn't understand half the people there. Oh wait I also watched some of the stuff with them in the apartment and trying to adjust to that which was actually pretty interesting. I didn't really keep up after that, just saw some gifs here and there. I think they had sex in an ambulance with a dead person? I don't really understand why they have to keep doing illegal stuff. I refuse to believe Fiona would not even show up or call or check in, but I understand why Emmy wanted to cut full ties with the show

GT: I agree, I never understood why not have Fiona keep in touch, or just have one of them mentioned she called. But it's the same thing they did with Mickey at the end of season 5. Instead of cutting Noel from the show, but still having Mickey be somewhat present through mentions, they decided he'd be arrested AND Ian would break up with him. And then they mentioned things about him that weren't true. That made no sense at all. How would you have written their ending if you got to choose?

M: I've written their ending lol; just a short fic reimagining the day after the wedding. I liked the apartment stuff. I would've written them trying to find Mandy eventually leaving the show due to a positive sign she wanted to reconnect. They need to leave the Southside. But during their search, Mickey goes to school. Maybe some shenanigans ensue, but ultimately he does well enough to graduate. I'd see Ian writing a book.

GT: Ian writing a book? That's something I never thought of. A biography or fiction?

M: Maybe a memoir.

GT: What about other moments of the show? If you could change one thing the show did with them, what would it be? 

M: Everything. Anything I ever had an issue with, I usually turned into some sort of fic in retaliation. I did a fic rewriting their meeting at the docks, and also one where Ian finds Mickey in Mexico. I did one of when Ian came home from the hospital and Mickey is taking care of him, but ends up helping Fiona with some chores. 

GT: Ok, but if you could only choose one? Sophie's choice, I know. Well, reverse Sophie's choice. 😅

M: Idk I'd redo all the stuff with Yevgeny and not make Mickey forget all about him.

GT: Great point. Just one more thing that doesn't make sense in this show. Ok, now let's talk fanfiction. What kind of fics do you write the most? I mean, I know you're the drabble queen, but what else?

M: My fics range from absolute crack fucking with the readers, to gut wrenching, to smut, to whatever passion project I think 2 people will read. I've written some lengthy stuff. Two wips I'm ashamed to admit I forgot where I was going with them as the reason I haven't updated them are White Coats and, by far my most popular fic, The Sugar Daddy. I also have several series going with trans Mickey, fratboy Mickey, geek Mickey, etc.

GT: I can relate, I also have a WIP I don't know how to continue. I have the plot planned, but... I don't quite know how to get there. Do you have a personal favorite among your fics, one that you were especially proud to write?

M: Definitely The Sugar Daddy, but they're all my babies to some extent, even the less popular and early ones. I liked writing pregnant Mickey. And I like some of my fantasy spins, like Mickey meeting Santa lol, and Ian in Oz.

GT: If you had to rewrite a fic you wrote, which one would you choose and how would you change it?

M: I have over 400 fics so I know I myself am forgetting a lot of them lol.

GT: I have way less and I forget mine too, so I can only imagine. 😁

M: When I come across an oldy it's always fun to read it with fresh eyes haha. I don't think I would rewrite any.

GT:  No regrets, huh?

M: Pretty much.

GT: Fair enough. Now, you said it yourself, you have A LOT of fics out there. Where do you get your ideas from?

M: I tend to write in a zone so whatever I put out there is what I wanted out there in the moment. I have an idea and just go with it and see how it comes together

GT: You said you write in a zone. How do you get in that zone? (asking for a friend)

M: I've had somewhere I just could not figure out how to get it out of my head in a way that makes sense so those just never see the light of day or they find their way magically into something else. It's probably an undiagnosed adhd thing but I hit a groove and can keep going as long as I'm excited. That excitement is generated by how much I think what I've written is going to make people shit their pants. I have a fic titled Ian Snaps Mickey's Neck. 

GT: Lol that sounds like a good motivator. So I'm assuming you don't plan your fics much?

M: Not like pages and pages of details before I even begin, but I know major points and how I want to lead up to some of them. That's not to say I'm not just winging it most of the time. Sometimes I'll come up with something better or different based on reactions if it's a multichap. Prompts are a little tricky sometimes cuz the person is expecting the thing so you need to do the thing. 

GT: What about research? Do you do any before or during writing?

M: A little if I want to make sure I'm saying something correctly, either words or phrases. Places sometimes, or if I want to actually describe something specific. For example, in the Sugar Daddy I have a few links to items Ian gets Mickey just to add to the visuals but I'm not expecting everyone reading to care enough about the minutiae of how much it costs to take a bus in Chicago. I stick with what's relevant and if I think people will get the point without me turning in a research paper. 

GT: Do you have a preference for writing from Ian's or Mickey's pov?

M: No preference just whatever the story calls for [whose pov do I write more, it's definitely Mickey].

GT: Do you write other characters aside from Ian and Mickey?

M: I've written a couple fics that include other Shameless characters and definitely some original characters. 

GT: Which Shameless characters do you write more often? Do you write fics just about them or only include them in your Gallavich fics?

M: Ian and Mickey for sure, others as needed for the story but I know I've done a fic from Debbie's perspective a long time ago? Or Carl....

GT: You mentioned you sometimes include OCs. How do you create them? Do you base them on real people?

M: No, definitely not. I mean, if there is any originality in an original character anymore ie. typical archetypes. I at least try to make them their own character and not just an npc.

GT: You write a good deal of mpreg, a trope that a lot of people don't like. What attracts you to it?

M: Hahaha a good deal? I wrote 2 at the most. To me it's just another way of writing something. I've read some weird shit that I definitely would never write myself.

GT: Really? It was more in my mind. 😅 What are some tropes you enjoy writing?

M: I like writing scenarios that actually happen to me sometimes. Makes things feel more real. I guess I subscribe to the usual angsty stuff. But I genuinely like writing fun and sweet, sexy and loving, intimate.

GT: Is there anything you think you could never write?

M: Incest, child stuff, dom/sub, animals.

M: Haha I've stumbled into some fics where I'm not sure if the subject or the writing turned me off more.

M: If it's great writing, I might skip around some bits. Otherwise yeah, I'm not reading anything that I'd have to announce to a room at gunpoint. But that's for my own peace, some things just should not be written.

GT: One more thing, out of curiosity: where does your url come from? I get the M from your name, but why hunter10?

M:  It's my last name and birth month and username for everything because I'm a basic and terrible person 😆.

GT: What are you currently reading?

M: The one where Ian is the reading tutor and has a cat, Paragraphs by @palepinkgoat​. I also like their other stuff and am always extremely jealous, feel free to mention that haha.  Jealous and supportive, but still… lol. And I really do want to finish The Sugar Daddy but for now I'm going to get back into writing slowly with updating some of my series. Before that I was reading Deaf Group by @thevioletjones​, another fav. Unfortunately a lot of my list is orphaned, deleted or no updates since 2015.

GT: Yeah, a lot of people left the fandom around the time, which is sad, but understandable. I understand orphaning your fics, and of course shit happens, so abandoned WIPs are normal, but I don't get the reasoning behind just deleting something you created, unless you later realized it was in poor taste. But well, to each their own. Ok, so I was going to ask you about your plans for more, but you've already said you want to finish The Sugar Daddy. Any other plans?

#In the end you offer to let him borrow some of your clothes to sleep in but he seems like he's uncomfortable with the prospect so you two#just watch late night television on your couch. if he nods off against your arm while you doze you don't mention it in the morning :)

YVIE NNILKYWAY my light my life my pumpkin pie omg ok so i am the Most indecisive person on the face of this entire planet and my top 5 movies Of All Time will literally change day to day and i watch movies a lot less than i do tv shows but. today my top 5 movies Of All Time include (in no particular order):

1. everything everywhere all at once bc i am the eldest gay daughter to asian immigrant parents and let me tell u . i walked out of that theater with all of my makeup transferred to the inside of my mask and None of it left on my face from the sheer force of my tears. idk it is just so special to me it Gets Me i have never felt so seen and i have never ever cried so hard at a movie before and it’s just one of those movies that permanently changed the chemistry of my brain (+mitski in the soundtrack ! hello !) i need to rewatch it so bad actually

2. ratatouille! idk what to say about this one it’s just so nostalgic and such a comfort movie and i could watch it a billion times for the rest of my life and never get bored! the vibes the ambiance the bittersweet ending idk it just is so 🫂🫂🫂🫂 to me just the embodiment of a hug

3. the empire strikes back is also one of the most comfort movies of all time for me !! and IDK i don’t rewatch star wars as much as i should probably because there are so many movies and i get overwhelmed so i’ve seen the others like once or twice each, maybe a few more for a new hope but esb i’ve watched like. a million times EASY. just everything about it!! the iconic ice planet hoth opening and the hanleia moments and everything about luke in this movie is so top tier. such a classic feel and watching it feels like the equivalent of a warm mug of tea for my brain. just also feeling very star wars today so that might be playing into a bit but this movie is just mwah chefs kiss for Me

4. ok this is definitely on here because i just watched it and have been thinking about it nonstop since but i FINALLY !! watched it (2017) (and also the sequel but whatever .) and i can like Feel the neurons in my brain rearranging themselves i get it i get the hype i understand why my mutuals are going crazy all the time i get why people have not shut up about it since it came out I GET IT OK ! IM ON BOARD I AM A SHELL OF THE PERSON I USED TO BE I AM CHANGED FOREVER i am so. yeah

5. probably the perks of being a wallflower not to sound Annoying but every time i watch it i can Feel my soul getting ripped out of my body and shredded to pieces bit by tiny bit. i literally have watched it so many times i know it by heart i KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AND YET. i cry every damn time. infp charlie kinnies rise up 😔✊ i think this and eeaao are two movies that are on my Actual For Real Favorite Movies Of All Time list and yes i sob like a baby while watching both of them let’s not think about why all my favorite movies are so sad Ok. idk something about the ending of course but also the scene w sam and charlie in the kitchen of the party and the scene with his brother coming home and the fight in the cafeteria OHH idk. it is just so special to me i could watch it every single day forever and i’d melt from the sheer force of my tears eroding away at my body but it will have been worth it!

Having adhd sucks so badly when you're trying to draw😭 every time I open the app to finish Venus, I remember my 20 different WIPS and start working on them😔

However I will say the "Venus, planet of love, was destroyed by global warming" is the main reason I named him Venus and I'm planning on writing a little drabble or something around it :3 Mitski and Isle of lost dogs really influenced Venus. I probably mentioned it but there's the "I'm not a violent dog, I don't know why I bite" thing from IOTLD and that fits Venus perfectly.

While it's not exactly how Ace is gonna look, Sigma from BSD is a big inspiration for him! Long hair pretty boy with half white, half light purple hair !!! And Q from BSD is actually what inspired me to make Quinn, I love gremlin children they're so silly and fun. Quinn is truthfully just Q with a loving brother and less trauma 😭

I've decided on the names for the cupid and reaper oc ! cupid is Talia (no last name D: ) and reaper is named Virgil Sterling !

Would you consider giving the Naruto manga a chance? The fandom is terrible and so is the ending, but I really think it's something you'd like. I've never seen a bond between 2 boys that is as deep as the one Naruto and Sasuke share. There's a noticeable decline in the writing during the war arc (where most of the criticism for the story stems from), but before that it's pretty good. Just after the war the writing for Naruto and Sasuke is 🙌... if the story ended without an epilogue it wouldn't have been too bad

Genuinely, maybe it's just the size of the fandom but Genshin feels like one of the worst fandoms in that regard. Esp bc i remember in the early days ppl would maybe tag leaks as spoilers etc and still kinda mess up and there were always exceptions, but overall everyone was good about tagging (at least on Tumblr, Twitter is a whole other story. As usual? lol)

I just feel it's somehow gotten normalized to just show those things immediately, and just assume everyone's fine with it, esp leaks which is just ???

But yeah no genuinely it's not your fault, everyone should be able to play things at their own pace and remain without any spoilers if they want to. A seemingly ever growing amount of ppl are just terribly selfish and unwilling to do even the most basic thing to be considerate of others :/

honestly it’s very annoying because my attention span is the size of a pea, i can’t stay focused on the quests for that long, so they often lose their appeal (leading me to neglect doing them until the last minute)

it’s just spoiler after spoiler now and i can’t even go through anything without seeing a boss leak or a very important cutscene/voice line (aka the scaramouche cutscene/lines, whatever happened with nahida, nilou’s dance back when the sumeru update released- i haven’t even gotten to that part yet!)

literally on tiktok all you have to do is type in text and make it so that it says “spoilers” in a bright red box. that’s it, yet many people seem to forget that. and while here on it’s a bit better since you can block certain hashtags, people still forget to tag their stuff as spoilers, the least they could do is put it under the read more thing.

i’m ranting at this point but ughhh. someone gave me the advice to try doing the quests with a good video playing so maybe i’ll try that tomorrow ^^ it’s like 4am now though i should def be in bed-
