“Yeah, you heard me, I’ll put you in jail for self-depreciation crimes.” Katsuki isn’t ballsy enough to tell Izuku exactly how he feels straight up, but he hopes the other is clever enough to see he’s trying to make him feel fancied.

“???? Ss-s...Self-deprecation crimes...?” Kicchan’s silliness clearly knew no bounds, and funny enough, its charm was actually working. Is he flattered? Oh yeah. He sure is. Definitely flattered as well as apparently a little invested in the charade.

Is he clever enough to take the hint, though? ..Nnno. Not really, no.

“Uhm-- I-I’m-- But I’m not-- W-Wait, saying that would just prove his point...! W-What I mean is that.. that I-I’m---I’m just.....! Not used to it--!!! I-I’m not used to this!!” “...Please don’t arrest me, I’m trying to be the greatest hero...”

Eri tugged on Katsuki (@nitrosweet)’s cardigan sleeve before holding up a drawing of him, Valkyuurie and Yamikumo that she made. Written on top was ‘Cherry Bomb, Valkyuurie and Yamikumo’, while the bottom had a simple ‘Good Luck! -Eri” message.

“Uhm, I made this for you---” She paused, then fidgeted a little. Should she call him Cherry Bomb? Deku said that it’s just a substitute for his other hero name, though, in case the other Katsuki decided to use the name... She isn’t sure what to call him...

“---G..ougou-san...” ..Maybe this will do?

The question made him stop from walking away. Funny how a counterpart of the one the people that drove him into this corner would ask him that question. In truth, there were a lot of things that came to mind. Some were selfish: like self-worth, for instance, or at least a sense of purpose and usefulness in a world that told him he had none for it. That, and to prove that they were wrong. That they were all wrong. That heroes aren’t just made from Quirks and popularity or how fast one could climb the ranks. If he couldn’t prove it them by becoming a hero, he could prove it as the shadow of one-that-could-have-been.

He’ll show the world that not all Quirks are worth one’s weight in gold, and with it, perhaps spark newfound heroism in the hearts of those who were told they couldn’t. Quirkless and Quirks alike.

Turning around, he gave Bakugou a firm look, one that held fierce determination in his eyes. There were a lot of things that came to mind…

“For the future of this world’s values, and the people who deserved another chance.”..But all that came out was something as simple as this.

Another BnHA commission, this time on Proto!Kacchan! (  ´ﾉ∀ ` )ﾉ♡ Proto!Uraraka isn’t the only one I love after all. I love the whole proto!trio with all my heart. The mun, Quinn, also writes some pret-ty good fics if you’re into that ☆⌒（ ゝω・） 10/10 would recommend, I’m just saying.

“???!?!!?!? I– I’ll be put in jail…?!!?” With a silly threat like that, he couldn’t help but obey. ’Course, that didn’t stop the glowing red warmth emitting from his face, though. Him? A walking ball of adorable sunshine??? No way.

..Still… Even Kicchan thinks that he’s adorable beyond comprehension… Is.. Is this a dream? What’s going on….??????
