Spoilers for season 2 pt 2

I wish they did more with nether space kai stuff

It feels like it was just for nothing

The first half of the season was a lot stronger in my opinion

It feels like there was alot going on but at the same time we get zero context to most of it

Like how did new elements pop up

How did Cole’s moms mech get there

The source dragons apparently are the source of elemental powers yet that contradicts that the fsm created them

It just is like they have 50 different plot lines going on and only a few of them get good resolutions

It also feels like they were trying to emulate season 4 with the betrayal/you don’t know who you can trust but kinda missed the mark by lacking a Chen like character

On some more positive notes I surprisingly kinda liked wyldfyre and roby romance thing

Did it feel kinda half baked, yes

Did it remind me of season 4 kailor, yes

Do I ship it, no

It’s cute but kinda lacks substance

The evil jay thing was done well I’d say. I was really worried it would be bad tropey kinda thing but it surprisingly worked and didn’t take up to much screen time.

I kinda wish nya hugged kai when he returned but of course nyas more focused on jay or whatever but im glad they at least talked afterwards

Tbh kai should have fought the other three forbidden five members in the nether space

And I think arins “betrayal” would have worked better if they opened the gate and everyone except kai got out cuz Arin did something then Lloyd blows up at him and he runs away

I just want kai to suffer more tbh

I’m hoping season three is stronger than pt 2 cuz season 2 pt 1 was amazing but pt 2 felt incomplete for some reason

MY CINDER HYPE FOR NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGB AUHHH- anyway..... some of the things I liked:

Arin villian arc (THATS SOMETHING WE HAVEN'T SEEN BEFORE, SO COOL!)

All of the Jordanna development stuff was great!

The same with Sora, she's great!

The F5 lore was cool too.
