I thought it'd be fun to make each of Jinjur's soldiers a character from Oz canon!
It'll be a while before you see all of their names used in the comic, so I'm including a helpful identification guide to the Army of Revolt below the cut so that you may get to know them right away:
Tumblr media
A) Miss. Cuttenclip A Quadlish delinquent who likes arts & crafts. From Emerald City of Oz.
B) Captain Elfie Bah A Winkielander delinquent who hates both witches and the daughters of witches. Named after Elphaba from Wicked, but is clearly a legally distinct character. Please don't sue me.
C) Salye Soforth A Winkielander delinquent who is the younger sister of Queen Ann Soforth in Tik-Tok of Oz.
D) Dyna Nikidik A Gillikinese delinquent who is related to the Crooked Sorcerer. From Road to Oz, but her last name comes from Marvelous Land of Oz.
E) Tollydiggle A Gillikinese delinquent from whom you cannot escape. Only has one name, like Cher. From Patchwork Girl of Oz.
F) Blinkie <3 A sweet and kind foreign exchange student who fell in with the wrong crowd by accident! She's Juni Jump's best friend! Don't bother looking up who "Blinkie" is in Oz canon. I'm sure you'll only find lies.
G) Jessiva Pipt A Munchkin delinquent who is the daughter of Dr. Pipt, aka the Crooked Sorcerer. Dyna is her cousin. From the 1914 film adaptation of Patchwork Girl of Oz.
H) Juniberry "Juni" Jump A Quadlish delinquent who is in love with Jinjur and is Blinkie's best friend. Named in homage to John R. Neill's Jenny Jump, but is actually a composite character of the rabbit who lives near Nimmie Amee in Tin Woodman of Oz and the bunnies of Bunnybury in Emerald City of Oz.
If you read all this, I'd appreciate it if you supported me on Patreon. (link in bio)

Recovery from Cptsd is complex. Sometimes, it can feel so hopelessly complex that we totally give up and get stuck in inertia for considerable lengths of time. This is why it is so important to understand that recovery is gradual and frequently a backwards and forwards process.

ROONI I MISSED YOU DID YOU HAVE A GOOD BREAK???? I HOPE SO!!!! 🥺💕💕💕
Also sending thirst!! I bought some thongs and I have one pair that’s a light blue lace and I wore it with a skirt which was... scary ngl BUT the whole time I was thinking about how Dabi would probably love it. It’s easy access, he’d definitely tease them for being such a little slut. Say something about how they must really want to be fucked in front of everyone so badly since they wore something so flimsy. All for him too, right? How needy.
Nimmi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi hi hi!!!!!!!!!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
I had a really good break c: Lots of fortnite, lots of weed, lots of very chill time to unwind and relax ♡
But yes yes yes to your thirst!!!
It is kinda scary wearing thongs with skirts, but it’s so exciting too isn’t it? :3
Dabi would absolutely love it. It’s like you said- easy access!
He’d totally take advantage of it- pull you into his lap and onto his cock despite being around other people, drag you into an alleyway to fuck you against the wall, finger you under the table and huff in your ear that you’re such a slutty little bitch whenever you squirm and bite your lip to stifle any whimpers or gasps ♡
He’d love it so much :3

Tribute to Mahendra Kapoor, one of Hindi cinema's most prominent singers, on his 11th death anniversary. Mahendra Kapoor, who dominated the golden age of Hindi film music for a pretty long time, was born in Amritsar on January 9, 1934, belonging to a family of cloth dealers. The family shifted to Bombay when he was still very young. Interested in music since childhood, he trained under stalwarts like Ustad Meherji, Ustad Niyaz Ahmad Khan and Pandit Tulsidas Sharma. In Bombay, Mahendra Kapoor studied at St. Xavier’s School Bombay and auditioned for All India Radio but was rejected! However, he got his first break when Music Director Snehal Bhatkar got him to sing Tere Dar Ki Bheekh Maanti Hai Daata in Diwali Ki Raat (1956). That year he also sang a song in Lalkar (1956), Is Man Ki Nagaria Se. with Sabita Banerjee but made no waves with his singing. A big fan of Mohammed Rafi, he finally came to the fore in the 1957 when he won The Metro Murphy All-India talent singing competition. Among the judges of the competition were eminent Music Directors Naushad, Anil Biswas, Madan Mohan, Vasant Desai and C Ramchandra. Naushad gave him the song Chand Chhupa aur Taare Doobe to sing for Sohni Mahiwal (1958) starring Bharat Bhushan and Nimmi, Vasant Desai gave him a chance to sing in Schoolmaster (1959), Anil Biswas gave him the duet Stella O Stella from Char Dil Char Rahen (1959). Subsequently, the song from V.Shantaram’s Navrang, “Aadha hai chandrama raat aadhi” sung under the baton of C.Ramchandra became a hit, as did Dhool ke phool numbers like Tere pyar ka aasra chahata hoon”, sung under the baton of N. Dutta for B.R. Chopra. Then, came songs like Chalo Ek Bar Chalo (Gumraah), Neele Gagan Ke Tale (Humraaz) and many others, which made him a household name. In a career spanning five decades, his repertoire extended to songs in Hindi as well as various regional languages. His name however became most closely associated with patriotic songs including ‘Mere Desh Ki Dharti’ in Manoj Kumar’s film Upkaar. His voice has always been associated with Manoj Kumar. His many songs filmed on Manoj Kumar, most of them patriotic are a lot popular. He was a religious soul and had sung many Bhajans too. Apart from his National and Filmfare Awards, Mahendra Kapoor was a recipient of the Padma Shri from the Government of India and the Lata Mangeshkar Award from the Government of Madhya Pradesh. He also won the Punjab State award thrice and the Gujarat State Award an incredible six years in a row! Mesmerizing the nation with his melodious voice for more than five decades, he died of a heart attack at the age of 74 on September 27, 2008 in Mumbai. Mahendra Kapoor is no more but his songs like 'Mere Desh Ki Dharthi' will keep him alive in the hearts of countless music lovers across generations.

NZ North Island Day 1
I forgot how jet lagged i would feel when i landed, also i remembered why i never have more than one stop to my destination. Not worth it, never again pls. Day 1 started with meeting up with Nimmi, her cousins cousin found me at the airport, went over played with super cute chubbers and ate some chor and some AMAZING fried fish and then uncle dropped us off to our Airbnb. No A/C but it’s fine apparently that’s a thing in NZ lol, got ready caught up then made our way to Waiheke Island at mudbrick winery. Walked to the ferry there then hitched a ride with a super pleasant local and just enjoyed some wine and food with Nimmi. Some seriously gorgeous views. It became super cold got a cab ride back with an Australian couple but walking from the ferry to our Airbnb was beautiful in that 75 degree weather 🧡

Organizational change is the movement of an organization from one state of affairs to another. Organizational change can take many forms. It may involve a change in a company's structure, strategy, policies, procedures, technology, or culture. The change may be planned years in advance or may be forced upon an organization because of a shift in the environment. Organizational change can be radical and alter the way an organization operates, or it may be incremental and slowly change the way things are done. In any case, regardless of the type, change involves letting go of the old ways in which work is done and adjusting to the new ways. Therefore, fundamentally, it is a process that involves effective people management. This article presents an overview on the concept of organizational change and the related factors.
