Niles and Red || Request

Cartoonenxtdoor requested: my request are for these characters, Niles (the rhino) and Red (the Oxpecker). Pretty simple, just Niles flexing his right arm with a cocky expression while Red awkwardly tries to do the same with his left wing.

- While requests are over. Cartoonenxtdoor messaged me right after as I closed requests. They were so polite and courteous as they asked me, that I felt terrible I wasn't able to fit them in. Since Whump Of May is over, and I have a bit more free time, and figured I'd surprise @Cartoonenxtdoor with their request! Requests are not open. This is just a gift to Cartoonenxtdoor for their lovely attitude towards me, and catching up to the request I missed. - Niles and Red belong to Rhino and The Redbill, Alex Henderson Animation Do not steal, repost, or alter in any way.

This is a birthday gift dedicated to one of the finest and cherished people on the web, @numbuh-1507.

What you see here is a picture of the dynamic duo from Alex Henderson’s “The Rhino and the Redbill.” (a.k.a. Tales from Scorchwater Valley) It shows a tale of an interesting relationship between Niles (a blind but absolutely kickass rhino) and Red (a flightless red-billed oxpecker, fitting for his name) as they do what they can to survive an ongoing drought in Scorchwater Valley and find a safe place to live. There are many obstacles in the way as it shows that everyone out there is out to get them for reasons we have yet to know.

For that, I highly encourage you all to watch the full pilot, share your thoughts and suggestions on it, maybe inspire yourself to create something big for the future ahead of this gem.

     Just watched Alex Henderson’s pilot of The Rhino And The RedBill, “Tales From ScorchWater Valley” and it’s AMAZING! There’s plenty of action, great animation and interesting dynamic between Niles the Rhino and Red the Redbill. It was made in Canada! Where I’m from🇨🇦❤️💖
