Merry Whumpmas || Day 22; Nightmare

(Somethow this went to drafts rather than queue, I legitimately thought I posted it months ago!)

Caretaker hated seeing Whumpee like this. Twisting and turning in his sleep, whimpering and begging with his fractured voice. Whole body coated in sweat as he trembled on Caretakers lap.

It was almost to be expected. After all, Whumpee's brother; Whumper, went above and beyond to make his life a living hell. Yet despite all the damage Whumper did, Whumpee still kept running back.

Caretaker didn't quite understand where he got his commitment from. The love of a brother, he supposed. Whumpee was certain that if he could just get Whumper to listen, to break through with his fruitless begging... he'd eventually get his brother back.

Unfortunately, it wasn't that easy. But Caretaker would always be there to pick up the pieces.

Felt nice having most of Christmas off, but I really should've been drawing because I'm REALLY far behind now. Whoopsie. Just means I need to work harder.

Looking forward to January at least, I have some fun projects in mind!

Didn't think I'd manage to finish this before the event ended. I've been so busy moving house I didn't get much done, which is a massive bummer since the theme this year was so cool <3 Absolute fan of stars and space, and I'm so disappointed I couldn't go as full on as usual.

Still, glad I managed to do one attack with a bg, even if it's fairly basic.

Hey all! Just want to apologise for the long absence. I have been working on art, it's just been a huge project that involved a lot of detail.

I did not help that I was moving house, so a lot of my time was eaten up by packing boxes, moving them to the new place, unpacking them, finding a spot for everything... it was a long process.

Every year I go above and beyond for art fight. I pump out art non stop, doing full backgrounds, animations, the whole works. I worry I may intimidate others with that work ethic though, because I rarely get anything back.

So this year I wanted to dial it back a little. Draw at my own pace. Which works well because I'm currently moving house and that takes priority.

It's why I was so surprised when Ian-Does-Things attacked me unprompted! It really made me happy. So of course I had to offer a revenge <3

Art fight is on the horizon!

I work really hard every year to do a lot of detailed pieces for everyone, but this year I might dial it back.

Art fight consumes me every July and it ends up more stress than it's worth. Art fight is meant to be fun after all! I'll still work super hard to make lovely art for people.

My characters are listed in order of preference, mostly because a lot of my other characters are drawn a lot more and i want to give my other characters some love.

Featured Characters;

Lucius; A dark and foreboding figure with powers over darkness, and mirror-portals. Hidden behind his fringe, are many eyes that allow him to see through his mirrors, which are often strategically placed and hidden in various locations. His emblem is a snake with peacock feathers around it.

Rakni; A young and naive Drider (Spider girl) with a passion for weaving, always using her spider silk to create amazing designs, including her dresses. She can summon a large spider to protect her. After an incident that led to all her closest friends dying, she turned to Lucius, whom she has a huge crush on… which he uses to his advantage.

Cedrise The Merciful; Cedrise is the God, and Guardian, of the Forsaken Hunters. Cursed to be bound to the plane of humanity, he feels out of place and struggles with human emotions, often appearing cold or alien in his attempts to emote.

Lupita; Lupita is a Malkavian Ghoul. Her Vampire is the owner of an old antique shop. Like all ghouls of Malkavians, Lupita shows levels of insanity. While her Mistress speaks in fairy tales, Lupita herself displays high level of paranoia, and distrust to everyone who isn’t ‘approved’ of by her Mistress.

Onyx Ravenfeather; The young priestess (Cleric) of an insular cult, Onyx was raised to believe that the Raven Queen demands sacrifices of blood and life. The cult kidnapping and sacrificing the 'lesser beings’ to try and earn favour with their goddess.

I really don't like harry potter. I never got into it, and when the author was revealed to be transphobic I found more reason not to get involved. I was more into Dragonkeeper, Inkheart, and Golden Compass.

Sorry friend, the latest request was nearly 2 years old, I was just cleaning out old requests because I felt bad that I never finished them. Something as big and complex as a comic would be a commission anyway. The previous requests were just vague 'can you draw this character' which is a lot simpler to do.

Honestly in my top 3 Danganronpa ships. Figured I'd also dress the Four Dark Deva's up for the wedding because Gundham and Sonia need their bridal/groom party with them.

I used Sonia's dress from one of her canon pictures with her as a princess. As well as Gundhams everyday wear (Styled up a bit) from the anime. Had a lot of fun with this, even if my hands are killing me now, but I'm pretty sure that's just because it's freezing out. I really hope you enjoy! (Even if it's really really late.) Howdy Partner ;p Yeah I know it's been a long time, but I figured I'd do things proper and sort what requests I have, before asking for more ^^' This was really fun to draw, I decided to keep to her colour scheme, given that she's the White Power Ranger, and wears a lot of purple outside of battle. Had a bit of an accidental, unplanned hiatus. I def needed it, I was drawing so constantly my hands were hurting constantly.

I'll be working on some small things, with a large project in the bg. I'll probably post some art memes because those are really fun!
