#tag games#picrew games#this one was fun :] they're all cyberpunk ocs btw so i didn't mention it for any of them. i have a lot of guys for that game#ambrose is a retired arasaka special ops agent who used to get sent after rogue employees. was known as the reaper on arasaka grounds#cato is one of vitali's mercs and is on the run from kang tao. she's a very good driver#eddie is also one of vitali's mercs and does a lot more bodyguard stuff since they used to be a bouncer at a club#hanan is ex arasaka special programs where she was security guard and then became a test subject and now she's with the cobras#lauren is also one of vitali's mercs and she's a netrunner specifically and arguably one of the best in her field#luna is a ripperdoc and mechanic and tattoo artist with a little shop in night city and is best friends with the cobras#nimue is one of vulture's bloodhounds. minds his business most of the time she's not very involved with any of the others#ramiel or just rami is again one of vitali's mercenaries but he also does gigs for aubrey so he's basically a link between the two fixers#reuben is ex maelstrom (never a member by choice) and now works at club bodytalk for aubrey#and rikki is aubrey's younger sister and also works at club bodytalk AND is leader of santa madre (branch of the valentinos)#reblog to give them all a big ol kiss

going to clean my house and try to exterminate the various bugs living here now 💁♀️ wish me the best of luck i'm scared out of my mind
#trying to romanticize this to distract from the overwhelming contamination anxiety#like i'm this twenty something girl moving to her first apartment in the big city#it's a fixer upper she's overwhelmed#but w the help of her new wacky friends ( i have none ) and a fun cleaning montage#it looks like a whole different place#i work up the ranks at my intern job and gain the trust of my boss who finally gives me a promotion#after months of ridicule and tedious jobs#i get a boyfriend ( i'm a lesbian ) and go out for fun nights on the town#he shows me how to really live life#i worry about money and have all these scenes of me counting pennies adding to my pitiful piggy bank#but i actually have no problems w money on a practical level it's just to make me seem relateable#my fits are always cute but classic#and everyone likes me even if i'm a little naive and self centered at times#txt#i should go clean my house....

sometimes i forget that vitali really is a heywood boy
#personal#like of course he is. he may have ended up a corpo boy but deep down he is nothing like that#he used to go out to smoke with friends in places they weren't supposed to be#got into so many fights when he was young and he was a boxer like jackie... they trained with viktor for a long time together#when vitali was in college. and it's always been about community and connection to him#even now as a fixer he's putting his resources towards his mercenaries and their families#and to the fixer council so they can use the collective income to keep streets safe for regular residents of night city#he's got a whole program running to support businesses that are trying to make heywood more accessible to those without a car#and organizations focused on making life in night city better for children specifically so they have safe places to hang out with friends#if he was really a corpo boy he would've set up his office in city center somewhere. or like. charter hill#would've barely cared about his mercenaries and would DEFINITELY not have helped with creating the fixer council#none of his mercenaries have died. like obviously people get injured but none of them have ever died and like#it's all because he makes sure that they have all the resources and gear they need to succeed at the gigs he gives them#which makes me so insane he cares so much and he's running his business SO professionally but in like. such a human way#like yeah his skills as a corpo come in super handy for what he's doing here and he's absolutely using them to his advantage#but that's all he's using them for. corpo boy on the surface but lover at heart

i replayed the street kid intro after starting a new game to see if i can fix an issue i’m having and i really feel like all these prologues would’ve worked better if they were set a few years before the main story and not six months. i know we can just headcanon anything we want but v’s apparent inexperience, the street kid apparently only meeting jackie now (even though they’ve lived in the same area and been going to his mother’s bar for ages), the length of time v and jackie knew each other being different in every prologue but they still act the same with each other in the main game no matter what... it’d feel much better if it wasn’t only six months before everything happens
#streetkid v getting caught off guard by another merc and then arrested for doing a last minute job sloppily#vs six months later apparently being one of the biggest badasses in night city#who a fixer trusts to pull off a severely risky heist#in my head it'll always be a few years between the prologue and story#plus i'm getting more into the idea of friday actually being my main V because i love her#instead of just a side character in shelley's story like i imagined her at first#and the car job being a little more planned in advance so she uses tech she's worked on#and it still fucks up because she's young and cocky and didn't prep properly in advance and her own device sets off the security alarm#cyberpunk 2077#★
