And the developer was 18 when he released this game, crazy talented and I can only see him becoming even more skilled as he gets older

Nyx Fears: Apologies, Clarities, and Endings

The first apology I would like to make is that this has taken longer than I wanted since my announcement on Twitter Sunday night. I was not home and travel back took a lot of time, so getting into a position to properly write things out and do this correctly was not possible until now.

I have to answer for a lot of pain I’ve caused and hurt I’ve created. My behavior as a community leader and a friend has been contradictory to everything I’ve claimed to be in those roles and it’s time to take responsibility for all my wrongdoing and failings.

Before last week, I would have expressed that the truth is that Nyx Fears and I have not been friends since March of this year. Since May’s post last week, (https://nyxfears.tumblr.com/post/177380951130/a-very-bad-post) I’ve seen the reality: we have not been friends since I went to visit her in June of 2017, and it is absolutely my fault.

I know that Tumblr posts that are excruciatingly long can be very annoying, so I’ve set up my full writing on Medium for ease. Everything I have to say can be found here, and I want it seen. I have a lot to make up for and a lot of wounds to mend.

I have a small group of people that I really love and relate to and watch kinda religiously on YouTube. Like if you wanna know them it’s horror/other cool stuff nicknocturn aka nightmind, nyxfears, baptismonfire, skellyfish (who is still a pretty small YouTube but they’re pretty cute and like have cool sense of humour thus far?) and then there’s my fave trans youtubers chase road & aaron ansuini. But my horror video ppl I watch are all so amazing. Like I relate to a lot of them in a lot of ways especially since all of them are lgbt+ on some level? Like baptismonfire is panromo+ asexual (same as me) and like nyxfears is trans (she identified as non binary when I first followed her so I really loved her cause of that but I love that she’s growing to be more comfortable with herself and her gender expression). And like I just saw a tweet from nightmind about him being gay and it makes me so so happy honestly? I guess I just am glad to see people like me somewhere out there kinda. Personally I’m really tired of seeing so many cishet people everywhere so it’s really refreshing to just see anyone who is different from the norm (they also have amazing so check them out if you like stuff like that!!!!)

The two only trans content I follow on YouTube (Aaron & chase) have this amazing podcast that I always watch when I’m in the right mindset (sometimes I can’t because I have a lot of personal issues that can get in the way at times kinda?) and I love them both. It’s amazing to see such an nice and healthy friendship between them (something I’ve never really seen or have had) and I really related to aaron bc he is asexual and I kinda just relate to some of the things he’s talked about moreso I guess? Either way I love them and their podcast (your so brave -it’s on YouTube) check it out if you like two people kinda just chillin’ and chatting about random stuff (from trans related topics, to mental health, to lgbt+ issues, to conspiracy theories they have it all!).

Another thing I’ve really enjoyed lately is the ppl I follow on tumblr there’s this group of funny people (glumshoe, simonalkenmayer, vampireapologist in particular) who all just have really funny lives and glumeshoe & vampireapologist post cool nature and more ruralish stuff which I REALLY enjoy. (Glumshoe is nonbinary I believe, and vampireapologist is a lesbian, and simonalkenmayer is hard to describe...just read his blog description...) but I love them all and they make me all so happy at times and while I’m far too anxious to talk to any of them I really appreciate their existence and they all really help me get through the day and laugh and smile much more than I have in the past.
