Nick and deacon headcannon.

They totally know each other.

Deacon tried to give bullshit "who me?" answers when Nick first saw him on his travels.

Now they inform each other as necessary. They respect each other's work and prize each other's insights highly.

Deacon still tries to sneak as close to the detective as possible in the city before getting spotted (its a game they play)

If deacon can walk up to and talk to him casually without being spotted first, he wins a beer from the inn.

still not sure what game nick might play to win against deacon though.

Finally getting back into drawing and animations! WOOOO!!

For WAY too long I've had a lot of projects on the back-burner and nearly forgotten. Mostly due to going into the worst and longest art slump ever. Not block, since I felt plenty inspired or creativity but never the motivation or confidence to actually do it. D:

Thankfully, after doing ArtFight 2024 this year, I am back into drawing!! AND picking up animations I left behind! :D

The first animation/animation I'm working on is this here, I'm Strange though this is the old and not updated version. And as you can see it's been THREE YEARS since I picked it up! D:

Next I've just started storyboarding today, here's a lil preview of that.

I have several more animations I plan and want to do. Including remaking my Phantom of the Opera animation from highschool and Fairytale with my OC Lou.

@rad-roche and @chadfallout76podcast gave me permission to animate her lovely art! This is for the upcoming VoiceAPalooza charity drive for the Alzheimer's Association, there will be a lot amazing voices, new and old, and I am personally hyped to sit down for another radio special!

I had a lot of time to theorize what this special might be about--I'm excited to see if I've hit the mark or strayed far from it ✪ ω ✪

A short breakdown of the process below~

Usually I would share a timelapse with y'all but I forgot to press record :'D

I went back and made some gifs though that hopefully show what I did! It's pretty simple! I took Rad's art and copy-pasted all the parts I wanted to move, then painted under to try and match what would be exposed under that movement. Following that, I had fun adding jolts, smoke, and a little tween! The hardest part for me was nailing down the timing of the gun; that took some tries to make it look natural.
