Nozume and Togawa First Kiss: "This kiss is ridiculously hot and is a culmination of so much that’s been simmering beneath the surface for the entire show up to that point. Togawa has been pining so hard for Nozue for so long that when Nozue gives him a glimmer of hope and then tries to leave, everything he’s been bottling up comes surging out. Kimura Tatsunari exudes a level of desperate lustfulness in this scene that’s as intense as anything I’ve seen in any genre. We’re all familiar with the idea that people look at a person’s mouth when they want to kiss them, but Togawa looks at Nozue’s mouth like he dreams about it every night and sees it every time he closes his eyes. No wonder he feels a need to stick his thumb in there. Takeda Kouhei also communicates so much in this scene. Nozue is shocked and confused but he can’t help but respond to Togawa’s kisses. You can see the gears turning—and refusing to turn—as he tries to make sense of what’s happening—and keeps kissing Togawa back even though he still can’t process it. Togawa’s declaration, “I’ve been trying to seduce you, with everything I have,” is the cherry on top."

KhathaDome are brothers, Idk what you are on. Just like Yohan and Gaon from TDJ. Or Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian from CQL, they were obviously sworn brothers. Or even Wen Kexing and Zhoo Zishu, the devoted pair of sect brothers. Or Ai's dad and Jaonan from Ai Long Nhai. Yes every one of these pairs has a kid they raised, but that's just what good brothers do. 100% platonic roommates who raise kids together and share a single bedroom.

(P.S. I was originally gonna say that Ai's dad and Jaonan raised a kid together, before realizing all the listed pairs did. Still, they are the only pair who did it from infancy to adulthood I guess so there's that. No mysterious murders or resurrections hanging over their heads to interrupt their parenting, so I guess they have that going).

Hey, I saw in a post from September 2023 that you said 'corporate greed' didn't allow non-Off Gun pairings like ToddBlack or KathaDome to happen, and I just wanna ask how? How does Gun getting in other pairings affect anything?

I am not well-versed in the ins and outs of TBL. I know they're like a 'ship' and supposed to be lovey-dovey and all, but married couples even have one spouse doing their own thing on TV, kissing or even NC scenes with other actors. Or is that not allowed in Thailand either?

Hi! I mean that's what I'm guessing since the pairing culture is super tight in Thailand. Like these bl pairings are brands of their own with large fanbases. The pairings will act in multiple series together and their names are literally attached together. Their selling power is huge so it just seems like the folks at the top might not want to disturb that to protect the money. Also fan reactions can be unpredictable if they see one half of their pairing be with someone else.

They don't seem to have an issue with pairing one half with a girl though (Black x Eugene, White x His Russian girlfriend).. but not with a boy. I mean, originally Black's ship was with Gram, but that was completely erased which was a damn shame! And the potential of toddblack sharing just one angry hateful kiss on screen! It would have changed the world! But corporations took that from us.. no wonder black fights against them 😤🤣

I do hope this changes though.

PS If Khathadome are brothers, then I guess they are bros from Sweet Home Alabama
