Mano, ontem fiquei péssimaaaa. De janeiro pra cá, eu perdi quase 7kgs, e ontem estava falando com minha família por chamada de vídeo, e falaram que eu tava gorda 🤡🤡🤡🤡 eu fiquei tipo: 🤡🤡 falaram que tô com as bochechas grandes e a cara redonda.

Meu mundo caiu, eu fiquei mano, eu perdi peso e ao invés de notarem isso, me falaram que eu tô gorda .... Aí sabem o que eu fiz? Fui chorar? Não, mas eu queria, eu fui é fazer exercícios, fiz 40min de cardio e exercícios para o Abdômen.

E hoje minha amiga foi pedir comida e perguntou se eu queria, dizendo que pizza e japa tava na promoção eu falei que não queria e fui fazer mais exercícios, eu tô doida para comer comida japonesa, e o cheiro me matou, mas eu fiquei firme nos exercícios e tô firme no NF que iniciei.

Levem esses comentários como incentivo para perder mais peso, e não para chutar o balde e desistir (como eu queria ter feito)

Enfim, esse meu desabafo, beijossss de uma 🐛 em metamorfose para virar uma linda 🦋
