Inktober Day 27: Coat. My first thoughts for iconic chicks’ coats, like Madeline’s blue coat and Miss Coraline Jones’ yellow slicker. I decided to keep the horror theme going and draw Coraline, from @neilhimself’s novel and movie. Tools: @tombowusa greytones, cranberry, and lovely, luscious navy blue, and @stabilo for her coat. Her bag and her skirt would be blended more to my satisfaction if the paper were thicker, but happily my @cansonpaper sketchbook arrives today!
