This past Sunday was the Jordan Brand Classic. There is one constant that Emmit Williams up held. It wasn't to win the trophy or that he broke LeBron James scoring record. It was the love for his fallen brother Stef'an Strawder that he made sure his name and memory lived on. I respect that and salute you @emmitt5williams 💯 #JordanBrandClassic #JBC #NextVsNext #Jumpman #Jordan #Basketball #CyphaKnows #IgAddict #IgNation #Igers #Ig #PicOfTheDay #PhotoOfTheDay #EmmitWilliams

LeBron James tops the list of the 10 most-followed NBA players on Instagram
Lebron James has over 30 million Instagram followers, and no one else in the league is close to that number.
Indeed, some of your favorite NBA stars are ordinary people like you and I. They love social media and interacting with other people. When players step on the hardwood to captivate fans with their tantalizing skill sets and eye-popping athleticism, they want you to marvel at their craft and give you your moneys worth.
But when those players step away from the court, they carry on with their lives. A lot of them have families of their own, friends, and other hobbies and interests away from basketball. Athletes have different social media platforms like Twitter, FaceBook, and SnapChat. However, a lot of players love giving you a glimpse of their personal lives through Instagram. So, let's see which players have the best Instagram pages in the entire NBA.
1. LeBron James — 31.9 million followers
Folks, it shouldn't surprise you that millions of people follow James on Instagram. He's the best player in the league, charitable, and always focuses on his craft. He's posted photos of himself on the beach, in the gym, and on boats. He's an ordinary guy.
The four-time league MVP loves working out and maintaining his physique. But who could forget him flexing in the gym while listening to Tee Grizzley's "First Day Out" on June 15.

2. Stephen Curry — 17.1 million followers
Like James, there's not much else to say about Curry at this point in his career. He's best shooter in the league, can pull up from half court, and can create shots with ease. The two-time league MVP is the best point guard in the NBA. On Instagram, he posts picture and videos of his wife and children.
Curry is also great at connecting on tough shoots. But can he shoot a basketball through the car's sunroof? Let's see:
Getting shots up, even at my @infiniti #Q50 commercial shoot! More to come.

3. Kyrie Irving — 9.7 million followers
Okay, Cleveland fans, Irving's name is probably the last name you want to hear right now, especially since he reportedly wants out of Cleveland. But you can't deny that Irving is one of the top players in the league at only 25 years old. The four-time All-Star is arguably the best ball handler in the game, and he knows how to create his own shot as well.
Irving likes to post videos and photos of himself having a great time overseas, playing basketball, and enjoying the company of some of his friends and family. He's been active on Instagram a lot since he requested a trade. Even though the season is over, Irving is still practicing throwing up difficult shots.
That off leg stop to the pull back fade layup never stops. Even in Beijing. #Work

4. Dwyane Wade — 9.5 followers
It's quite fitting that a basketball player who has the nickname "Flash" loves to take pictures and record videos. Wade, a three-time NBA champion and 12-time All-Star, has picture of him traveling, playing golf, and in the gym. He also takes a lot of picture with his wife, actress Gabrielle Union.
We don't have to talk about this much longer. Whenever they takes picture together, fans love it.

5. Russell Westbrook — 8.3 million followers
Westrook is the league's reigning MVP, an award he deserved. He averaged a triple-double and led the Oklahoma City Thunder to the playoffs. Off the court, though, Westbrook is known for his fashion sense. You would be hard pressed to find someone who can dress better than the six-time All-Star. His fashion style and accomplishments landed him a spot on the cover of Sports Illustrated. This is such a great picture Westbrook posted a week ago.

6. Chris Paul — 6.8 million followers
Paul is one of the newest members of the Houston Rockets. The Clippers traded the star point guard in June, and Rockets fans are excited. The nine-time All-Star has photos of his wife and kids on Instagram. But this recent photo should have Rockets fans jumping out their seats. You all now who the guy with the beard is.

7. James Harden — 5.8 million followers
Harden is one of the most prolific scorers in the league. He can knock down shots from beyond the arch, create his own shot, and drive to the basket for easy hoops. The five-time All-Star has photos and videos of his shoes, moments in games, and with fans.
Let's face it, Harden has the beast beard in the NBA. So any picture that shows his beard is a great one.
Thank you to all the parents and kids for coming out. Another successful year with @procamps. These last 2 days has been nothing but fun. Looking forward to doing it bigger and better next year!!! #Schwaaggg

8. Paul George — 5.3 million followers
George is one of the best small forwards in the NBA and can light of the scoreboard at any time. He's now a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder and is expect to wreak havoc with Westbrook. Thunder fans, you should be excited. Pacers fans, nothing lasts forever, unfortunately.
George has a lot of photos of himself on the court. But this old photo of him and Westbrook should bring joy to fans' hearts.

9. Carmelo Anthony —5.2 million followers
Well, you won't see any photos of Anthony and Phil Jackson together. All jokes aside, though, Anthony probably won't be a New York Knick next season. There are multiple reports going around saying the 10-time All-Star wants to get traded. He'll have to wait and se what happens. But in the meantime, he will probably post cool pictures of himself and his family on Instagram.
Anthony doesn't consistently post anything on Instagram. But this throwback picture of him has to be his best one. Do you all remember when he had hair?
Paving the way for those to come. Catch @JordanClassic #NEXTvsNEXT tonight on ESPN. #FBF

10. Klay Thompson — 3.9 followers
How could not like Thompson? He's a great player and can dance the night away at any club. You can always depend on the three-time All-Star to make big-time shots. In fact, he also posted a recent picture of him doing what he does best, shooting the ball.

A post shared by Klay Thompson (@klaythompson) on Jun 26, 2017 at 1:01am PDT
He probably didn't miss that shot. Then again, when does he ever miss? Life's greatest question.
Honorable mentions
Damian Lillard has 3.7 million followers and posts pictures of himself rapping, boxing and playing basketball.
J.R. Smith has 3.1 million followers and has photos and pictures of himself spending time with his family and on the court.
Draymond Green only has 2.5 million followers and recently had a back-and-forth exchange with Conor McGregor on Instagram.
As you can see, James has an outrageous number of Instagram followers. Only time will tell if someone can catch up to the King James.
