I decided to give a whole new flavor profile to Middle Eastern Shakshuka. This one is made with Indian spices and it was a huge success. I tweaked the amounts until I got it right. It’s my choice for New Year’s brunch for my salt-free guests. The salt is optional. Doesn’t really need it because there’s so much flavor.
