Tahun 2022 Penuh Pengalaman Pertama

Pertama kali melahirkan secara normal, detail ceritanya mulai dari kontraksi, tahap pembukaan sampai akhirnya melahirkan sudah pernah kubagikan di highlight "Gamila"

Sekarang sebelum menutup tahun ingin melanjutkan cerita tentang serba-serbi menjadi ibu untuk pertama kalinya. Akan kubagi beberapa poin biar rapi.

A. Mengurus newbron alias bayi procot

1. Skill gendong

Demi Tuhan, seumur-umur belum pernah gendong anak kecil apalagi yang bayi. Anakku lahir aku yang bingung ini anak harus diapain gimana cara angkatnya, gendongnya, wkwk. Aku berani gendong karena ini anak aku sendiri dan gendong diajari suami di rs. Aku lahiran pas covid jadi sekamar isinya aku, suami dan bayiku. Di situ suami ngajari aku cara gendong bayi dan setelah itu baru aku lihat cara gendong di youtube.

Teknik gendong dan alat gendong ternyata bervariasi banget. Gendongan yang paling umum adalah jarik yang cara pakainya dililit-lilit dibahu. Tapi aku ga bisa pakai cara yang ini, aku lebih nyaman yang gendong m shape. Sayangnya banyak orang disekitarku yang belum familiar dengan teknik menggendong ini jadi aku cukup sering menerima "nasihat" tapi yaudah gapapa dasarnya aku agak keras kepala jadi ya mental semua nasihat dari orang-orang.

2. Menyusui

Tak kusangka tak kuduga ternyata menyusui ini memang masalah mentalitas. Salut sama ibu-ibu yang bisa kasi anaknya full asi sampe 2 tahun. Dulu liat orang menyusui kayak mudah tinggal buka baju bayi dikempit disodorin nenen langsung bayi mengenyot. Ternyata menyusui bayi tidak semudah menyusui bapaknya ferguso.

Saat kamu melahirkan di beberapa kasus, seperti kasusku asi tidak otomatis keluar. Jadi aku harus berusaha supaya asiku keluar. Saran orang" dadaku harus dikompres dengan air hangat lalu coba di susukan ke anakku, karena aku covid dan dilarang menyusui jadi aku memompa dadaku dan rasanya itu sakit poll, pumping 45 menit cuma dapat seuprit dan itu berulang selama 2 jam sekali. Itu yang bikin aku trauma juga pake pumping.

Aku pulang dari rumah sakit, nah disini aku baru bisa menyusui anakku. Awalnya dia juga kayak ga tau cara mengenyot ibunya. Tapi setelah beberapa kali bercobaan akhirnya berhasil. Kuncinya ada di pelekatan, aku belajar dari youtube dan its works tidak sakit seperti yang orang" bilang kalo pelekatannya bagus. Selama masa cuti aku mengASIhi anakky secara langsung dibantu sufor karena emang ga cukup.

Drama puting lecet tentu ada sekitar 2 kali selama mulai Gamila lahir sampai dia berusia 10 bulan ini. Cara ngobatinnya ga pake krim aneh-aneh, tinggal oles oles aja asi kita sendiri di puting yang sakit lalu diamkan selama kurleb 4 jam nanti mereda sendiri.

Drama payudara bengkak juga pernah ngalamin, terutama kalau aku minum asi booster tapi menyusui ga sesuai jadwal, ini sudah pasti bengkak dan nyut nyut an sekali.

Bengkak yang paling parah terjadi sampe aku demam. Sebabnya aku ga menyusui selama seharian karena putingku berdarah. Mila mulai tumbuh gusi jadi kayak digigit hiu setiap dia menyusu. Supaya ga bengkak ya tetap aku susui cuma ga sesering biasanya sambil minum paracetamol biar demamnya turun dan jangan lupa dikompres dulu dadanya pake air anget sebelum menyusui. Tapi sejak hari itu produksi asiku menurun drastis. Aku jadi jarang banget nyusuin mila, paling sehari 2x bahkan bisa cuma 1x dan itu kadang buat aku baper, sedih.

MengASIhi adalah golden momen antara ibu dan anak. Anak kita pangku, kita tatap matanya, tangannya mungil membelai kita, tubuh kita besentuhan sangat dekat tapi semakin anak besar momen itu sirna dan kalau aku flashback lagi kayaknya kok cuma sebentar banget ini anak aku timang. hiks cry kangen bayi mungilku.
