No because why does NO ONE bring up the doctor's anatomy, like in that one episode where he has to go through a bunch of cars in New New York and almost passes out, why dosent he get way more light headed/pass out sooner? They have two hearts! I bet their lungs were doing summersaults just trying to keep up, I actually head canon that they get cold often and sometimes during a big fight their arm or leg goes a little bit numb because of little to no circulation. I mean no wonder they wear so many jackets! I have similar problems with circulation and getting cold and im constantly in my jacket or huddled under my blanket lol.

Main Setting: Aridius, New York 1966, Mary Celeste 1872, Festival of Ghana 1996 and Mechanus

My Personal Rating: 9/10

The travellers learn from the Time-Space Visualiser (taken from the Moroks' museum) that Daleks, equipped with their own time machine, are on their trail with orders to exterminate them. They flee in the TARDIS.

The chase begins on the desert planet Aridius and takes in a number of stopping-off points, including a spooky haunted house which is actually a futuristic fun-fair attraction.

Eventually, both time machines arrive on the jungle planet Mechanus, where the Daleks try to infiltrate and kill the Doctor's party with a robotic double of him. The travellers are taken prisoner by the Mechanoids — robots sent some fifty years earlier to prepare landing sites for human colonists who never arrived — and meet Steven Taylor, a stranded astronaut who has been the Mechanoids' captive for the past two years.

The Daleks and the Mechanoids engage in a fierce battle which ends in their mutual destruction. The Doctor's party seizes this opportunity to escape. The Doctor reluctantly helps Ian and Barbara to use the Daleks' time machine to return home. Source

I really enjoyed this story, to put it in a few words, its a game of cat and mouse between the Doctor and the Daleks, and it is so much fun to watch. We get to explore multiple places which is just great.

Vicki also refers to 1966 New York as Ancient New York, and as we know how many New York's there have been in New Who, it's interesting to see that the idea started from the beginning.

Steven is introduced in this story, probably due to Barbara and Ian leaving the show. I'm sad to loose them, as they brought a more mature aspect to the show, but I'm enjoying Steven being a companion now.

(Please don't take these too seriously, I am not a real life reviewer, just someone who likes the show)
