Compare that clip to the scene where Nick watches Tara and Darcy kiss at Harry's party in S1. Even though that's a dude looking at his ex-crush and who could feasibly be into either person, it does not feel creepy or like he's leering on them! Partially because they don't mind being seen - part of the motive IS to be seen and recognised! AND they are sober because this is S1 and we can have slurs/attempted assault but no alcohol or curse words!

Meanwhile, Tao and Isaac's clip feels so voyeuristic because Imogen and Sahar are at least tipsy and they don't realise they're being watched! Isaac literally provides commentary on it like it's a sport! And even after Sahar is so clearly uncomfortable that she physically removes herself from the situation, they put that shit in Charlie's film without either of them knowing?

And you know what? Tao and Isaac never have to reconcile with the fact that what they were doing was weird, and that them not having feelings towards either girl doesn't mean it's any less intrusive/creepy!
