Instead of bells, which we don’t have at the CCC, we could use 2 buttons tied loosely together.
Trouble arises if the group of kids are not great at tying knots, if the button holes are too small, or if the string/thread is too flimsy/difficult to thread through the buttons.
If not enough paper plates, can use circle cardstock/cardboard
Consider more challenging version: circle cardstock/cardboard with long strip of cardstock/foam sheet glued around the edge of the circle to form a 3D tambourine shape. This is especially relevant because of the number of scrap cardstock pieces we have.

Might use coloured paper squares instead of coloured tape. Tape is easier to apply but is limited in supply.
Also thinking attach straws to the back of the target for an even more dramatic swinging motion.
Rules about throwing objects need to be in place before attempting this craft. Also, get to know the kids before even suggesting it. Can you maintain a controlled/safe room with this group of kids?

Uhh, I specifically wanted to look at PINE CONE ORNAMENTS (#3) But I like the snow globe idea. Use tiny plastic things.

Use our metal circles (hot glue in advance) to create a mini Christmas scene... also should try to have a little cottage template or something. Probably a 2-day craft. Similar to cork castle.

Uh awesome.
But time consuming.
And tedious.

Storytelling with Puppets
This is handy for drama classes, for me, since I don’t know what I’m doing.
There are a few links at the bottom of the page that I followed and are interesting, too.

Sometimes, this is hard to explain. It’s funny when it works, though.
