#what happens when you run out#what happens when the style changes#when people get bored of the sterilized pathetic movie standards youve bet your nuts on#its already kind started happening to marvel#are you just hoping that you can stay ahead of the track?#what happens when you fire all the people who know what theyre doing?#you need us#you do#stop pretending that you dont#in the past 3 months at my store#weve lost FOUR memebers (out of seven) of the art team#our team is now 5 people because they brought on 2 other people who had good handwriting#nevermind the fact that hand lettering is WAY dofferent than just how neat you can write#anyway#i know our unofficial lead is looking for another job#so it will just be 2 people who actually have training#both of us are wanting to leave too#they stopped hiring people for art specifically#theyre just pulling in rabdom people from other departments#its going to be awful#i hate it#your nEiGhBoRhOod GroCEry Store#becomes more and more corporate every day#disgusting trend
