(rant incoming) i stumbled upon this tweet and it made me so sad. and it's the fact that there are several people who either used to be armys, or just casually follow the group now that say stuff like this. and i swear it's ALWAYS about taehyung. because genuinely...what has he done to these people? i'm not saying he's perfect (no one is), i know he's made mistakes. but also...so has the rest of the group? why do people only hold taehyung to these standards and let everyone else have a pass? i think it's partly because for years now he's been labeled as "rude" or "cold" or "having an attitude" and so people are automatically harsher towards him. and i think these labels clearly coincide with when tae started to become a bit reserved and was clearly going throwing some personal shit. how heartless do these people have to be to look at him when he's obviously dealing with his own problems and use it to portray him as rude? #that rumor has also only made things worse because so many fans feel entitled to his personal life and i'm sure plenty of them felt genuinely betrayed. these people view idols as their source of entertainment and expect them to act accordingly and cater to their desires and if they don't keep the idol "facade" up 24/7 this is how they're treated. it just genuinely makes me sick how tae can't even be treated like a human being. i know there's plenty of people who love taehyung but negative comments like these will always stick out more and it just upsets me so much:(

I’m actually so confused about that account because they said Tae has become “unlikeable” but they still tweet about him. So I’m wondering what are these unlikeable traits, what did he do in that month (nov-dec) to make them change their opinion when he was literally minding his business and preparing for enlistment. Just stupid people.

People who labeled him as cold and joked about the “vibe check”, those who felt “betrayed” by some rumor, company treating him as an outsider, they’re all at fault. Taehyung has always been nothing but kind and good to his fans, his love knows no bounds and even when he was going through some shit he was the most active member on weverse, which is something that armys tend to forget, but Taehyung in 2020 went live for hours, played with armys for hours and came on weverse every single day.

These people just don’t deserve him and never will, WUR is a wasted gift for these people. Do you know how mean spirited you gotta be to not like Taehyung? 😭
