Malmo is an employee that works under the department of Training, on the upper layer of Asiyah.

They're often seen acting timid, they tend to not speak a lot to other employees unless it's relating to work - it seems they get along well with some of the sephirah, though.

There's not much to say about them, other than their backstory - being raised in a nest where bullying was rampant, being dehumanized and treated quite badly, hence why they see L Corp as a home of sorts.

The scars on their face aren't E.G.O gifts, and rather are injuries they acquired before joining the wing.

They also view the facility through the lens of a cognitive filter - one similar to what X has, albeit, not very chibi-esque. It may sometimes behave in.. Unexpected ways, so it's best to not let them see what goes on during any sephirah meltdowns.

Malmo's favorite abnormalities to work with are the likes of Der Freischütz, Laetita and Big Bird.

They're often seen wearing gloves, mostly due to sensory issues and picking at scars.

No one, but a select few know of Malmo's real name. Their last name was forgotten, hence the lack of one in the file, the same goes for their gender.

Their relationship with the ASIYAH layer sephirah !

uhh!! not that i remember no, but they are supposed to be the antithesis of magical girl tropes (and subverting it)

deco wants to be the protagonist so badly to reclaim some agency/sense of humanity. they always run with toast in their mouth, they like frilly, girly things, and they will never give up (for better or for worse)

eve is the sort of tortured magical girl that is introduced as a villain at first but then eventually joins but they already know the magical girl system failed them

howeverrrr. their names come from the music artists deco*27 and eve respectively :)

Every now and then I think about Netzach Ruina as this artsy little nerdlet who is canonically so depressed he can't do much but get drunk, high and sleep and yet he's one of my favorite librarians just off vibes alone.

This dude who joined what was basically the SCP foundation but worse because he fell in love with an idealist wanting to make life better but her experiments made him fall into a coma and die, get turned into a robot, get turned human again, die, repeat, and yet most of the time he's just on the floor after downing drugs and a whole bottle of absinthe.

And this man who looks and acts like wilted salad has the battle theme to match.

Imagine if Lobotomy had a haunted house party. Im sure that Sephirahs that will join are: Malkuth, Netzach, Chesed, Gebura, Hokma and Binah. Yesod thinks that its a waste of time (lowkey just does not want to get scared lmao), Hod is easily scared but may join if you insist. And both Tiphereths are kids, we dont really allow kids into horror houses and such, but its LC, maybe they will join if they feel like it

Abnormalities will serve as spooky actors and props! Dimension Reification Variant and Punishing Bird can be played as ghosts with their ability to fly around, Nothing There is gonna shapeshift into a human to give them a scare. Wolf will make loud noises and "claw" at the guests from the outside. Spider Bud is here for "creepy crawlies".

By the end of it everyone had a good time, tho Angela and Manager ask that they put everyone back into their cells. But hey, a haunted house once in a while is not gonna be terrible

hey so because i am always mentally giving every agent oc in the LobCorp tag headpats, i thought about a cool idea if anyone’s up for it - how about an Agent Exchange Program!

i don’t wanna make it too serious or anything (this is more for fun!), but here’s what i was rotating in my head:

take an in-game screenshot of your best agent(s) (or whatever agent you feel comfy sharing)!

if you’re up for it, draw a photo or make a Picrew icon of them using some of the LobCorp Picrews! (i’ll reblog this with the one i used in the comments since tumblr hates links in posts in tags. thanks staff.)

give a brief backstory/explanation for them if they have one! (stuff like if they love/hate a certain Abnormality, what Sephirah/Department they usually work under, etc)

and then if anyone ever needs agents to recruit to their facility, they can come to this post and pick an agent! (maybe even randomly generate a number or something and pick whatever agent was that number?) and if anything crazy/awesome happens with the agent during a run, you can always share the stories with the agent’s original Manager!

i’ll start with three of my Asiyah captains to give you an example! (i’ll place them under the cut so i don’t block the tag!) good luck with finding a new recruit to your facility!

Piper - Information Team Captain (Yesod)

Originally supposed to just manage Bald-Is-Awesome, Piper ended up becoming a lead agent due to being the only one with average enough stats in the whole facility to manage Alriune! Eventually went on to become an agent that could manage any Abnormality if the need arises, though he’s usually fine just getting Knight of Despair’s blessing and watching over the other agents. He’s even become my Twilight EGO agent!

Originally awkward and out of place when first joining the company, he’s become a more level-headed and analytical person over time, and leads most of the facility’s suppressions. (Most of the agents think it’s the shades that made him like that. So cool...)

Marinel - Safety Team Captain (Netzach)

After the previous Safety Team agent [Redacted] (believed to be her brother, according to Level 3 Access records) died during a performance for La Luna, Marinel managed to do the impossible and survive her performance on 1HP! Since then, she usually watches over the WAWs of the facility while running shield support with the EGO Moonlight’s ability.

Kind-hearted and confident. Out of the three agents listed from my facility, you’re more likely to have a proper conversation with her. Piper can hold a conversation fine for the most part, but prefers not to socialize. Rema is more air-headed and would probably get sidetracked mid-sentence.

Rema - Training Team Captain (Hod)

So empty-headed. Incredibly so. This man’s single brain cell bounces around his head like the DVD player logo trying to hit the corners. He got stabbed by the Snow Queen once and didn’t even notice, walking around with the ice shard stuck in him the rest of the day.

That being said, he was the first agent in my facility to handle not one, not two, but three different ALEPHs! With barely any issues! While it may look like he doesn’t pay much attention to what goes on around him, it’d be a mistake to assume he can’t handle himself if the situation gets tough. He’s even able to suppress most Ordeals by himself, though luckily that’s only had to happen a few times.

Usually team cheerleader/motivator for the other agents. To some agents, his overbearing nature and friendliness comes off as annoying - but according to Training Team Sephirah Hod and those who have known him for a while, he’s a rare ray of sunshine in the mostly dismal corporation.

(Also Red Riding Hooded Mercenary does not like him. After the incident where he wanted to wear Big and Will Be Bad Wolf’s EGO “because it was fluffy!” and Red promptly breached containment to chase him around the department, we’ve had to restrict his access to the EGO equipment unless Piper, Marinel or Hod is with him. Angela and Yesod have already given us an earful...)

I asked Hashem what was the message and guidance He wanted to give you for the future in relation to Judaism and your Jewish journey, and I was given the Seven of Pentacles.

In this card we see someone diligently cultivating and planting these ‘pentacles’, seeds of investment into the future. Mirrored above on the tree there are seven fruits. As I can’t ignore the Jewish components - as we are in the midst of Shavous, a holiday that commemorates 7 weeks of the Omer, the festival of the first fruits, and connection to Hashem through the 7 lower sefirot, and 7 being the number of blessing, creation. And good fortune connected with the letter ז. I also connect 7s of a suit with the sefirah Netzach, which can be seen as the emanation of Perseverance and Endurance. What does all of this mean, synthesized?

Hashem wants you to know that you should persevere. During this difficult times of COVID-19, and other issues preventing what should’ve been the moment for you, you may be feeling lost. Just as Ruth did as she joined the Israelites, your soul has received the Torah from Mt. Tonight you’re getting the full Qabalistic Tree of Life Spread that I do and you I believe are pretty familiar with by now. What I’m going to do is go through and briefly explain each card, its position on the Tree, and then I’ll give you a summary/synopsis of the spread as a whole, that’s where the divination part happens.

Think of this spread as a sort of quantum map, or even the land of a regular map, everything is happening at once, in each place. It’s important to think of yourself as moving “through” the map but you are also simultaneously everywhere at once. For the sake of this specific experiment, think of this as a map. Maybe a human body, we’ll jump around.

Where we’re starting the journey from is Kether, the monad, the first sign of creation. We’ll call this your hometown, since it is where you’re from originally. Here we have the The Knight of Swords, the fiery part of Air or acting on thinking.

This is the breeze blowing the forest fire across a road. Our Knight has a sword in each hand as he dive bombs a fixed point. He has his airy bird friends in tow and his steed is as fixed as the rider.

You understand what you must do. Now, you must gather all available force to throw at your new focus.

In Chokmah, which is like your freeway getting you out onto the road out of  your hometown is the 6 of Cups, Pleasure. 

For reasons I call this the plumbing card. The water is not flowing freely as though it is pouring, it has been pumped through a series of tubes intricately woven together to fill the cups placed in the shape of a hexagram. Emotion and connectedness to life are intentionally being directed by unseen but invited forces. Someone who wasn’t looking closely could see nothing but knots and chaos and even wonder how the damn thing worked in the first place. Those people are squares and should be avoided at all costs. 

Do what gives you pleasure that also instills clarity. Center on the best you can feel even if onlookers can’t appreciate what you’re doing connoisseurs (and you) will dig it.

In Binah, which is ruled by Saturn and for the sake of this reading we will call the first stop on your roadtrip. You haven’t really arrived anywhere but you’re stopping and getting a chance to repack your car in a more efficient way. Sitting in Binah is the fan favorite, the 5 of Disks, Worry. 

Like all of the 5s in Tarot, this is the microcosmic or human number . Don’t believe me? Stand up, stick your arms and legs out and counting your head, congrats, you’re a pentagram. Lord knows people worry like motherfuckers about how they are going to get by in the “normal” world, so there is a stress and strain in this card that everyone late on a bill can understand. This is the worry that you’ll get your intelligence (Mercury) smothered by the laborious strain of Taurus. This is, like all 5s a human limitation issue. 

Well it won’t unless you only see your limitations and make it happen. Be smarter about you material situation so you don’t have to work harder.

In Chesed which is ruled by Jupiter and again for the sake of this experiment we’ll say involves your influence and benevolence in your current trip is the mindfuckery boy, the Prince of Swords, the airy part of Air. 

This is pure mind, “reason run amok.” The entire card is made up of strange and fragmenting geometric shapes like the prince’s world is coming apart at the seams. The humanoid creatures pulling his chariot have no fucking idea what they’re doing and the prince himself is in an awkward pose. 

Don’t think yourself into discord. Sometimes when you look too deep at unnecessary or mundane details you’ll fucking lose your shit. Furtherly, focus on doing one thing, stay with that single thing until it is done. I suggest breath work and controlling breathing specifically.

Across the Tree in Geburah, which is Mars Town, where you find your drive and what you’re trying to accomplish/conquer is the homefront, the 4 of Disks, Power or the Fortress or the island. 

This is “squaring up” with the material world or your everyday normal money/job/school/housing parts of life. The 4 or square is the next shape when the 3 or triangle is expanded. You are now expanding in 2 dimensions, you’ve made it passed the threshold, how do you proceed?  The Fortress is a castle or private physical place of isolation and security/safety. Your private property and you base of operations to expand out in the world must be firmly secured, since most accidents happen at home. From Liber AL it is mentioned that you should “(C)hoose ye an island, fortify it, dung it about with the enginery of war…” That is to say, for our illustration, protect your base of operations in your material world.

There is one entrance and around the fortress is a mote, this is so you may go about the world doing your business but you can return and bring the bridge up when you’re done fucking around with the outside world.

In Tiphareth, the Sun and center of gravity holding all this in place, the heart pumping the blood through this, your heart is the Ace of Cups, the root powers of water which is emotion, connectedness to living things, and intuition. 

 This is the geyser of the aspects of water exploding into existence. The Ace of Cups can be like the yearly floods on the   Nile was to ancient Egyptian/Kemetic people that once a year had their fields simultaneously wiped out and fertilized. There is great danger in unbound Love, it tends to get consuming and people fear being consumed. There is a secret meaning to the joining of two to make none, but this isn’t really the place for that. 

 The uncontrolled waterfall of feeling, it can flow and be a clearing force or flood. If you’re not prepared for such water, you might get washed away, if you are it might wash away the cobwebs and your stagnancy. 

In Netzach, Venus town, where you have the realization about how this is going to change you as a person with a personality is the overflowing 9 of Cups, Happiness. 

I call this ‘mutually beneficial relationships’ or expanding influence (Jupiter) going or being pulled both ways (Pisces). Each cup has its own source but everything is flowing into each other down to the base of the 3x3 structure. There is a lot of water and all it represents and it hasn’t reached its peak yet and is still driving upward and outward.

Cultivate relationships and connective feelings that aren’t lopsided or just giving/taking. Keep building  you’re not done yet.

In Mercury Town Hod-ville, where all the Universities are and everyone has real intellectual shit going on is well, The Guy Himself, Mercury, I The Magus or Magician, Mercury, Beth which is a house, House of God, your body, your perspective, you.

The Magus has 4 tools, physical representations of the Elements which he hand crafted. Think of this as your tools or your skill set in your mind which you use to build your perception of the world.

The Magician also has the naysaying Ape of Thoth who follow him around contradicting everything he says. The is your doubt or “Pit of Because” which if you fall into you’ll “perish with the dogs of reason.”

So, you are in charge of what you are in charge of. You have the skill set to alter your Universe, fashion yourself tangible skills with what you know and your experience. You create your perception and can only influence it.

On the Moon in Yesod, the receptive and reflective place that is alot about the feelings that you’re picking up from all this is the easy does it Princess of Cups, the earthy part of Water. 

We could consider this the substance in water or water hitting substance head on. This is the idea of the canyon wall being ground down over the millennia by moving water. The nutrients and minerals in the earth are transported down river to the fertile delta. This is the natural, “following your feelings” within your daily life. Try not to fool yourself, follow your intuition, not just passing whims. Feel, don’t necessarily react immediately.

Go with what you feel and intuit, let yourself go with the flow, if you will. Allow your situation to move with your emotions and be patient with your progress.

Down here in Malkuth-istan, the everyday life mundane, waking up pooping, and going to work world is the large and in charge Queen of Wands, the watery part of Fire or how you feel about what you do.

This is ideally feeling great about what you do. The perspective on the card shows this Queen 10 feet tall and seemingly bulletproof. Her animal the cheetah, known for being fast and a spazz, is subdued under her calm hand. Her legs are spread and the wand of Bacchus  showing all her passions can be controlled.

If you want to feel good about this and what you do, control your knee jerk lower ego reactions. Choose Will not want.

So, you know what you need to get after, you see it clearly, it makes you very happy in a complicated way that maybe you  haven’t even unraveled yet, but you’re too focused on your limitations and how it all might go wrong for you. Don’t build your world around doubt. 

And Furthermore, don’t think you can influence the world how you need to by over analysing everything to the point where all joy in removed. Get yourself a personal and safe place that is yours to build your world, you need the space to not become mired in your over thinking. And the heart of all of this is that you can do this and WHEN you do, you will explode with the kind of love and joy that only you can tap into for yourself.

Now, I’m not saying it is time to ditch the stuff and ideas that don’t serve you anymore, but do that, that is what I’m saying. Allow yourself those healthy relationships where you’re not going the whole 9 yards for people who won’t get on the field. And your thoughts are your own, they’re awesome thoughts and your skills can take you to the places you need to go if you utilize them how you know. And back to that surrounding yourself with folks and energy that allows you to get what you need while giving what you can and getting to where you need to go. Drop the drama and folks that bring it. Find the substance in the feeling that allows you to move in the ways natural to you.

What’s each Sephirah’s reaction if their lover has been hurt while at work?

Sephirah Lover Injured at Work 

Malkuth: 

Shes doing paperwork when the ping comes through that you were hurt dealing with the Forsaken Murderer

She promptly visited the infirmary,  trying to remain stone faced and proper

But when she sees you, she demands to be left alone with you

she quickly hugs you, tears up, and apologizes.

This line of work is too dangerous for you and she thought she’d be able to handle seeing anything happen to you

but it turns out she can’t 

Yesod:

He heard from an employee that was aware of his relationship that you had a less than ideal meet and greet with Porccubus 

When he came into the infirmary, seeing clerks trying to tie you down to a bed, he almost broke down 

He joined them, whispering to you and trying to restrain you 

He knows the detox will be very painful and scary and he’s prepped to be there every step of the way 

he stays up in the infirmary most nights, soothing you and telling you that that you don’t need Porccubus’s thorns to be happy

He’s so unbelievably scared for your wellbeing that his department has to manage without him until your recovery 

Hod:

She panicked when the King of Greed escaped but not more than when she heard that you were taken down in the process

She got to you so fast that you hadn’t even been taken to the infirmary yet

she took you there herself

Hod didn’t leave your side, getting a lot of flack from her other Sephirah about abandoning her duties

she didnt’ care

your condition was critical and she had to be there with you

She spends the time consoling you and crying 

All she can think of is how she can’t survive without you, should you succumb to your injuries 

Netzach:

Unsurprisingly, before he goes to the infirmary to see the damage from the naked nest, He drinks a little

he just can’t bear to face you sober 

He walks in, clearly smashed, apologizing and rambling on that he doesn’t know how he’d walk through life without you

You mean everything to him 

He gets so emotional that he ends up falling asleep with you in the infirmary 

He takes a couple days off work to be with you 

Chesed:

The Fiery Bird’s escape devastated his department but the moment he heard you were seriously hurt he took 2 weeks off work

He had to make sure you were alright

He’ll actually takes you out of the infirmary and personally nurses you back to health 

He doesn’t care what anyone has to say about it

He’s hopeful the entire time, focused on making you a comfortable as possible

if he thinks you’re ever going to succumb to your injuries, he won’t tell you 

but he will grieve in silence

Gebura:

She’s furious to hear the Heroric Monk seriously injured you 

She blames her entire department for not being about to defend you 

She’s naturally pissed and everyone is getting her wrath 

except you of course you angel.

She comes to visit you in the infirmary and makes sure you know that this will NEVER happen again 

she will make sure of it 

Gebura visits you every day but doesn’t stop working 

she wants the department to remain strong for your sake 

they will NOT fail her again 

Hokma:

He hears what happens to you but doesn’t rush to you

The Knight of Despair had seriously hurt you but he had responsibilities 

He does suffer a bit. the waiting for the work day to end is killing him 

Are you alright? He’s so worried but he doesn’t want to stop to come see you 

But what if by then it’s too late??

He ends up leaving work early to see you and make sure you’re alright and tells Angela that he would like to make designated times to visit you in the infirmary 

He apolgoizes for taking so long and goes on and on about how you mean the world to him 

Binah:

When Melting Love’s escape destroys her department she only cares about you 

She’s at your side in a moments notice

She doesn’t say anything, she’s stoic, just listening to how other people are reacting 

She’s thinking.

Who’s ignorance made it so that Melting Love could escape so easily ?

Oh, She’ll find them and they will be punished for this

all her words are oddly calm and sobering, like you’re just dealing with a simple cold

In her mind, You’re going to be fine no matter what

the same can’t be said for whomever’s negligence caused this.

tryna match up people, lemme just Malkuth: Cheerful, enthusiastic, and impatient. She always puts in her best effort and aims for the best results. Head of the Control team. Used to be a researcher known as Elijah, injected herself with the experimental substance, begged A to kill her, he refused, and she was left to suffer until the substance itself killed her, as it was not ready for humans. Believes Angela really cares for her when Angela considers her the worst Sephirah, is nice to Tiphereth A despite Tiphereth A believing her, Yesod, Netzach, and Hod are all the same as well as being passive-aggressive towards her.

Yesod: Strict and uncaring, logical; he constantly wears concealing clothing so that no skin is showing. Head of the Information team. Used to be a researcher known as Gabriel, heard/saw what happened to Elijah, tried to get A to implement more safety regulations, failed, began to cover up more and more from trauma, and eventually scratched himself to death. Often asked for favors from Netzach and usually denies them, does not care for Hod's emotional side and sends her away when she tries to help with losses in his department.

Netzach: Pessimistic and unmotivated. Wishes he would be replaced and feels helpless over the deaths of employees. Head of the Security team. Used to be a person known as Giovanni, joined lobo corp when Carmen died and agreed to be a test subject for the experimental substance, was eventually killed by said substance. Used to be an orphaned girl known as Lisa, twin of Enoch, and was adopted by Carmen, killed by the Abnormalities the Arbiter released and she bitterly stated it should've been Carmen when Enoch died.

Tiphereth B: Tiphereth B comes off as relaxed and positive at first. Co-head of the Central Command team. Used to be orphaned boy known as Enoch, twin of Lisa, and was adopted by Carmen, volunteered for the experiments and was killed by them.

Chesed: Sleepy and mature, likes his coffee. He pretends to care for his employees. Head of the Welfare team. Used to be a researcher known as Daniel, ordered to release Abnormalities by the Arbiter, and complied, then felt guilty and was killed in the attack. Concerned by Gebura's bloodlust.

Hokma: Calm and collected. He considers the death of employees as a cycle. Head of the Record team. Used to be a man known as Benjamin/B, was A's bestie, and the sole survivor (along with A) of the attack by the Arbiter, implied to have been killed by Angela.

Abel/Abram/Adam: Literally just alternate versions of A, trying to stop him from breaking the time loop.

Carmen: A's other bestie, the one who started this by wanting to fix the world. Fell into a depression after Enoch died is now quite literally just a brain and nervous system in a bucket drawing forth the experimental substance and in eternal suffering.

Tonight you’re getting the full Qabalistic Tree of Life Spread that I do and here you are. What I’m going to do is go through and briefly explain each card, its position on the Tree, and then I’ll give you a summary/synopsis of the spread as a whole.

Think of this spread as a sort of quantum map, or even the land of a regular map, everything is happening at once, in each place. It’s important to think of yourself as moving “through” the map but you are also simultaneously everywhere at once. For the sake of this specific experiment, think of this as a map.

Where we’re starting the journey from is Kether, the monad, the first sign of creation. We’ll call this your hometown, since it is where you’re from originally. Here we have the Ace of Disks, the root power of Earth or the material.

This is the foundation which all your solid structures are and will be built on. This is the very root of your real world/material life situation.

While this doesn’t mean you must tear everything down or that there is nothing in your material world that you've built, it does mean you must look at the source from which you've built your material and everyday world. If you have no foundation you can have no structure. If you have a shoddy foundation, you'll have a shoddy structure. Look to what things were like where you are before you began building. Is there sand beneath you? Are you in a swamp, building castles of stone that will bind to the mud and be pulled down much sooner than later? Did you account for the raise in elevation when you laid your foundation? Look down to the base of what you've made and what you've made it upon.

This is an engineering job, you’ll need tools to measure and level everything out. The occult might not be the best place to find these tools and it is possible that you have issue much more base than you're willing to cop to. There are many tools you can use to look at your foundation provided in psychology and meditation from other sources. The Universe throws us extreme situations and more often than not, this is the only way people see their basest of instincts and behaviors really act out. If you can, take a look at what connects you and what you’re building to the Earth before an earthquake, tornado, volcano, or other act of G-D forces you to pray everything was fine. Check the strength of your foundations before the strength of your foundations are checked.

Get down to the base fundamentals of what is going on in your material (things, money, living situation, literal stuff) and build from the ground up if you must.

In Chokmah, which is like your freeway getting you out onto the road out of your hometown is Prince of Swords, the airy part of Air.

This is pure mind, “reason run amok.” The entire card is made up of strange and fragmenting geometric shapes like the prince’s world is coming apart at the seams. The humanoid creatures pulling his chariot have no fucking idea what they’re doing and the prince himself is in an awkward pose.

Don’t think yourself into discord. Sometimes when you look too deep at unnecessary or mundane details you’ll fucking lose your shit. Furtherly, focus on doing one thing, stay with that single thing until it is done. I suggest breath work and controlling breathing specifically.

In Binah, which is ruled by Saturn and for the sake of this reading we will call the first stop on your roadtrip. You haven’t really arrived anywhere but you’re stopping and getting a chance to repack your car in a more efficient way. Sitting in Binah is the 3 of Swords, Sorrow.

This is the first shape the suit of Air takes in 2 dimensions and it can be a bit disappointing. Your structure and order (Saturn) needs balancing (Libra) to be blunt. You must let go of your ideas of how things were going to be because now they are the way they are. Just because what you have isn’t what you thought you wanted doesn’t mean it’s not good.

Try to get your mind around what you’ve learned and and how to form it into a useful basis to move on from. Do not continue to focus on how you thought it “should be”, nothing is ever as pure or awesome as we idealize it. Sorting out your mind means actualizing some of the things you’ve been thinking about instead of not doing it because it isn’t perfect in the way we thought it would be.

In Chesed which is ruled by Jupiter and again for the sake of this experiment we’ll say involves your influence and benevolence in your current trip is your center! XIX The Sun, Resh, Sol.

The Sun is The Lord of Light and Life, the center of our little Solar System. Everything in the fairly large gravitational pull of the Sun is affected by it which pulls everything to it. If it weren’t for The Sun, nothing in our Solar System (named after Sol, The Sun Himself) would be where it is or nearly as well lit or full of life.

This more or less self sufficient little nuclear reactor in space gives life and light but also pulls small things which cannot maintain an orbit around it in for the final burn. bright and full of life and light but deal not with bullshit trifles.

Center yourself but be aware of what you effect and how. Keep pumping out the power but make sure it’s that good good renewable energy.

Across the Tree in Geburah, which is Mars Town, where you find your drive and what you’re trying to accomplish/conquer is the Prince of Disks, the airy part of Earth or thinking about what’s going on in the material/normal-ass world.

This prince is a map maker, an amateur cartologist. Holding his globe, he is pulled along by the sturdy bull of Taurus who is familiar with the terrain so the prince can gaze down and take note of where he is, where he’s been, and where he might be going. In other words this is learning about how to navigate life.

Pay attention to where you are and what you’ve been doing. Take notes. Have you been here before? Do you know where this leads? If not, mark it out in your globe so you know if you ever get there again.

In Tiphareth, the Sun and center of gravity holding all this in place, the heart pumping the blood through this, your heart is the Queen of Disks, the watery part of Earth or how you feel about what is going on in your material world of normal life stuff.

This Queen is above the landscape observing the river create life in the desert. The Queen of Disks is meditative and calm. She sees creation and is a part of it without getting her hands dirty.

This card shows what you feel about what is happening in your everyday “real world” life. The ideal here is to get out of the messy bullshit of “normal” stuff, get higher beyond mundanity, and look back down with new and more complete perspective.

Get above your situation so you can see more of the landscape, you don’t have to be intimately involved in everything going on for things to happen.

In Netzach, Venus town, where you have the realization about how this is going to change you as a person with a personality is 8 of Swords, Interference.

Ideally, this is using both sides of your brain to keep down negative (mathematical negative which takes away) thoughts in order to maintain balance. Is something weighing on your mind that is useful or is it just detracting from what you’re trying to do? In this card we astrologically see the expansive quality of Jupiter here expanding equally each way in the twins Gemini.

Unfortunately, this can also be using the concept of “order” or duality to thwart creative thinking and hold back mental progress.

Use your mind to filter out shitty thoughts and negative ways of thinking but don’t block out creativity. Use reason and feeling to practically analyze your thoughts.

In Mercury Town Hod-ville, where all the Universities are and everyone has real intellectual shit going on is the Princess of Wands, the earthy part of Fire.

This is the material substance that comes from fuels action. Think of this: you have to make a fire because it is cold. You have a set amount of wood. You can make a big ass, bright ass fire that will leave you cold later that night when you’re out of wood, but jazzed while it’s happening. Or you can make a smaller, less exciting fire that will keep you warm all night.

There is also a message about the last step in any action is really to become the actions and to let them become you. When your very Earthly substance is in it, you are no longer doing you just are.

Don’t burn yourself out and exhaust your resources on what you’re tackling in life right now. Do this and you shall live to dance and party another night.

On the Moon in Yesod, the receptive and reflective place that is alot about the feelings that you’re picking up from all this is the Ace of Cups, the root powers of water which is emotion, connectedness to living things, and intuition.

This is the geyser of the aspects of water exploding into existence. The Ace of Cups can be like the yearly floods on the Nile was to ancient Egyptian/Kemetic people that once a year had their fields simultaneously wiped out and fertilized. There is great danger in unbound Love, it tends to get consuming and people fear being consumed. There is a secret meaning to the joining of two to make none, but this isn’t really the place for that.

The uncontrolled waterfall of feeling, it can flow and be a clearing force or flood. If you’re not prepared for such water, you might get washed away, if you are it might wash away the cobwebs and your stagnancy.

Down here in Malkuth-istan, the everyday life mundane, waking up pooping, and going to work world is III The Empress, Daleth, Venus.

Daleth is the open door, like you’d leave your bedroom door unlocked if your lover were coming over, you want them inside (pun sort of intended). This is not passivity but waiting for the spring (or Aries her partner IV The Emperor) to energize what you have. Like the symbolic Pelican (phoenix also) spitting its breast open to feed its young, or like a pregnant person, the brunt of the responsibility for your future growth lies in you.

Be ready and prepared for new growth like springtime, but remember, this all hinges on you and your openness to growth.

So, you gotta get back to the basics of you and who you are and what you have, stop fucking getting lost in your head and all the (bad) possibilities of what could happen and make the thing happen however the thing can happen. It might not be awesomely pretty but it will work if you just fucking DO ET.

You can make things happen, YOU. And if you don’t know what the hell you’re doing, ask, and take notes because you’re gunna be learning this shit as you’re going through it, but your best bet on not getting caught in the proverbial quicksand is to not get yourself wrapped up in every aspect of everything. This is new growth brought about like the spring that Aries heralds. Like the season of Spring, this card is activating the the potential growth of the Earth, that is to say, the time is right to spring forth and grow as you can, with what you have. Get formulated and active. Put things in their place or notice the NATURAL orbits of things. What works is that which grows from your energy.

In Chesed which is ruled by Jupiter and again for the sake of this experiment we’ll say involves your influence and benevolence in your current trip is the Princess of Cups, the earthy part of Water. We could consider this the substance in water or water hitting substance head on. This is the idea of the canyon wall being ground down over the millennia by moving water. The nutrients and minerals in the earth are transported down river to the fertile delta. This is the natural, “following your feelings” within your daily life. Try not to fool yourself, follow your intuition, not just passing whims. Feel, don’t necessarily react immediately. Go with what you feel and intuit, let yourself go with the flow, if you will. Allow your situation to move with your emotions and be patient with your progress.

Her animal is the Ibis, who on one leg intently stares at the surface of the water. This was perceived as meditation and contemplation by the wise people of Khemet and they attributed the ibis to Djehudi or Thoth the wisest of their pantheon. But like ibis you have to act when the fish swims by or you’ll starve. Do not look directly at a problem or situation you feel strongly about. Look for effects and causation not the point of impact.

In Tiphareth, the Sun and center of gravity holding all this in place, the heart pumping the blood through this, your heart is 2 of Cups, Love. Like all the 2s the deuces of Water is building towards completion. This is the ever becomingness of love. Love never dies it is simply transformed like any other energy. Love isn’t a competition or something you can measure. You never stop loving someone/thing because you have “reached maximum love levels”, shake hands and walk away from it. There is no end-game to love and that’s why it’s scary and makes people act like idiots sometimes. Astrologically, Venus in Cancer can be interpreted as nurturing your emotional growth. Build on what you’re feeling and don’t try to think about anything too concretely emotionally or intuitively. This is a building process so try not to focus on the final outcome but work with what you have now.

In Netzach, Venus town, where you have the realization about how this is going to change you as a person with a personality is the 6 of Cups, Pleasure. For reasons I call this the plumbing card. The water is not flowing freely as though it is pouring, it has been pumped through a series of tubes intricately woven together to fill the cups placed in the shape of a hexagram. Emotion and connectedness to life are intentionally being directed by unseen but invited forces. Someone who wasn’t looking closely could see nothing but knots and chaos and even wonder how the damn thing worked in the first place. Those people are squares and should be avoided at all costs. Do what gives you pleasure that also instills clarity. Center on the best you can feel even if onlookers can’t appreciate what you’re doing connoisseurs (and you) will dig it.

If you have no foundation you can have no structure. If you have a shoddy foundation, you'll have a shoddy structure. Look to what things were like where you are before you began building. Is there sand beneath you? Are you in a swamp, building castles of stone that will bind to the mud and be pulled down much sooner than later? Did you account for the raise in elevation when you laid your foundation? Look down to the base of what you've made and what you've made it upon. This is an engineering job, you’ll need tools to measure and level everything out. The occult might not be the best place to find these tools and it is possible that you have issue much more base than you're willing to cop to. There are many tools you can use to look at your foundation provided in psychology and meditation from other sources. The Universe throws us extreme situations and more often than not, this is the only way people see their basest of instincts and behaviors really act out. If you can, take a look at what connects you and what you’re building to the Earth before an earthquake, tornado, volcano, or other act of G-D forces you to pray everything was fine. Check the strength of your foundations before the strength of your foundations are checked. Get down to the base fundamentals of what is going on in your material (things, money, living situation, literal stuff) and build from the ground up if you must.

You must however do something to the fertility you find or it is just dark soil, dirt. Go within yourself to find the answers you seek. If you want to find the best person you’ve ever met, go meet yourself, look for your potential.

In Binah, which is ruled by Saturn and for the sake of this reading we will call the first stop on your roadtrip. You haven’t really arrived anywhere but you’re stopping and getting a chance to repack your car in a more efficient way. Sitting in Binah is a need for sunglasses, XIX The Sun, Resh, Sol. The Sun is The Lord of Light and Life, the center of our little Solar System. Everything in the fairly large gravitational pull of the Sun is affected by it which pulls everything to it. If it weren’t for The Sun, nothing in our Solar System (named after Sol, The Sun Himself) would be where it is or nearly as well lit or full of life. This more or less self sufficient little nuclear reactor in space gives life and light but also pulls small things which cannot maintain an orbit around it in for the final burn. bright and full of life and light but deal not with bullshit trifles. Center yourself but be aware of what you effect and how. Keep pumping out the power but make sure it’s that good good renewable energy.

In Chesed which is ruled by Jupiter and again for the sake of this experiment we’ll say involves your influence and benevolence in your current trip is the super fun, 7 of Cups Debauch. This is Venus (beauty, personal growth) in Scorpio, the dark water where things growing aren’t seen so clearly. There is a kind of completion of a cycle in the 7s and this Seven is about “letting go” of rotten feelings and connections that have festered. This is a need for what I call “emotional composting” so let things rot out to fertilize future emotional growth. But like a compost pile, you must turn it, give it Sun, and make sure that it doesn’t get rancid. In order to grow through the darkest of times, we have to stretch out and take in as much light so we can illuminate the darkness. Our emotional problems and trauma shouldn’t sit alone and in shadow collecting molds and stinking up the place. This darkness is a resource and should be utilized for your future growth. It is work and does take energy and labor but I assure your swimming out of this “undertow” (Scorpio) will be worthwhile work you will live to not regret. Emotionally things might seem rotten, people might appear all shitty, but it’s just trying to become wonderful fertilizer for greater emotional maturity and better future relationships.

Across the Tree in Geburah, which is Mars Town, where you find your drive and what you’re trying to accomplish/conquer is the 5 of Cups Disappointment. Like all 5s this is the microcosmic and human part of its suit, in this case the human aspect of water, which is emotion, intuition and connectedness to life. Astrologically, this is Mars in Scorpio or emotional uncertainty making acting on your feelings difficult or at least obscured. Everyone you’re in contact with, and everyone else is just a human with human limitations. Don’t overreach other people’s boundaries and be aware when they cross yours. There is also a frustration emotionally that you’re “stuck in the middle” of where you started and where you’d like to be feeling. That sucks, but, hey, like, we’re all just human. Just yourself and everyone else as much slack as you can for not being where you want them to be. Don’t focus on your or others emotional limitations. Try to recognize why you are where/who you are emotionally and keep those waters flowing. You might not be quite where you want to be emotionally and in your relationships, but you’re making progress, in your way and time.

In Tiphareth, the Sun and center of gravity holding all this in place, the heart pumping the blood through this, your heart is the Prince of Disks, the airy part of Earth or thinking about what’s going on in the material/normal-ass world. This prince is a map maker, an amateur cartologist. Holding his globe, he is pulled along by the sturdy bull of Taurus who is familiar with the terrain so the prince can gaze down and take note of where he is, where he’s been, and where he might be going. In other words this is learning about how to navigate life. Pay attention to where you are and what you’ve been doing. Take notes. Have you been here before? Do you know where this leads? If not, mark it out in your globe so you know if you ever get there again.

In Netzach, Venus town, where you have the realization about how this is going to change you as a person with a personality is Ace of Cups, the root powers of water which is emotion, connectedness to living things, and intuition. This is the geyser of the aspects of water exploding into existence. The Ace of Cups can be like the yearly floods on the Nile was to ancient Egyptian/Kemetic people that once a year had their fields simultaneously wiped out and fertilized. There is great danger in unbound Love, it tends to get consuming and people fear being consumed. There is a secret meaning to the joining of two to make none, but this isn’t really the place for that. The uncontrolled waterfall of feeling, it can flow and be a clearing force or flood. If you’re not prepared for such water, you might get washed away, if you are it might wash away the cobwebs and your stagnancy.

In Mercury Town Hod-ville, where all the Universities are and everyone has real intellectual shit going on is the bread getting, 10 of Disks, Wealth. This card is intelligence (Mercury) in fertile possibility (Virgo). This is the peak material situation, a good situation, a situation you really want to be in. Be swift and mindful of your material task at hand and your everyday experience, it is nearing its end and you stand to profit. Put your smarts and your communication skills in the most fertile possibilities and cash in before things start to come down from this peak opportune time.

On the Moon in Yesod, the receptive and reflective place that is alot about the feelings that you’re picking up from all this is III The Empress, Daleth, Venus. Daleth is the open door, like you’d leave your bedroom door unlocked if your lover were coming over, you want them inside (pun sort of intended). This is not passivity but waiting for the spring (or Aries her partner IV The Emperor) to energize what you have. Like the symbolic Pelican (phoenix also) spitting its breast open to feed its young, or like a pregnant person, the brunt of the responsibility for your future growth lies in you. Be ready and prepared for new growth like springtime, but remember, this all hinges on you and your openness to growth.

Down here in Malkuth-istan, the everyday life mundane, waking up pooping, and going to work world is the 4 of Swords, Truce. This has to do with “squaring up” (4=square) your mind. If you’re going to keep expanding your thinking (Jupiter) on whatever subject it is your working with, you must do it in a balanced (Libra or The Scales) and somewhat subtle way. Balance (Libra) your internal thinking processes. Like in the context of a war, Truces are usually agreed on when opposing forces agree that neither power can be victorious without near annihilation. Think “mutually assured destruction.” Agree to maybe disagree with your opposing mental forces so you can build yourself up. Try to balance your mind when it starts reeling. Thoughts can get away from you and become larger if you don’t stop. Breath.

So, you’re needing to come back to your roots in this world and you’ll do that by going in and dealing with that scary stuff you’ve been ignoring and it’ll stop being so scary when you shed some light, some of your light, on it. Recenter yourself, you’re the star here.

And speaking of scary shit getting some light, you’ve got to turn that emotional compost pile and stop acting from a place of hurt and self imposed limitations. In Thelema we say something to the effect of “The only sin is restriction” so unbind yourself. You’ll see how to pick those locks you’ve placed on yourself by looking at the mechanisms closely, seeing how it all threads together and how you can unlock it and be free.

You won’t grow how you’d like until you really release all that emotional mess that’s bound up and clear space for new people, places, and things in your heart. Focus on your bank account, your possibilities down here on Earth, focus on getting the bread, as the kids say. You can cash in while dealing with this emotional mess if you just focus on moving forward and doing you and what is best for you.

Not to sound too much like The Secret© but surround yourself with images, people, conversation, energy of any kind that you feel will activate what you have sitting in wait. Prepare yourself and take action to ready yourself for the new growth in you.
