We can save it though, and I have so much faith that it’ll be renewed. Please, remember to send out paper airplanes to Hulu, Netflix, and Disney on Monday, January 23rd. OK I’m going to say this in as simple a manner as possible.

Netflix is independent of Disney Channel. What does that mean?

NO MATTER HOW BADLY NETFLIX WANTS TO BUY GMW, THEY CANT DO A DAMN THING IF DISNEY DOESNT WANT TO SELL.

Hulu is partially owned by Disney. What does that mean?

IT WILL BE SO MUCH EASIER FOR HULU TO GET ACCESS TO GMW THAN NETFLIX.

How do I know this?

@bmwwritinggmw has an inside source with Disney/GMW. Someone who has seen the contract between Disney and GMW. This person told her practically verbatim, that if this show is getting picked up by another network Hulu has the best chance of doing it.

Does this mean sleep on Netflix? NO. There is a perfectly legitimate possibility that Netflix and Disney will play ball and Disney will make up for its recent douchebaggery by selling to them like a good little conglomerate media monopoly. HOWEVER.

It would be infinitely easier for Hulu to get it than Disney. And finally - and I cannot stress this enough - HULU IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY FOR PICKING UP GIRL MEETS WORLD. THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
