Sitting next to Leona, picking flowers around you from the botanical garden and weaving them into a flower crown had become a relatively common thing. Leona didn't mind it.

The peaceful rustling of the plants around you two was comfortable, and so was the silence. It always was.

On your head — there was an already woven flower crown. Why make another one? For Leona of course! You usually just stick flowers in his hair — ones only you knew the meaning of — but this time you're making a crown for him.

Slipping in the last of the flowers in, you hold it up to look at it. Happy with the final product, smiling, you turn to face Leona and put it atop his head, careful of his ears that twitch when the flowers graze them.

Opening his green eyes, he looks at you. “What did you just put on my head?” you giggle a bit, and Leona moves a hand to feel.

His hand stops though when he realizes it's just some flowers. “Putting flowers in my hair again, huh?”

“Not just one though,” you reply. Leona just smiles. “Well, you can do what you want with it. Throw it away, keep it-”

“Why would I throw your flowers away?”

“Huh?”

“I don't mind your flower hobby, or the fact you put them in my hair,” he moves a gloved hand to ruffle your hair, making you whine a bit at it.

“I won't throw ‘em away, as long as they don't wilt they'll stay on my head.”

[ ★ notes: maybe the ending could've been better but this actually turned out a lot better than I thought it would so!! I get to open my requests for twst finally <33 I planned on researching what flowers meant that were vauge enough for this but I gave up.. I still like how it turned out tho without describing what flowers were put into the flower crown I'll let you guys imagine that. Hope you like this devil 🫶🫶 ]

being a musician with gallagher as a father is having him show up to every concert, beaming with pride as the sound of your music fills the room. from the moment you told him you wanted to learn to play an instrument, he had nothing but support for your aspirations. strings, brass, woodwind, it didn’t matter what you picked, he buys you the finest instrument and books the best of instructors to teach you how to play. he is nothing short of thrilled to watch you perform, nudging the people beside him to let them know that is his kid!

went for another monster vibe with this one just because it felt right!

you were being haunted ─ it's ridiculous, you know that, but that was the truth. of course, no one would believe you if you told them such, so it was a truth you'd kept to yourself.

but it wasn't so bad; certainly not as scary as the stories or media painted it to be. or perhaps you were just lucky. ─ regardless, you enjoyed the presence of your eerie formed roommate, elliott. you don't quite know what he was, but you'd stuck to calling him a ghost, and he didn't seem to mind. (although he certainly didn't fit what a ghost was in media, you thought it the only thing to call him.)

you'd learned he was a writer when he was alive, and he loved when you read to him. it became routine to stop at a bookstore on your way home to pick up a new book every weekend to bring home with you, just so you had one to pick up when you were finished with the book prior.

you don't quite know when your mutual understand of being somewhat roommates became a back and forth of feelings unspoken between you. (you also don't how to feel knowing you'd come to love a being who wasn't even living.) and yet it was a norm, if only to you and elliott.

"i'm home!"

elliott was in front of you before you could finish hanging your coat, a smile on his face and his hands behind his back in a gentlemanly manner. "welcome home."

"i got another book." you returned his smile as you pulled the book from the bag in your hand, holding it up for him to see.

"horror?" he asked as he read over the title, the cover of the book giving away an intent to scare.

you hummed, "is there a problem? i can return it if you don't like it."

"ah, no, no," he shook his head, and waved his hand, "i've just never been the fondest of horror. i'm always so spooked after."

you had to bite back a, you are what people make horror books about, comment. you opted to instead nod, finding it hard to hide your amusement in the topic that you were sure he noticed. surely, he could see the humor in his words.

"i'll hold your hand when i read it to you." ─ it was a joke, something you had intended for him to laugh at.

and he did ─ but it was unexpected when he replied with, "would you? i think i'd feel much better."

Being the younger brother of Jade and Floyd leads an interesting life. You go to NRC with them, and people can definitely tell you're related to the twins.

You got the short end of the stick though, literally. You have sharp teeth and eyes like them, but weren't tall like they were, and it gave something for Floyd to tease you about.

“[naamee]!!” Floyd called, coming up from behind you to hug you. Though, his hugs were always too tight for you.

“F-Floyd! Too tight..” you manage to say, Jade just laughing behind you two and being no help at all. With a smile on his face, Floyd releases you and rests an arm on your head. He knew what he was doing. You groan.

He also referred to you as his ‘short younger brother’ to others, and Jade never stops it (unfortunately). Despite all the teasing though, they still helped you study (mostly Jade), spent time out of school with you, they did whatever.

You were their dear younger brother after all — Great Seven forbid someone did anything to you, they'd be answering to Jade and Floyd.
