ive been playing stardew on and off for years (1500+ hours on steam... send help) and its one of my fav games, my other favs are the long dark, the sims (1, 2 and 4), pokemon (mainly gen 1, 2, 4 and 5), hypnospace outlaw, neopets, and some assorted meh quality horse games. my main interests are gamedev (im trying to make my own games 🤞), the old web, retro game stuff, indie and open source and archive stuff, drawing & animation, 3D, photography, music, horses, crafting, dolls, human rights, anti-capitalism, and saving the planet, and bits of lots of other stuff.

my stardew fav charas are my wife sebastian (cant make myself marry anyone else, i have a problem) and my almost-wife abigail (i break her heart every time, im sorry abby). for non-romance ones its willy, sandy, and for some godforsaken reason clint (my hopeful ass tells me "if im his genuine friend he'll eventually feel less lonely and stop being a misogynist incel" bc this is fiction. also im jealous that he gets to have a chubby sprite but i dont :/ )

ive made some sdv mods (here on nexus) but theyre mostly not updated for the current game, the faerie junimos still work as of 1.6 but i havent tested any of the others. i have a lot of other small mods that ive never shared so i might get back into finishing up and posting mods soon, we will see.

okay i watched the merch part of the video update when they mentioned a plush release in early july, and all they said was Neopet and also Petpet plush would be on their website, so no mention of a Draik plush specifically. and the only video after that is about the AC starting, so ????

can someone please tell certain neopets users that there's a way to critique and clown on a shitty game update that doesn't involve saying an amputee deserved their injuries???

like, tavi was the most liked chara on the neoboards until last week which is incidentally when the tea quests started. take potshots at tnt all you want but but don't blame a character who could've very well been written by someone else/a different team for it. as ableist as some neo users are, i know with like 1000% certainty tavi's backstory would've gone waaay better if it'd been placed before this event.

i'm cool with actual critique over things like disabled character designs and such (like some ppl, including myself, have done with seshatia), but please don't post ableist slurs about the little friend asking you to buy expensive tea ingredients, mmkay? take it down a notch.
