Okay soooo yeah! He is ONE of my favorite paras out of the three main’s that I always have around.

His name is Ellen, but it used to be Ike. He wanted to change it for a reason I’m still unsure of. That’s not his full name though! I can’t tell you his full name because I’ve been sworn to secrecy to not spill the tea. xD

He is 22 years old, but he lies and tells people he’s 24 just because he likes that number better. I don’t know, he’s weird, aha!

The thing he’s /most/ passionate about has to be hair and makeup. Most people find it hard to believe that about him because of his personality and the person he is/was. He’s actually really good at what he does and I actually admire him for it because he doesn’t care what people think of him.

The person that makes him laugh his head off the most would have to be his [non]biological sister Nesset! She doesn’t even have to TRY to get him to laugh, everything she does is just a ball of enjoyment. She even has ME dying of laughter sometimes!

So I figured I should add a few more things about him just in case you or anyone else were curious.

Ellen has a boyfriend that he’s been with for about two and a half years now. His boyfriend’s name is Tracey, he’s 24; two years older than Ellen. They used to fight a LOT, but are now slowly but surely getting along thanks to couple’s therapy.

Also! Ellen is NOT gay, but he’s not straight either. He doesn’t put a label on himself but he has said he likes who he likes. Nothing more to it from him.

He is also secretly into drag, but lately he’s been more and more open with it which is great honestly.

Ellen identifies with he/him pronouns but doesn’t mind being called she/her every once in awhile. He gets misgendered quite a bit sometimes, and although he corrects people, he still doesn’t mind having been called she/her.

Something you should know is that Ellen has absolutely no relationship with his parents. He actually doesn’t even consider them as parents at all.

His mom left him when he was 4, taking his 6 year old, biological brother, Elio, with her. Ellen hasn’t seen or heard from either of them since.

His father was very abusive and was in and out of jail more times than we can count. I’ve been sworn to secrecy for this as well so I can’t tell you any more than that.

Ellen also has a biological daughter that is 4 years old, her name is Ashley. I’d explain more about this but the story is suuuper personal for him, so I guess you’ll just have to know only that he has a biological daughter.

He also has two other daughters that he’s in the process of adopting! But that’s a story for another time, aha.

So yeah! I LITERALLY OWE YOU MY LIFE??? 💙💙💙i'm so excited about this ask because diamond factory is becoming one of my more prominent cosms to dd about. vivian is one of the main characters so she's getting a lot of story development rn!!quick intro to diamond factory: this is my incredibly self indulgent cyberpunk dystopia  paracosm. it's essentially about corporate wars, rival companies and their shady execs, and all the people caught in the middle. this is just a lil bit of background for who vivian is and what she does.onto the lady herself!! vivian lawless (i'm a sucker for symbolic surnames) is the ceo of artemis biotech solutions, a company that specialises in genetic enhancements to the human body. artemis is viv's pride and joy, and there isn't anything she wouldn't do to keep it safe.viv herself tends to strike people as a cool and calculated person. she's fiercely intelligent, graduating top of all her classes at whatever fancy college she went to. she came from an affluent english family and was popular in school throughout her education, but it's hard to say if she ever felt any real attachment to those she called her friends. she's 100% raw ambition, and literally will never stop until she's in complete control of a situation.when she was 26 she founded artemis biotech solutions with a 'friend' from college, lucian douglas. long story short, after biological enhancement became more sought after and the company took off, he died in a tragic car accident that vivian definitely, positively, most certainly had nothing to do with. absolutely.right now, she's still fighting those corporate wars, and doing so very regally from her skyscraper in london. there's probably more i could tell you, but that'd be less about vivian and more about diamond factory, so i'll spare you the details.other notes: she's a damn good tennis player. probably has a cat. always looks like she's Scheming, which is convenient because she probably is. single and owning it.♡☆ thank you so much for the ask, i love doing these!! ☆♡

This person reminds me of myself! While I'm not a straight A student, my daydreaming doesn't affect my life much more than making my friends talk less to me and vice versa and me not focusing on real life sometimes. That's why I call myself a

It means I daydream a lot, but I'm not addicted.

When I realize I'm daydreaming, I can usually stop.

I don't exactly consider myself a part of the community. I stick around and reblog things that I relate to, but I always emphasize the point that I'm not a madder, but I relate to many people here and I'm ALWAYS open if you need help. It's tough to be just a neonarrator. Now experiencing neonarrative AND being addicted to it must be worse. So I'm here to help those lovelies and feel a bit better when my friends call me "crazy". I'm not crazy. And I'm not alone. And even if you aren't a Maladaptive daydreamer, you shouldn't feel like so.

I find that I have a lot of MaDD behaviors, but I’m still not sure if I have it purely because it doesn’t affect my life negatively? Like I’ve learned to balance it and while I tend to space out during lectures I’m still a straight A mostly AP student? I’m just kind of afraid to be a part of the MaDD community bc I don’t know If I could call it that :/

If it doesn’t effect your life negatively then you are not a maladaptive daydreamer, distress and dysfunction are key elements to a diagnosis (proposed) of MD. You are probably an immersive daydreamer. MDers are immersive daydreamers for who the behavior has become addictive or compulsive and begun interfering in their daily lives.  

There doesn’t seem to be any dedicated community (that I can find) to non-maladaptive immersive daydreaming so they often find themselves in the MD community.  How welcome they are depends on the community itself. I would just caution immersive daydreamers in MD communities to remember they are in a space dedicated to a mental health issue and not present themselves as MDers, there is much confusion on what MD is and MDers seeking help may find it difficult to come by if the communities they find tend to celebrate and encourage the thing they need support for.

Thank you so much for asking my dear! I have way too many paras to choose oh boy... I guess my bestfriend would be my main para, Victoria. She has many character traits of myself and is friendly to all. We’d get along very well! She has some habits that I love such as her habit of being committed to her work and lifestyle and always wanting to come up with new and better ideas. However, she has many bad habits as well. She never seems to forget about the bad things in the past and regrets stuff very often. She also has a habit of not eating well and skipping meals often due to stress and overworking herself. Any possibility I’d fall in love with her? If I was her friend in real life then I’d probably have some sort of crush on her.

I have no clue when this was asked so sorry if it was forever ago. But I’m here to answer now.

1. Yes a lot of them are actually in a relationship.

2. I ship some a lil bit but some hardcore.

3. For this one I’ll talk about my otp which is Demon and Fang. Demon is a tall boi and scary looking, he’s really quiet but a sweetheart. Fang is a cutie and pretty out going and everyone loves him. They are a really cute couple but they don’t do pda so several people don’t even kno they’re together. Demon is really gentle with Fang and even though they’ve been married for 14 years Demon still gets nervous around Fang sometimes bc he thinks he’s just so amazing. Fang can’t fall asleep unless he’s in Demons arms.

4. Which songs? None specificly but gentle songs with only an acoustic guitar makes me imagine Fang singing the song and demon from across the room just melting bc his husband’s voice is beautiful.

5. There’s a forest behind where they live and all the trees are huge and theres this tree that demon found when he was younger that works as like a chair and they just chill there all the time. Also just the forest in general bc it’s really pretty and they like to take walks.

Aaah hi! sorry if this has been here awhile, i use mobile and don’t check my inbox a lot. Gigi is shy, cute and healing? she's been though a lot but she's working through it. She doesn't have a job, in a lot of daydreams w her she's still in high school so yeah. She doesn't really trust anyone a lot, but the people who she most commonly trusts are Allistair and Hunter. :)
