What a YEAR it has been! Seriously, it's been a year since I started drawing my OC x Canon nonsense, and I gotta say it's been one of the most fun years of my life for that alone. The improvement between this year's piece and the art I was making last year is absurd. I mean, granted, last year's Halloween piece was done in abt 2 days of crunch, soooo... well, even compare it to this year's Valentine's Day piece and you'll see so much improvement!

I'm very proud of how far I've come, and I'm very excited to see where I go in year 2. I hope I'll get to see you all there! 💚💚💚

aza & professor ziesii in the core of myself.

azucena has been attending naranja academy for two years, and for those two years, she has been in love with nemona. however, she has never managed to get close to the student council president for more than a few conversations. then, that rhythmi girl shows up at the academy and nemona is all over her!

to say aza makes a bad decision in catching a high-level scovillain from nearby her hometown of alfornada was to say the absolute least about it.

she gets attention from nemona finally, but not in the way she wanted.

professor ziesii was an exceptionally bright light. clever beyond comparison with a deep love for knowledge, she came to paldea seeking just that. with some kind words from her old professors back in unova, she lands herself a spot on professor sada’s great crater exploration team. simply descending into area zero itself, ziesii would note as amongst her greatest scientific discoveries.

unlike many of the other team members, it was ziesii’s name that often accompanied sada’s, she was as well-known as the paldean herself.

it’s a shame that she, and her partnering professor, have disappeared from the public eye in the last year.

Doodles and first introduction to the mess that is my Pokemon Scarlet mc oc! Star!

I could talk about pkm sv for hours! I absolutely had a blast playing the game all dlc’s included! (The epilogue was the funniest thing I didn’t expect to see in that game to be completely honest!) As i have Scarlet, i will be going off of that version when it comes to any difference about the content inside!

Star is traumatized by the canon story line of the base game, can’t say all the other kids aren’t as well, as Star was just barely 14 when that all happened

Star have very big crushes on all their close friends that he doesn’t realize until after their first trip to Kitakami, and then dose the worse job at talking it over with all 3 of them separately before disappearing off to be an exchange student at the BBA for a few months (only Penny gets the slightest idea what he was talking about and then spam their rotom phone until Star decides to finally answer all her questions)

All the meme stuff i managed to make ( unfortunately Star lived in my physical sketchbooks for all those past months, i share them someday for sure)

A pokemon performer born in Paldea but moved to the Kalos region, she was a top Pokémon performer whose haughty attitude eventually caused her to have multiple humiliating defeats. Convincing her mother that she needed a clean slate, they both move back to their home region in Paldea.

She's rich, haughty, and oh-so full of herself, but in the end, she does truly love the friends that she made from her travels from Paldea and Kitakami. Even developing deep feelings for Carmine, which Jewels' hopes can get past the point of just being good friends
