Cold - Maroon 5 // This caught my ear on the radio the other day and I’ve been pretty much listening to it on a loop since then ^^;

Wolves - Selena Gomez, Marshmello // I adore Selena Gomez, I won’t lie. Her range always astounds me, her voice is really pretty, so is she? And she’s grown so much from her Disney days... I love her.

There’s Nothing Holding Me Back - Shawn Mendes // This one is really fun to sing in the car on the chance that it does come on the radio, so... yes. I quite like singing it.

New Rules - Dua Lipa // I think I’ve elaborated on this before, but I just really like this song, and it’s a good, solid, easy to follow set of rules.

Paris in the Rain - Lauv // I had autoplay on and was listening to lyric videos on Youtube, and this song came round and I just really like the way it sounds and the story that it tells. It’s pretty, I wanna write something with it someday.

Havana - Camila Cabello // I love listening to the little thing her voice does in this song, you know the thing, it’s so great.

Khan - Julie Giroux // We’re playing this song for a concert in band, and dude it’s literally such a great song, I reccommend you give it a listen.

Dearly Beloved - Yoko Shimomura // Of course, following the Kingdom Hearts hype. Besides, the song is super nostalgic for me... I linked in the KH2 version; it’s personally the closest to my heart since KH2 was my first KH game. 

The Planets - Gustav Holst // I will never shut up about this. The Planets, the whole suite is literally amazing and so beautiful? The most well known are Mars, Bringer of War and Jupiter, Bringer of Jollity, but my personal favorite is Mercury, The Winged Messenger. However, we might be playing Jupiter for our spring concert, fingers crossed!!

A United Front - Yasunori Mitsuda // Where do I begin with this one. This last slot was between the main theme and this song, and I ended up choosing this song because it’s literally so enchanting. I adore it, the mixing of Ignis and Ravus’ themes and the changing time signature (I think anyways) and general Episode IGnis amazingness... hoo boy. It’s a yes all around.

A/N: A failed attempt in humor, as always. This didn’t entirely turn out the way I wanted it to, but I’ll write something else as well. 

A/N2: Takes place in the same universe NoEnd House does.

Nighttime in Lestallum was always nice. Whether you were outside, enjoying the nightlife, the lights and the people roaming around in the filled with music streets; or stayed inside, a movie, a warm bed with a good book in hand, or just a few more perfect hours of sleep.

Lestallum was haven for most.

It was heaven for me too; a girls’ night out with my best friend, and now a warm bed.

Perfect preparation for the day to come…

Until the door to the room opened and his heavy -way to heavy -steps filled my ears.

My eyes opened instantly, so there was no reason to act like I was still asleep; besides, he’d know.

I raised underneath the warmth of the blanket and heard him turn around instantly.

“Is there a reason you’re naked in my bed?” his voice… trembled?

I turned my eyes from his tattooed back to myself, not entirely sure what he meant by “naked”. I was in my underwear, most of my skin being covered by either the blanket or my very-covering sports bra.

“I’m in my underwear, Gladiolus, I’m not naked. Besides, your girlfriend is here too.”

“Well then,” he smirked a cocky smirk “Is there a reason why I’m not in my bed?”

What?

“Wait, what am I even…?” he regretted his words right away and I could help but laugh, I bet he’s blushing, wishing Six is indeed sleeping.

“Don’t be an asshole, asshole.” I laughed, turning to look at my friend sleeping soundly, she’d laugh her ass of on that one “She’s asleep. You know you can turn around, and I don’t know... check on her, you idiot.”

He did what I said right away; she was right, the boy does know how to follow orders.

Gladio made his way to the side of the bed, kneeling down and caressing her hair “What happened? And one more time, why are you na- in your underwear, sleeping next to my girlfriend? Shouldn’t you be in Your room, with Iggy?”

I laughed at his comment; if I were, this would have turned out to be very awkward.

“Evie?” I turned to look at him, he was seriously worried, I guess being a Glaive means you’re always ready for a fight, even when you’re sleeping. It must seem weird to him how she’s not up on her toes and ready for battle.

“Don’t worry about her, she’s fine.” I take another look at my knocked-out friend, what the hell happened? He’d want to know. I should get my thoughts back in order before he looks up from her.

“I thought you two were going out for a drink.”

“We did!” I rubbed the sleep away from my eyes, I need to be awake for this “You know, I thought she could hold her liquor, for an immortal.” He didn’t find it as funny as I did “She gave a special recipeh to the bartender and he made her up to five drinks of it. Once the walls started to dance alongside us, I grabbed her and started for the Leville. We met a couple of guys just outside.”

So now his eyes are piercing me with the famous Amicitia-death-stare! Relax, Romeo!

“They got way too friendly with us. One of them saying Six turned him down last time, and something about her guard-dog not being around anymore.” His fist clenched “I’m guessing he meant you.”

“Did they hurt you in any way?” his voice was dark now. The dude wasn’t bluffing about having met them before.

“They tried. Two of them started for me but I punched them unconscious. Somehow I found myself in the fountain outside the hotel.”

“And her?”

“She got pissed! Her eyes changed; by the time I was on my feet and out of the water, they fuckers were running for their lives; and she hadn’t even moved from her spot.” I smiled proudly, expected no less, and apparently, neither did Gladio “When I got next to her, she muttered something about ‘being awake now’, but then fainted in my arms. I carried her all the way to the room, but I couldn’t just leave her. I had to make sure she wouldn’t choke in her sleep.”

Gladio didn’t say anything. He placed a gentle and sweet kiss on her hair and made his way to me, making me lay down and bringing the blanket up to my chin “Thank you. I’ll take care of this. Get some rest before Iggy starts freaking out trying to find you.” He kissed my forehead and left towards the door, his fists so tight his knuckles had turned white, he was going out to find them and this time they wouldn’t have time to run.

Damn, those two are a terrifying couple.

I wish I was on more tbh. But alas life and work and all that really cuts into my Tumblr time. 

I really started using Tumblr more when I was on a hiatus from working while in between jobs and it really helped me through that difficult time. I now no longer have as much free time as I would like especially now with the holidays coming and all the extra hours, oh the joys of retail but I make a point to try and keep up when I can.

I’ve met wonderful people and writers (like yourself) and don’t want to loose contact with any of you!

Now... to attempt to tackle this list... Though, part of me is pretty sure I think you know how this is gonna go. XD

1. Dino - I know...I’m shocked myself. I don’t know how and or when it happened, where he actually beat Cor out for the top spot. And I don’t know what it is exactly about the guy either.  OK, I find him charming, probably because he tries to act tough, but isn’t and goes out of his way to protect those he can - with information and accessories. 

2. Cor - For the longest time, the ever stoic Marshal had the top spot. He was at that spot for a long time. He had that spot even before I bought the game, and then that damned doofy Journalist becoming a Jeweler came along.  Whatever.  Cor shows emotions through action - and one can tell if you pay attention, that he’s got a huge heart.

3. Gladio - The shield that is a giant teddy bear with a bit of rage to him. I see him as a man that bottles his emotions then erupts. And he tries his best to control all of them when he’s around those he cares about - cause he doesn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable, sad etc. 

4. Talcott - Older!Talcott with the HC that he calls all the bro’s his uncle, and he does his best for them, and has adventures with each of them gives me life. Like, yes please.

5. Noctis - Sleepy prince gets the bottom of the list, though he almost beats out Talcott when he’s older. I dunno, there’s something about Older!Noctis that makes me go. OKyeahsurecmere.

Top 5 favorite songs from Project Diva? I've only ever played Project Mirai DX myself though...

I’ve been playing Project Diva X on the PS4, which unfortunately doesn’t have as many songs as the other games it seels, but I’m really getting a kick out of playing it. :D It’s super fun, even though it’s gonna drag me into hell.
