Hello Lovely Folks out there in interwebs land! I have resumed international shipping, Royal Mail is now moving parcels overseas but only with Tracked and Signed services so International shipping is slightly more expensive than usual. Another needle felted animal, but this time it's a little baby penguin. The scarf was not actually part of the design but I felt it was a needed accessory. The little fella just looked so plain without it ya know. He didn't take that long me that long to make which is great cos I made him with like 1 hour of sleep after a long ass car ride. Mental Health update! With the support of some awesome mates I have had my docs appointment... yay! I'm back on my medication and feeling much better but even the doctor said that having to wait nearly 4 weeks for an appointment because unless you're in danger of hurting yourself you aren't considered an emergency appointment! The problem with mental health issues is they can escalate rapidly if untreated and once you pass a certain point you may feel unable to ask for help or even be unable to do so. Waiting makes things worse but thanks to my friends I made it! I'm tired of all the posts about raising awareness of depression and mental health, I'm aware! We all are aware! We KNOW! It's sad that you have to pass the point of no return to get the care you need. Especially if all the care you need is a prescription. So much trauma could be prevented by acting in a timely fashion. Anyway, before this turns into a rant I'm signing off!
