starting the year with a biography of byron and henri heine as a second gives an interesting perspective of morality and turns every other man of history into a saint
#can't stop thinking about how much bellini's biographer (nor florimo) tries to state how bad of a man vincenzo was#and no matter he still just seems very regular and quiet#the biographer of heine was so desperately trying to convince the reader that despite everything heine could be decent#and the biographer of byron was just so clearly in constant emotional pain#kinda forgot to mention the biography of necaev here#gin talk#*not florimo
