Neathy Fashion Coalition - Volume 2

Whispers have turned to silence, the chill into the cold, the edge of autumn soon to disapear over the horizon. Winter shall come, as it always does, lest we all forget. But here, perhaps, the season of masks shall be remembered

And with that, I present to you the second compilation of submissions to the blog! [Despite a sudden onset of sickness i was determined to get this done] Thank you so much to everyone who participated. Everyones url and posts should be linked with their art.

If there are any issues do let me know and i will try to correct it as soon as I can! I've triple checked ive included everyone but I am a forgetful person lol

As always, no worries if you didnt get a submission done in the time frame, later submissions are always welcome for later editions.

Don't know if I'll have time to do another full illustration before I'm away for a bit, so made sure I at least had the design concept for Gabriel's Hallowmas concept down hehe

I'm planning on doing more high fashion outfits as time goes on, but I'd be remiss not to give them their good ol' labcoat and waistcoat. And uh. All their weasels. (That's Florence napping by their chest!)

Regarding today's fashion talk: I've never done paper dolls but what I do have is a bunch of default pose references that I trace over when I have a new outfit idea. Poses are basic and shapes are stylised because I need them to get the idea of the clothes cuts, and I need easy enough lines to trace over and over again in various versions.

So for the Neathy Fashion Coalition I'm gonna make a bunch of base drawings, and from those I'll figure out the outfits sketches to finish with ink lines.

A chill in the air, a whisper on the wind, the windows of false-summer long now shuttered. Soon, the season shall come where Londonders shall don their masks, cloaks, and extremetites, and take themselves to the streets. And where too shall you go, upon all hallows eve?

Greetings and salutations my most dearest gentlefolk, long time no see ;). With Hallowmas nearly upon us, I thought it twas a good time as any to reimburse some energy into this dear coalition.

So without further ado, I would like to invite you all this season to share and submit any fashionable choice for this season - be it a mask, a costume, or any manner of seasonal ware.

The general nature of the blog is the same as before, and can be read here in the pinned post, but simply put, any form of art with Fallen London Characters in fashion can be sent here to be shared, simply post it and tag this blog! Full rules are here

If there's enough interest, I may put together a compilation of the outfits too in a little catalogue once more~

Hello hello long time no post on this blog~

With Hallowmas approaching, I thought it might be a fun idea to consider some masks and costume theme on here to get into the holiday spirit, as it stands.

In no other time has London needed a new fashion season to sweep up the minds and focus of the people! Unfortunately, casualties among the destruction included the design plans for the latest styles, leaving us without any solid plans for the new season. So we turn to you, dear citizens, to come together and bring in new sweeping art forms into London, and bring a fashion season we’ll never forget!”

Hey guys! This is the casual event page based on the concept of “lets all get together and draw our fallen london characters in historical outfits and sort of make a catalogue”.
