Nefer the underground city

The dark city is supposed to be a place of torturers and necromancers, though this is far from the truth. Their healers called doctors practice on dead bodies but not to rise them. They are highly skilled at straightening bones and fixing holes in the flesh. It has been reported that they repaired a man’s injured nose and restored it. So, they aren’t torturers or necromancers, they’re just very skilled healers who use science. They have much to teach us in medicine.

That’s another astonishing thing about Nefer. They have citadels opened for men, women, free men, and slaves. I am curious about what is taught there. Even the Yi Tish admit, that Nefer is great in their math learning with impressive, detailed calendars.  Like some of the Free Cities, Nefer allows its people to divorce. Their laws are better for women than in the Free Cities.

Nefer may be the lone city of N’Ghai, but this city is outgoing and polite. They have made many alliances over the years and are on good terms with Mossovy, Lorath, Ib, and Braavos. Their relationship with Mossovy and the Hairy Men perhaps has been around since the time of the Great Empire of the Dawn. They took no part in the war against the Bloodstone Emperor. However, after the war, N’Ghai including Nefer joined the grey emperors to fight their ancient enemies the K’Dath. They would not make any formal alliance at this time. Many thousands of years later, yellow emperor Chai Duq gave his daughter as a wife to the Nefer king. This made them on friendly terms with Yi Ti, yet not alliance. It wouldn’t be until the seventeenth purple emperor’s reign that a trade alliance would be established.

These are the good of Nefer. Sadly, they engaged in evil deeds. They have slaves both native and foreign ones. The native ones are said to be treated well. They make no claim of this for foreign slaves which the majority are used in sacrifices to their god and used to practice healing techniques. This is probably where the rumored torturers originated from. Nefer worship a sun god primary. While they tolerate foreigners with their own gods, their own people are forbidden. Hence, the birth of Nhai who worshiped a moon goddess were forced out of N’Ghai’s domain under threat of death.

Regardless, I recommend that a maester visit the city of Nefer to learn from them. Their knowledge will be of great benefit to Westeros.

Saw the Mummies (2023) movie... and I liked it ngl xD Even though the story was... very bland... and some characters lacked some more character traits, the songs and idea behind the film were very interesting!

It didn't interest me at first after seeing the trailer, but then watching the actual film, it wasn't all bad xD nothing new or wow, but I think a good watch nonetheless.

I'm gonna ask for some advice on here bc idk where else to go atm.

I stopped taking my birth control bc I felt I didn't need it anymore bc I'm not sexually active. This was about a month ago. I just noticed that my hair is falling out. I used to have very thick hair and now it's EXTREMELY thin. I feel like I barely have anything left. I've fallen into such a deep depression about it and I just want my hair back. I can't stop crying and i don't know what to do to make it start growing back.. I have some rosemary oil so I may try that. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced hair shedding/loss and has any suggestions, thank you
