"Bukankah kau yang menyambutnya dengan tangan terbuka. Lantas mengapa kau sekarang terluka?"

So it’s an experiment?
There’s people who know that stuff behind it, mostly the economy and taxation questions
Corporations are evading taxes, or people are complaining from high sales taxes, or income taxes, it’s about finding a balance that works state by state
Where is NDI based?
In Washington D.C, it’s also a think tank to come up with solutions
It’s based on the new deal?
It’s inspired by the new deal, that worked, doing things that work for everyone, the government corporations and taxpayers
Fair wages are maybe a democrat agenda?
No it’s a republican agenda, higher wages mean people are going to spend more, that increases corporate profits, let’s not tiptoe around democrat or republican, NDI is about making business sense to everyone, by the way it’s also a book, well thought well articulated, possibly by several co authors
Trump wants to arm teachers?
Why not give them bazookas, that issue can be resolved with more security that the government probably does not provide for lack of funding
So pro gun control?
No because it is a divisive issue and it’s too much time spent arguing, but pro smart guns, doesn’t it strike anyone as odd that we have smartphones with fingerprint recognition that can’t kill anyone, but we have at the same time dumb guns where anyone can press the trigger and kill dozens
How smart can guns be?
As smart as their engineers, and dispose of a setting that forcefully disables them inside public places, via RFID probably except those owned by law enforcement
Dumb guns would become illegal to own?
If not to own than to carry around, plus the manufacturers would have to make plans to recall them, replace them with smart weapons through a moratorium
It’s a constitutional right to own a gun?
It’s a constitutional right to own your gun, how do we know it’s your gun? It is that range of questions which the think tank has to study
What would pro gun people say?
Where’s the issue? I guess the last thing anyone of them wants is their guns getting stolen or misappropriated to commit crimes, plus there can be a range of options that can be implemented and that can interest them, as in I activate the gun and release the safety because I am keeping that gun at home for security, now if I do these 2 actions consecutively a silent alert will be sent to the police via bluetooth and via the net after that through my ISP
Bluetooth is low energy coin cells will do to power it, my watch has one I only have to change it every 10 years, and it allows for a range of applications such as knowing your gun has been removed from your home or business
The magazines have a battery pack at the bottom at a higher voltage to engage the trigger mechanism, keep them charged same as you would with your walkie talkies, if you run out of magazines the gun is useless anyways
A question that will interest weapons specialists, can these smart guns be tempered with?
They can come with some components under vacuum, usually with the stuff you want to temper, that are triggered by chemical reaction when exposed to air, if it happens you can throw it after that, so it can only be taken apart by the manufacturer
The gun would still trigger?
It depends how its engineered, at any rate the finger recognition would become unworkable, and if police checks it they will take it away
It's quite detailed?
If you want to sell something to gun makers they are going to want to know what it is exactly, especially when it changes how they engineer and sell their products
It’s a tall order implementing this smart guns agenda?
It’ll take time and effort but it can be done, with the priority that when an obsolete gun falls within the hand of authorities it is scrapped never put back on the market with the exemption of collectibles, antiques, and that gun manufacturers and sellers play the game with buy back programs
A dumb gun has to become something very difficult to find not something you can buy at a street corner
So smart guns are a big component of NDI’s agenda?
Homelessness, drugs, and guns, that’s a very toxic mix
Thanks
Welcome

the fact that the NDIS (national disability insurance scheme - Australia) has just had its horrific reform rolled out and made official and part of the reform is that you can no longer get period products covered is insane considering how many disabled people cannot afford adequate menstrual products. What baffles me however is that they've classified menstrual products as lifestyle related, alongside gaming consoles and vapes

There's a vacant wheelchair accessible government house that has been available since at least last year, maybe longer, during a housing crisis.
Despite asking again and again, I and many others have been deemed "not disabled enough" for disability housing. There are no accessible housing options in the private market.
I'm so angry.

CULTURE SUMMARY: IGBO
By IFI AMADIUME
ETHNONYMS
Ala Igbo, Ani Igbo, Ibo, Ndi Igbo.
IDENTIFICATION AND LOCATION
Igbo is the language spoken in Ala Igbo or Ani Igbo (Igboland) by the people who are collectively referred to as “Ndi Igbo”; their community is known as “Olu no Igbo” (“those in the lowlands and uplands”). Before European colonialism, the Igbo-speaking peoples, who shared similarities in culture, lived in localized communities and were not unified under a single cultural identity or political framework, although unifying processes were present via expansion, ritual subordination, intermarriage, trade, cultural exchange, migration, war, and conquest. Villages and village groups were generally identified by distinct names of their ancestral founders or by specific names such as Umuleri, Nri, Ogidi, Nnobi, Orlu, Ngwa, Ezza, and Ohaffia.
There are several theories concerning the etymology of the word “Igbo” (wrongly spelled “Ibo” by British colonialists). Eighteenth-century texts had the word as “Heebo” or “Eboe,” which was thought to be a corruption of “Hebrew.” “Igbo” is commonly presumed to mean “the people.” The root - bo is judged to be of Sudanic origin; some scholars think that the word is derived from the verb gboo and therefore has connotations of “to protect,” “to shelter,” or “to prevent”—hence the notion of a protected people or a community of peace. According to other theorists, it may also be traced to the Igala, among whom onigbo is the word for “slave,” oni meaning “people.”
Igbo-speaking peoples can be divided into five geographically based subcultures: northern Igbo, southern Igbo, western Igbo, eastern Igbo, and northeastern Igbo. Each of these five can be further divided into subgroups based on specific locations and names. The northern or Onitsha Igbo are divided into the Nri-Awka of Onitsha and Awka; the Enugu of Nsukka, Udi, Awgu, and Okigwe; and those of the Onitsha town. The southern or Owerri Igbo are divided into the Isu-Ama of Okigwe, Orlu, and Owerri; the Oratta-Ikwerri of Owerri and Ahoada; the Ohuhu-Ngwa of Aba and Bende; and the Isu-Item of Bende and Okigwe. The western Igbo (Ndi Anioma, as they like to call themselves) are divided into the northern Ika of Ogwashi Uku and Agbor; the southern Ika or Kwale of Kwale; and the Riverrain of Ogwashi Uku, Onitsha, Owerri, and Ahoada. The eastern or Cross River Igbo are divided into the Ada (or Edda) of Afikpo, the Abam-Ohaffia of Bende and Okigwe, and the Aro of Aro. The northeastern Igbo include the Ogu Uku of Abakaliki and Afikpo.

Today Igbo-speaking individuals live all over Nigeria and in diverse countries of the world. As a people, however, the Igbo are located on both sides of the River Niger and occupy most of southeastern Nigeria. The area, measuring over 41,000 square kilometers, includes the old provinces of Onitsha, Owerri, East Rivers, Southeast Benin, West Ogoja, and Northeast Warri. In contemporary Nigerian history, the Igbo have claimed all these areas as the protectorate of the “Niger Districts.” Thus began the process of wider unification and incorporation into wider political and administrative units. Presently, they constitute the entire Enugu State, Anambra State, Abia State, Imo State, and the Ahoada area of Rivers State; Igbo-speaking people west of the Niger are inhabitants of the Asaba, Ika, and Agbo areas of Delta State.

well, shit is getting straight up untenable in Australia!
that's why we got a new bio, also because we are sick of the anon's just block us damn.
but no legit, they are fucking up the NDIS and THAT IS BAD, it's literally the only governmental support for all disabled people in Australia by the way it's the "national disability insurance scheme" aka NDIS.
so uh BAD, real bad, extremely bad, uber bad.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
there's more, uh so yeah!!!! FUCK MAN.
I do hope people don't die, because this is just going to lead to people seeking help from the gov't dying in the meantime.
or if the gov't says "yeah your not disabled (is disabled) get zero accommodations loser" then well that's BAD.
I already know like tons of people who couldn't get NDIS money and they were straight up disabled, and people who desperately needed those accommodations and couldn't because the government just straight up would not listen and help them.
it's pretty fucking telling that more than half the disabled people I know in Australia literally could not get on the NDIS.
this is just making a already shit situation worse, I haven't been able to go to the dentist, GP, or the eye doctor people in more than 5 Years!!!!
FIVE FUCKING YEARS, I know people who are straight up 2 seconds away from being homeless due to not being able to work and not being able to apply to the NDIS.
like it's fucking bad, if your parents won't boot you off your centrelink you can't get your own centrelink and can't access any accomodations or disability money, if your blak (aka aboriginal) your just extremely fucked already now times that by 4.
like dude, THIS IS SHIT.
and I know disability ally's are mostly American based, but by fuck WHAT THE FUCK, THE ACTUAL FUCK MAN.
the NDIS is not perfect there's shit ton of corruption and scammers-
(I actually know a family who's like legit scamming the NDIS lol no I don't mean like "oh those physically disabled's" I mean like they are using the money on like 3d printers and shit lol they are assholes and racists)
but like, it was barely working for people before. this is going to take the people it was barely working before and fuck them over too.
it's gonna fucking suck man, I am fucking scared for everyone.
