Sooyoung smiled, looking in the mirror she bought for the living room. She was finally about to see her boyfriend, Wooyoung, after being apart for a whole two weeks due to schedule conflicts. Even though the pair were just spending time at Ateez’s dorms, Sooyoung decided to dress up for her boyfriend. Her hair was braided messily and was tied together with a big white bow, because Wooyoung always loved when she had bows in her hair. He said it made her look cute.

“You look pretty, Sooyoungie!” Jaemin exclaimed, walking out from his room. “Where are you and Wooyoung going tonight?” Jaemin asked, pausing his snack mission to talk to his member.

“Oh, we aren’t going anywhere. I think we are just going to play some games with the boys.” Sooyoung said, turning and smiling at Jaemin, trying to ignore the disappointment on Jaemin’s face.

“He hasn’t came to see you in two weeks and all you are doing is staying in the dorms? Since when have you ever enjoyed playing video games?” Jaemin asked, furrowing his eyebrows. Sooyoung only sighed and shook her head, grabbing her phone and her purse from the coffee table.

“He’s been busy, Jaem, that’s why he hasn’t came and seen me. And, I like playing some games…I like playing Mario Cart! And Cooking Mama!” Sooyoung said, trying to convince herself she would have a good time. It was very unlikely that the other members would want to play those games, and Sooyoung knew that there wasn’t going to be enough controllers anyway. But atleast she got to see Wooyoung.

“Yeah…What time is he bringing you back?” Jaemin asked, sitting down on the couch while Sooyoung texted Wooyoung, letting him know she would be leaving soon.

“I’ll be driving. And I don’t know when I’ll be home. Why? Is there something happening later?” Sooyoung asked, groaning when Jaemin just looked annoyed again. “Why are you suddenly so annoyed with Wooyoung? You seemed to like him the last month when he would come over? What’s the matter with you?”

“What’s the matter with me? More like what’s the matter with him? He hasn’t bothered to visit you at all, and now the day you finally hang out he’s making you drive and not even offering to do something you enjoy?” Jaemin said, frowning when Sooyoung only rolled her eyes. Jaemin stood up and walked towards the girl, slightly leaning over so he could whisper in her ear, “Be mad at me all you want…but you know i’m right. Text me if you need me to come get you.” And with that, Jaemin walked away and went into the kitchen.

Sooyoung was slightly annoyed that Jaemin was subtly insulting her boyfriend and shaming him, but she felt uncomfortable with the fact that she had to agree with him. She was disappointed that Wooyoung wasn’t going to atleast cook her dinner or offer to spend one on one time - but she knew he had a stressful couple of weeks, so she swallowed her grievances and walked out the door.

When Sooyoung finally arrived infront of Ateez's apartment door, she was pleasantly suprised when San was the one who answered the door.

“Sooyoungie! I missed you!” San said, opening the door wider to let the girl in. “How are you?” San asked as she leaned in to give the girl a hug, squeezing her before letting go.

“I’m doing okay! I’ve been doing a lot of stuff with comeback preparations so i’ve been busy. How does it feel to finally get some rest?” Sooyoung chuckled, smiling when San sighed and relaxed his shoulders.

“It’s amazing not having to get up before the sun rises, I can tell you that much.”

Before Sooyoung was able to ask where Wooyoung was, she felt a pair of strong arms wrap around her from behind and swing her around, comfortably leaning her head back when she recognized it to be no other than her boyfriend.

“Hello, baby.” Wooyoung whispered, kissing Sooyoung on her cheek before setting her down. “I missed you.”

Wooyoung kept leaving kissed down the girl’s neck until Sooyoung giggled and turned around, playfully slapping the boy on the chest. “That tickles!” Sooyoung whispered, shaking her head before leaning against Wooyoung’s chest, closing her eyes and listening to his heartbeat. “I missed you so much.”

“I know, Soo. But now we can hang out! I bought you some of your favorite snacks.” Wooyoung said, dragging her into the kitchen to show her the bag of treats he prepared for her, laughing when she immediately went and grabbed her favorite candy.

“I haven’t had this in so long! How did you even remember me liking this?” Sooyoung asked, rolling her eyes when Wooyoung only shrugged. “You’re a goof.”

Before Sooyoung could lean in to give her boyfriend a kiss, Mingi came into the common area and yelled for everyone to come to the living room. Wooyoung only raised his eyebrows and gave an apologetic look towards Sooyoung before dragging her to his members.

Sooyoung listened as the boys argued over what game they should play first - none of them she had ever heard of before. While the boys argued, she went and plopped herself on the couch, quietly eating her candy while getting her phone out.

Sooyoung rolled her eyes, starting to get agitated by Jaemin’s attitude. Sure, she probably wasn’t going to have the best time, but does he really have to rub it in her face?

[ soosoo 🧸 ] stop being a prick. i’m having a good time.

Sooyoung threw her phone on her lap, trying to get Jaemin’s bitterness out of her head. She squirmed as she thought of the small argument the friends had - she hated that Jaemin was right. As the minutes go by without Wooyoung by her side, the more disappointed Sooyoung gets.

[ jaem 🐰 ] you never use periods…why so sad meowscles? chenle and i are going to get icecream…you can tag along

Sooyoung frowned, of course Jaemin and Chenle would get icecream in hopes that she would want to come home. She knew his trick of using icecream as bribe…but she wasn’t going to let it fool her. She hadn’t seen Wooyoung in forever, so even if it’s not the quality time Sooyoung was hoping for…she’ll take it.

Sooyoung shut her phone and leaned back, smiling when she saw Wooyoung make his way over to her.

“Sorry it took so long, everyone can never agree to what game we play first.” He whispered, sitting down next to her and placing his hand on her thigh, softly rubbing circles with his thumb. “Thanks for coming over, I know games aren’t your favorite thing in the world.”

“It’s fine…I would rather be with you and be bored than not see you.” Sooyoung said, planting a kiss on Wooyoung’s cheek. “Did you all make a decision?”

“Yeah…everyone is just getting snacks. If you really don’t want to do this we can go do something else…we can go to your dorm.” He said, frowning when Sooyoung faked a smile.

“You never miss game night, I’m not going to force to miss out on it. Besides, my rooms a mess.” Sooyoung said, lying about her room. Her room was never a mess, she just didn’t want to bring Wooyoung over and face the wrath of Jaemin.

Wooyoung kissed Sooyoung on the lips and whispered a “Thank you”, getting up to grab all of the controllers. “If you wanna join in, let me know. I’m sure Hongjoong-hyung would be more than willing to give you his controller.” Wooyoung chuckled, teasing his leader.

“Hongjoong oppa would be a lot better at these games than me, I don’t think anyone would want to be on their team.” Sooyoung chuckled, shrugging when Wooyoung sighed.

“I would love to have you on my team,” Yunho said, patting Sooyoung’s head gently. “Just don’t throw the controller out of rage.” Yunho teased, laughing when Sooyoung grumbled.

“That was one time! And I didn’t even throw it at anything, I just dropped it!” Sooyoung defended herself from the boy - painfully remembering the day San and Yunho forced her to play a game with them…and of course Sooyoung kept dying and losing. Anyone who was in her position would have also rage quit.

One by one, the members piled in the living room and cramped in. Yeosang apologized when he sat in front of her, limiting her leg room. Before she knew it, the games had started and Wooyoung was sitting next to her, yelling and focused in on his game, leaving Sooyoung to her own devices.

She scrolled through her phone for awhile, rolling her eyes when she saw the selca Chenle sent in the dreamies group chat…both Chenle and Jaemin really had went out and gotten icecream. Sooyoung wished she would have swallowed her pride and went with them. Hours had passed, and soon enough, Sooyoung was passed out on the couch. She slept for hours, somehow tuning out all of the yelling and sound effects from the games.

It wasn’t until three am when Sooyoung woke up to the sound of her vibrating phone, cursing when she saw it was Jaemin. She popped up out of her seat, almost tripping over Yeosang in the process.

Walking to the kitchen, Sooyoung answered the phone, clearing her throat before her spoke.

“Hello, Jaemin?” Sooyoung asked, wincing when she turned the kitchen light on. “What are you doing awake?”

“I’ve been awake calling you for the last hour, are you still at Wooyoung’s?” Jaemin asked, suprisingly not sounding upset. Sooyoung widen her eyes when she checked her call log and saw a bunch of missed calls from Jaemin. Why didnt Wooyoung wake her up? “I kept getting voicemail, so Wooyoung probably kept hanging up.”

“I’m sorry, Jaeminie, I was asleep. The boys are still gaming..or atleast some.” Sooyoung said, shrugging when she only counted six members. “I don’t know why Wooyoung kept declining it…that’s annoying.”

“Yeah, it is. Do you need me to come get you?” Jaemin asked, getting up when Sooyoung hesitated. “I’m coming to get you, I don’t want to drive when you’re tired. We can go get your car tomorrow.” Jaemin said, hanging up when Sooyoung agreed. She didn’t really want to leave, but she also didn’t want to spend the night crunched up on the couch.

Sooyoung walked back into the living room and gently tapped Sunwoo on the head, waiting until the round of the game finished to start speaking.

“Why didn’t you wake me up when Jaemin was calling me?” Sooyoung asked, rolling her eyes when Wooyoung didn’t turn to look at her. “Don’t you dare start another game, I’m talking to you.” Sooyoung was suprised at her harshness, but she had been ignored for the post six hours…she had the right to be upset.

“I didn’t think it was important, why was Jaemin calling you in the first place?” Wooyoung groaned, unwillingly placing his controller down to look at her.

“He called me because he knew you weren’t going to drive me home, and I don’t like driving when i’m tired. He’s coming to get me, by the way.” Sooyoung snapped, walking over and grabbing her purse, leaving the snacks Wooyoung had bought her on the couch. She could feel herself getting more annoyed by the minute, especially when she saw Wooyoung itching to wrap his hands around the controller again.

“Why are you so pissed? You willingly came over, Sooyoung.” Wooyoung said, and Sooyoung couldn’t ignore the sting when he called her by her full name. He almost never did that, always calling her a nickname or something sweet.

“I wanted to spend time with you! I thought I wouldn’t care to sit here and watch you ignore me…but it’s getting old. You don’t bother to see me for two weeks and then expect me to be fine with sitting here for hours? Doing nothing?” Sooyoung could hear Jaemin in her head, whispering “You know I’m right”, over and over again. She didn’t want to believe him, to admit that he was right. She wanted to believe her boyfriend was better than that.

“I was busy!” Woyoung argued, standing up and following her as she walked to the door. “What did you want me to do, just tell my managers I can’t go to practice and hope they understand?” Wooyoung asked, crossing his arms when Sooyoung threw her arms up and looked at him.

“I’m busy too, Wooyoung! What do you mean “What did you want me to do”? I’ve been making this work ever since we got together. You don’t think I’m busy? I came and saw you after hours of practice, I came to see you during my fifteen minute breaks! I called you every night before bed, and you never, ever returned the favor. Why am I the only one who is actively trying to not to loose what we have?” Sooyoung asked, trying to contain her tears. “Some nights I wondered if you even cared about me. I wondered if you found someone better and were too afraid to tell me.” Sooyoung choked out.

Sunwoo stood there, shocked at the girl’s words. He never would have thought to hurt her like that.

“Baby, I would never leave you. And I would never hurt you like that," Wooyoung whispered, cursing when Sooyoung’s tears escaped her eyes. “Fuck, Sooyoung, I had no idea.” Wooyoung said, backing away and pulling on his hair.

Sooyoung leaned up against the door and let her tears fall, giving up on caring if Wooyoung’s members are watching.

“I think we need a break.” Sooyoung blurted out. Quickly wiping her tears and looking up at Wooyoung, holding her breath when he saw the look on his face.

“A break? For how long?” Wooyoung asked, hope draining out of his face when Sooyoung shrugged.

“I think you need some time alone. You had a stressful time…you need to get yourself together before you put all your energy into something else.” Sooyoung said, clearing her throat when she saw that Jaemin had texted her. “I have to go now.”

And that was it. She turned around, opened the door, and left. Wooyoung didn’t run after her, he didn’t hug her before she left, he didn’t do anything. He just stood at the door, watching the best girl he ever had walk out of his life.

Sooyoung didn’t know she was holding her breath until she got into Jaemin’s car, finally letting everything go when she saw the concerned look on Jaemin’s face. She gasped and cried and screamed all at the same time, hugging her knees to her chest until she could hear Jaemin’s voice again, telling her to breathe, telling her to look at him.

“Sooyoungie, I need to look at me. I want you to pretend my finger is a birthday candle. Blow it out for me, will you? Blow it until the flames are gone.” Jaemin said, holding his finger infront of Sooyoung. Even though she wanted to cry and scream more, she listened, blowing at Jaemin’s finger. She cried in between, but eventually, everything subsided, and she was gently blowing on Jaemin’s finger. “It’s all gone, isn’t it, Sooyoungie?”

Sooyoung only nodded, leaning back in her seat, numbly looking up at the sky through the window. “I told him we needed a break.”

Jaemin didn’t say anything to that, he only frowned and looked ahead, starting the car and pulling away. He wanted to tell Sooyoung she should have broken up with him, but he knew that she needed silence. She need some peace.

Jaemin hated watching Sooyoung go through all this pain. He hated that no one else realized how wonderful Sooyoung truly was, he hated how everyone took her for granted. Sooyoung’s love is beautiful, because when she falls in love, she falls hard. She commits. She will love you until you push her away…and she will keep loving you until the tears run out.

He wanted to be the one to love her, to show her how she deserved to be treated, he wanted to show her that he wouldn’t break her heart, that he would cherish her and spoil her with all of his loving words…but he knew it would never work.

So, instead, he holds Sooyoung while she cries herself to sleep, gently brushing her hair and whispering sweet nothings in her ear. He fills her water bottle everyday and makes her breakfast, pulling her out of bed to stare out the window for a few hours. He sings to her. He tells her about his day. He shows her videos in hopes to make her laugh. He takes care of her and helps her get in the shower, sitting on the toilet and telling jokes so she doesn’t break down in the process. He sits in silence with her, until eventually, she smiles at his jokes, she gets out of bed before him and makes him breakfast, she talks and fills the silence. She sings with him. He holds her until she teases him and tickles him. He helps bring her back to life - and he would do it all over again whenever he needs her to.

Jaemin would keep his love hidden for Sooyoung all of his life, if that meant that he would never lose the girl of his dreams.

Distance Goodbye

Note: I still can't believe Markhyuck couldn't say goodbye to Taeyong face to face I hate SM...

"Yah, how could you still be handsome? That's not fair."

"We can shave your head too Haechan."

"Stop fighting guys. Hyung, we will miss you so much. Take care, okay?"

"I know Markie. Now I gotta go. Don't worry I'm gonna be back without you noticing anything."

"I love you oppa. Please be careful."

"Aww, are you going to cry."

Taeyong couldn't hold his laugh at Yena's flicking the boy's head.

"Lee Donghyuck , don't tease her too much. I love you guys. Take care of each other."

"Ah! By the way check your bags. I left something for you."

They ended the facetime and looked at each other.

"If one of you cries I kill you."

"As if you won't."

Yena left the room without saying anything. She was curious about Taeyong's surprise. She seeked through her bag and found a paper that had her name on it.

"How didn't I see it before?"

She opened the letter and took a deep breath before starting to read it.

"Dear Yena,

I know this is a bit old fashioned but I figured writing a letter would fit the situation more. If you miss me just read these words over again. First of all I want to say that I'm so proud of us. Even if I'm the one going to military because I grew up, that also makes me realise that you grew up a lot too. I still remember when I first met you , or when we practiced as traniees , dreaming about the same things on our minds , when you came to me crying about debuting with us because you were too worried... But now look at you. A beautiful , succesful and confident woman doing great things. I'm so happy to be a viewer by your side through all the struggles and accomplishments. And I will be by your side no matter what and no matter where I am. When I'm back I want to see you stronger and as a person who did whatever they want. Don't hold anything back. Release your solo songs , meet lovers , travel many places , make different hobbies , but don't forget to listen yourself while doing all these too. Take your time and don't forget to rest. Promise me to stay healthy and happy. And I promise you back. I will be back healthy and happy. I love you so much. Never forget this. From your friend , your brother , your leader , your fairy

Yena folded the paper carefully and put it back inside the bag. She knew that this wouldn't be the first time of her reading it. And she was already glad for it. She wiped the tears under her eyes and messaged her leader on her phone.

"Wow you are really old now. A letter huh? Grandpa"

Get Up

❀ In those moments of uncertainty, when you don't even know if all your efforts aren't just a waste, Haechan decides to stick with it. Even if everyone has seemed to lose hope and he may be starting to lose hope as well...

He aimlessly traced patterns on her palm all the way to the centre of her hand trying to drown out the conversation outside the room. He really did not want to eavesdrop, but it wasn’t like he had the choice. The shouts were drilling into his ears like an unwelcome guest forcing their way in.

“As her grandmother I feel like I have the right to have her near before I won’t be able to see her at all!”

“Oh! Now you want to step up and be a grandmother? After shunning me for marrying a foreigner! You wanted nothing to do with me or my family and now we want nothing to do with you!”

“How do you know she doesn’t want me in her life? The whole reason she is in this hospital is because you made her feel unwanted!”

Haechan closed his eyes as if that would help him block the discussion. When that didn’t seem to work he let his gaze fall on Jiho. She looked like she was sleeping peacefully. Too peaceful to Haechan’s liking, but he couldn’t do anything about it.

“Eomma, I know I messed up as Jiho’s mother, but– I want her to be with her family in France. If… if she doesn’t wake up, I want her to be with the people she loves.” Jiho’s mother pleaded with her own mother.

“And what about her members?”

“Do not act like you care about them! This is only about you. You want to seem like a great grandmother, but you couldn’t even be a good mother.”

Jiho’s grandmother scoffed, almost amused at her daughter’s words. “Seems like we have a thing in common after all-”

“Just leave! Jiho’s coming to France with me and her dad and that’s that!”

Although it sounded like that’s where the conversation would end, the mother and daughter pair continued to shout at each other. Haechan could hear the nurses come by multiple times and try to get them to quiet down, but the two were in their own world and didn’t pay any mind to anyone else. Luckily Jiho’s room was in a more private sector of the hospital and despite the noise, Jiho’s mother and grandmother weren’t causing too big of a disturbance.

Resting his head on Jiho’s shoulder, Haechan continued to absentmindedly trace patterns on Jiho’s palm. He made sure not to put too much weight on Jiho’s shoulder or hand, but enough to let her unconscious body know he was there.

“I’m sorry you have to hear them fighting…” He mumbled tiredly. With a quick glance up, he saw the clock nearing the end of the visiting hour. “I wish they could stop as well.”

As if in response to his words, Jiho’s hand softly twitched. Her fingers tensed slightly, making the motion as if closing her hand into a fist before they relaxed again and returned to their normal state.

This movement would have Haechan jumping up, his heart rate would quicken, he’d be speechless before yelling for a nurse or doctor causing a whole commotion in this part of the hospital. If it was the first time he definitely would’ve done those things. He would’ve because he did. A bit over a week ago, that same exact thing happened. Those same exact movements happened and then he did those same exact things. Now, almost two weeks passed and Haechan knew he shouldn’t be excited to see her hand move. Sure, it gave him some hope, but after the fifth time, Haechan knew this wasn’t a sign of her waking up. It just was a sign she was still alive and at least not getting worse. She wasn’t getting much better either.

A hand suddenly appeared on Haechan’s shoulder and his gaze shot up to meet the green eyes that resembled Jiho’s so well. Jiho’s father — adoptive, not biological — looked at him with a soft yet sad smile. He eyed the clock and Haechan gave him an understanding nod.

The idol gathered his things and walked towards the door before stopping at the sound of Jiho’s father’s voice. “Thanks for continuing to come as often as you can…”

Haechan’s English wasn’t perfect but he understood enough to get the gist of his words. These past few weeks Jiho’s father often said a few words whenever seeing Haechan at Jiho’s side. Even when Haechan didn’t fully understand, he always felt the gratitude the father held for Haechan’s actions.

“I know the others are slowly losing hope… I can imagine it must be just as hard for you to stay hopeful as it is for me and my wife, but we thank you for visiting still. Whatever happens to Jiho… she will know you were there for her. She might not be able to say it, but I know she knows.”

A few heavy moments passed after he said that before Haechan responded with a quiet nod. That was enough for the father as he turned away, trying not to show the emotion in his eyes. He turned to his daughter, sitting next to her and fixing the stuffed animal Haechan had gifted her to sit snugly under her arm. Haechan couldn’t make out what he started whispering to Jiho — it was probably in French anyway — so he decided to make his way out of the hospital room.

It was almost funny how now that Haechan was in the hallway where the two women were still bickering and yelling at each other, Haechan couldn’t hear a single word. They were so loud when he was in another room, but now that he was in the same space, it was absolutely quiet. He bowed at them without much thought and intention behind it before leaving. The two women barely noticed Haechan go as they continued to yell loudly at each other. Still Haechan didn’t hear. He wished Jiho didn’t have to hear it either.

random/cute(ish?) scenarios and things with nct dream and jisoo ‧₊˚✧♡°

[Park Jisoo is a fictional (NOT REAL) member of the group NCT DREAM. She trained with them during SM ROOKIES and debuted with them August 2016!]

another disclaimer since you guys have a degrading kink: My acc isn’t ROLEPLAY, she’s a fictional character that im writing about.

Sometimes, Chenle will send actual ship video edits of dream and he sends one of every member with ANOTHER member (usually switches it up every time he sends) and he’ll say things like “i didn’t know you guys were a thing” or “how long have you guys been hiding” and whenever dream meets up as 8 again, it’s so awkward for them.. all except for Chenle.

Being around jisoo lead them to develop some of her habits such as tucking a piece of hair behind their ear, doing facials, painting nails, putting in hair clips and trying new hair styles, etc.

Now sharing casual clothes is one thing.. but 8DREAM?? you’ll catch them sharing pajamas and skin care routines

During Chenles “Daddy” Era where he changed his bbl name to things such as father, daddy, and my dad (so it would be like the fan is talking to “their dad”😭) and continuously referred to Mark as his son, Jisoo also became a victim to this but everytime he would do it she would complain so he never did it in front of the camera or on social media because he was embarrassed that she wouldn’t play along.. unlike Mark.

Jisoo and Jisung have a thing where every comeback since the first, either Jisoo or Jisung’s pc/pcs for that era has to include the other. It started during The First, with Jisung in the back of Jisoo’s photo card and it’s a very high priority pc!

They’ve been doing this every comeback since The First but for Candy they decided to switch things up and for one of the album photo cards Jisoo is making one half of a heart, and Jisung is making the other half, so when you put the photocards together it makes a full heart!

Jeno is known to get a little bit aggressive to the members (out of love) but when it comes to Jisoo he treats her like she’s a new born puppy. (Renjun also gets this treatment)

Jisoo’s favorite ship is Jensung and she pushes them together any chance she gets.

She saw Chenle’s edits and went damn.. 🤔

She likes to pretend to fall whenever Jisung and Jeno are close to each other and which ever one is closest to her she pushes them to the other as she “falls” (Something Mark would do)

The rest of the boys didn’t have to find out from Jisoo and Haechan themselves that they were dating because they had already knew..

maybe bc of the fact that he’d legitimately give kisses

The other members like to tease Jisoo and Haechan a lot and one way they do is when they talk to either of them they refer to Jisoo as “your girlfriend” and Haechan “your boyfriend”

Jisoo would talk about Haechan to Jisung and Chenle so much that they literally felt as if they were part of their relationship (poly relationship lowkey)

During one of the TDS2 stops, Jisoo found a sign that said “Jisoo and Haechan please give us fans a kiss!!” Jisoo yelled for Haechan to come over and when he read the sign she pointed to her cheek and then at his.

Haechan got the memo and kissed her cheek, the fans then started to scream and jump right in front of them. Jisoo blushed but then leaned up to Haechan’s cheek to give him a kiss.

As expected, they got the same reaction from the fans. Jisoo covered her face with her hand and then Haechan pulled her into a quick hug. After they pulled away, they walked away for their ment before Haechan stopped Jisoo by pulling her arm. It was another sign.

Except this time, it was asking them to kiss on the lips.

Jisoo mouthed “next time” and before they walked away Haechan gave a wink to the fans. They walked up to the main stage for their ment.

After what happened, the members couldn’t help but tease the two mercilessly.

“So, Haechan, have you been practicing your kissing skills as much as you’ve been practicing for the tour?” Mark teased.

Renjun adds in “Yeah it seems like Jisoo can’t get enough of Haechans affection right?”

The members all laugh but then Haechan comes to his defense and says “Hey, it was a sweet gesture guys. Can’t blame me for playing along with my girlfriend right?”

He leaned closer to Jisoo and wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her into a back hug. He rested his chin on her shoulder and all of the members just watched them in awe.

Jisung, always unassuming, asked innocently, “are you guys going to kiss too?”

This promoted another laughter from both the members and the fans.

Jisoo sneaked out of Haechans embrace and stood next to Jisung.

“Not now Jisungie, maybe next time.” She says as she goes on her tippy toes to pat his head.

Baby fever. Nari swore she was feeling baby fever as soon as 127 met their small fan, Mali (technically, he was Mark's fan, and 127 was Mali's fan, but specifics didn't matter).

Nair smiled and cooed along with the others, laughing and cheering at whatever Mali shyly mentioned to them or showed. She could tell everyone was smitten with this young boy - including herself.

"Do you want to be an NCT member?" Nari heard one of the members ask Mali. The boy nodded in reply.

"No, no, no," Haechan and Yuta denied. "It's dangerous."

It's dangerous...

Nari felt her heart break at the members' words, spotting the hidden worry and fear in their expressions at the thought of Mali becoming a member - or an idol in general.

She pursed her lips at the sight. She knew what they were thinking of; they were thinking of what she and other members went through from pre-debut until now...

The pressure she received from the staff to become the best of the best, the expectations they had on her because her parents were well-known business people, the hate from the public thinking they were going to flop, haters, sasaeng incidents, the mistreatment she and others would get from the few staff - she understood why the members said no to Mali becoming a member.

While most of them were distracted by hanging out with their young fan, Nari stood in between Haechan and Yuta, looping her arms through each of theirs while pressing a chaste kiss on their bicep. They didn't need any verbal words from her. They knew what Nari was trying to express.

After their fans left, Nari turned to the two again. "You okay?" she asked them.

"Yeah, we're okay," Haechan smiled small, giving her a side hug while Yuta clasped his hands in hers.

"It's just a bit sad how most of our fans don't understand how serious and hard it is to be an idol, the dangers you can get into," Yuta added, squeezing her hands lightly.

"I'm okay, guys. We're okay," she assured them, outing their hidden worry. "I'm going to be fine, you know why? Because I have you all with me, and I'm not going to shut you all out like I did before, I'll be open about my struggles."

"I know, and we're glad," Yuta grinned, leaning down to press a light kiss to her forehead. "Still, you're my best friend, I'm gonna worry about you. Just like how everyone is going to worry about one another."

"Yeah, of course, I'm going to worry over my Noona!" Haechan whined, trapping her in his hold so he could nuzzle his head on top of hers with a pout. Nari laughed at the slightly ticklish feeling from the nuzzle, instinctively shying away from it to no avail. Haechan tightened his arms around her so he could kiss the top of her head happily. Only then, did he let go of her.

"Understandable," she nodded, beaming at the two proudly. "I can't believe how mature the two of you became. And it was so cute to see you worry and care about Mali, that adorable boy."

"Is this what I think I'm hearing?" Haechan gasped dramatically. Before Nari could utter her confusion, the 127 maknae turned to Taeyong. "Hyung! Noona wants a baby!"

"Lee Donghyuck!" Nari yelped, red flushing through her face at her hidden desire.

Taeyong choked on the water he was drinking from across the room.

a/n : hello!! welcome to my once-a-year upload piece /hj!! i say this every time i come back, but this time i feel like i might actually start writing more. i have so many writings i have been sitting on for my girlies (esp mila), and i am dying to share them!! please wait for me!!

"hello, everyone, and welcome back to another video on my channel! this episode will be none other than the boys of nct taking care of our producer, mila!! not to be confused with mila taking care of the boys, however (which will be a future video). these are some of the sweetest moments where mila didn't have her angry protection face on<3 enjoy the video!!"

when the boys give mila their jackets🥹

so, we all know how much mila hates puffer jackets.

like, she will do ANYTHING to get out of wearing a puffer jacket.

except when it is for a photo shoot, then she remains our professional queen🥰

but mila would rather wear like 7 layers instead of a puffer jacket bc she is so stubborn😭

like same but is it really worth it girl???

and my gal is out here in like 4°c in her leather jacket and a hoodie trying to convince the guys that she isn't cold like

MISS MA'AM WE CAN SEE YOUR BREATH?? YOUR TEETH ARE CHATTERING???

i just know that taeyong begs her to put on a heavier jacket every day, but she never does

but on this day, mila said that she thought it wasn't that cold so she thought that her leather jacket would be okay.

turns out it was not!! she was freezing because it got breezy.

most of the other boys were fine with the temperature, even having their jackets unzipped

but when they saw mila getting out of the van clutching her already zipped jacket around herself, practically trying to hide in her coat, they all went 😦😦

jeno, renjun, mark, haechan, and jaemin all came running to her with their coats😭 (jisung and chenle were cold)

she laughed and tried to play it off like she wasn't that cold, even going as far to let her hands poke out of her sleeves and let go of her tight grip on her jacket, but as soon as she did, she was wincing at the cold and looking at her members for help

without hesitation, jeno shrugged his jacket over her shoulders and zipped it up.

jaemin then tried to zip it up fully and have her put her hood up, but mila stopped him because she knew she could not take pictures like that.

basically, mila is never going to be that cold again!! not on the dreamies' watch😡

making sure mila has something to eat🥹

mila has said this herself, i'm not hating!! but she is a PICKY EATER.

like PICKY PICKY

mila said that when she first moved to korea, she would only eat "white people food" because it's all she was used to.

"i only started using the flavorings of the ramen packs after living here for like 6 months"💀

she said that she didn't even feel asian because she hated all the food and didn't know how to use chopsticks🤧

but!! that was a while ago, and mila has gotten so much better!!

as a picky eater myself, i know how hard it is to go out of your comfort zone with food.

just the fact that when she was a trainee, she would have to make her own food and take that with her whenever the boys wanted to go out makes me want to cryyyyy

but now she likes enough foods to go out with them🥹

anyways, back to the situation at hand;

in episode 2 of chillin' in the dream 8lace, when mark and jeno get the punishment of having to cook for the rest of the members, they wanted to make bibimmyeon. when jaemin came into the kitchen to help them (and also to make sure they didn't burn the kitchen down), mark asked if mila would eat bibimmyeon, to which jaemin says "yes, she will"

this is because mila used to hate bibimmyeon!! fun fact~

this situation also happened in the beginning of the 6th episode.

the boys who were awake wanted tuna and mayo fried rice (which needs fried eggs) for breakfast, and jaemin, being the angel he is, remembered that mila didn't like tuna and mayo fried rice. so, when mark asked for jaemin to scramble some eggs for him, he easily decided to make some for mila<3

when jeno stopped her from tripping

this was kind of a shock for everyone imo??

like, it's not CRAZY or anything, i just have never seen mila have any other problems walking in heels before.

but whatever, she still slayed💅🏻

anyways, at the 2020 asia artist awards, nct dream won the award for best emotive award - music.

all 8 of them stood up and walked up the stairs to the stage. though the order left mila and jeno at the back of the line.

they were all wearing matching black suits, except that mila was wearing 6 INCH HEELS instead of normal dress shoes like the guys were.

and these were like STILETTOS!! super hard to walk in for no reason

now we all know that mila can walk in heels. we've seen her slay in some stilettos in the past.

but, that does not take away from the fact that mila has said on many different occasions that she does not like wearing heels.

now, since she already doesn't like them, why on earth would the staff put her in 6 INCH STILETTOS?????? makes no sense

anyway, as she was stepping up onto the stairs, she stumbled and almost fell backwards into jeno.

jeno, of course, being the gentleman he is, caught her gently by her waist and quickly got her back onto her feet. he then made sure she was steady up the stairs by holding his hand.

once they were at the top of the 5 or so steps, he linked their arms together and walked with the rest of the group to the award presenter.

once they finished that and went back to their seats, mila and jeno were also at the end of the line because they knew mila would need a bit longer to go down the steps.

jeno went in front of her and held her hand down the stairs so she wouldn't fall 🫶🏻

haechan getting mad about mila's sasaeng

woo, this one is already making me mad, and i haven't even written anything yet😡

so, mila's infamous evil sasaeng. the one that broke into the dream dorm and attacked mila while the members were sleeping. (a/n : there will be a fic in detail on this soon!!)

not much is known in detail about this incident. all we have is the account of the sasaeng herself and the statements that have been made by SM and the members.

but what we do know is that there was a big change in how the members treated her after this happened.

there was also a big change in mila.

mila went from being happy and giddy to being quiet and reserved for the first time in a while. this was not too long after her nct2018 hardships as well, so that made everyone even more angry as it seemed like she could never catch a break.

the members, most noticeably the dreamies, all became more cold for lack of a better word.

they would go outside and have this slight look of betrayal on their faces. they would not be as happy or smiley, they would tell less jokes.

everyone was just upset.

however, haechan was arguably one of the most upset ones.

as we know, haechan is mila's roommate in the 127 dorm. but, mila also has her own room in the dream dorm, which is why she constantly moves around and splits her time between the 2 dorms. mila has said that she stays at the dream dorm more often when she does not have promotions because she likes it better over there and she likes having her own room.

so having her personal space and safety violated like this in the place that she calls "home" is just disgusting to me.

haechan went on vlive a few days after the statements were released to talk about the situation.

"how is mila doing?" he reads before placing his phone down and covering his mouth with his hands while thinking about what to say. "she's okay. she's not great, but she's doing her best. she's been staying in the 127 dorm with us. she hasn't even gone over to the dream dorm since what happened." he pauses, looking down before taking a breath in. he looks back up at the camera with a low glare, not doing a good job at trying to hide it. "mila is afraid to sleep, hell, even be in her own dorm now because of you... i hope you are ashamed of the damage you have caused." he speaks bitterly, his words obviously directed at the sasaeng.

he ended the live not long after, giving a short message to please not wait outside their dorms anymore.

mila not having money on a show to buy ice cream, so doyoung and yuta buy it for her

just mila being the cutest once again, what do ya know.

everyone was buying treats and snacks on this nct life show but mila didn't have any money :((((

she was so excited to go into the store and get snacks, but then she just went 😯😕

she quickly tried to wipe off her frown and look around the store anyway, not wanting her members to think she was upset.

when everyone had finished picking out their snacks and were in line to purchase them, taeyong noticed that mila didn't have anything.

"mila, why aren't you getting anything?" he asks, a gentle smile on his face. johnny also listens for her response. "i don't have any money." she replies, shrugging. "aigoo, i'm sure we can get you something." he pats her shoulder before going up to yuta and doyoung at the front of the line, just behind taeil who was buying his items. "doyoungie, yuta~," he calls. "yes?" they answer. "do you mind buying some snacks for our miely? she doesn't have any money." the leader asks. their eyes widen. "of course!! you can get anything you want, mila!! just be quick!" yuta says, and they grin at her. she smiles and perks up. "okay!! thank you!" she says before quickly jogging back into the ice cream aisle and picking up an oreo cone, then she goes and gets some chocolate. she brings them up to the counter with yuta and doyoung's things. "you sure you don't want anything else?" doyoung asks. "no, this is okay." she smiles. they pay for it, and she is beaming on the way out.

they would do anything for her🥹❤️‍🩹

jaemin, jeno, and mark all being attentive when mila stands up because she gets dizzy

a/n : you're just going to have to imagine that it is mila sitting in the first photo with a member in front of her and that there is no skateboard in the second photo

nctzens have thought for a long time that mila is anemic.

this is due to mila's repeated mentionings that whenever she stands up or even sits up in some cases, she feels dizzy, gets tunnel vision, and gets black spots in her vision as well. she said that these are her most frequent symptoms, but they can get worse, including fainting and having her ears ring.

mila has never confirmed her having anemia. the last time she spoke of the rumors was back in 2021 where she said, "I'm not sure if i have anemia... my older sister has the same symptoms as me, but when she went to the doctor, she was told she didn't have anemia. what i can confirm is that i have low blood pressure. i'm not sure why, as high blood pressure actually runs in my family, but that has been present since i was a child. and i have talked to a doctor about this in the past, uh... orthostatic hypotension? that's what she said my symptoms sounded like. czennies, I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with me but thank you for the concern!"

despite no definitive diagnosis for what happens to her, it doesn't stop the other members from caring for her well.

one key example of this happened in episode 6 of chillin' in the dream 8lace. mila was refusing to get up out of bed so jaemin went in to get her. he pulled her to stand up from where she was laying quite quickly, causing her to say, "ah, jaemin, jaem, jaem, slowly, slowly, slowly! i'm dizzy." quickly remembering her condition, jaemin stopped and helped her stand up slowly, allowing her to adjust, all while holding her hands in case she were to fall over.

though this was one instance that jaemin forgot about her condition, there have been many other clips of the boys watching her get up carefully.

most of the time it is subtle actions, such as the members simply keeping an eye on her or lending a hand out to keep her steady. they often let mila walk in front of them just to prevent the possibility of her falling with no one to catch her as she often tries to power through her dizziness, thus making her more dizzy.

renjun and chenle always being sweet and helpful when she tries to speak chinese

mila tries so hard to work on her chinese these days :(( i cry

like my gal speaks 2 languages like a NATIVE and then has borderline fluency in 2 MORE, and is still trying to learn 2 MORE

like gal 😭 i can barely speak my native language (i only speak one language)

she is such an overachiever and FOR WHYYYY

but i love her 🫶🏻

though she often ends up thanking the fans in english (when mark isn't there) and in japanese, once mila tried to thank them briefly in chinese!!

mila has said before that she used to study chinese quite a bit back in 2016 when she was really close with winwin and chenle, but since then, she became more focused on japanese and lost time to study it.

she has always said that chinese was really hard for her just because of dealing with the characters. this is why she is quite good at speaking chinese but not good at reading it!

however, we all know mila is quite emotive when presenting and giving speeches, so her tones often fluctuate with her words. this was another issue for mila as she struggled to remember the tones of the words and tried to keep her voice at a neutral level.

yet despite all of these struggles, mila had been giving a short thank you to their chinese fans at an award show when she stammered and forgot what she was saying.

though this is totally normal for a foreigner trying to speak another language, mila is always super prepared for foreign language speeches, so she was caught a little off-guard.

her face went a little red, and she apologized before turning around to chenle and renjun on her left.

they were both looking at her with the cutest and most loving smiles🥹

the crowd gave some encouraging cheers as mila spoke to them for only a few seconds before turning back to the microphone and finishing her speech like a champ🫶🏻

it's just so cute to me that renle + wayV taught mila all the chinese she knows and how she's still so good at it

and how proud of her they are🥹

we choose to forget when mila was first learning chinese and renjun told her he was teaching her how to introduce herself but she was really insulting herself😭

jeno allowing her to sleep on his shoulder comfortably

mila is such a HARDWORKER!!!!!

if you disagree, you're literally wrong.

she does not have credits on almost every SM release after 2017 fOR NOTHING

so, because of her tendency to overwork herself and prioritise work over sleep and her well-being, the boys are always the first people to let her sleep instead of waking her up if they need something.

it always pains them a little bit to wake her up, even if they are about to be late because they tried to let her sleep in.

basically, if mila is showing ANY signs of being tired (it could literally be rubbing her eyes), they boys are instantly: "PLEASE SLEEP"

so, when the dreamies were in a van going to a mystery location for a fun video, mila unsurprisingly, grew drowsy.

mila was sitting next to jeno in the backseat of this van, steadily growing more and more tired.

but knowing mila, she tried to keep herself awake, not letting herself lean on the window or on her hand. this lead to her dozing off while sitting straight up, her head bobbing down lightly.

jeno was looking at his phone, not paying attention to her.

until he saw her drooping head and was like 😶

he froze for a second before slowly and gently pressing mila's head down to his shoulder, sitting up a little bit so it would be more comfortable for her.

mila did not object. she was so fucking tired.

jeno was so proud of himself as he felt mila kinda relax into him and let more of her weight rest on his shoulder.

he looked up a little with a 😌 look on his face to see jaemin filming him with a grin.

no words are exchanged as jeno's smile grows, and jaemin chuckles quietly before showing a thumbs up to the camera.

jisung and renjun sharing their umbrellas with her

now, while i'm sure all of the members would share their umbrellas with mila under the circumstance that she did not have one, we only have video evidence and jisung and renjun doing so <3

so, on this day where it was raining as nct dream were going to a schedule, mila did not have an umbrella

sooo many fans tried to spin this as mila being mistreated by the staff since all of the boys had umbrellas until another clip was released of mila giving her umbrella to a staff member

the staff repeatedly shook her head and refused, wanting mila to keep it, but she did not accept no for an answer and smiled big when the staff finally accepted.

some bodyguards around quickly tried to cover mila's head with their hands to protect her from the rain, thus catching the attention of jisung and renjun.

they both quickly came over, pushing their umbrellas toward her and not on themselves

mila immediately pushed their umbrellas back over their own heads and shooed them away.

they didn't let up and kept trying to talk to her for a few seconds.

mila laughs lightly and goes next to renjun under his umbrella, leaving jisung with a slight pout on his face.

"you're too big to share an umbrella!" mila exclaims, causing them all to laugh. the rest of their dialogue could not be heard in the video, this was the only thing intelligible.

with content expressions, mila goes under renjun's umbrella and they both put arms around each other; mila's arm going around his waist and renjun's arm going over her shoulders as they walk the short distance to the building.

nct 127 following the sidewalk rule

since the newly publicised "sidewalk rule" on social media, nctzens have brought up all the times that they have preached this before its popularity.

it's not seen as often with nct dream as every time they try (usually renjun, jeno, & jisung), mila just pushes them off and doesn't move.

this leads the boy to be very 🤨😖 because this is what their hyungs taught them to do???? why is she not accepting this gesture that the hyungs do all the time????

so, the dreamies don't really do it anymore, they just keep a watchful eye when she likes to balance on the curb of a busy road.

127 and even wayV however, are a different story.

maybe it's because they're older, but mila always listens when they guide her over to the non-road side of a sidewalk.

sometimes she looks a little 🤨 when her arm gets tugged away, but then she realises where she's standing.

most commonly, the members dragging her away from the cars are taeyong, johnny, kun, xiaojun, and doyoung. but there have been times where ten, jaehyun, and jungwoo have done it.

in the back of many nct 127 videos, most notably the ones where they are exploring the usa, mila can be seen being ushered away from the road by one or two of the members above.

it's just super cute and makes all czennies swoon over the neos' politeness 😵‍💫

the dreamies comforting her when she tries to be strong🥹

this day is not to be confused with the 191117 dream show ending meant!!!

a/n : lmk if i should make something that says in detail what mila said in her ending ment on the 191117 show!!

this was the first of the three dream shows back to back (191115).

mila said her ment not long after jisung did, so she was already emotional when it got to her turn.

jisung was crying as he tried to say his ment, so mila was already sad because she went to comfort him.

now mila HATES seeing jisung cry because it almost always makes her cry with him, so she was hugging jisung (not photo) before her turn.

she had intended for her ment to go a different route, but when it was her turn to talk, she just kinda let her words take her, not following her originally planned direction.

"aw... it's only the first day of the dream show, and i'm already crying ㅠㅠ i thought i would at least be able to be calm on the first day. but because of jisung~~ he made me sad ☹️." there is a brief pause where mila just looks around at the crowd with stars in her eyes. "but really, i can't blame him..." she looks down and swallows thickly before looking back up and blinking back her tears. the other members make various noises of teasing and telling her not to cry, some even coming closer, but mila takes a step back and laughs, telling them to go away. "no, no, i'm okay. i just need a second..." she flaps her hands as a way of shooing them, obviously growing more uneasy, stressed, and upset. with a deep breath, she starts again. "the members don't know this but," she starts, gaining the attention of all the boys. "before the show started today, i was crying in the bathroom because i was worried that this would be the start of our last shows and they wouldn't be strong enough... and i can't help but feel like it's my fault because..." she looks down again, this time for longer as she tries to hold back her tears. she doesn't succeed. tears fall, and her breathing starts to turn into small gasps and hiccups. chenle and haechan both come closer to her, haechan saying "aigoo, mila-yah..." and chenle saying something like "no, that's not..." and mila just taking a step back and flapping her hands to get them not to touch her. she knows that if she lets them comfort her, she will start crying. she wants to finish her ment first. "because i have had big inputs on nct dream's music, and if it's coming to an end..." a particular gasp leaves her lips with a small cry that reaches the microphone, making the crowd whine. the boys come up to her again. she tries to push them away again, but not as much as before. "...then i must have done something wrong." she cries, a deep wail leaving her chest as her hands come to cover her face, muffling her gasps but still allowing them to be picked up by the microphone. the crowd goes quiet, save for the growing volume of whines and telling her that's not true. jaemin pulls her into him, and she wraps her arms around him tightly, her cries into him now being picked up by his mic. chenle, haechan, and jeno are all around them rubbing mila's back as renjun tries to talk while comforting jisung at the same time, who had grown emotional all over again by mila's words.

in less than 2 minutes, mila had pulled away, immediately being met by the faces of her members, presumably asking if she was okay, to which she nods. a tissue is given to her by haechan and she dabs her face clean of tears while fanning her face. chenle helps fan her face, as well.

she keeps the tissue in her hand to repeatedly wipe her running nose as the others continue talking. chenle stays next to her this whole time with his arm around her and his head on her shoulder.

when mila twitched in her sleep and yuta helped 🥹

a/n : you're just going to have to imagine that mila is sleeping in the second one and not on her phone :)

it is a somewhat well-known fact that during stressful times, mila twitches in her sleep.

this info is not from sasaengs btw!!! mila has said this herself along with the members🥰

mila has said that she has done this since she was a kid and it usually means that she is juuust on the edge of falling asleep but not actually asleep.

this is why she hates it.

her stress prevents her from falling asleep when she so desperately needs it.

she will be drifting until she twitches and then she's awake again ☹️

so, when nct 127 were getting ready for a favorite (vampire) stage, mila fell asleep on one of the dressing room sofas while waiting for her turn for her makeup and hair.

in the background of an nct 127 fun video (like in the dressing room) she was waiting on the couch patiently when yuta sat down after finishing his look. she casually laid her head in his lap, which was nothing unusual (as we all know how much she loves yuta🤭)

she scrolled on her phone for a bit, not paying attention to anything and not being bothered by the conversations of her members and the staff.

eventually, she plopped her phone next to her face on the couch and closed her eyes, not moving at all from her original position.

due to her lack of movement, yuta thought that she was still awake. this was until the twitching started. yuta knew what it meant when mila started twitching like this, so he took a quick look at her, saw she was sleeping and leaning back in his spot before bringing his free hand to her hair.

he knew how much mila LOVES having her hair played with and how much it calms her down.

he softly twirled the strands and gave her head a light massage, instantly stopping her twitching and allowing her to sleep calmly before getting ready.

when mila had to be woken up for her turn in the hair and makeup chair, yuta pleaded for her to go last so she could get some extra rest in 🥹

when it was really time, and she had to go, yuta woke her up gently with a pout, cooing at her tired face

as stated previously, we all know about mila's low blood pressure. this causes her to become dizzy, faint, etc.

but there is one more thing i have neglected to talk about as i do not want to interpret it incorrectly.

and that is mila's history with eating disorders.

everything i will say has already been said by mila herself, her members, or SM.

mila has always had problems not eating enough throughout her entire childhood due to her dedication to her craft(s).

when she was really young and did gymnastics and dance, she would often forget to eat and just do acrobatics the whole day.

this is extremely unhealthy and dangerous as both gymnastics and dance are very demanding sports and require lots of sustenance.

regardless, mila has managed to take care of herself up until around late 2017-early 2018.

mila said that due to a multitude of things that i will not be getting into right now, she spent all of her time working in the studio producing/writing music or perfecting routines, and working on singing/raps. at this time she also focused her remaining time on her studies for her end-of-high school exams.

mila said that during this point in her life, she felt "guilty" taking time out just for herself. she felt like she always needed to be doing something productive.

food did not fall into this category.

mila would sacrifice eating over completing her schoolwork and idol/producer duties.

this caused her to experience a lot of burnout and to faint often because of stress and malnutrition.

though since then, mila has recovered, and takes care of herself (according to her and the members), she still has times where she can revert slightly.

like i said, she has been somewhat this way since she was a child, so it is easy to forget.

one big example of this was in early 2020 after a kick it stage.

this was one of those prerecorded stages due to covid starting to affect the industry.

mila slayed the stage, giving her all and doing her absolute best. you could not notice anything wrong when she was performing.

but after the cameras cut, and all that was left was stuff that would not go on tv, mila collapsed.

she was stood in her ending position, waiting for all the cameras to cut. she wasn't really paying attention, but in the video, you could see just how fast she was breathing and that she was swaying slightly in her stance.

once the other members moved and began to bow to the staff, mila's knees just crumbled, and she fell.

she landed on her knees and hands, her hair covering her face as she heaved in air. then she slumped over kinda on her stomach but still on her knees and elbows.

the other members didn't do anything for a moment. it's unclear whether they didn't notice or if they thought she was just tired from the demanding routine.

the first member to go over to her was taeyong. he looked a little nervous and kinda speed-walked over to her.

he crouched down next to her and moved to look at her face, moving some of her hair out of the way.

none of what they are saying can be heard, so all that we can assume is that he was asking her if she was okay.

he gets her to sit up and holds both of her hands in his. her eyes are closed, and she's still breathing heavily, obviously still really tired.

he asks her something else, and she shakes her head weakly before starting to slump over again. taeyong looks around for a moment before standing halfway up and pulling mila up with him.

she picks her up bridal style with mila barely clinging onto him as he carries her offstage. her eyes are closed as he does this.

there was a lot of fan uproar at this. fans were attacking SM for making her work so hard and demanding to give her more rest.

there was no response or acknowledgement from SM, the nct members, or mila herself.

when mila fell asleep on vlive

this vlive is actually one of my favorites just because of this interaction!!

it's just so sweet!!!

so basically, mila was on vlive in her shared room with haechan at the 127 dorm.

this had been after a day of schedules (we don't know exactly what) and she was just chitchatting about what happened that day and some things she saw on social media.

this wasn't unusual as mila had been going live more recently when this happened.

mila did say that the schedule ran a little later that day and that she was tired but that she also wanted to stay up and talk with czennies <333.

however, about 25 mins into the live, mila had been laying on her bed with the phone leaning against her open laptop screen. her head was resting on her folded elbows as she read the comments and talked contently.

due to this position and her growing tiredness, it was not difficult for mila to fall asleep.

fans thought that she was just resting her eyes for a moment and that she was still awake until it had been like 2 minutes of pure silence.

then all the comments were mixtures of "omg is mila asleep???" and "she's so cute aaaaa" and "sm really needs to let her rest smh"

she had only been out for around 10 minutes when haechan came in.

they share this room, so it is not a surprise that he came in unannounced.

the door cannot be seen from the vlive, but it can be heard closing and footsteps getting closer.

haechan appears behind mila to the side and quietly says "aigoo, mila fell asleep with her laptop on, let's fix this for my twin, eh?" he then reaches for her hands to move them off the keyboard to close the laptop when he notices that her phone is actually on vlive😭. "oh! hello~~" he greets cutely, giving a wave as he picks up the phone. "thank you for watching over mila, czennies. i will take over and make sure that she sleeps well! goodnight!"

he then ends the live, and we can assume that he finished getting all her stuff away so she could sleep<3

afterwards, on twitter, haechan was trending for being a lovely caring member as he acted so sweet without even knowing that he was being recorded

johnny stopping mila from falling off stage

okayyyy, so we all know that mila isn't clumsy, as she loves to remind us, but she lowkey is (don't tell her i said that).

so what transpired, was during the singapore show on the neo city - the origin tour in 2019. the stage was kinda an upside-down T shape with a little B-stage at the end.

mila was not paying attention to anything other than nctzens <3.

during replay (am 1:27), mila was looking into the crowd, as she does, with that big smile on her face.

she was squinting a bit, trying to read some of the signs that fans had up while also trying to dance around at the same time.

she was at the part in the stage where the B-stage starts. at the corner, she was leaning over to look at something. she was standing on that lower platform next to the stage that looks like she's on stage, but she's not really on it, you know???

anyway, once she finished reading, she turned towards the catwalk again and quite literally STEPPED OFF THE FUCKING STAGE

and she says she's not clumsy😑

but THANK GOD johnny was coming to the B-stage and was at the end of the catwalk. he SNATCHED her up and carried her for a few seconds before putting her down in the middle of the B-stage, where he was sure she couldn't fall off.

he looked at her for a minute, hands on her shoulders as they talked. none of what they were saying was picked up by their microphones, so we don't know what they said🤷‍♀️

mila nodded at him, and they both walked back down the catwalk to the main stage with hands around each other. probably just johnny being extra cautious now😖

none of the other members seemed to notice (probably a good thing because you KNOW taeyong would have scolded her).

after the show, mila went on her bubble to respond to czennies.

"i fell off the stage? no i didn't!!!! you're lying!!!" she joked with lots of emojis. she thanked them for their concern and promised it wouldn't happen again <3.

renjun yelling at the sasaengs calling her😳

i do not want to be on renjun's bad side 😳😳😳😳

so this happened in late 2019 when mila, renjun, jeno, and jaemin were all doing a vlive together.

it's very similar to what happened to jeno on the 200114 vlive with renjun, chenle and jeno.

mila was trying to read the comments on their vlive on her phone but she couldn't because sasaengs kept calling her.

she didn't even bat an eye as she repeatedly swiped the calls away, declining them and going back to what she was trying to do.

but IT WAS CONSTANT!!!

this was like 30 calls in 2 minutes like GALLLLLL

with each call, you could see mila growing more and more irritated with her side eyes to the camera :(

it got really bad when she tried to show something to the camera, and she got a call, so she swiped it away and showed the camera again. then she got another call, swiped it away and tried to show her screen again. when she got a third call, renjun stood up and took her phone from her hand, saying "give it to me"

he walked out of frame and began yelling at the sasaeng (as he should 💅🏻)

mila looked at him like 😳😏😊 and then started talking really loudly to cover up what renjun was saying.

it's hard to make out, but renjun can be heard yelling at the sasaengs saying things like "stop calling mila or else i will report your number and press charges"

he came and sat back down like 😒 and mila smiled at him and gave him a side hug to express her gratefulness <3333

can i be a kid forever?

in which sooyoung isn't ready to be an adult.

warnings: growing up, mentions of death, insecurities

now playing > nothing new, taylor swift / phoebe bridgers

sooyoung loved watching the raindrops trail down her window, it always brought her back to when she was riding the bus with her siblings, pretending the rain drops were racing to the bottom of the window and betting on drops. she always lost. doojung always won, it seemed. he always knew the right answer to everything, always picked the right raindrop, picked the best tasting fruit, and always had the best jokes.

sooyoung remembered dreaming and dreaming of being older, being the same age as her brother, being a teenager and having a bunch of friends, staying up late just to talk to them, running around the neighborhood after school let out, ignoring their studies. she always wished she would have a big group of girlfriends, people she could gossip with, go shopping with, talk about their crushes and plan dates together.

no matter her age, she wished to be older. even once she was a teen. she wanted to be twenty, she wanted to be able to hang out with the older members late at night, drink by the fire and celebrate until the beverages ran out. she wished to be older, so people would finally start taking her seriously.

but now it was the night before she turned twenty, the night before she was an adult, and she dreaded it. she wanted nothing to do with adulthood.

she thought she knew everything, she thought she had her life planned out, planned out by the year when she was going to achieve things. she was going to be sensational by twenty-one, a soloist by twenty-two, a wife by twenty-eight. perfect by twenty. but, it was the night before everything seemed like it would changed. and she felt like she knew nothing at all.

what if she failed? what if she messed up? she couldn't bounce off of "she's just a kid", anymore. would people hate her if she showed a flaw, now that she wasn't "cute" and "innocent", now that she was "of age"?

her parents always told her she would have a plan by the time she was of age. that she would be where she wanted to be. but she felt far from it. she loved her career, she loved her group and she loved her friends - but she still felt like she was so behind. she didn't feel good enough.

she wanted to have a song she wrote on their albums by now - but it never happened. she faced rejection over and over again.

what if she couldn't be perfect? what if she couldn't be sensational? a soloist? would the company even allow her to have such creative freedom?

what if she lost her spark? her glow?

she was growing up. she took the nights she spent with her little sister for granted, when they snuck into eachothers room and played past their bed time, hiding under the covers and using their sparkly flashlights for lights. giggling and pretending to be asleep when their mom came to check on them. her mother never said anything, but she knew. sooyoung was forever greatful for her mother allowing them to create special memories together.

but now, none of her family is under the same roof. sooyoung being in seoul, her sister being in america, her mother and father in daegu, and her brother....

they will never be whole again.

sooyoung looked at the clock. 10:36pm. exactly one hour and twenty four minutes until her life would change. until her expectations would change.

she hated being scared to grow up. especially when it was all she would wish for.

sooyoung turned from staring at the window when she heard her door creak open, giving a forced smile to mark. mark walked over, sitting next to her and handed her a small bag, giving the girl a sheepish grin.

"it's not much, I wanted to pick out something better but...i've been busy. but i couldn't just not get you something for your big birthday." mark muttered out, placing the bag in the girl's lap.

sooyoung frowned, looking down at the bag. it was real. and there was nothing she could to do to stop it from happening.

"what if...i'm not ready to be twenty?" sooyoung asked, looking over to her leader, sighing when she could feel tears start to form in her eyes. "i feel like everything is going to change, i feel like life is going too fast, it just keeps going, but it's leaving me behind." sooyoung whispered out, her voice breaking in the process. she felt so...alone. it seemed everyone had it figured out. everyone was an adult, but her, chenle and jisung. and the rest of the boys couldn't be more excited to turn twenty. gosh - they were on the moon.

mark sighed, running his hands through his hair and looking out the window infront of him, crossing her legs in front of him.

"we can never truly be ready for anything. we don't know what's going to happen, the possiblities are endless." mark said, laughing slightly. "you know, ailens could land in front of us at any given moment." mark said, frowning when sooyoung didn't laugh.

"i was scard to turn twenty too. i was scared that...you know, people would be disapointed in me now that i was an adult. i felt like i would be stuck in the mindset of being young and free, and not live up to what the world wanted me to be. and the truth is, i still feel like i'm not where i should be." mark said, looking over at the girl. "adulthood is scary, but its not the end of the world."

sooyoung nodded, wiping the tears off of her face. "im just scared the only reason i'm loved is because i'm 19. what if they realize i'm not special when i'm no longer a teen?" sooyoung asked, playing with the glittery tissue paper in the bag.

"then they would be foolish, sooyoung. i've known you since you were 13, and everyday, you're better than you were yesterday. i promise, that everyone will still adore you. you're life isn't going to drastically change once you're an adult. you'll still be sooyoung. did you think of me any different once i turned 20?" mark asked, smiling when sooyoung whispered out a no. "no one expects you to have everything figured out now. people are still figuring it out in their fifties. you have your entire life infront of you, you have room for mistakes, and you have room for growth. regarless, you'll still be my friend, my member." mark finished, resting his head on her shoulder.

"thank you, oppa." sooyoung said, smiling softly. "just promise you'll find me when i feel like i'm drowning?" sooyoung asked, looking over at the boy.

"i'll find you before you're even in the deep end."

sooyoung smiled. she was still scared, and she still felt like there was no way she was old enough to be so close to adulthood, but listening to mark...it made her feel better. she thought of all her members, not just dream, but everyone in NCT. had everyone gone through the same thing? pondering if they made it all happen the night before they were twenty, wondering where their life would take them?

she was sure some of them had the same thoughts of her, she was sure multiple of them did. no one said growing up was easy, but its something you have to cope with.

"open you're gift, it'll make you feel better." mark said, sitting up straight and smiling over the girl, his eyes bright with excitment. sooyoung chuckled, slowly removing the tissue paper from the pink paper bag, gasping when she saw what is inside.

sooyoung pulled out a CD case, smiling when she saw a muliple pictures of dream all together complied in the cover, gems decoratiny the plastic. in the middle, it says, "the playlist of our youth", and when sooyoung turned it around, she could feel tears coming down her cheeks once more.

mark wrote out the songs on the CD on the back, and every single song on there, was a song that the group had listened together, whether that be on car rides, when celebrating, when crying, or simply just their favorite songs. every song on there, she had a sentimental memory with.

the first song, young forever by bts. sooyoung had played that song over and over again when it came up. whenever she had the aux, that was the first song she played. the boys pretended to be sick of it, but she always had them singing along to every verse.

then, my first and last. and the songs kept going on and on, all having a special memory with them, but the song sooyoung was most suprised with, it was her song. the song she had spent hours and hours on, showing it to mark when she felt confident enough. mark loved it. monique composed a piece of music for her. dream loved it - but, the company didn't. it was sooyoung's favorite work, but she hasn't listened to it since. she deleted it because she was so upset.

"how did you even download this?" sooyoung asked, looking over at the boy, furrowing her eyebrows.

"monique had it saved, she felt like you were going to rage delete it, and she didn't want your hard work to go to waste." mark said, nervously rubbing his neck. "we also, might have resubmitted it to the company." mark mumbled out.

sooyoung's mouth dropped, looking over the boy. she felt a mix of emotions, shock, confusion, and...for some reason felt disappointed. she should be happy her song is getting a second chance, but she felt like it would only get denied again.

"we have a new director, and I figured they might be willing to give it a listen. maybe give it a chance. they're listening to it tomorrow, but sooyoung, i think you have a chance. he seemed really intrigued when I talked to him about the song, I told him that everyone adored it." mark said, scratching his neck. "monique edited the track a little and smoothed some things out, and she's really hopeful too."

sooyoung sighed, looking down at her hands. she felt hope rising in her chest, but she didn't want let herself get too excited. that song getting rejected crushed her, and she wasn't sure if she could deal with that pain again.

"if it gets denied again, will you take me out for drinks?" sooyoung asked, smiling when mark laughed at her, rolling his eyes jokingly at her suggestion.

"you're not even twenty yet and already thinking about drinking?" mark asked, gently pushing the girl's shoulder. "i'll take you out for drinks to celebrate, sooyoung. but you're not going to get hammered, i really think your mother would kill me if you got wasted on your first night out." mark said, smiling when sooyoung laughed.

the duo sat in silence for awhile, peacefully sitting next to eachother, watching the rain. it was starting to fade out. sooyoung looked at the clock again, 11:59. the girl softly smiled, nudging mark with her shoulder, pointing at the clock.

"one more minute until i'm not longer a kid." sooyoung whispered, closing her eyes and clasping her hands together. "i need to thing of a wish."

she wished that her song would get the love she knew it deserved, and for her to achieve everything she wants in her twenties. she figured she deserved two wishes.

"happy birthday, sooyoung!"

sooyoung screamed when she heard a group of boys scream, jumping up and looking behind her, covering her mouth when she saw the rest of the members at her door, jaemin holding a cake with twenty candles, haechan and jisung throwing balloons in her room, renjun, chenle and jeno carrying gifts in their arms.

sooyoung smiled brightly when the boys all started singing happy birthday to her, cheering when she blew out all of her candles. jaemin immediately placed her cake on her desk, running over to her to engulf in a hug, jumping up and down. "welcome to the twenties club!"

one by one, the boys came up to hug her, ending with chenle, and sooyoung swore she was going to cry with all the sweetness. the boys were so excited, they seemed like they were planning this surprise for months. haechan hurriedly pushed her to sit on her bed, handing her gift after gift to open.

jeno gifted her a gold charm bracelet, each charm representing each era of NCT dream.

renjun gifted her a purple lace leotard, a very nice one. sooyoung never would imagine she would have a luxury leotard, but she was very excited.

haechan gifted her a perfume she had been eyeing at the mall for a long time, and she knew he probably went to the mall the next day after she pointed it out and bought it for her.

jaemin bought her a new stuffed animal (a bunny!!) and a pink sweatshirt with flowers on the back.

chenle bought her a new ring, and jisung bought her a paint set with canvas's (her new hobby!).

by the end of the night, sooyoung's heart was so full. she no longer felt worried about whether or not she would be loved or wanted now that she was an adult, because she knew that regardless, she would have her boys. they would always be there for her - even if she didn't have everything figured out. they would love her, like they always have, and she knew, she could always count on them to bring the light back into her life.

He kept sharing the song on his socials (still does) , he dances to the chorus out of nowhere in the most unexpected moments , he even hums the song and Yena doesn't blink an eye to it. Fans love it so much. And one of the reasons is that the vibe of the song goes so well with Jeno too!

He kept checking her during and after the performances, warned the fans not to throw anything while she is dancing, and the fans' favorite being when he signed her to took off her heels. She was hesitant at first but he came up to her and took them off himself.

Jisoo’s relationship with the dreamies!

[For context, I switched up the grad system a little bit because I wanted Jisoo to graduate with Mark but I also wanted her to be born the same day as Jaemin. So I changed it to Jisoo and Mark both becoming the leaders and instead of them graduating based off age, they graduated based off of their leader position. So when Mark and Jisoo left, Jeno got the leader position and they added Mark and Jisoo back before he could graduate]

One out of the three protectors

Mark entered kindergarten a little later which led him to meet Jisoo! Jisoo and Mark were assigned seating buddies and ever since that day they’ve been inseparable. When Jisoo planned to go back to Korea to audition for SME, Mark begged his mom to go so he can keep her company, not knowing he’d later be debuting alongside Jisoo.

During SM ROOKIES Mark use to refer to Jisoo as Marcelle a lot as that’s the name she used while living in the states. Because of this a lot of people began to call them MarMar!

Mark and Jisoo usually communicate in English, which either leaves the other members confused or with more english knowledge in their head. Mark and Jisoo have a sibling relationship where they bicker a lot, with Jisoo calling him stupid and Mark calling her annoying, but at the end of the day they love each other.

Sometimes when Mark says or does something weird Jisoo will just stare at him for awhile, say “um?” or “ok?” and give him a nasty face and walk away and for some reason it makes Mark laugh. OR sometimes she’ll tease him for it

when Mark was talking about Jisoo’s brother and he referred to him as “da bro” Jisoo would not stop teasing him about it for like a week

as a way to tease her, he mimicks her sometimes like her hand gestures or voice

sometimes when they fight, it’s ALWAYS in english and they’ll keep talking over each other and get really loud and the members will just look at them like they’re CRAZY

Along with this Jisoo tends to correct a lot of the stuff Mark says, like if he messes up on a word or stumbles she immediately elaborates on what he’s saying to help him out

Mark loves giving her hugs and making her do aegyo, while Jisoo loves pushing him away and playing with his hands when she’s bored.

Dreamzens favorite Marksoo Moment: 210515 Vlive

After coming back with hot sauce, Mark and Jisoo decided to go live in honor of their return to the group. throughout the live they answer questions read by Mark and to Jisoo everything seems normal until she reads the comments. she reads comments such as:

“THE WAY MARK IS LOOKING AT HER😍”

“Mark really missed Jisoo huh.. 😭”

“God, you’d think Mark is in love”

Jisoo, confused, then looks up at Mark and sees him staring at her with this huge smile while his hand is behind her head, running his fingers through her hair.

“What? I’ve missed you Jisoo” and gives her the tightest squeeze he’s ever gave her since the day they graduated from dream.

RENSOO! ੈ♡‧₊˚ :

Renjun was actually a student of Jisoo’s father when he taught Korean in China. Because of this, Renjun seemed to know a lot about Jisoo before meeting her and even had seen some of her pre debut photos that she didn’t even know existed.

After listening to a lot of kpop as a kid and even listening to the music of Jisoo’s group, he wanted to become an idol, and was advised to by Jisoo’s dad after talking to him.

Since then it became his mission to join the same company as her and be able to meet her at least once.

When Renjun first met Jisoo he was very nervous but the first thing he said to her was, “I hope we become good friends!” and since that day Jisoo knew he had a good spirit.

Not that the other boys are dumb, but sometimes they tend to lack common sense, but Renjun and Jisoo make up for it.

FOR EXAMPLE! When the dreamies went to the states together, they were challenged by the staff to navigate their way through the city by themselves, the other boys were upset because they weren’t sure how they were gonna do it but then Renjun and Jisoo looked at each other like “we have phones???? with maps????”

Everyone knows all the dreamies go crazy over Renjun, but Renjun tends to go crazy for Jisung and Jisoo.

Jisoo thanks him by taking him out to dinner later, don’t worry.

basically common sense besties but Renjun tends to drool over her sometimes…

Dreamzens favorite Rensoo Moment: Haunted House

“I’m not scared” Jisoo scoffs at the boys while turning around and hiding her scared face.

“Okay so go in there and protect me.. since you’re not scared.” Renjun grabs Jisoo so she’s looking right at him

“Heh.. okay.. sure!” Jisoo smiles and links arms with Renjun before walking into the haunted house.

Immediately they were met with some sort of zombie looking thing which makes Jisoo and Renjun jump and he hides behind her and his grip on hee grows tighter.

In her head Jisoo’s thinking they’ll be fine.. just as long as this haunted house has no clowns.

They’re met with a room of clowns and Jisoo basically jumps and makes Renjun go in front while Jisoo is now the one clinging onto him.

“Hey! Atleast now you can say you were my knight in shining armor” Jisoo shrugs.

Second out of the three protectors!

When Jisoo met Jeno she was slightly intimidated.. except when he wore his glasses, she thought he looked like a dork.

Jeno admitted that he loves cats and has three of his own at home, from then Jisoo was like hmmm maybe he’s not that bad??

It wasn’t until he revealed to Jisoo that he had three cats and was a cat lover while being allergic! What a sweetheart.

Although, it took that piece of information for him to get on Jisoo’s good side, Jisoo says that if she were to meet Jeno for the first time during Boom or Ridin Era, she would’ve most definitely been scared of him, but she loves how he looks intimidating on the outside, but is truly a softie on the inside.

Jisoo DESPISED working out as she never enjoyed doing it and she was horrible at being consistent.

Jeno was the person who was able to make working out fun for her due to his personality and good teaching ability.

Jeno and Jisoo are both known to be homebodies, and to help each other out with it, they randomly make plans to go out and spend some time outside.

Although, sometimes they wanna stay home and be alone so the plans never go through…

Dreamzens Favorite Jensoo Moment: Gym Vlog

“Hey czennies! Jeno and I are about to hit the gym because he wants to look better for the fans for the dream show 2, I’m just bored so i’m coming.”

Jisoo and Jeno went to the buildings private gym and they were greeted by other artists and staff.

Jisoo whispered to Jeno, “I hope I don’t embarrass myself..” and Jeno had to reassure her for a good 5 minutes as he knew that Jisoo found doing anything under the sun, embarrassing. (for some reason)

The vlog started with Jeno explaining his workout routine, and demonstrating all the things he does, after that he slowly guides Jisoo to do the same, then when she gets the hang of it, they do it together.

After an hour of working out, Jeno and Jisoo sit down and begin talking to the camera about their plans for the year.

During this Jisoo yawns and starts to sleep, slowly falling into Jeno’s lap.

Jeno looked down at her and smiled

“Looks like someone’s about to take a power nap. Czennies! Make sure to keep an eye on Jisoo while she’s asleep.”

Haechan has always been in love with Jisoo, since the day they’ve met, but Jisoo didn’t start to notice her feelings for him until she realized how she started to feel empty without his presence after leaving dream.

After Jisoo left dream, Jisoo and Haechan made sure to hang out all the time, and when they couldn’t, they’d play games together or FaceTime for hours.

It took Jisoo awhile to sort out her feelings for him, but when Haechan and Jisoo planned to meet up after awhile because they both had back to back schedules and were both touring with their respective groups,

Jisoo felt this urge to dress up and put on what felt like all the makeup in the world just impress him. (which he felt impressed by her just breathing)

But it’s just Haechan..

The same Haechan who she grew up and trained with, the same dude who saw her fresh out of bed, hair all messed up and everything.

Oh she was in love.

That plus Chenle knew how she felt considering she’d always complain to the groupchat with him and jisung about how much she missed and wanted to see Haechan, so he was able to help her figure out that she was head over heels for this man.

Jisoo and Haechan confessed to each other in October of 2021, but Jisoo didn’t feel ready for a relationship so they didn’t go for it right away.

On January 23rd, 2022, Haechan sent her a message saying

“I need you.”

“What..?”

“Jisoo, just come to my dorm, I need you.”

Jisoo did what he said and Haechan immediately kissed her the second he saw her.

That day marks the day their relationship started!

Haechan was already clingy as it is, but as they started dating he became even worse. During glitch mode promotions, the members found out about their relationship and later the staff because of how obvious they were.

Haechan and Jisoo were nervous, but the staff just said that they should reveal their relationship, because its super evident at this point.

A funny thing about their relationship is that the fans of nct dream we’re so use to Haechan being clingy that they didn’t suspect a thing, they just thought he was acting the same way he did to Renjun.

So whenever anybody not a fan of dream would accuse them of being in a relationship, dreamzens were quick to shut them down.

Jisoo noticed these and felt bad so ultimately they made the decision to go public.

Haechan is a complete baby when he’s around her and he sometimes whines when he wants her attention, kind of weird but she puts up with it.

Haechan loves to give her back hugs, play with her hair, give her aegyo, stare at her, hear her voice, and the list goes on.

Dreamzens Favorite Hyucksoo Moment: 221113 Live

Jisoo and Haechan went on live for the first time, just the two of them, as a couple.

Jisoo and Haechan were at Jisoo’s apartment sitting on her bed while doing a live.

“Someone asked, Jisoo, can you give us some Haechan boyfriend secrets?”

Haechan looked at Jisoo and smiled

“Well are you gonna do it?” Haechan said

“Of course! gotta give the fans what they want.”

“Basically, before we debuted, we all had to share a dorm and the dorm had three rooms. Jisung and I shared a room with two beds, and when Chenle and Renjun joined, we decided to let them pick whichever room they wanted, Renjun wanted to be part of Mark, Haechan, and Jeno’s room so ultimately Haechan got kicked out and had to join Jisung and I. We had two beds and each night we’d take turns, so for example I would get the bed one night and then Jisung and Haechan would have to share the other bed. What I noticed about Haechan was that he slept with this long brown pillow and it would always be in the middle of us and he’d be hugging it all night. Once we started dating and he started spending almost every night here, he brought the brown pillow and I noticed that the brown pillow now sits at the top of my bed, and i’ve finally replaced it.” Jisoo then points to the brown pillow on the top of her bed, and Haechan quickly turns red and puts his head in her lap and sulks.

“you promised you wouldn’t tell anybody..”

After Chenle, Jaemin is the one to always make her laugh because he’ll sometimes randomly blurt things out or just does weird things

Jisoo truly believes Jaemin was written by a woman.. or atleast she knows that he was raised right by his parents.

When Jaemin first talked to Jisoo, he talked to her with this soft and calming voice and he said to her “We share the same birthday, year and everything!!”

Jisoo smiled at him and said “we kind of look alike too!” and that was the day they became unofficial siblings.

Although they saw each other as siblings, His existence was still new to Jisoo and as she grew up with a slightly mean older brother, she wanted to test him to see if he would be mean to her or anything.

Jisoo asked Jaemin if he wanted to hangout with her, maybe go out to the park or the stor-

“We can bake muffins together!”

Bake Muffins? Jisoo was definitely not used to the boys from the states wanting to bake muffins..

So they did, they baked muffins.

Jisoo gets Jaemin hooked onto the latest trends and also on things she likes.

“You should definitely try getting a facial and then a massage after that..”

Jisoo also got Jaemin hooked onto cats so he got some of his own!

When they were trainees he would always walk with her when they went out just on a walk or going to the store to make sure she’s okay

Jaemin acts as if they’re twins. like literally.

Jisoo is known for being good at games, or having luck so they call it, so whenever the group has to get into teams, Jaemin always tries to convince Jisoo to let him join her by bringing up their birthday.

“Hey! We should be together on the same team like we were when we spent 9 months together in the woom!”

Dreamzens Favorite Minsoo Moment: Almost getting robbed

Jaemin and Jisoo were walking around trying to find a place to eat, they decided to go on instagram live during their journey.

As they were walking Jisoo could feel someone lurking behind them and her first instinct was to let Jaemin know.

“Jaemin, I think someone’s following us.”

Jaemin immediately pushed Jisoo in front of him and opened his arms.

“Where, Where”

The robbers then approach them and ask them for all their money, they weren’t a huge threat as they were two middle aged men with no weapons.

Jisoo then steps in front of Jaemin and says “We don’t have any money for you.. but how about I sing for you and he’ll rap. We’re aspiring musicians..”

Jaemin is about to burst of laughter before being hit in the chest by Jisoo.

Jisoo starts singing the chorus Hello Future and then right after Jaemin starts his rap right before the bridge.

The robbers look amused and then pulled out 25,000 won.

“Take this. and welcome to the music industry!” They walked off right after giving them both a tap on the back.

CRAZY when they’re together

Chenle is the one member who literally can do anything and she’ll start laughing but not ever in a bad way.

But either way they’re both always laughing together and sending each other funny videos.

When Jisoo first met Chenle, she had recognized him because he was quite a star and he had a singing career in China.

It was easy for Jisoo to become friends with Chenle because he was talkative so she never had to worry about not having anything to talk about

She also had already became friends with the other 7 boys, so Chenle would be no problem.

On the first day they became friends She and Chenle had a 6 hour conversation.

Jisoo spoke to Chenle only in Chinese at first and during practice they sometimes speak in Chinese and laugh without letting any of the members know what they’re talking about.

Jisoo loves hanging out with Chenle and they tend to go over each others houses a lot.

Since Jisoo is an older sister to 3, she wants to protect Chenle (and Jisung) in the same way she does with her actual younger siblings.

Jisoo makes sure they eat and are happy and is always willing to do anything for them.

Simple things like letting them pick what they’re going to eat or where they wanna go.

Dreamzens Favorite Chensoo Moment: 220425 Live

Jisoo and Chenle were doing a random live while waiting for the rest of the members to arrive to their schedule.

“Yknow, last time we were here practicing, Jeno took off his shirt and when I saw his abs, I was like Wow!”

“Really? I don’t remember that” Jisoo says in reply to Chenle

“OH it happened alright, He has such nice biceps and I was feeling up on him and thinking to myself, it must be so nice to have his bo-“

Jisoo puts her hand over chenle’s mouth.

“Thats enough for this live, goodbye guys!!! Wave goodbye Chenle.”

and ever since they’ve became friends Jisoo has just wanted to be his protector and teach him things that he wasn’t able to learn since he debuted so young

She taught him how to do his laundry, how to PROPERLY wash fruits and veggies, how to take care of a pet, showed him some recipes, etc

Jisung feels inspired by Jisoo and he’s always looked up to her since she started her career.

At some point, she was the reason that he kept going.

Jisoo has a habit where when she’s embarrassed or shy she covers her mouth with her hand or she covers her face with her hands

Jisung somehow ended up developing that habit too

a cute thing that Jisung use to do when they were younger was hide inside of Jisoo’s jacket whenever he felt shy, he was able to do this because he was smaller than her, but now Jisung can’t fit in the jacket. Obviously.

Jisung and Jisoo spend hours talking to each other, just about life and how they’re doing. This started when they became roommates and both had trouble sleeping.

Jisung chuckles while shaking his head

“You’re cute Jisoo.. but weird.”

Throughout the content, Jisung ends up playing along but as he does Jisoo begins to make him “jealous” by flirting with the other members.

In the end, Jisoo ends up picking Jisung as the one she wants, but Jisung betrays her by picking Jaemin.

“See Jisung this is why I broke up with you.”
