hello everyone and welcome to my new blog!
as you can easily imagine by its name this blog is dedicated to yumark: all the posts are going to be related to them and nct 127 (from their moments to their updates on social medias)
i opened this blog prevalently because i wanted a place where to post my analysis and opinions about their relationship but i'm going to reblog other analyses as well in the future. i'd like this blog to become a collector of all the theories posted on tumblr eventually and an archive of their posts so i'm going to post their updates on social medias in the last months.
please, keep in mind this is NOT an update blog hence these updates aren't going to be on time for the most part and they're most likely going to be posted with a delay (1, 2 months in some cases) but i'm always going to specify the date in case you're wondering.
#yumark#markyu#yuta#mark#nct analysis#yumark analysis#i'm going to be really slow for now but i promise i'll become more active in the future#and i still have to catch up with the last things yumark i remained stuck at the end of december lmao#i can do it!

Iii have had a thought and I need to share it...l just saw a video of an artist reading a comment that said "Oh your music...idk...it doesn't seem to be tiktok-worthy" or smth like that. Literally. Like the comment was literally about the song and how it wouldn't work on tiktok.
And the artist - right fully so - angrily explained that ARTISTS DO NOT CREATE OR WRITE SONGS FOR TIKTOK. It's a form of self expression and a way to connect to someone else and give value to your own experiences. (Preach her words she was so well spoken)
And it made me think. Because first of all - Tiktok is such a WEIRD FUCKING PLACE. I like watching edits and creating videos but there are so many weird fucking people on there, I do not mean this in a degrading way but I also don't mean it in a complimenting way (I love losers, I am a loser myself, and weird people are my kind of people.) The lack of being able to not only critically think but actually think at allllll terriffies me if I'm honest because it shapes the way people percieve reality. I can see it happen. The audience gets younger and younger.
It shapes their brains.
And the second thing is : more and more artists, especially in kpop but also in different niches (is that the right word?? English is not my first language) only produce songs for tiktok.
Not in the way "this is to be used on tiktok only" like a song is used for a film, but to get a viral hit and have their bridge or chorus being used for challenges specifically.
Even the tiny details of songs are created for either a song quote or to grab attention in a really specific way, not the kind that makes the song good but the way it grabs the attention and holds the attention span by changing one sound into another and so on.
I have been listening to kpop for ten years or even more, and I never really grabbed what was making it feel so much weirder the past few years. I LOVE noise music. I LOVED nct when they debuted and years after. Same with ateez.
This is not about a specific group btw. However I will be using some specific examples :D
But these days, i feel like most of the songs don't have character anymore. I'm not saying they are not good or anything! I like their music, still.
But just look at their recent tour:
They changed the setlist and threw Turbulence off for Work and Ice on my teeth.
We did not get Answer, or Hala Hala, or Halazia.
And I GET IT - the songs are more popular snd are more recent - it makes sense to promote them. But just compare them.
Hala hala was ahead of its time in so many ways and a huge magnet for fans because of how different the entire concept was. It is an artistic representation of the artist's skill of performance and all of their individual selves, introducing alter egos and everything.
Same with answer, more in an elegant way. Answer is a hymn in my opinion.
Work & ice on my teeth are fun, and the performances are professional af, no question, but they are also more "charts" worthy, or, in modern times like this, "tiktok challenge worthy".
And this makes me so sad because the same thing - IN MY OPINION - happened to bts. Their discography is so wide, but at some point their work priority shifted into expanding the radius if you know what i mean. It gets mainstream-ized.
Bighit, the tiny company it used to be, and their small team had a different vibe than HYBE does now.
And I'm kindaaa scared that this will happen to kq as ateez grows bigger.
They are still incredible artists but it feels like the artistic expression is slowly fading. The marketing sure as hell does. It's more and more about consumption.
This might also be connected to overworking and producing content and music way too fast, way too often. They are still incredible artists and their performance was amazing, I went to their concerts multiple times through the years.
The show itself is amazing. All of the artists in kpop sacrifice a lot and I respect their work.
Tw from here: mentions of eds and mental health stuff in the industry
I just feel like something is slowly fading, and it's because as kpop becomes more and more and more global, the market expands and the focus on monetarization and perfectionism is maximized. The outcome? More and more people in this industry become sick, develope eds, get plastic surgery, train til they faint, have mental health issues, commit suicide.
And the fans consume even more. More content, more album versions, more fancalls, more interactions, more merch that costs half a fortune but is limited to create more pressure to buy it, more more more.
All of these little tiny puzzle pieces are creating a domino effect and we need to stay aware and concious about those issues because it is getting worse.
Parasocial relationships get pushed by the entertainment industry, more fans getting crazy and camping outside of venues. Stalking. Personal infos leaked. Rumors. Scandals that arent scandals.
They mass produce idols to mold them into puppets and in the meanwhile more and more abuse scandals come to light.
It's all more about grabbing attention and a quick dopamine-and-then-money release.
They count on the emotional dependency they create. It's not just "trashy chart music" anymore (NOTHING wrong with that) it's "this can go viral on tiktok" instead of giving the artists a change to express themselves individually and it puts even more pressure on these idols to do better and better everytime.
There are tons of good bsides of all these artists and the discography is quite colorful, but this is about what they choose to PUSH.
Kpop groups used to be more separated from each other, have their own signature thing, but now that there are so many and they move so fast with every trend, it mixes up into a huge pot. Even shinee who used to be trend setters got basically the same style in their latest album as nct ot a lot of groups in general - cool kpop version of pop song with hiphop elements.
Not a bad thing, but following the status quo.
Yes, individuals have always had it harder. I KNOW.
But while everyone is trying to stand out i feel like they are all just waiting for the next big trend wave to follow, only topping someone elsd by going more extreme.
Let me know your thoughts! And be nice to each other and me, thanks

Jaehyun's future spouse according to Astrology:
So with appearance:
Tall
Slender/Skinny
The Pluto probably means they look strong/intimidating/powerful
They probably have a magnetic aura to them
Intense gaze
Look mature (Capricorn Venus)
They may be from another country/race/ethnicity
So in terms of personality:
The Aquarius placement probably means they either have Aquarius placements or that they are a unique individual in the way they speak, think, etc. 3rd house stellium shows they probably have a job with communication of some sort. They may also work in the media, journalism, tourism, technology, internet (I'm getting influencer) writing etc.
Venus in Capricorn. Either they are older or mature. They also can manage their finances well or can do business.
She may appear a critical worker and may be seen as a hard worker, analytical, etc. So they may be working in a structured career. So they are probably not an idol.
Saturn in the fifth house. They and Jaehyun won't have a fast relationship. They are smart and will take their time. Asteroid Hera is in Taurus so she may have Taurus placements.
Placements they might have:
Taurus
Virgo
Aquarius
Cap (maybe??)
Thanks for reading :). You can ask me the same questions for other idols in my ask box!

Color Analysis of NCT Members: WayV
This is part 3 of my NCT color analysis post.
I am going to preface this by saying that I am not a professional color analyst, but I have been learning quite a bit about how to look for a color that looks the best. This is all for entertainment, but if you disagree, I will literally cry.
- I use the 12-Season system, but I do wish I can use the 16 seasons. I just don't have any resources on them. How I choose a season is pretty similar with Carol Brailey on Tiktok/Youtube, and as such, no NCT member is a light season. Shockingly, there are no soft seasons here as well.
There are certain members (Ten, Yangyang, Jisung, and Chenle who have undergone color analysis themselves, and I will write if I agree or disagree.)
I haven't done NCT Wish yet as I am not familiar with them. In time, I might, but they are quite young and I am not comfortable getting to know them yet.
The next group is WayV:
Qian Kun: Bright Spring

(He really loves his orange which I agree!!! He does look good in orange.)
- A characteristic of many Bright Springs is their sophistication and loud presence. Kun looks best with the greens and pinks of the palette. Unlike Jaemin though, he can pull off Bright Winter reds, but looks significantly worse with black than Jaemin.
Lee Ten: Deep Winter

(I love the fact that he's a winter because I swear I would have a hard time finding color otherwise.)
- Professionally typed, and I agree. He looks best with the purples and reds. He can pull off True Winter colors better than Deep Autumn ones.
Dong Sicheng: Bright Winter

(The fashion designers KNOW he looks good in bright colors. Love that for him.)
- Despite his shyer demeanor, Winwin pulls off the brightness of Bright Winter exceptionally well. Many Bright Winters have this air of unapproachability to them with the reasons varying. He looks best with the greens and blues of the palette and can significantly borrow from the Bright Spring palette aside from the oranges.
Xiao Dejun: Deep Winter

(The black clothes are TOO common istg.)
- While Xiaojun is a Deep Winter, he can better borrow colors from the Deep Autumn palette rather than the True Winter palette. He looks the best with the greens and purples of the palette, and can wear darker brown better than Hendery or Ten.
Wong Kunhang: Deep Winter

(The first pic cracks me up. That doesn't erase the fact that he wears too much black.)
- A funny man with a prince-like appearance, Hendery wears the pinks and the blues of the palette the best. He can borrow from True Winter better than Deep Autumn, a stark contrast from Xiaojun.
Liu Yangyang: True Spring

(The only man of COLOR, no but his earlier posts were more colorful. Yangyang please wear more color I am BEGGING.)
- The severe lack of autumn in this household. Professionally typed as Light Spring which I wholeheartedly disagree. With his cheerful and bright personality, Liu Yangyang suits best the True Spring palette, especially the oranges and greens. He can borrow some colors from True Autumn, but only the lighter shades.
Here's a summary of all the seasons:
Deep Winter: Taeyong, Ten, Xiaojun, Hendery, Jeno
True Summer: Johnny, Mark, Chenle, Jisung
True Winter: Doyoung, Renjun
Bright Winter: Yuta, Winwin
Bright Spring: Kun, Jaemin
True Spring: Jungwoo, Yangyang
True Autumn: Jaehyun
Deep Autumn: Haechan
Overall, the statistic is accurate with many of East Asian features. Some seasonal palettes are more common within an ethnic group than others. Aside from that, the group statistic represents how the image of NCT as a whole is more winter-y than any other season, which could explain how there are a significant number of winters than any other season.

Hi Caro! I found your blog because I was looking for kpop seasonal color analysis and I absolutely love your post! It's so helpful and it makes so much sense. I was wondering, have you done Mark Lee's analysis? I keep wondering what his color is. I thought he'd be more cool tone since he suits blue hair so much, but recently I saw a picture of him next to Jaemin and noticed just how much warmer he is in comparison. Your thoughts? <3
mark lee's personal color is: true summer! aka a cool palette with some winter-adjacent contast. but still berry/rose/beige/charcoal colors. basically hot sauce era.

that kind of person resembles a nice summer evening at the shore — summer = light, soft, cool. zero red, orange, yellow, pure hues, and only few super dark colors. it's very gentle, but exciting.

that's why silver jewelry suits him so well. as do whites, pinks, greys, purples, and blues. think emily blunt. although nct's concept is bright winter, summer is a much breezier, softened seasonal color.

it can be made edgy, though. long as the colors aren't screaming and are still muted enough.

he'll appear warmer when wearing spring or autumn, that palette clashes with his immense cool undertone which e.g. makes gold stick out like a sore thumb when the rest of the outfit is blue-based.
cool/true summer's mortal enemy is orange because it is so warm. the more yellow-based the color, the more it kills mark's vibe.
whereas those nice emerald-like greens are just awesome.

NCT 127: Then vs Now
(Short analysis of the members' skills, mostly live performance, from their debut till now)
Taeil: No one can doubt his vocal abilities even during live performances. He carries the group when it comes to vocals. But he's severely lacking when it comes to his dancing skillsand stage presence. I don't understand how you could be in a hip-hop/edm based group known for it's catchy choreos and charisma for 7 years, yet not improve. Taeil is smart though, he blends in well with the group and does just enough during performances to not stand out awkwardly. But is that an excuse to not put an effort into bringing out the best of each song he's performing with the group? His face is almost dead when the camera focuses on him, no charm, no expression that suits the lyric he's singing or the overall vibe of the song. His dancing is just movements of his limbs, as if he wants to be done executing the choreo rather than care about how best he could execute it. It's been like that since debut. It's like he doesn't care to do more.
If he goes solo, I only see him singing emotional ballads rooted to one spot on the stage. That's not a bad thing, he will definitely be successful because of how confident he is in his vocal abilities. But he's not made for being group member or simply, he doesn't care about being in the group (Not to be mistaken as him not caring about the members of the group. They are two different things). It's safe to say I don't enjoy watching his fancams except when he's singing those high notes.
Johnny: Well, Johnny has improved in places..... Just not in anything specific. It's an overall improvement, I guess. He's trying, that shows. But it does come off as if he's trying TOO HARD. He's doing more when it's not really required and that might come off as a bit funny or awkward. Though, he's improved considerably in dancing and stage presence. He keeps his facial expressions loud but limited to only few. You'll understand if you see him perform live. His rapping is still.... meh. He raps the same for every song. Sometimes it fits the song, sometimes it just stands out badly. It sounds even terrible when his rap is after Taeyong's or Mark's, almost like SM is trying to set him up😬 So, absolutely no improvement in rap, though a lot in dancing and stage presence since debut.
Taeyong: Okay..... So he's already an established rapper and dancer in not only NCT, but also in the whole of kpop. He has brought a lot of fans into NCT and you can call him a veteran in the industry. His own group members and some outside rookies look up to him. He is also praised by a lot of professionals in the industry for his rapping and dance skills, including his seniors.
No argument here, his stage presence is the best in NCT. He knows how to execute the choreography on stage as well as how to look good while doing it. Unlike Taeil, he executes each movement with purpose. And his expressions are well timed and natural, and perfectly fits the vibe of the song he's performing. He's in the top 3 best dancers of NCT. He's also a really good rapper. So the title 'Born Performer' really holds up, but he had to put a lot of effort to get where he is now. The irony....!
His recent solo album 'Shalala' also showcased his singing abilities. Though not as good as Taeil or Doyoung, he can sing pretty well and bring out the emotions of the songs perfectly. Ruby, Gwando and 404 File Not Found are really good songs which shows how good he is at singing and rapping and switching between the two constantly. Also, he's absolutely improved in his song writing skill. His lyrics for the NCT songs were a bit questionable at times or downright head scratchers the other times. But he's now able to write meaningful lyrics with good metaphors and all. Also, his composing skills are exceptional. He wrote and composed all of the songs in Shalala (and wrote all and composed a few songs on his SoundCloud which are also very good).
Though he's the member who I think has improved the most in 127, I still have a few problems. His raps don't always fit the song or at times are straight up bad. For example, his rap in Love Song just takes me out of the song entirely and so does his rap in So Long by SuperM. They are just TERRIBLE! The way he pronounces the words in some songs makes me frown. He loves over stressing the 'd's and the 't's in the lyrics (Ex: OK! by NCT), and it sounds soooo freaking weird, lol! Also, he mumbles at times which is very distracting. He's a bit stiff when it comes to dancing. Though he can execute strong choreos pretty well cuz he's a dancer who's very focused on lines and angles his body makes, but when it comes to softer or smoother choreos, he doesn't tone down on the sharpness or stiffness to his movements, making it look a bit awkward.
This is what confuses me. Even though he's a really good rapper and dancer, he's not very consistent. As in, he's not good at them all the time. He's very experienced in the NCT and has a huge range in rap (comparing the songs Dark Clouds and Tiger Inside) and dance (The 7th Sense and Cherrybomb), though at times he executes the choreo a bit weirdy or his raps come off sounding awkward. But the fact remains that he's the most improved member in 127 since debut.
Yuta: I don't see any improvements to be honest, maybe vocal abilities? His voice is nice to listen to in 127 songs, but I don't think he has widened his range in singing. He's an alright rapper, not noteworthy but he does bring a good vibe to the songs. He's a bit stiff when it comes to dancing though, but again, he doesn't take you away from the performance. But, no improvement here since debut. Stage presence, well..... He has just 3 expressions, I'm-always-angry and I'm-not-impressed expressions reserved for most of the performances while Nothing-can-ruin-my-mood-today expression is solely for the Touch performances or the happy-vibe songs. That's about it. So yeah, it's pretty much meh in terms of improvement with him.
Doyoung: He has improved in vocals the most in the group and is the backbone of the group when it comes to background vocals and adlibs. With dance skills, he has improved slightly but not enough to be called 127's top 5 dancers, lol. But dancing doesn't seem to be his priority, like Taeil. Stage presence has improved considerably as well. He does the right expression at the right moment, but his body language remains the same. Overall, I see a good amount of improvement since debut, but he could put more effort into standing out if he wants to go solo in the future.
Jaehyun: He has surprised me recently with 'Perfume' performances. His dancing or stage presence never stood out to me before. But the Perfume era changed my mind. Maybe he's really happy to have debuted with the unit and be finally out of the shadows of Mark and Taeyong or maybe the choreo of the songs suits him so well, idk what exactly but he stood out 100% during the DJJ performances. His dancing was really good and his stage presence was eye catching. His vocal skills have always been fantastic and his baritone voice really stands out among the tenor vocals in 127, bringing the right amount of freshness to the songs. I still think he has improved considerably here.
In 127 though, he wasn't a..... attention grabber. His visuals yes, his performance? No. He's inconsistent when it comes to stage/camera presence. Oftentimes when the camera focuses on him, he has this 'IDGAF' ass bland expression on his face. Other few times, he does try. It's like he doesn't know what to do when he's on camera or simply looks like he doesn't wanna be there, lol.
So, I don't know if I can call his stage presence and dance during DJJ debut an improvement. It looks more like he was hiding his skills in the group and only brought them out during the DJJ debut. Though honestly, good for him, cuz he stood out the most in the group. But I have to look at the upcoming 127 comeback to see if he actually improved with 'Perfume' era or if it was a one time thing.
Jungwoo: Very much improved in dancing and stage presence. Vocals, not so much. He's been getting quite a lot of center time in the videos and stages, due to him getting better since debut. Though he does over dance at times and has a small range of facial expressions and body language, it doesn't take the viewer away from the performance. Again, he doesn't have the best voice in NCT and doesn't suit some of the 127 songs, but he's an alright singer. Taking all of this into account and the number of solo fans he has, we can see why he debuted in the DJJ unit.
Mark: Well, I don't think I have anything bad to say about him at all. He's Asia's best rapper, no kidding. And he's a really good performer. He's always been good at rapping and stage presence, but the area he's improved significantly for me is his dancing. He maintains the right energy from start to finish for all of his performances and he always gives his 100%. You can never catch him slacking. He's also a natural performer in the group, he doesn't have to try hard to bring the right energy to the songs. He is a key member to NCT along with Taeyong. Though, his solo songs haven't slapped for me, but he has a lot of time to improve, so I'm not worried at all. So, as for improvements, he's consistent when it comes to rapping and stage presence and improved a lot when it comes to dancing.
Haechan: He's improved in every aspect. Dancing, vocals, stage presence, everything. If you watch his fancams since debut, you can see the gradual change in his confidence on the mic and on the stage. He can easily go solo, no issues whatsover. He has a lovely voice and good vocal abilities, he brings the right attitude to the stage and he's 127's top 3 dancers, no questions! Idk why SM is hesitating to give him more opportunities (oh yeah, cuz it's a shit company!). I can see an overall improvement and I'm pretty sure he'll only get better.
The overall improvement ranking for each NCT 127 member-
Taeil- 2/10 (vocal improvements maybe?)
Johhny- 3/10
Taeyong- 9/10
Yuta- 2/10
Doyoung- 6/10
Jaehyun- 8/10 (based on DJJ)
Jungwoo- 5/10
Mark- 6/10
Haechan- 8/10

NCT 127 Regular-Irregular - Album Review
-- Image: MTV --
NCT 127 is actually a group I found through LOONA’s live cover of Cherry Bomb. I loved LOONA’s performance and the song so much I decided to check out some more NCT 127. I haven’t listened to all of their albums yet, but I know a good amount of their stuff. This album is split into side A, Regular, and side B, Irregular. Note that this is the original version, not the repackage.
I’ll listen to each song 3 times and rate them afterward. Each song will be rated on a scale of 1-10 with 5 being completely neutral, 1 being my least favorite song, and 10 being the best songs ever. Please take my rating with a grain of salt, my goal is to be honest, no hate :)
City 127 - 6
Clean piano chords, varied percussion, and smooth bass form the beginning of this song. Paired with almost hushed vocals, this song really sets the mood for the Regular side of this album. It feels very Bruno Mars, almost a campfire song vibe. Somewhat repetitive and dry, but that’s to be expected with an intro song. Vocals are not top notch, but the vibe is there for sure. I overall like this song.
Regular (Korean Version) - 7
This song takes the same subdued energy from City 127 and puts a fun spin on it. The beat is relaxed but playful. Verses aren’t spectacular but the chorus slaps holy f*ck. It has the same sort of bad*ss energy as AUTOMATIC by Chancellor or We Go Up by fellow subunit NCT Dream. It has a very strong movie soundtrack feel, in a good way. Unfortunately, the rhymes and vocal rhythms are not as good as the English version for once in kpop, so it loses some of its charm. For that reason I’ll have to lower its score.
Replay (PM 01:27) - 8
Another track that could be described as both energetic and relaxed. That mood combined with the distant vocal chops and stab synth remind me of LOONA’s Heat from XX. Both songs remind me a decent bit of Diplo’s production. Both are produced by highly esteemed names in kpop: Heat by Daniel Caesar (Red Flavor, New) and Replay by LDN Noise (Jopping, Dumb Dumb). All tangents aside, this song is great and feels iconic, though its similarity to so many songs makes it somewhat ‘done’ already. Despite that, its hype is undeniable.
Knock On - 8
Soft electric piano and pitched vocal chops set a calm, spacey vibe for this R&B ballad. This song feels as if you’re driving slowly down a country road with the windows down on a cool summer night. Perfect 10 by Red Velvet, that’s what I see in this song. Smooth, nurturing, and beautiful. Occasionally, use of autotune can be excessive, but mostly the vocals are beautiful. Lacks some excitement, but certainly soft and incredibly textured. A great track.
No Longer - 4
Minimalist R&B tinged classical instrumentation sets the stage for soft and sweet vocals. This song is a full-on ballad. Personally I tend to not be impressed by classic ballads. I generally want a bit of flair in these types of songs. That said, the vocals are quite nice in this song, and the slow build feels quite cinematic. Not my cup of tea exactly but a beautiful song no less.
Interlude: Regular to Irregular - 6.5
I know this isn’t exactly a full on song, as it’s an interlude, but I figured I should include it anyway. This song continues the classical vibe of No Longer but removes the R&B aspect. It’s as if from Knock On to this interlude there is a slow transition between R&B and classical ballad. Holy sh*t! About half way in we switch to Side B Irregular and WOW. It’s immersive, dark, hip hop inspired beat is stunning. The 6.5 score is an average between a 5 for the first half and an 8 for the second.
My Van - 7.5
Dark and frightening, this icy cold beat sets the stage for some incredibly smooth rapping from Taeyong and Mark. The sharp high pitched synth mixed with the low bass are a daring combo that work together perfectly. The deep echo and experimental dark remind me of The Weeknd’s first mixtapes. Can feel a bit “swampy” because of how tripped out it is. Good song though.
Come Back - 9
We’re bringing back the gritty synth from Regular to Irregular. It’s much more approachable than the interlude however, though still an intense song. These are matched with the harmonized low-pass filtered plucks for some ear candy juxtaposition. It actually feels quite a bit like Puzzle, the Charli Taft produced b-side off Choerry’s solo release. Generally a Charli Taft vibe with the synth sounds. In particular the verses are infectiously groovy.
Fly Away With Me - 7.5
The instrumentals at the very beginning are relatively the same from My Van, but this song utilizes them completely differently. The song could be characterized as a high energy ballad. It has a certain quality, best described as a slow driving force. Between the harmony choices and the smooth but energetic feel to it, this song gives Red Velvet to me. I generally like this song.
Regular (English Version) - 8
Not only does this song slap, the english version is actually better than the Korean version. There are so many hilarious slang references and memeable lyrics. Doesn’t quite fit the Irregular vibe, but who cares.
Run Back 2 U (Bonus Track) - 6
Autotune at the beginning is a bit off-puttingly strong. Because of this and the lack of change in the music, the verses aren’t extremely impressive. I believe this isn’t the first time I’ve referenced Love Cherry Motion, but this song really reminds me of it. Smooth and soft turns into hard hitting and bad*ss. The different parts of the song could be slightly more coherent however. The rap parts remind me of My Van once again. Seems to be a motif on the Irregular side. Solid but not amazing.
Final Thoughts
I really enjoyed listening to this album! I love the concept of the Regular and Irregular sides. It feels like a throwback to the record days, with the A side and B side. I would say I preferred the sound of the Irregular side, partially just because, as the name suggests, it is certainly somewhat irregular in kpop, particularly songs like My Van and the interlude between sides. I really loved the gritty synths and driving feel to all of the Irregular songs. I would give this album an overall score of 7.5. Some songs were amazing and some were decent, but I didn't really dislike anything. If the ratings didn’t make it clear, my favorite song off this record is Come Back. It really reminds me of Ay-Yo from the 4th album repackage. This album shows that NCT 127 is a very, very versatile group and can dial in many different styles. Thanks for reading, let me know what you think!

Theme Comparison: 'Eyes On Me' by Alfred Sun vs. 'Nightwalker' by TEN
‘Eyes On Me’ by Alfred Sun
A fairly simple song in terms of lyrics and the music video itself, but Alfred Sun thoughtfully considered the performance that portrays philautia (love for oneself). Straight off the bat, the theme of the video is immediately placed on the audience. Alfred wears a light blue outfit as opposed to the backup dancers in white. If it was a dark shade to be a direct opposite of white, it would stand out too much with what he wanted to convey. Instead, the background does the work for him, the main focal point being the harsh beam of light in the background that always centers on Alfred.
Alfred is constantly in the front and center of the performance, which is typically unconventional for most performances. Dancers constantly change from a fixed spot on stage to build a sense of movement or dynamics. The backup dancers compensate for this by changing the amount of space and people in each segment. How would the rap segment at 1:06 get conveyed differently if all of the backup dancers were present instead of just four? It would not be fitting for the theme; The most distinct verse of the song should focus on him being the distinct person he is performing.
‘Nightwalker’ by TEN
TEN's performance from his latest concept holds similar themes to Alfred’s performance on the surface—similar color schemes, composition structure, and symbolism—except this song is an example of agape love (love of the divine). The ending of their entanglement begins at 1:28 when TEN moves away from the center and the backup dancers are no longer facing him. This is where you begin to see that the dancers do not serve to compliment TEN's dancing, but rather function as a unit to construct the abstractness of his faith. The rap segment uses a larger amount of dancers than Alfred's. This enhances the dance better than if they used fewer dancers, as divinity is something greater than you can imagine.
The dance break at 2:16 is very similar to Alfred’s (1:59), and why I thought to compare these two, because it shows how the purpose of the song drastically changes the end result. Instead of the backup dancers being ‘directed’ by the artist, they act as the spirit inhabiting TEN by extending his performance outward. He also uses the same beam of light as Alfred, though for a different symbolic meaning. Up until the end of the video, TEN is in the abyss, and the parting from the center that we see previously shows it's an endless darkness. When the light is revealed at the end, his walking towards conveys his faith of a greater being.
I try to make these analyses short, but if you would like longer, more detail-oriented ones, feel free to let me know!

Note about my Blog:
Unfortunately I don't do personal paid readings currently, because of work and university. Please do not ask for personal readings. I will announce it on my other blog if I shall ever start doing personal readings. On my other blog I am answering general Vedic Astro asks/questions. The link is here 🪐 Shukra's Astro Asks 🪐.
Further, I would really like to clarify some things here. The purpose of my posts are to show my readers how to analyze Birth charts based on Vedic Astrological techniques. This means I will show you how to read D1 and D9 charts in order to help you find out all the neccessary information about your future spouse and your marriage.
So with that I kindly want to remind everyone that I will not respond to any sort of synastry requests or requests on individuals/celebrities who's birth time is not confirmed, because it makes no sense to analyze a person's chart if their 7th house cannot be determined.
Because of too much hate and rudeness on one side and too much expectations and pressure on the other side coming from users daily, I have decided not to do any BTS Jungkook related analysis posts anymore. ❌
I am asking everyone to not send me any questions and asks ragerding his chart or his future spouse anymore. They will not be answered‼️
Thanks a lot. 🌺

212 K names of men who have actively participated in the Nth Room/Telegram scandal in South Korea will allegedly be revealed over the next couple of days on Twitter/X.
This is related to the sex crimes Taeil Nct 127 has been accused and charged of.
Allegedly, up to 30 participants (probably even more) are male kpop idols and there has been a lot of rumours going around that some of the idols might be from EXO and Oneus.
Unfortunately, one of the idols you stan and heavily bias might be one of them.
The texts that Taeil sent to his victims on Kakao are going around on Twitter and the messages he sent are low-key disgusting.
No it's not going to prevent me from writing smut and doing my spicy natal chart analysis because the entire male kpop industry shouldn't be punished for the crimes of one man.
But it has made me more weary from now of who I support and stan.
So I eagerly await with bated breath and hope that none of the idols I stan will be on that list.
#ateez hard hours#kpop hard hours#nct 127#moon taeil#if Kai from exo is on there I'll low-key want to cry#if any of skz and Ateez are on there I think I'll bawl my fucking eyes out

You live life in defined stages, set in their ways, dislike change. Anal personality, structured, to-do lists that must be crossed off and any step out of the system creates irritation. You are doing something you don’t want, to get something you don’t want, simply because you once decided. You are being told to embrace partnership, learning how to dance would help, choose a dance style in which it involves two people going in a rhythm like salsa. This will help with adaptability and flexibility which you really need. Tightness in body will be gone to. You take the road taken while yearning for adventure, you think, but you never act. hesitant energy due to defeated mindset: first the world defeated you and now you defeat you. You need love, you like love, you crave love and affection but darn it if you show this. You crave intimacy. You like to seem tough. You want softness. A go-getter. Someone who says they don’t have time for love and will focus on their career. A free thinker who doesn’t like changes. Theme of love life: opposites attract like rebel meets high school sweetheart, princess and the frog, forbidden romance. Loyal to a fault. MAIN MESSAGE: Embrace partnerships especially romantic, it will change your life. Don’t rush but embrace, go out on dates, meet people, BE VULNERABLE. Now listen carefully: there is no shame in wanting to be loved, it’s the most human thing to feel. Work on this and many of your problems will vanish, like literally be banned from your life.

*If all this isn’t happening currently, it means you must make it happen* NEW BEGINNINGS. All the conflict and shame is in the past, all the cold wars, all the over analysis, complaining and gossiping, all the plans are out the window. It is a fresh new start. ‘Beautiful’ by NCT might be relevant for you. You have worked hard to save relationships, biting your tounge and all to the deterioration of your own happiness. No more. You are done. You are done in a good way. ALL YOUR focus and all you energy is being invested in changes, changing decor, moving homes, letting go of the stuff in your house that doesn’t bring you joy, a de-clutter. It’s like moving into a new environment where no one has a pre-concieved notion of who you are, so you can begin anew. You can be who you want to be. You are being told to not rush the process, it might already be at a good velocity, learn from your past but not let old experiences get in the way of making new ones. LEAVE THE BAGGAGE. CUT CORDS. It seems like you are moving away from family and siblings for some of you. A year from now, it’s a different story, a good one. CHANNELED PHRASES: new home, relief, reminiscing past as simply past with no negativity. You are a hard worker and it will be rewarded and I know you are tired of hearing the word patient, but you will be rewarded soon. Fight for your place in the world, don’t let people walk over you. Remember Energy flows where attention goes, if you constantly keep replaying the past in your head like a cassette and its like asking ‘Why won’t the music stop when I hit replay’, its because you are replaying it, and harbouring resentment. LEARN TO FIGHT BACK. Don’t show the other cheek, and make do. Make the best of the situation but that doesn’t mean you let go of your rights, please communicate your desires and work towards it, instead of running away from conflict. Color Analysis of NCT Members: NCT Dream
This is part 2 of my NCT color analysis post.
Unto NCT Dream, I will not add Mark or Haechan as I have already discussed them in 127, but I do believe they are as part of this group as they are on the other one:
Huang Renjun: True Winter

(He knows his best colors iktr)
- A surprising palette for a cheerful man, Renjun is a True Winter that is able to pull of True Summer colors with only a few flaws. He looks best with the yellows and reds of the palette which is fitting for his cheerful personality.
Lee Jeno: Deep Winter

- Aside from True Summer, NCT is abundant in Deep Winters which is to be expected. They're Asian. Looking his best with the reds and violets of the palette, Jeno can also pull off many True Winter colors.
Na Jaemin: Bright Spring

(Can we talk about how Hello Future, Hot Sauce and Beatbox are the only times Jaemin wears any sort of Bright Spring colors like??? That man wears three colors, Black, White, and Pink, and not the right shade of pink too🙄🙄🙄)
- A fitting palette for a sophisticated yet fashionably loud man, Jaemin pulls off the pinks and cyans of the palette with little flaw. He can borrow some colors of Bright Winter, but not the reds.
Zhong Chenle: True Summer

(That one tweet about NCT Dream being a bunch of men without Renjun is right. There's not a damn color in this household, and if there is, it's a photoshoot or stage outfit.)
- He was professionally typed as True Summer which I agree. Despite being pale and having a higher contrast with his black hair, his skin lacks the shine that most True Winters/Bright Winters have. Instead, his skin has a matte look. Looking his best with the blues and purples of the palette, he can pull off some lighter True Winter colors than the rest.
Park Jisung: True Summer

(Unless it is Renjun, Jeno, or Mark, I don't want to look for the dreamies in any other color. These men are monochromatic af. I struggled, went to hell and back, literally cried. I don't want to do this anymore. NONE OF YOU LOOK GOOD IN BLACK, STOP WEARING THEM)
- Professionally typed as True Summer, which I agree, he looks best with the pinks and the greens of the palette. Many True Summers have this yellower tint to their skin which can often be thought of as being warm-toned, but no. He is fully cool-toned and he doesn't suit any sort of warm colors to his skin at all.

Note
Have you done Haechan's personal color analysis by any chance? I'm trying to look for it but you know how tumblr's search is
i haven't, though he's typed as deep autumn frequently, there seems to be consensus about that.
bonus, made by a south korean color analyst: nct dream analysis video. her system is a bit different (the seasons have alternative names) but the channel is a treasure chest for finding kpop typings.
