You got to make the most of your second life. I was born Nayvadius, but now I'm Future. Should I dwell on what Nayvadius was supposed to be? I get a chance to experience life as something else. I wasn't supposed to be like this.

Nayvadius DeMun Cash (Wilburn; November 20, 1983) known professionally as Future, is a rapper and singer. He is considered a pioneer in the use of auto-tuned melodies in modern trap music. Due to the sustained popularity of this musical style, he is regarded as one of the most influential rappers of his generation.
Born and raised in Atlanta, he signed a recording contract with A1 Recordings and Epic Records in 2011, and released the albums Pluto (2012) and Honest (2014), which contained the platinum-certified singles “Turn On the Lights”, “Honest”, “Move That Dope”, and “I Won”. His subsequent albums would each peak the US Billboard 200 and receive wider critical and commercial success upon release, beginning with his third album DS2 (2015) and its follow-up Evol (2016), which were supported by the lead singles “Where Ya At” and “Low Life”. Future’s eponymous fifth album and its successor Hndrxx (both 2017) made him the first artist in history to debut two albums in consecutive weeks atop the US Billboard 200; the former contained the international hits “Used to This” and “Mask Off”.
After departing A1, he released the albums The Wizrd (2019) and High Off Life (2020), the latter spawned the diamond-certified single “Life Is Good”. He achieved his first #1 single on the Hot 100 after a record-breaking 125 entries from his guest appearance on Drake’s single “Way 2 Sexy”. His ninth studio album, I Never Liked You (2022), spawned his second single to peak on the Hot 100 and first to do so as a lead artist, “Wait for U”. The song won a Grammy Award for Best Melodic Rap Performance, while its parent album received a nomination for Best Rap Album.
He released the mixtapes Beast Mode, 56 Nights, and What a Time to Be Alive in 2015; the latter included the hit song “Jumpman”. He released the full-length collaborative projects Super Slimey (2017), Wrld on Drugs (2018), and Pluto x Baby Pluto (2020). Among the best-selling hip-hop musicians, his accolades include two Grammy Awards from ten total nominations.
He is the father of at least seven children. #africanhistory365 #africanexcellence

PROLOGUE
Here's something I've learned about people.
We think we know someone, but the truth is that we only know the version of them they have chosen to show us. We know our friend in a certain light, but we don't know them the way their lover does. Just the way their lover will never know them the same way that you do as their friend. Their mother knows them differently than their roommate, who knows them differently than their colleague. Their secret admirer looks at them and sees an elaborate sunset of brilliant color and dimension and spirit and pricelessness. And yet, a stranger will pass that person and see a faceless member of the crowd, nothing more. We may hear rumors about a person and believe those things to be true. We may one day meet that person and feel foolish for believing baseless gossip.
This is the first generation that will be able to look back on their entire life story documented in pictures on the internet, and together we will all discover the after-effects of that. Ultimately, we post photos online to curate what strangers think of us. But then we wake up, look in the mirror at our faces and see the cracks and scars and blemishes, and cringe. We hope someday we'll meet someone who will see that same morning face and instead see their future, their partner, their forever. Someone who will still choose us even when they see all of the sides of the story, all the angles of the kaleidoscope that is you.
The point being, despite our need to simplify and generalize absolutely everyone and everything in this life, humans are intrinsically impossible to simplify. We are never just good or just bad. We are mosaics of our worst selves and our best selves, our deepest secrets and our favorite stories to tell at a dinner party, existing somewhere between our well-lit profile photo and our drivers license shot. We are all a mixture of our selfishness and generosity, loyalty and self-preservation, pragmatism and impulsiveness. I've been in the public eye since I was 15 years old. On the beautiful, lovely side of that, I've been so lucky to make music for living and look out into crowds of loving, vibrant people. On the other side of the coin, my mistakes have been used against me, my heartbreaks have been used as entertainment, and my songwriting has been trivialized as 'oversharing'.
When this album comes out, gossip blogs will scour the lyrics for the men they can attribute to each song, as if the inspiration for music is as simple and basic as a paternity test. There will be slideshows of photos backing up each incorrect theory, because it's 2017 and if you didn't see a picture of it, it couldn't have happened right?
Let me say it again, louder for those in the back…
We think we know someone, but the truth is that we only know the version of them that they have chosen to show us.
There will be no further explanation
There will be just reputation.

Breaking Down Kendrick Lamar's Drake Diss 'euphoria,' Line By Line
We may earn a commission from links on this page.
History’s best rappers force listeners to peel back the layers of their bars to find meaning lingering beneath the surface. In that, Kendrick Lamar can teach a master class: He’s known for making albums with nonlinear storylines and deep cut references.
“euphoria,” his dense, six-plus-minute assault on Drake, is no exception.

Here are some of the gems from the song that you may have missed on your first few listens.
“Everything they say about me is true”
Two standout gems from the track are present before Kendrick utters a word. The song is titled “euphoria,” and the track is a euphoric (or elated, as shown in the song’s dictionary definition artwork) experience for Kendrick. But it’s also the title of the hit HBO show produced by Drake, which has been criticized for its sexualization of teenagers. Drake has also been criticized for his proximity to teenage girls in his personal life.
The song intro’s reversed audio clip is from Richard Pryor’s portrayal of the titular character in “The Wiz,” — the 1978 remake of the classic “The Wizard of Oz,” in which he admits he’s a “phony.”
“Hellcat, made his homeboys and them type sell they soul, okay / Everybody wanna be demon ‘til they get chipped by your throwaway”
On “Taylor Made Freestyle,” Drake told Drake that he “better have a mother***ing quintuple entendre” in his response. K. Dot obliged, with these lines that revolve around the word “demon.” On “Push Ups,” Drake warned “don’t wake the demon up.” The genesis of their beef appears to be Kendrick’s renowned “throwaway” verse on Big Sean’s B-side “Control.”
Future also has a song called “Throw Away;” his real name is Nayvadius DeMun Cash, and he and Drake are rumored to be feuding over a woman. Translation: Drake was talking trash until his ego was bruised by Kendrick’s lyrics, and he rolled with frequent collaborator Future until they slept with the same girl.
“The very first time I shot me a Drac’, the homie had told me to aim it this way / I didn’t point down enough, today, I’ll show you I learned from those mistakes”
Drake is Kendrick’s opponent, and a Draco is a semi-automatic pistol. While referring to the gun, Kendrick is saying that he misfired after aiming it incorrectly but has since learned how to use it. He also appears to be saying that after years of trading subliminal disses, he’s finally aiming directly at him and shooting to kill.
“Its three G.O.A.T.s left, and I seen two of them kissin’ and huggin’ on stage / I love ‘em to death, and in eight bars, I’ll explain that phrase … Cole and Aubrey know I’m a selfish nigga / The crown is heavy / I pray they my real friends, if not, I’m YNW Melly”
Kendrick refers to himself, J. Cole, and Drake (neé Aubrey Graham) as “three G.O.A.T.s” in this line, but on “Like That” he famously claimed “f**k the big three; it’s big me.” He says here that he “loves them to death,” but precisely eight lines later, he reveals a flip on the colloquialism: YNW Melly, the rapper behind the song “Murder On My Mind,” is on trial for killing his two friends in a double homicide case. Kendrick’s message is clear: he’s willing to lyrically eviscerate his fellow two MCs if necessary.
“Am I battlin’ ghosts or AI? N***a feelin’ like Joel Osteen / Funny, he was in a film called “AI” / And my sixth sense tellin’ me to off him”
Here, Kendrick Lamar teases Drake for his use of anything besides his own lyrics and voice. He asks if he’s battling “ghosts,” a reference to Drake’s alleged ghostwriters, or “A.I.,” since Drake used artificial intelligence voice filters to imitate 2Pac and Snoop Dogg. After that, he appears to be referring not to the televangelist pastor Joel Osteen, but the similarly named child actor Haley Joel Osment, who acted in the films “AI” and “The Sixth Sense.”

If you push feminism, you have a job, and you can’t hold it down, I don’t ever want you. You sold your aunt crack? Get sense, dude. Those rappers aren’t gangster. Are they in jail, are they getting jammed up, and a president won’t get them out? Understand what is, good sir. You are a homosexual, you first liked women and she called you a coon? Fuck the Japanese. Look at their women when they leave Japan. Idiots. You are dumb?

If Ciara was alone or with some no name, he wouldn't pay her or her man DUST
But she's with a guy who is at or near Future's level in terms of wealth and social status. Even worse, Russell refuses to engage, which leaves Nayvadius kicking + screaming, punching at the air LMAOOOO
