is all too familiar with that self-assured smirk playing at your lips— and his alarms are going off. before he can say anything though, as he watches make your way to him, you do something he could've never seen coming.

your hands rest on his collar, and before he can grasp what it is that you're trying to do— you pull him closer, making him stumble forward purely out of surprise, his much larger hand instinctively falling to the wall behind you, “w-what are you trying to do?” he hates that he stutters.

“trying to get a better look,” and he hates that you're smirking.

“... at what?” he swallows the lump in his throat, hoping it comes off as casual as he intended it to be.

“you've got an eyelash right here,” you smile, brushing his cheek lightly and reeling back. this is wrong— there was something you were supposed to do, something he wanted you to do— though he'd rather die than admit it.

“oh,” he says, a little dejected, “you could've just said that.”

“but then i wouldn't be able to do this,” you catch him by surprise the second time in two minutes when your lips meet his, quick but indulging and when you pull back, he chases after your lips.

and he hates that you're smiling and he loves it because it makes him want to smile too.

ITOSHI SAE. . .

resists the amused smile tugging at his lips when your arms rest on his shoulders. its 2 am on a wednesday and he has early practice tomorrow morning, so how you managed to convince him for a slow dance in the kitchen is beyond him. for what it's worth, he'll let it be because he doesn't mind this too much, not when your hands travel to the collars of his navy blue shirt.

then he feels a tug, and you pull him closer. it catches him off guard for sure, the spontaneity of your gesture making him stumble forward, hands coming to rest on your waist, “hey, watch it,”

you do nothing but grin, lips meeting his for a kiss as slow as the dance you initiated, he kisses you back without hesitation.

when you pull back, a little breathless with swollen lips, he asks again, “what was that for?”

he huffs when you mutter something like i just wanted to try it, but what he wont tell you is that he might look forward to you doing it again in the future.

NAGI SEISHIRO. . .

blinks at you, you're standing on your tiptoes— hands on his shoulders for support but he's still much too tall for you. he wants to ask you what it is that you want, but he'll take a guess— it must be a kiss. being the good boyfriend he is, he decides to save you the moment of asking him to bend down, initiating it himself as he does.

he takes a moment to appreciate how your eyes light up, and it's all it takes for you to grasp the collar of his hoodie, and pull him down in one swift moment.

your lips brush just barely — a tease — hovering just breaths away, nagi eyes the way they move to form words when you speak, “you're too tall, sei,”

nagi takes matter in his own hands, closing the aching distance between your lips, his next words muffled inbetween, “ ’s okay, you can do this more often.”

MIKAGE REO. . .

smiles at your reflection, eyes and hands alike tracing the fabric of the silken red dress roping the curves and slopes of your frame, “do i look okay?” you ask, and reo wants to laugh at the absurdity of the question.

“you look absolutely stunning.” he says, smiling into the crook of your neck.

you turn around at his words, a pretty smile adorning your lips. if he's being honest, reo expects a kiss— when you lean in just a little closer, he expects a quick but sweet brush of your lips on his.

instead he feels your hands grasping his collar, a surprised gasp leaves his lips when you pull him closer, “wait, what—”

“you look quite handsome yourself,” you whisper, the familiar smile from before still fresh on your lips, and reo feels his heart ricochet like bullets in his ribcage.

it takes him a few moments to come back to earth, resting his head on your shoulders when he does, “okay, but that was kinda hot.”

ISAGI YOICHI. . .

finds himself at a loss for words, somehow they're running in his mind at a million miles per second and yet when he tries to speak, all that comes out is a, “h-hey, wait—”

he thinks he could've guessed it, when you had that mischievous smile on your face. but he still couldn't prepared for when you grab the collar of his shirt and pull him closer, with a force not as harsh but enough that he barely catches himself.

“hi,” you laugh, watching heat settling in his cheeks at the awareness of such close proximity.

your smile, which would've usually calmed him, only makes him vaguely conscious of how your lips are barely a hair's breadth away. he snakes his arm around your waist to support himself anyway, unable to resist mirroring your laugh, “uhm, hi...? god, you caught me off guard.”

CHIGIRI HYOMA. . .

tilts his head in confusion, eyeing the seriousness of your expression, “what's wrong?” he asks.

he prepares himself for anything, maybe to whisper a few words of comfort if you need. he can handle it, he thinks.

and he realises he was utterly wrong when all you do is grasp the collar of his shirt, and before he can ask you what you're doing, he feels you tug and pull him forward.

“mhm, you look pretty even up close.” if the sudden boldness of your action didn't catch him off guard, then your compliment sure did, even though he's heard it countless times before.

but he laughs nonetheless, quickly gaining back his composure, “thanks, i could say the same for you.”

The air was crisp, the scent of your favorite cinnamon candle burning in the living room wafting through the air as the menu credits of St. Elmo's Fire played from the television. Freshly plated pumpkin squares sat on the coffee table next to two mugs of milk, the scent only adding to the aroma of the candle. The scene truly looked like something straight out of a romance movie, and the only thing missing was your leading man.

Just as you checked your watch, the familiar sound of the car engine turning off rumbled outside, prompting you to leave your spot on the couch and head for the door. Instinctively pulling open the door, you greeted Steve with a soft peck before moving to let him in.

The boy's jaw was just about on the floor as he took in the sight in front of him—you, all wrapped up in the sweater he'd forgotten a couple days ago, looking absolutely beautiful and perfect. It was a navy blue number, one that fit him snuggly but seemingly swallowed you whole. You had to curl the ends of the sleeves into your fists, effectively making paws out of the material, so they didn't drag or get caught in any of the snacks you'd made.

"Woohoo," you called, waving a hand in front of his widened eyes. "You good up there?"

He blinked a couple times, bringing himself out of his thoughts. "Just wondering how in the world I got so lucky enough to end up with the prettiest girl this side of the Mississippi."

A blush crept up your cheeks as you flashed a shy smile his way. "You think I'm pretty, Stevie?" you kidded, hitting his chest jokingly. "I never would've guessed."

A deep chuckle fell from his lips as he pulled you in for a hug, his lips pressing softly into your scalp. "I think you're very pretty. The prettiest girl in the whole galaxy."

You shot him a playful look, a smirk tugging at your mouth. "What made me get upgraded in the last ten seconds?"

And with that, he was back to his normal self. Not that Steve wasn't sappy or absolutely in love with you, but that was just the bonus version of Steve. The Steve you'd fallen for was sarcastic and playful and knew exactly how to create the perfect balance of charm and romance. "I take it back. Your sarcasm has you back down to 'prettiest girl this side of the Mississippi'," he joked, slapping you playfully across your denim-clad butt.

In a matter of seconds, you were back in the living room, Steve's face practically glowing as he took in the display in front of him. "Woman, you spoil me."

You brushed a delicate kiss to the sharp line of his jaw, arms wrapping around his midsection. "It's easy to spoil someone when they love you the way you love me."

"I don't know what I'd do without you," he commented, lips meeting the top of your head once more.

Your eyes met his, a knowing smile splayed across both of your mouths. "Well, for one, you'd have no one to share your sweaters with. And for two, you'd die of pumpkin deprivation."

"And that, my love, is a world in which no one deserves to live."

Sasuke isn't big on nicknames, and when I say this what I mean is that he's not really one to use them. That doesn't mean he isn't fond of the ones I use for him!! Which are babe, sweetheart, and love (unless of course Naruto should overhear and decide to mimic me, then he isn't so fond). As for me, Sasuke usually just prefers to call me by name. But when we're alone or out of earshot of other people, and I'm blushing? Then I'm his lil' tomato.... 😳 More on that here.

skittles – what color(s) remind you of the other(s)?

I was hoping to get this one!! Sasuke is deep navy and dark blues for me. Kind of like the night sky? Because that's when I feel the safest and most at peace, and he gives me the same feeling. Also because blues symbolize trust and loyalty. And though I associate myself with yellow, I think white makes Sasuke think of me more. White is a fresh start. It's pure and true (like my love for him), it's in the onigiri I make for him, it's a blank page or canvas (and I'm an artist). It's also like I'm another light in his life? Very... if he's the night sky, I'm the stars sort of thing kdjbvhjvfbdjd 🙈

twix – in what ways do you complement each other?

This is the hardest one to answer so far. >.< But I think that Chrollo and I are both quite reflective thinkers, who really crave to understand the things that interest us deeply? Even if those interests are entirely different, I think we have a lot of respect for how the other's mind works, and so conflict is minimal. Also I feel the need to mention that I am a taurus and he is a scorpio... and I think that speaks for itself.

snickers – what’s the dumbest/silliest thing that makes all of you laugh?

Hmm, in the au where I am also a nen user, and frequently commissioned by Chrollo to assist the troupe with heists... we like to people watch while we're playing our parts at whatever grand event he has his sights set on upending. We'll see who can get a better read on the other guests, or otherwise come up with ridiculous fake lives/backstories for everyone who passes by. In the au where I'm a civilian/have no idea who he is, we do this in parks and cafes. 🤭

1. Version 6.0: Elysia - Herrscher of Human: Ego

OKAY. SO.

This.....THIS BUBBLEGUM BITCH IS THE CAUSE OF THE GODDAMN PROBLEM WITH THE COLOR PALLETTE ON THE BATTLESUITS THESE DAYS. YOU, ELYSIA. YOU'RE THE CAUSE OF THIS.

BUT. I do wanna say one thing; since she's the one who started this bullshit, it's pretty obvious the color scheme fits her. I kinda like the design, and the color scheme clashes well when it comes to her, sooooo the rating is: 8/10! Kinda solid.

2. Version 6.1: Li Sushang - Jade Knight

Ok i have to tell the truth here and say that i.....prefer her HSR design, obv. But this design is nice too, so yea. Plus! It kinda sticks with the name of the battlesuit; "Jade Knight", since there's jades in some areas of the battlesuit, which is pretty lit!

Rating is: 7/10! Once again, i prefer her HSR design, but this one is nice too.

3. Version 6.2: Ai Hyperion - Chrono Navi

Good god i do NOT like this design that much ngl. Idk why, it just doesn't scream to me well. Ugh.....

Rating is: 4.5/10. Idk what to say abt this other than the fact that i'm not a big fan of this design.

L'Manburg Lovers (Tommyinnit X Reader)|| Chapter 1- “Simping” Gets You Somewhere

“Good afternoon, mornin’, night y buenas tardes, buenos días, buenas noches, whatever Chat! We’ll start doin’ stuff in a few minutes and as always I’ll try to read Chat and answer any questions.” I said, smiling to my camera and waving as Chat comments came flooding in; mostly people asking how I was doing and saying hi.

“I’m doin’ pretty okay, thanks for askin’ Chat! Better now that I’m here, with y’all, and we gonna be checkin out this world I’ve been working on for a while! Sound good, guys?” Chat spammed POG and my personalised “Les GOOO”  sub-emote of me dressed in my signature navy giant blanket hoodie looking extremely excited.

I giggled and opened the world, listening to the first dono of the stream: “Hey Nyxie, How do you feel about the people shipping you with TubboLive and Tommyinnit? P.S. love you and your streams; you’re the best builder ever, Grian should be proud of you queen! ♡❤️💛💚💙💜♡” Read the soft robotic female voice.

“Thanks for the five dollars, Woild’sYerErster54! Certainly not the best builder ever I mean half my stuff is just Grian Build Hacks, but thanks! About the shipping um, well, as you guys know I’m good with being shipped and fanfic and all that fun stuff as long as it is,” I started, bringing up my hand into view to list of the rules on my fingers, “Legal as I am only 17 and the fan fic doesn’t get too spicy. That’s it. Just the two rules. But I do watch both of them, kind of a fan, so I don’t mind, just please always make sure the person is comfortable with being shipped and in fanfics and with fans using real names and all that jazz.” Chat kept spamming “Respectful Queen POG” which I giggled at. 

“Any way, Chat, I’m proud of this absolute mess of a town that I’ve built!” I said as the world loaded in, A simple concrete road connecting the build of the day to my cyan mansion and the very much under construction skyscraper hotel, “Yes I did it in creative, yes I know that makes it less impressive, but still.” I went into f5 to show my minecraft skin looking into the camera and punching the air. “But look, guys! I did a new build style and it doesn’t look bad!” I ran in front of the large, white, modern build I had managed to get tolerable. Chat commented mostly positive things, largely about how pretty and clean it looked. “You guys have been asking for another build tutorial stream, so I figured this is something simple you can try to do along with me like Bob Ross but with small levels of rage infused in there!” I said cheerfully. I got to work explaining what to do and how to customize it so it wasn’t too copy and paste. 

After a bit more than half an hour, I got a dono that really stood out: “Lol, Nyxsomnia simps for me and Tubbo pathetic. Decent build tho” I looked at the person who donated and the amount: Tommyinnit for $42.69. Chat started freaking out, flooding in “Tommy in chat!”s and “Simp”s in Chat. 

“Wait, is that real? Is that the blondie bitch-boy, demon child, Hamilton kinnie himself? On my lil’ builder stream no one really wants?” I asked. I pulled up Tommy’s twitch, He was streaming: Investigating My Simps I opened it. My stream was showing. Tommy was smirking but crossing his arms at being called a bitch-boy. “Oh my God it’s actually him. Listen, Tommyinnit from Technoblade I don’t simp for you. Tubbo maybe on some days, you? No way in Hell.” I said. My phone buzzed and I saw he had followed me on Twitter and sent me a message. It was a discord link. I opened it, surprised to find it was the chat room Tommy used to communicate with all his streamer friends, and joined the VC he was in. 

“Um, hi.” I said, struggling to sound and look calm. I mean, I talked to him as a character in my 3 AM lonely time rants but never thought I’d talk to the real one.

“What the fuck, Woman? I give you money out of the kindness of my heart and you don’t thank me like every other person who donates, but proceed to call me a bitch-boy, demon child, and Hamilton kinnie!” He shouted in his characteristic scream.

“Ah, screaming and not referring to females by their name, now I know for sure it’s you. In my defense, Tommy, I mean, it’s not like I expected you to actually be on my miniscule stream!” I said defensively. He took a pause and I didn’t even have to watch his camera to know he was tilting his head around in theatrical consideration. 

“Okay that bit is fair I guess, I mean I am friends with Dream and I’ve got like 500 thousand odd Twitch followers so ehaaa I guess that makes sense.” He said chuckling, saying the last bit quickly like he always did when he was bragging about something. I rolled my eyes and tried not to smile or laugh.

“So, now that that’s all cleared up, you gonna find the stream of some other poor alleged Tommy simp or you gonna stay here and be a nuisance?” I asked, a bit of giggle naturally slipping into my tone. 

“I mean you were supposed to be the last stream I looked at so it’s stay here and bug you or help Tubbo with his bee house and I’m not doing that shit.” 

“Well, if you’re gonna stick around I won’t stop you, just don’t be too much of a problem. I have a poorly designed modern house to finish helping the people make.” I said, smiling to the camera for Chat. 

“How dare you. You’ve really hurt my feelings here, woman. I am not a nuisance or problem whatsoever!” He said. I smirked and giggled softly. 

“Sure Tommy.” I said and added the next step to the house.

“That looks like shit.” Tommy said as I finished it. I frowned at him as he smirked. Our Chats both started attacking him for being mean to me when discord made the sound of someone joining the VC. He sighed, “Hi Wilbur.”

“Tommy, stop being mean to Nyxsomnia.” I heard Wilbur say. My eyes went cartoonishly big, like I’m talking Vanellope Von Schweets big.

“Hi Wilbur.” I squeaked out, I could tell I was grinning massively and blushing. I mean he’s Wilbur freaking Soot and he’s scolding Tommy for being a jerk to me. 

“Hello, Nyxsomnia.” He replied warmly.

“Oh, you can just say Nyx or Nyxie or something like that if you want I know my username is kinda long.” I said hurriedly. Chat was teasing me for my reaction to Wilbur defending me.

“Alright, Nyx. In any case, apologize Tommy.” Wilbur said sternly.

“Sorry, woman.” He grumbled.

“Good.” Wil said.

“Thanks, Wilbur.” I said quietly.

“You’re welcome. Anyway, Tommy I need to chat with you when you’re free.”

“I can just leave and you guys can talk. I’m almost finished with my stream and it’ll go faster if Tommy isn’t here to comment and start stuff.” I said.

“Alright then. Bye.” Wilbur said. I said goodbye as well and managed to finish my stream in twenty minutes, Tommy had raided me a few seconds after I left the call and since I’d never had the numbers to raid someone before I just raided Tubbo at Chat’s demand.

About two hours later, I was trying to get the motivation to pick up my room when I gave up and got up to go take a shower. Once I got back to my room an hour and a half later, wrapped in a towel with hair dripping, I noticed a string of notifications from Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube. I had to force myself to put pajamas on before looking at them or I’d never put them on. Once I had wrapped myself up in some decently summery jammies, I checked the Twitter notifs first, expecting some nice fan art or a fan DMing me to talk about something. Instead I found this:

✧ Friday nights are reserved for date night. Rio sticks to this religiously. he’s busy during the week, so he makes sure it’s never interrupted or postponed

✦ It is on one of those nights that Rio proposes.

✧ He has thought about the moment for months, but it doesn’t go as planned. Primarily because someone else crashes his plans for the evening

✦ “I wanna come.” It was a request made by Marcus as he’d watched his father pick up his keys. “I never get to go with you!”

✧ “I know. You’ll go next time. not tonight, lil man.” Rio might think he lays down the law in his house, but his son knows otherwise.

✦ because when you enter the kitchen ten minutes later, a fully dressed Marcus accompanies you. with your help, marcus has traded his school clothes for a pair of navy blue dress pants and a white button down.

✧ “I told him no,” Rio shakes his head, unable to suppress his smile as you fix his son’s bow tie, your eyes roll dismissing his objection.

✦ “and I told him yes.” the sweet, innocent smile on your lips mirrors the one Marcus gives his father. “doesn’t he look so handsome?”

✧ “you can’t give him everything he asks for, just because he smiles at you,” Rio warns. The kiss he presses against your forehead betrays the stern tone of his voice. “he’s gonna end up spoiled—“

✧ the table he’s reserved, at your favorite restaurant, now has three seats instead of two.

✦ “you can order whatever you want,” you tell Marcus, the sight of his widened eyes bringing a smile to your lips.

✧ “whatever I want?” his eyes passing across the table to his father who is silently watching him, an amused smile on his lips.

✦ “of course,” you smile, your eyes lifting to meet Rio’s. “your dad’s paying.”

✧ the seat rio had planned to take alongside you is now occupied. he is forced to sit on the opposite side of the table, watching as marcus sits alongside you.

✦ for the first time, when your food arrives, rio isn’t offered to try it—well, he is, but he’s not the first to be offered. you offer it to marcus first.

✧ the conversation is full of laughter—only rio is not the cause of it. rio doesn’t get much in. marcus talks a hundred words per minute, focused on sharing every thing that passes through his mind with you.

✦ rio watches silently, chin in hand, as his son rests against your side. the smile on his son’s face is one Rio has become accustomed to in your time together. it is a smile that appears the second marcus notes your arrival.

✧ you glance up, the smile on your lips softening as you meet your boyfriend’s gaze. “you okay over there?”

✦ “oh, who me?” rio’s brow raises, his smile stretching. “just thinking how I should’ve stayed home. my own son’s got me third wheelin’”

✧ “if you continue to behave, I’ll make it up to you later.”

✦ rio waits until you are in the restroom to lean forward. “You wanna help me with something?”

✦ the price of the ring doesn’t matter. he’ll most definitely downplay the cost if you ask. Rio’s focus was creating a ring he knew you’d love. he brought marcus along to the jewelers for the final seal of approval.

✧ upon your return to the table, you find Rio has suddenly changed his mind about getting Marcus dessert.

✦ you’re walking, Marcus between the two of you, eating your ice cream when Rio reaches over his fingers catching yours.

- his silky pink hair flowed behind him in the wind, his bangs lifting to reveal his golden eyes. those golden orbs are locked on you the entire time he skates closer to you

- the lack of bickering that usually arose between cherry and joe had caught joe's attention

- joe notices cherry's gaze on a particular y/h/c. he almost snorts, almost, but, being a teasing lil bitch kidding, he decides to jab at cherry's side

- "hey, do you see that girl over there? she's cute, isn't she?"

- the bubblegum-colored hair male glares holes into his friends head

- "i'm sure she wouldn't be interested in a muscle-brained gorilla like yourself"

- "bOI, DID YOU JUST-"

- skates off into the distance, further closing the gap between the two of you

- girls and guys start cheering for and fawning over cherry, as well as joe. this catches your attention because you're surprised mostly by the fawning of the people. honestly, you wouldn't say that anyone you've seen there is worthy of so much attention, excluding your two best buds: langa and reki.

- you're actually older than reki and langa by 3 years. you met reki on coincidence.

- you had borrowed your friend's skateboard to cruise around the town. you had felt overwhelmed with all that had been going on in your life, and you wanted to find an escape. your friend, wanting to help you with that mission, offered the board, saying "it's really fun and gets your mind off of things whenever you need." obviously, you took up on the offer because it was a nice spring day: the sun out and the bright colors of nature and the city filling your misty eyes.

- you skated by the skate park and saw a particular redhead practicing ollies and other tricks. you were impressed by the skill he had portrayed, yet you were also envious of how light he seemed, how his eyes twinkled with joy. your gaze must've rested too long on the boy because he approached you soon after.

- reki, later on, introduced you to langa, bringing you to where you were today

- you came to "S," though unwillingly, to support langa in his beef against another fellow skater

- honestly, you detested that your younger friends were participating in illegal activities but never brought it up because you saw how happy they looked whenever they spoke about the beefs

- looking into the distance, you see a masked man in a white yukata, hair flowing behind him, and a green haired, shirtless, buff man skating closer

- "who's that?" you ask your friends

- "oh! that's cherry blossom and joe. they are the founding members of "S." cherry has an ai board, and joe has incredible power," reki pips

- you nod, acknowledging the two men as they stepped off of their skateboards

- “well hello there,” the green haired man winks at you

- “hi,” you flush, eyes wandering between his gaze and his bare chest

- “what’s a pretty little lady like yourself doing with these two kids?”

- “uh-”

- reki tries to jump joe but is held back by langa because we know that reki doesn’t stand a chance against big muscle man

- joe gets all up and comfy with you, flexing his muscles and talking about who knows what

- your attention was mostly on the blue-nette friend of yours. you were still very anxious about this entire thing

- “she’s not even paying attention to you anymore, you idiot,” the masked man speaks

- embarrassed that they noticed your rude behavior, you begin to excessively apologize

- “no, please don’t apologize. i should’ve realized you were worried about your friends,” joe says modestly

- “there’s no need to worry about snow. he’s fully capable of staying safe. we’ve seen him skate many times, and he always comes out in one piece. i’m sure you’ll be impressed as well,” cherry says in his monotonous tone

- “snow?” you tilt your head to the side in confusion

- when i tell you cherry MELTED, i mean that he MELTED

- “snow is langa,” joe explains when he notices cherry’s flustered silence

- to say cherry’s heart broke in that moment would be an understatement. his heart was more so shattered and pulverized.

- you barely talked to cherry that night his fault for acting so cold, but you were intrigued by the man. i mean he skates on a talking skateboard, how can you not?

- cherry leaves “S” that night, regretting all his life decisions because instead of talking to you, he avoided you

- you almost gasp aloud, as you realize who he is

- not wanting to jump to conclusions, you ask, “have we met before?”

- kaoru is freaking out, though he hides it well under his professional mask

- what the heck? she’s the one looking for a job here?

- “yes, we have, but that’s not what we’re here to talk about”

- throughout the entire interview, you impressed him with the slightest of things

- you were beyond professional and exactly what he looked for in employees

- you walk out of the building with the brightest smile on your face, ecstatic with the news that you had been hired

- kaoru follows closely behind you, acting gentlemanly as he leads you out

- “thank you so, so much. i promise i will work my hardest to make your business even stronger and better than before”

- “no, the honor’s all mine. i can tell that you’ll become a valuable asset”

- you’re bowing your head and thanking him to a crazy amount that he starts to worry that you’re getting dizzy

- mustering up all the courage he could, he speaks up, “actually, i don’t really like talking about the skating half of my life...”

- you mutter a genuine apology for bringing it up before

- “it’s alright, but i was wondering if you wanted to go to “S” with me next time. i understand if you decline. i won’t fire you for it,” he tries to add a joke to lighten his tense mood

- you giggle at his nervous and awkward behavior, “good to know i won’t get fired if i say no, but sure! i wouldn’t mind going again. it’s a good opportunity to let me watch over reki and langa—”

- “that-that’s great,” he sighs with relief

- “—and i can get to know you better,” you mutter quietly under your breath

- he flushes, hearing what you said perfectly

- “i wouldn’t mind that either”

- you couldn’t sleep that night, thinking about the soft smile on kaoru’s face, whilst kaoru was busy sleeping, lost in his dreams of you and him together
