(T_T) I love them all in their own way but I shall answer anyway!! (Under the cut is a lot of indecisiveness and rambling don't say I didn't warn you)

1. It's a tie between Natalia and the man I put on my 15th birthday cake. Clive is the reason I got into Heart Fragment but I'm so head over heels with Natalia that I kind of drawn my artsona with her aaaAAAAA

Really excited for Book 3! Clive is forever in my heart but I wouldn't be surprised if Nat took his place <3

2. Coming in close is Shannon!!! In my opinion, her route is the best written in terms of exploring feelings so far plus I feel I relate to Shannon so deeply on a personal level about a lot of things. Shannon you are best girl ♪(^∇^*)

3. My favourite route to play so far is actually Lana's! Which I find surprising since romance is my go-to but there's just something about cherishing the validity of platonic and familial relationships. I'm so up for playing ACNH with Lana so she deserves this spot

4. And cutting it close is our protag Xani >:3 (all genders. Xani is Xani) Despite my pathetic lack of experience in VNs, I adore how customizable their personality is and how their choices affect the plot. I enjoy a set protagonist because when it comes to story-heavy media I'm not too eager to self-insert (•ө•)♡ (see above: mention of artsona x Natalia)

Also how can I forget that I literally bought fem!Xani's charm?? Her outfits are sooo cute ESPECIALLY that purple blouse!😭

5. I feel like Jasper and Kay should be higher up on this list but I simply have a preference for the others ^^" Nevertheless, Jasper is the route I'm most looking forward because I really enjoy his dynamic and interactions with the protag (the kidnapping in Shannon's route doesn't count. NO. SHOO).

Enemies to lovers(?) doesn't describe them enough. The trope doesn't do them justice. One has wanted to murder the other for TWO DECADES and the latter has been in the dark about it until now. The fact that Xani/MC and Jasper have a lot of things in common (dare I say more than MC and Clive) but they want to rip each other into pieces is making me jump up and down excitedly omg.

AND KAY. Kay I don't hate you but I just like the others more than you :( But I really really hope that we get to see him again in Book 3 because he deserves a happy ending just like everyone else.

Yes that was the photo!! Idk how people live in nyc, it seems like the weather gets so unbearable at times. Ill definitely check out the asmr, ive been looking for new channels to watch anyways! Yeah it sucks that acnh needs a switch, but imo its the best animal crossing game Nintendo has put out so far. I also used to play guitar! ugh tell me about the calluses! i feel like all string instruments require you to constantly touch them at least once every day if you wanna play them without crying from the burns on your fingertips lmao.

oooo video essays sound interesting! what are they? and yes i did love frozen 2! though i think the plot line didn't make much sense. i watched the disney+ documentary on how they made it and it was just absolute chaos and rushing lol. but i didn't mind that much honestly bc for me the key focus was on how visually STUNNING the animation & graphics were!! especially as an editor and gif-maker, the color palettes were inspiring af + great for enhancing color theory <3 what was your favorite scene/moment from the movie? mine was elsa battling the dark sea and the water horse!

ahhhh favorite edits to make that's hard bc there are so many!! but i'll give you some of my current ones:

i love making edits based around b&w, vintage minimalism and monochrome themes. obviously, with these concepts less is more and i'm something of a minimalist myself. also i love the challenge :) @ikraar is honestly a b&w queen and mist just constantly inspires me! 

handwriting edits! this is a rather recent obsession kslhakljskallf i just love the idea of overlaying your handwriting on a picture it’s just so charming??

collages but i’ve only made one so far for a friend’s birthday (it was my first time trying! i was proud with how it turned out) and for collages nat/miss marshmallow @ohh-goddamn has my absolute mad respect she just rules that category!! 

the final one is posters and redesigns of anything from a movie, tv show or album! this type is probably the one i do most cause it’s what comes the most naturally to me. i’ve been making edits for years, starting with good ol’ picsart and working my way up to photoshop (@magnusedom @cheddarthefluffyboi and @deepika-padukone are my gurus). i like that i can sit in front of a blank canvas on my laptop and just conceptualize the design as i go <3

final one is simple hehe. any edit that lets me use the film grain filter or overlays :’)

About me: Hey there! My name is Nat, I play ACNH, my island’s name is Baby Boom. I don’t know what my island theme is cause I love cottagecore and forestcore and cluttercore but I also like symmetry and the sound of every step on game paths and I always intend to make my island fully accessible (placing items so that anyone can interact with them) so yeah, maybe a mix of those things.

How to fix acnh multiplayer

So apparently lots of people are having the same problem that I had trying to visiting and let other people visit, so after messing with my router for half an hour I decided to make this guide!

Ok so you wanted to go on a friend’s island and you recived this message.

What to do?

Go to your modem settings.

In order to do that you have to open your internet browser and enter the IP address of your modem (it’s usually 192.168.1.1 but you can google some IP addresses and try other options). If you find the correct one you will see the modem’s login options.

Type your username and password.

If you don’t have a clue on what they might possibly be try with “admin” on both password and username.

Search in the option for a box called UPnP.

If you are having this problem then it should be unchecked, so enable it. Note that it might take a little bit of time to actually find it! And remember to save changes (I didn’t, like a dumbass, and had to redo it lmao)

Now it should work, but if you are not sure...

Go to your switch settings -> internet, and then test your connection.

If your NAT type is A or B congrats! you fixed it and now you can enjoy playing with your friends! <3

flora's only been on my island for a month omg

I’m fed the hell up.

So, I just started playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons again around Thanksgiving, and I’ve figured out that I can visit other islands, but nobody can visit me.

I have been back and forth and back and forth with my ISP and with Nintendo, and both customer supports talk to me like I’m an idiot. According to ISP, it’s a Nintendo thing, and according to Nintendo, it’s an internet thing. Internet speeds are great. NAT type is great. I can connect to other people perfectly, but I can’t invite people over.

I’ve been trying to fix this for weeks and I’m at wit’s end. I’m on community wifi because we live in an apartment, so I can’t just access our router.

I shouldn’t be so upset about it, but ACNH feels like a safe way of “inviting my friends over” during the pandemic. I just want them to be able to see the hard work I’ve put in to fix up my island. I want to host parties and not feel so alone while my partner is at work.

Has ANYONE ever found a fix for this? I’ve been scouring the internet forever and nobody seems to know anything, even though this is a surprisingly widespread problem.

I hate it here.

🩸- Trencil kinda dismisses her a lot saying things like, “I wouldn’t know how to play that game, I’m much too old” not necessarily saying that the game is babyish but he thinks that the game would be hard for him to grasp because of the generational difference.

🩸- Nat forces convinces him to play with her one day so that she can show him how to play.

🩸- He caves mostly because whatever it’s just one game, if he sucks at it fine whatever. Plus he gets to spend time with her which is something that he really wants.

🩸- Nat shows him the controls with the game and helps him through most of the tutorial stage. He grasps it easily enough and he slowly starts to ease into it.

🩸- Nat: Hey dad watch this *plants flowers*

🩸- Trencil: *surprised pikachu face*

🩸- He lowkey looses it and is just asking her if he can do that and Nats like “ya” so he starts getting a little more excited.

🩸- She chucks some flower seeds at him and he just goes to town as she expected.

🩸- They planet together like they used to.

🩸- They both share a town and its great.

🩸- I can definitely see this turning into bonding time for the two of them I could write a whole ass fic on this tbh.

🩸- I can see him picking up the game every once in a while on his own while Nats at school or something and there’s nothing else to do in the house.

🩸- He’ll mostly plant and work on the town but if he sees something he thinks Nat would like he gets it and sends it to her via the mail.

🩸- His favorite villager types are snooty types I feel.
