The Namgyalma mantra is so powerful, if you hear it, it is believed that you will never be born into the lower energetic realms of life.
Namgyalma is the goddess of purification and long life, and chanting or listening to her mantra completely purifies you.
Tibetan Buddhism is not a closed practice and is welcome to everyone. The Buddha famously accepted everyone from all castes, all races, all genders, and spread his teachings globally. It is fully inclusive and widely practiced.

࿇ Namgyalma Long Life Offering for H.E. Garchen Rinpoche & Tsewang Dzinpa Empowerment and Teachings ࿇
࿇ Namgyalma Long Life Offering for H.E. Garchen Rinpoche & Tsewang Dzinpa Empowerment and Teachings ࿇ December 28th – January 3rd Join us for a very special long-life ceremony for His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche, our precious and kind Guru. According to the Tibetan calendar, 2021, the year of the Ox, will be the return of Rinpoche’s birth year, and it’s of vital importance that we all engage with great intent, diligence, and devotion in practices for his long life. Therefore, during the annual winter teachings at the Garchen Buddhist Institute, the Gargon Lamas outside of Tibet will lead the disciples of the international community, who have a heart connection with Rinpoche, in the accumulation of 100,000 Namgyalma dharani mantras for five days, thereby uniting our minds before Namgyalma’s mandala. On day six, the Gargon Lamas will gather on our behalf to offer the traditional Tenshuk ceremony to H.E. Garchen Rinpoche, with heartfelt prayers for his long life, for his life-force to remain firm, and for his enlightened activities to unceasingly benefit all beings. The schedule is designed to allow all our vajra sisters and brothers in all the centers around the world to join forces to pray for Rinpoche’s long life. This ceremony is also an occasion for us to express our devotion toward the Guru, who keeps the Buddha’s teachings alive and spreads them tirelessly. Rinpoche has said that a long-life ceremony is rooted in a strong samaya between the teacher and his disciples and that our prayers would bring fruition as a result of our merit. EMPOWERMENT and TEACHINGS Our most kind and glorious Guru, H.E. Garchen Rinpoche has chosen to bestow the most profound Tsewang Dzinpa Empowerment and six days of teachings. These Dzogchen teachings come from the Yang Zab, a Drikung Kagyu Dzogchen terma. Rinpoche has rarely given this empowerment and will finally have enough time to transmit his entire commentary thoroughly. SCHEDULE December 28th - January 1st, the Gargon Lamas will convene early every morning from 6am - 9am (Arizona MST) to lead us in the Namgyalma practice and mantra recitation. Garchen Rinpoche will bestow the Tsewang Dzinpa Empowerment and then give teachings from 10am - 1pm. In the afternoons most of the Lamas will share stories of their experiences of guru devotion for Garchen Rinpoche. The long life ceremony will be on the morning of January 2nd. H.E. Garchen Rinpoche will finish his commentary on Tsewang Dzinpa on the morning of January 3rd. Let the worldwide Sangha join together with heartfelt prayers and devotion to pray for H.E. Garchen Rinpoche’s long life, and to receive his vast wisdom blessing of love. DONATIONS If you would like to make any donation for the long-life ceremony and to H.E. Garchen Rinpoche, you can do so by PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?token=gYoELSnqcYNVrlIQtExCjHGACrcPXHI8hkJCnyt3lW-Axk5LgxmZOcA8HeXQNCDPfEwxV-m4LFuPsvJ1 or by Donation on our website: https://secure.acceptiva.com/?cst=ae3847 Please be sure to indicate in the note box what your donation is for. That is the only way we can fulfill your wishes. Click here for all the online event information: https://garchen.net/annual-events/ This unprecedented week-long event is not to be missed!
