Asymptotes chasing the infinite
The silent mortals among the ever bustling crowd,
our company; a textbook.
Some exclaim with a sardonic look,
‘The silent mortals, among the ever bustling crowd’
We are a little different,
our eccentricities define curves.
Carving our way, through the most mysterious and,
peculiar symbols ever heard.
Pie might evoke fulgent fruity memories for you,
for us it’s an irrational entity.
We might be the humblest of all,
even our ‘i’ is imaginary.
Your circle; fraught with people,
with varying proximities in the lot.
Ours is a collection of infinite spots,
at a static separation from a dot.
Pondering from the heavens to the infinitesimal,
sometimes losing ourselves in the vast space.
And then brought back by attraction of aspirations.
the inevitable encounter with our ground state.
We are subjected to a perspective
based on a few numerals,
Which quantifies our aptitude,
segregating mortals from ethereal.
A diabolical presence often lurks behind,
whispering the sermons of doubt.
The fear of failure is more profound,
than the search for the silver lining among the tenebrous clouds.
Burning the lamp of hope,
to maintain the distant delusion,
We tread a path, marched by many.
Yet fraught with desolation.
What pulls us back is perhaps the pursuit of the indefinite,
Maybe we are like asymptotes chasing the infinite.

Famous Engineer Chaiwala - Ankit Nagwanshi
Ankit Nagwanshi’s decision and success story is nothing less than praiseworthy. It takes a lot of courage to walk the road less traveled. Leaving his 9-5 IT job in Mumbai, Ankit Nagwanshi started engineer chaiwala in 2020. Let’s have a look at his journey and know a little more about his success story.
Founder’s Background
Hailing from a town named Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh, Ankit Nagwanshi always had dreams of starting his own business and not just doing the typical 9-5 desk job and leading a monotonous life. He had spent several hours traveling to and from work. He worked as a business intelligence professional in a private company and had a salary that was enough to live a good life in the happening city.
He received around 8 lakhs yearly for the job he was into. But during the last four years of his job, Ankit realized that something was missing in his life and he didn’t just want to continue with his job. He wanted to do something different. With interests in the food business, that’s where he drove himself to.
The Story Behind the Idea
There’s one thing that he always knew that he wanted to start a business in the food industry. His 13km commute made him feel exhausted so by 2019 he was on the verge of taking the risk. By August he left his job and went back to his hometown, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
Soon after quitting his job, Ankit decided to set up his restaurant, but he didn’t have all the required resources to do so. He then started small and set up a tea business in Madhya Pradesh itself.
Ankit had lost his parents a few years back, so he went back to Madhya Pradesh and talked about his plans with his sister and other family members. But the conversation didn’t end on a pleasant note as no one wants one of their family members to be a chaiwala [tea vendor].
But his sister, Roshni, despite it all, stood by his brother and supported him like no other. Though it was a difficult thing for them to take in, she realized that business was something he was passionate about and supported him. There were a lot of convincing sessions included in their process of accepting his decision.
Engineer Chaiwala – Introduction
No wonder business is something Ankit is extremely passionate about and he knew the tricks to make it a success. The very first step of choosing a name for his business was a masterstroke by him. His idea behind the name was that the name will intrigue people and eventually make them come over for tea. And eventually, people would know the story behind it. We can say that he was successful in completing the first step.
Suggested For You The New Shop – The success story of a Delhi-based startup that offers 24*7 service
The next thing he knew was that he needed to have something unique in his tea. He traveled to different places in India such as Jaipur, Pune, Delhi, and Amritsar. He did this to learn about the different teas and the methods of brewing them. Having tea with ginger, tulsi, pudina is quite prevalent in India so he made a masala [spices and herbs] of his own with some secret ingredients.
The Success Story
The success story of Ankit wasn’t made overnight. He went through several hardships before it. He launched his business on 14th August 2020 in his hometown in Madhya Pradesh as soon as the mixture was made. He mentioned that the ingredients are added in sequential order and brewed for a fixed time to make sure the ingredients infuse properly. His initial plans were to start his business in February 2020 but he eventually did that after lockdown eased.
He rented a roadside cart. During the first few days, he had to keep changing spots as other businesses didn’t like a new competitor near them. But finally, he had found a suitable place for him. His tea stall now sees 400 customers daily, and he makes a profit of Rs.2000. Along with masala tea, immunity tea, south Indian filter coffee, he has recently introduced poha (A breakfast dish). He is determined to introduce other snacks and also move to a permanent store soon.

“...So May All your enemies Perish, LORD! but may all Who Love You be Like the Sun, When it rises in its Strength”
—Song Of DEBORAH THE GREAT.
——————
202 YEARS OF BHIMA KOREGAON BATTLE:
1st Jan 1818, at the banks of river Bhima, at koregaon, pune, India. The Battle was about to begin at one side 500 Mahar(Nagwanshi) Asura soldiers which were fed up of slavery of caste system and the tortures of brahmin peshwas, on the other sides army of 28000 soldiers led by Brahmin peshwas. The Battle began and continued till 12 hours, 500 NAGWANSHI Mahar soldiers, fought Bravely without food and water. Without fearing about the future what will happen if we loose ? They fought and fought and fought and chopped thousands of soldiers in Brahmin peshwa army And few of the peshwa army men had to run away from Pune including the Barbaric oppressor, Dictator, Sexual Predator, Racist/Casteist ‘Brahmin Peshwa Bajirao 2’. After this victory, Barbaric Aryan Brahmin Peshwa Rule ended British Rule came in power. Hence, Mahatma Phule came into existence, Savitribai phule came into existence and yes on the same day on 1st january 1848 the first ever Girls school in india was founded by Savitribai Phule and Mahatma Phule. Our Father BABASAHEB Dr. B.R. Ambedkar (architect of Constitution of India) use to visit this glorious place of bhima Koregaon on every 1st January to pay homage to our ancestors. My dear Brothers and sisters Never forget the History, This was the Battle for dignity This was the Battle against oppression of Brahminism/Hinduism. Lets celebrate the victory of our ancestors. Lets arise and shun the Lies of evil misery of Brahminism/Hinduism, Debrahminize the Myths and prepare ourselves for the great path to the essence of eternal Truth (Satsaar) shown by Mahatma Phule and Babasaheb Ambedkar. Wish you all a very Happy New Year with full of Joy in Liberation Through the power of Resurrection of Almighty Creator (Nirmik).

This helmet that can significantly help in reducing the number of deaths due to road mishaps in India.
one doesn’t need statistics to conclude that Indian roads are some of the most dangerous in the world, if not the most! Approximately, 27 per cent of deaths caused by road accidents in India are of two-wheeler motorists and a sizeable chunk of it is because of head injuries. The students from IIT-Roorkee have developed an inflatable airbag helmet for two-wheeler motorists. The inflatable airbag helmet was developed by three final year mechanical engineering students at IIT Roorkee – Rajvardhan Singh, Sarang Nagwanshi and Mohit Siddha. The idea has been inspired from inflatable space structures. which are not too expensive .It could be priced somewhere between Rs 2,000.
In simple words, the helmet is basically a collar made out of Kevlar (same material used to make bullet-proof vests) and it houses sensors for lean angle, velocity, acceleration and so on. The moment, the collar detects an impact; it inflates into an airbag and forms a cushioning layer around the head so as to protect from major injuries. The airbag that surrounds the head helps to lessen the impact and peak acceleration which is what harms the head the most.
Regular helmets do not quite distribute pressure in case of an impact and also do not reduce peak acceleration. According to the tests conducted the IIT-Roorkee team, the inflatable airbag helmet reduced the force on the crash test dummy by up to four times on impact as compared to a conventional helmet. Also, the airbag helmet is able to reduce the peak acceleration as well. Experts suggest this could help prevent fatal injuries in times of a road mishap.
Inflatable Airbag Helmet This helmet that can significantly help in reducing the number of deaths due to road mishaps in India.

High performance liquid chromatography HPLC is an essential analytical tool for evaluating drug stability. HPLC methods must be able to isolate, detect, and quantify drug related degradation products that may form during storage or production, and identify drug related impurities that may form during synthesis. .. This article describes strategies and challenges for designing HPLC methods to demonstrate drug stability. It will deepen our understanding of drugs and medicinal chemistry and demonstrate advances in stability that reflect an analytical approach. Several important chromatographic parameters were investigated to improve the detection of potentially related degradants. It is necessary to find suitable solvent and mobile phase samples that provide sufficient stability and compatibility with each component and potential impurities and degradants. This method should be carefully considered as it has the ability to distinguish between primary and secondary decomposers. The study of forced destruction of chemicals and new drugs is essential for the development and characterization of these immobilization methods. Practical guidance is provided at each stage of drug development to develop a forced disposal protocol and avoid common issues that might impede data interpretation.

The natural linkages between water, wetlands and timberlands address the complicated reliance of our biological systems and our assets. Woods assume a critical part in the hydrological cycle by influencing paces of happening and dissipation, and affecting how water is steered and put away in a watershed. This thusly assumes a fundamental part in the protection of our wetlands, which go about as normal supplies furthermore, are very wealthy regarding both biodiversity and the environmental administrations that they give, for model, inside the domains of horticulture, sterilization, and energy. These linkages feature the significance of using appropriate degree to guarantee full partner association and participation across a large number of areas when managing our planets water assets. This can be worked with partially by upgraded cooperation between the Convention on Biological Diversity also, the Convention on Wetlands to help their individual part in carrying out the board strategies as per the environment approach.

“..Life Should be great, rather than Long..”
—‘BABASAHEB’ Dr. B.R.Ambedkar.
———————
3rd May 2019 marks the Anniversary of Late. Dr. Wamanrao Godbole who was one of the Closest disciples of ‘BABASAHEB’ Dr. B.R Ambedkar, the modern Moses (The Architect of Constitution of India). Born on January 1, 1922, Dr. Wamanrao godbole was a General Secretary of the organizing committee who coordinated and managed the World’s Largest Religious Conversion Movement happened in History of Humankind in Nagpur city of India on 14th, October 1956.Around 6 million people embraced Buddhism and renounced Brahminism/Hinduism.
October 14, 1956 was the date decided by Babasaheb for the conversion ceremony, But Babasaheb was yet to decide the place. He was still thinking about it.
Bombay( Mumbai), Sarnath or Nagpur – these three places were in his mind. It was Wamanrao godbole who suggested the city of Nagpur to be the place for conversion, because Nagpur is the historic ancient revolutionary place against Brahminism/Hinduism the capital of ancient Nagwanshi Kingdom of Subaletrns (having the symbol of Snake of Moses)! However, the followers of Mumbai wanted conversion ceremony to be held in Mumbai, so BabaSaheb was interested for Bombay ( Mumbai). But it was Late. Wamanrao Godbole who continuously had letter correspondences with Babasaheb and suggested Nagpur.
Once Nagpur was officially decided for organizing this historic festival, a committee was set up to manage the entire conversion ceremony, Wamanrao Godbole was the key player and point person of this historic event.
He was also elected as the President of Buddhist Society of India (Bharatiya Bauddha Mahasabha) in 1977. He was an employee of the Indian Railways, he continued the social justice movement even after retirement. In 1985, Dr Godbole founded 'Shantivan,' (Home of peace) in chicholi., Maharashtra, India, where Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Museum is located! It contains modern system of Buddhist monastery, Research Center, Meditation Center, Dormitory, Training Center etc. which is still in progress! It has become a tourist destination and many tourists come over for peace!
Dr. Wamanrao Godbole Left the world on 3 May 2006! and a life lived with humility, compassion and dignity came to an end.
The name of Dr. Wamanrao Godbole will always remain in golden words in the history of subaltern Debrahminized Civil Rights movement of Resistance against Brahminsm/Hinduism. Long Live his legacy!
Long Live CONVERSION! BLUE SALUTE to the Legend.
