WHY do i have to go through all of this effort to send in some papers just so i can maybe get some government aid with my uni transportation expenses. the amount i got last year didnt even cover HALF of it. our town has no universities, if we want to study we have to go to the city and theres NO way anyone going through that will spend only R$250 a month on it. technically, in a perfect world, our town should cover all of that since it doesnt offer higher education locally so it should encourage its citizens to go study outside and yknow. make the town better. but nah nosso prefeito é um fucking PASTOR que faz sermão nos discursos em eventos políticos então não tenho muita esperança mesmo
