so this person kept completely disregarding the guidelines then made a post n tagged it as a celeb on tumblr pretending the celeb made the post n i asked them to follow the guidelines n they blocked me and kept doing as they pleased for 3 or more days the celeb thing was the last straw so they got removed n blocked n now they're making new blogs trying to get back in like why ugh
